The front desk woman she was soo good I don’t feel she needs to deal with the nasty of the hotel

The smell the dirty door walls elevators and the room how sickening my entrance I slipped on the floor from how greasy and slippery the floor was ? Fingerprints all over the fridge mildew in the shower hair on my bed spit balls on the ceiling , kind of saddens me for the price charged! Beyond disappointed

I wish they would provide wash cloths along with the hand towels and large bath towels.

No basic breakfast items to purchase as the shop was poorly stocked. Having to go down to the reception to pick up bed sheets as there was none in the room to accommodate the sofa bed and was told by the front desk staff they were own they’re own and could not deliver.

It is a bit hard to accurately rate this hotel due to an odd experience at check-in. As I checked in after a long travel day, I realized that I had forgotten to ask for a ground floor room (I was on a cycling vacation and wanted to be able to wheel my bicycle in/out easily). The person checking me in wasn't too happy to redo the computer input and said something to that effect, but gave me a room on the ground floor. Upon entering it, I encountered a rank stench of mold so strong that I immediately exited. The odor was so strong that I actually felt physically ill for a good hour or so afterwards, even though I was in the room for just a few moments. It was akin to being hit with tear gas or some other noxious chemical which can affect you through even the briefest of exposures. A different hotel clerk apologized then gave me a different room on an upper floor. I used the elevator which was fine for getting my bicycle up and down. I'm not sure if the management knew about the problem in this room or not. (And I'm not sure which is worse--knowingly sending a guest to a room with a health hazard or not being cognizant of the problem). There was a bit of a "red-neck" vibe in the hotel and I didn't feel comfortable/safe confronting them about it while still in town at their establishment. Aside from this, however, the room I actually stayed in was fine--although it needed to be aired out and unfortunately, the window opened only a few inches. The room had a kitchen with full size refrigerator and there were washer/driers that one could use for free.

No breakfast included. Kitchen was poorly stocked. Silverware was very limited. Carpets and furniture was very dirty. Only one elevator worked. Ice machine was only on the first floor. Hall smelled dirty. Poor lighting.

I loved i was able to cook my own food....outside on the grill or in the kitchen in ur room.

Easy to get to and the casino was right around the corner. The room was amazing and comfortable.

They switch rooms don’t tell u they give u a different room. I was supposed to have a queen two bed suite. . I was giving a two bed but more like full beds. not a suite . I stayed in the other rooms on the past . If I order something tell me you changing it. Also I put down three adults and one child , only two sets of towels . Not pleased that I had to call down to front desk , than go get two more sets .

I loved how clean the entire facility was. The staff was very nice and professional. The lady who checked me in was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions.

One thing I didn’t enjoy was coming outside to see my car had been hit but that really didn’t have anything to do with the hotel.

The lobby, halls and room were very clean and didn’t have that “lived in” smell some hotels have. The appliances in the room worked great, and the shower was heavenly. The night lady at the front desk was also very kind and had fresh lemon water in the lobby for the guests, a nice touch.

We were there for 4 nights and housekeeping didn’t come to give fresh towels or change the trash. I had to ask to have them come

Good location to see the town of Bethlehem. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the bathroom are well stocked with shampoo and soap.

The only issue we had was the refrigerator making noises throughout the night. Our room faced the highway, which was a little noisy until the traffic calm down. Next time we’ll ask for a room facing the non-highway side of the hotel.

When making reservation asked for a room away from the front highway noise, was given a room in the front! Also woken up at 3:23 AM by upstairs people stomping around like a herd of elephants.

Clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff was very nice and the beddings were ok. It did meet our needs and the value was good!

Room wasn’t very clean, found someone’s socks right next to the bed, found hair and dirt on bed and bathroom. Ants in the bathroom.

During check-in, I was asked if I wanted to become a club member, I was only there for a work event and was in a bit of a hurry, but I listened to her anyways. She said that one of the perks was getting a late check-out. (3pm) I thought this was great, so I signed up! Next day comes, I get a maid knocking on my door at 10;45am, then the front desk calls the room and says "um, check-out is at 11am" at this point it's 11:15am. I explained to the receptionist WHY I was still in my room, explaining I signed up for the membership and the lady at the desk said my check-out was at 3pm. Her reply was "Oh, she didn't mark that anywhere" I felt extremely uncomfortable at this point, grabbed my things and was out in minutes.

Parking in the back, walking to the front to check in. There was a few cars waiting out front wairing to check in. Add parking to front for easy access to check in.

The walls may actually be made out of construction paper. You can hear EVERY word of the person in the room next to you.

The shower water went everywhere because the way the shower head was placed.
