Reviewed Oct 12, 2025Check in wasn't until 4 and we still had to wait for our room to be ready before we could officially check in. It wasn't a long wait but i feel like it shouldn't have happened. We arrived after 4 by the way.

Reviewed Oct 12, 2025We arrived at approximately 4:15 PM. We were told our room was not ready yet and we would have to wait. We were told that we would receive a text message when our room was ready. After waiting for an hour and a half, at 5:45 PM I finally approached the front desk and asked if our room was still not ready. I was told that our room had been ready and that the system just did not text us. We were not offered any compensation for this nonsense. Ridiculous.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025Check in was terrible, 45 minutes in line to find out the room wasn’t ready (5 pm). Waited another hour , had to go back to desk and complain to manager. He was very cool and got me a room straight away. It’s not like I was trying to check in at noon

Reviewed Oct 5, 2025I recently visited the casino and had a mixed experience. While there were some positives, there are definitely areas that could use improvement. First, the bathrooms were not cleaned as frequently as they should have been, and I think they could benefit from an upgrade. It really stood out during my visit, especially in a place that's otherwise busy and popular. Also, I was disappointed to find there wasn't an option to choose between a smoking or non-smoking room. It’s a simple thing that would make a big difference for guests with preferences. As for the bar service by the casino area, it didn’t meet expectations. The staff seemed overwhelmed and the service was slower than expected, which definitely took away from the overall experience. Overall, while the casino has potential, there are some improvements to be made, especially in cleanliness, customer service, and room options.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2025The front desk staff was mediocre. Chip was a gentleman and true professional. Chip left a great impression upon my arrival and took ownership to see that I was familiar with the property. The remaining day staff appeared somewhat stoic. Thank you for this opportunity. Best Regards, RW For example, i was in a room and wanted to extended my stay and when I went downstairs in the morning (per the evening) desk attendant instructions, the young gentleman and the 2 ladies appeared disinterested in my wanting to extend my stay and seemed more interested in expressing the hotel policy than getting to the point that they would do every possible to accommodate me regardless of timeliness. Subsequently, I went to the priority check-in office and the the lady seated on the right desk took care of me instantly. I was very appreciative.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025This was my mistake but I do not want others to make. I accidentally booked a smoking room. I didn’t realize that was even a thing anymore but they have an entire smoking floor. When I say the smell is unbearable, I mean it. I wrapped my shirt around my nose and mouth to get reprieve but there wasn’t any. I had to wash everything I took in the room, EVEN my phone charger smelled. They put the ionizing machine in room for a while and it didn’t help. Place is nice. Room was spacious and clean other than the smoke it would have been a decent stay. Left at 5am because my asthma couldn’t take it anymore. All day today I have sounded like I smoked a pack of cigs last night.
