Comfort Inn & Suites Bethlehem Lehigh Valley Airport

Location

Pool was not up and running and our room had a terrible smell to it. I am glad I had perfume with me.

Location

Pool that didn't operate

Breakfast was excellent. Shower stall was good and the water pressure was strong, had a nice shower.

Access from the road was misguided by the iPhone map. You should tell Apple and complain about it.

Boa relação qualidade preço. Quarto grande e confortável.

O pequeno almoço era fraco.

El dormitorio era amplio

Que no limpiaban las habitaciones

Yes the place was clean. The breakfast was typical but no complaints except the coffee, the room and bed were fine.

Booked because they had a pool which was broken and shut down. How does a pool break. The TV only had about 25 Channels of which most were garbage but amazingly all the stations I wanted to look watch the TV would turn off when I clicked on them., so no TV. Won't be back

Breakfast was convenient and rooms were comfortable. Close to amenities

No complaints

Staff were great, room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. More offerings for breakfast would be a great.

The AC in our initial room wasn't working (and neither was the phone), but the lovely woman at the front desk found another room that fit our criteria (two beds), even though the hotel was booked. I appreciated her upbeat attitude!

The pool wasn't open, but over all that seems to be a theme in PA hotels in general!

The room was ok and the staff were very helpful.

Ants.

The balcony

The pool was dirty

Location was great and the staff were wonderful.

The bed was a little hard but overall the stay was great.

Breakfast was better than I expected and the beds where comfortable,

Entire hotel had an awful smell. Bathroom sink had no hot water and the pool was broken for our entire stay.

Location was great. Room layout was great. Plenty of space and surface areas.

The pool was not operational and we were not notified about this before our visit.

There was a nice selection for breakfast, but the time to get breakfast was short. Also, I liked that there was a section in the little fridge to keep my ice pack frozen.

I wish there wasn't carpet in the hallways that made it hard to move my bag on wheels. Also, I'm allergic to down pillows, and they were in the room.

Nice hotel and very clean

Very close to busy highway and airport. Walls are very thin. Could hear doors slamming at 6 am and someone started playing loud music at 7:30 am. Did not sleep well.

AC unit was horrible , and so noisy until the came next day fixed it and still bad but better than first day

Very clean and spacious room.

The swimming pool was closed for my entire stay, the back door didn't work and the breakfast being served from 6am-8am was unreasonable

very good

The location was convenient as we were attending Muzikfest and we did not want to be too close to the festival. The facility was aesthetically pleasing and exceptionally clean. The room was comfortable and had a convenient layout.

The breakfast buffet was a little underwhelming with the selections compared to other places we have stayed but honestly had everything we needed and bonus points for having French vanilla creamer for the coffee! Shout out to the staff for keeping the whole area spotless. This facility, overall was a great value for the money..

Location

Pool was not usable! We stayed here in May and there was a side door broken to exit the building and still not fixed. Therefore, we had to go around the building to the front entrance when coming and going. They do not offer daily maid service or fresh towels. Air conditioner was rattling. Stale smell in the room. We had a family emergency and needed to leave a day early and they would not reimburse us. I asked them for a printed copy of our receipt on which they would not provide one. We will never give them our business again. Very disappointed. I rate them a one for location!

Not much..

Very dirty, felt unsafe.

After Pennsylvania state tax and a $100 potential DAMAGE hold at check in it was NOT the amount noted on the site. The gentleman at check in Did waive the $100 fee.

they were so nice

nothing it was perfect for me

We have stayed here before, room was dirty it wasn’t cleaned properly so nothing about the place

Lack of staff

Loved the balcony that came with the room. The bed was comfortable and the couch in our room was super cool

The elevator was super SLOW and the pool looked like it wasn’t clean

Staff was friendly room was clean breakfast was great

I liked everything no complaints

Was nice and quiet. Close to everything we were there to do.

Advertised a pool part of why we chose this hotel. It was closed the entire time we were there. Room service did not come to clean the room once in the 4 days we were there.

My low rating is primarily due to the check-in and billing experience. I arrived around 6:30 p.m., well within the advertised check-in window of 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., yet I was incorrectly charged a no-show fee in addition to the room charge and a $100 incidental hold. This resulted in charges being placed on two different cards. The error was only discovered because I questioned the charges at checkout. The front desk associate who checked me out was helpful and identified the mistake, but the associate who checked me in created a very frustrating experience. In addition, there were ants in the room, the hotel did not have a toothbrush available when I requested one, and the complimentary breakfast ended at 8:00 a.m. on a weekday, which is much earlier than the typical 9:00 a.m. end time offered by most hotels. While each of these issues alone might have been manageable, together they made for a disappointing stay.

They have a pool but it’s broken kind of really sucks

I really do not like breakfast, bugs was every where in dishes and even in spoons,I just eat eggs and bread and make me slice got foreshadowing , now I am in hospital to fighting with antibiotics, thanks you you make me sick

Clean and comfortable. Restaurants close by.

Very dull hotel no lighting

Couldn’t see thru the windows covered with some kind of white fog or paint and the pool was out of service

We liked the location and the water pressure in the shower.

The breakfast and times, the bed was too firm, the pool was closed which was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. We also chose a room with a balcony which we did not receive. When we checked in, the manager was discussing with someone that one of the two rooms we reserved was not blocked. They told us our room was not ready at 4 pm and we would have to wait a bit for them to prepare it. They found a room for us further from the other room we also had reserved for my Son and his girlfriend. Just not with the balcony. The furniture was a bit warped, clearly from some water damage likely from the fridge in our room. The fridge in my Sons room could not close and they did replace the fridge when we reported it.

Convenient location

Wish thr pool was outside

Very clean and comfortable

Nothing

near airport

same breakfast for whole week

The beds were ok, decent water pressure and it was close to where we needed to go.

There were issues from the beginning, including the fridge door didn't close, there was water damage to the furniture, the times of breakfast were too early of a cut off, and we booked for the hotel and balcony. One of the 2 rooms were not a balcony, they didn't block the two rooms properly and we had to wait for them to settle it and get the second room ready, and the pool was not available to be used.

The front desk (Denisio) helped us print our boarding passes and check in. Very very helpful.

The room was comfortable, the shower was nice.

Shower water volume was not great and the water was hard.

Very clean and well decorated, very friendly staff, great breakfast, good value. Convenient location for our weekend to see the Ironpigs and go to Dorney

Clean and close to everything

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent and the staff was accommodating.

Housekeeping didn't come into the room at all. Checked in Thurs, checked out Mon. Left dirty towels outside room and has to go to the desk to get clean towels and additional toilet paper.

Clean , nice staff and great breakfast

The pool was closed and it’s not in the best location

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice and clean

That the pool was closed and my kids were looking forward on getting wet since it was a nice hot day

Got a good price was a little farther away than where we usually stay . AC was already on when we arrived to the room .

WiFi was spotty and the satellite tv was also spotty picture quality. The toilet clogged and the pool didn’t look very clean at all . The room itself was clean but could have had more shampoo and conditioners and soap . There were no trash bags for the trash can and could have been at least 1 more trash can in the room . The water pressure in the shower was not very good either . The breakfast was also not very good compared to other places we have stayed in the last year .

The check-in person was pleasant. When I asked for a quiet room, she informed me that the hotel was almost full due to a wedding, but I could have a room on the first floor... but...I'd have to put up with the people smoking pot and would smell it when they came inside. Who allows this on their property? My other option was the third floor. I didn't realize this hotel was in the middle of a busy highway intersection; there is no quiet room anywhere, roads are on every side. My room was clean and nice enough....except....the entry door does not soft close, so everyone coming in or out of their rooms let the doors slam. They slammed so hard my headboard banged. IT WAS AWFUL and not quiet or relaxing. Second night I had to wait for them all to get to their rooms before I could go to sleep. Free breakfast was ok. The eggs were weird, round disks all the same size; they must be frozen. The coffee was great, so don't miss that. Would I stay here again....NO WAY.

Always great each time we stay here we love it here

Good breakfast

Pool you couldnt use

The only thing I was disappointed in was when we booked the room we saw that along with a king size bed there was also a sofa bed. When we saw that it was a lounge chair we already had our belongings in the room and decided to keep the room. My grandson was able to sleep on it for a couple of hours and ended up coming into the bed with us. Next time we will check the room first . Other than that we had a very nice stay.

Gostei de tudo.

Gostaria de que o reembolso de meu depósito no valor de 100 dólares fosse devolvido se possível ainda hoje. No mais, agradeço pela estadia.

Air conditioning worked great, as you'd imagine in that climate; bed was comfy. Staff were nice.

Swimming pool was a bit of a disappointment, so if that's important, consider other places. We didn't see anyone using it, seemed small and lifeless.

I was able to book with very little advance notice.

Could have taken a little more care with vacuuming the rug.

The room was nice.

Highly disappointed in the fact that the pool was not available and no one notified guests of this. Also the wifi was spotty and at times unable to go on apps.

Room and bed linens very comfortable

Breakfast hours need to be longer Microwave was not working in room. Very inconvenient

Beds were comfortable.

Pool was closed. Ants were in the room in the trash that was left.

good location- stores nearby to get to

Clean, modern, good location

Breakfast was average

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the location was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Served our purpose well needed a good airport hotel. Everyone was very pleasant

Wasn’t the newest or best but definitely a good deal

Very comfortable bed with great pillows

A little more rigor with the vacuum cleaner would be appriciated

The convenience of being able to bring our pets.

The pool wasn't working.

Staff was very polite. The Comfort Inn was very easy to find. Quiet.

Breakfast could have had a little more variety. Maybe some yogurt. Eggs were barely warm.

Staff was great, rooms were clean, breakfast was good

Easy location clean and comfortable
