Wonderful accommodation with a great location, very close to the subway. Room was cleaned every day, very comfy beds and all the amenities you need ! Would 100% recommend, great value for money as well

Near by 5th ave. Was able to walk to Central Park. Relatively safe, I was walking at night alone comfortably. Smooth check in and check out process.

Die Lage und Verkehrsanbindung.

Es war kein Schlaf möglich: ununterbrochen lautes Brummen von Generatoren/ Klimaanlagen. Umbuchen wurde nicht unterstützt. Die Böden waren nicht sauber. Auf dem Flur nachts laute Gäste.

Me encantó la predisposición de la gente. Todos muy amables. Hay un mini spot de café y bagels abajo escondido en recepción. Te hacen refill de la botella de agua y hielo sin problemas. Muy amables todos

Reserve la habitación sin baño. Eso me resultó muy incómodo, el cuarto estaba lejos del baño Asique no lo recomiendo, fue una mala decisión mía y no culpa del lugar

Limpieza, ubicación y comodidades, como tener el indicador de disponibilidad de los baños en la habitación y lavatorio ahí mismo también. Nunca tuvimos que esperar para usar los baños y siempre estuvieron impecables. La habitación es justa, no sobra nada de espacio, pero era lo que esperaba por lo que había visto en fotos. Por el precio y la ubicación es más de lo que se puede pedir.

Todo me gusto, no hubo nada negativo.

La localisation proche de Times Square et de Central Park, avec des stations de métro à proximité et de bons restaurants ouverts tard le soir. Le rooftop est très bien également pour prendre les repas et profiter de la vue.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, strong AC, the place was clean and well taken care of. Staff were helpful with storing my luggage.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, métro et lieux touristiques à proximité. L'hôtel est propre.

J'ai réservé la chambre capsule complète qui est vraiment petite pour deux personnes, la salle de bain et toilette manque d'intimité. Le prix de la chambre me semble très onéreux vu la superficie. La chambre correspond plus à une auberge de jeunesse.

O Pod51 tem um custo-beneficio absolutamente incrível para NY. Ficamos em 2 pessoas no quarto privativo com banheiro compartilhado. A Equipe do hotel sempre foi extremamente gentil conosco e sempre nos atendeu muito bem. Não tivemos nenhum problema na estadia. O quarto é bem limpo e bem conservado. As toalhas e o tapete de banheiro que eles cedem foram trocadas todos os dias e o quarto foi limpo e organizado todos os dias, o que foi bem positivo. Os banheiros do andar que ficamos (8 andar) eram limpos e funcionavam bem, tinham agua quente, sabonete, xampu e condicionador em todas as vezes que utilizamos. As camas tem um conforto ok, foram cedidos dois travesseiros para cada cama, o que é surpreendente para este tipo de hospedagem, a estrutura do beliche que ficamos era boa e a movimentação de quem estava em cima não incomodava ou movia o beliche. Haviam tomadas funcionais nas camas, uma TV para cada um também. A internet do hotel estava funcional a todo tempo, mesmo que não com grande velocidade, nao tivemos problemas de conexão quando necessário. Fomos em setembro e o tempo estava quente, o ar condicionado funcionou extremamente bem durante toda a estadia. O Hotel fica a poucas quadras da estação do metro da rua 51 e 53, com acesso a várias linhas, bem como a uma curta caminhada da 5 avenida. Julgo muito bem localizado para NYC. É bem impressionante o quanto entrega pelo preço, certamente voltaria mais vezes quando quiser ficar em um hotel simples.

O unico ponto de melhoria que colocaria para o hotel é em relação a um pouco de mal cheiro que ficava no corredor dos quartos. Não impactou em nada nossa estadia, creio que pela falta de ventilação nos corredores isso seja dificil de solucionar, porém não chegava a entrar nos quartos, apenas assustou um pouco na hora da chegada.

The hotel's location was great. It was right in the centre of the city, with everything within walking distance and close to the subway. The room was a perfect size and really cosy for my trip. It was also great to have a sink in the room. The rooftop terrace was especially amazing for relaxing in the evening.

The shared bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. It was constantly flooded with water, which was especially annoying since there were no possibilities to put toiletries down.

Location, clean and quiet Everyone was pleasant 3pm check in is great- 1pm check out is amazing!

I liked everything

Zeer goede locatie, makkelijk bereikbaar via meerdere metrostations. Bedden waren super comfortabel met dagelijks personeel dat de lakens verschoonde. Op de bovenste verdieping is een makkelijk bereikbaar dakterras met super uitzicht. Op onze verdieping (nr 10) waren er verschillende badkamers (4) die allen zeer goed waren, met beschikbaarheid van zeep, conditioner en shampoo. In de kamer was zichtbaar welke van de badkamers beschikbaar waren. Super accomodatie!!

Airco stond wel vrij hard, en was moeilijk te bedienen om deze uit te zetten. Wificode moest elke dag opnieuw ingegeven worden. Overigens geen klachten of opmerkingen. Ik zou deze plek zeker aanraden!!!!!

Everything worked as expected, there were no unpleasant surprises. The common spaces are great.

One shouldn’t need a hotel room key to enter the toilets on the room floors. Lots of noise from exterior AC units, but that’s everywhere in Manhattan.

There was nothing I was displeased with.

It’s well located, close to lots of restaurants and stores and transportation, very clean and easy to access. Rooms are worth the value, sheets are extremely clean and the shower is perfect. Very helpful staff.

The location is perfect. So many good restaurants and bars nearby. The rooftop is pretty cool. The view at night is awesome.

Went there during summer. So its hot and humid outside. The AC in the room sometimes doesnt blow the cold air properly. And small free continental breakfast would be great. But they have a decent cafe downstairs.

El alojamiento me encantó, sobre todo por la buena ubicación, a pasos del metro, puedes visitar muchos lugares turísticos caminando y muy tranquilo el lugar. También el personal del hotel fue muy amable y preocupado, especialmente Don Edwards, Marcos y Silvia, siempre atentos en brindar un servicio de excelencia. El primer día que llegamos no teníamos alojamiento porque tuvimos que adelantar el vuelo, pero nos dieron habitación y nos solucionaron el problema. De verdad que recomiendo 100% el hotel!

Nous sommes resté 5 nuits avec mon copain dans la chambre avec lit superposé. Les sanitaires partager était très propre et une des douches était très grande donc super agréable. Le personnel très accueillant et l’établissement très très bien placé rien à dire. Assez calme

C’est très petit pour le prix. Avec deux grosses valises on ne savait plus se déplacer dans la chambre. La Clim était bizarre , elle s’allumait toute seule en pleine nuit.

Económico y muy práctico para ir de vacaciones. Cerca de un metro con ascensor además por si vas en air train y el personal muy amable siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo. El baño compartido fue cero problema. Siempre había uno y estaban súper limpios! Me encantó

El espacio es súper reducido pero nos ambientamos. Lo que mejoraría sería la cafetería que tiene unos horarios muy reducidos y nunca pudimos comer o tomar algo ahí. Es solo casi horario de desayuno y nada más

The property was everything it said it was. The location was excellent, rooms were clean and beds were comfy, there’s not much more you could ask for at the cheap price we got it for in such a prime Manhattan location.

I liked the location, the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness, and the regular towel changes. The room was also very comfortable.

The shared bathrooms could have more hooks for hanging bags, clothes, and towels. This would make the space more practical and convenient to use.

I really like the place and I have stayed there before. Good value for money but bunk beds and shared restrooms/showers may not be for everyone, so just make sure you know what you are booking. But very clean and safe and not sharing the actual room.

L'hôtel est propre et à proximité du métro, de la gare centrale et de certains monuments. Le rooftop offre une belle vue. Vous pouvez prendre votre petit déj à l'hôtel sinon il y a plusieurs boulangeries à proximité. L'hôtel prpose aussi des tours gratuits pour explorer la ville avec un guide local. J'ai beaucoup apprécié.

Excellent place

The location is pristine. Train station two minute walk away from the hotel bunch of bars, bunch of restaurants and everything walking distance from the hotel.

Has nothing to do with the actual hotel itself, but some of the bartenders customer service with the bar connected to the hotel was a little unfriendly. There’s one guy every morning who was there? He was extremely friendly and always helped us out. The rest were not really friendly and didn’t want to keep a conversation for more than a minute.

My stay was amazing and the front desk is always helpful and amazing staff specially BENNY he is so helpful and always very nice and amazing service and I’m happy to stay again and again at the Pool 51 hotel on my upcoming vacations in NYC
