Le stanze sono davvero davvero piccole per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, al limite del potersi muovere in due fra il bagno e la camera

El transporte público es accesible. Desde mi llegada, recibí apoyo en la recepción para reservar un taxi que me llevara al aeropuerto al final final de mi estadía, y todo funcionó perfecto.

The only downside is that the rooms are extremely small, smaller than even some hostel formats, and to be honest for the price that we were paying it’s not really fair.

Stanzr minuscole, appena sufficienti per muoversi all'interno. Noi abbiamo ricevuto addirittura la queen che in teoria dovrebbe essere più grande della standard, eppure è stato un delirio. Poi, non ci hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola in 8 giorni di soggiorno, solo gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati (ogni giorno)

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Best location in the heart of Manhattan with everything surrounding it. Staff were polite and friendly. Our bedroom was as expected, small but accommodating enough and we were happy with it. We would definitely stay again.
No complaints. But whenever we turned on the air conditioner it made a louse noise plus having refrigerator would’ve been a bonus.

O chuveiro é MUITO pequeno e com uma cortina de plástico que fica grudando na gente na hora do banho, tenho estatura média (1,68cm de altura) e não conseguia me mexer dentro do pedaço do box, o chuveiro é muito bom mas como está no centralizado no meio do box é impossível tomar banho sem molhar o cabelo. Uma pessoa grande ou obesa não conseguirá tomar banho.

Nos dieron una primera habitación con mucho ruido por un sistema de refrigeración o aire acondicionado. Nos quejamos y nos cambiaron a otra sin ese ruido de forma rápida. La habitación quizá es algo más pequeña que en fotos, pero cumple las expectativas.

When I arrived cleaning materials were left all through the hall. The rooms are like cellblocks. No space to put anything. It was just not as comfortable as other reviewers have made it out to be.

The air conditioning was too noisy and blew air directly onto my face and body while sleeping. The staff offered to change my room, but I ultimately declined because I didn't need to turn it on for the remaining nights, so repacking my bags to move wouldn't have been worth the hassle.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The room was very fairly priced compared to other stays around us. It was also centralized near multiple train stops which was helpful for getting around easily. The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind as well.
The room was a little smaller than we expected (but that is likely on me for not checking all the square footage specifications). It was a little cramped for two people but we did not spend a lot of time there.

Sapevo che le camere erano piccole, ma davvero era quasi impossibili muoversi. Il bagno comodo. La camera molto disturbata da un rumore che non capivo se provenisse dal mio condizionatore o dall’esterno. Pulizia appena sufficiente. Va bene per un passaggio veloce.

I don't know if this is everyone's experience, but my experience in the room was bad: it was noisy the whole time, the shower drain smelled terrible constantly, and a fire alarm light shone right in my face. I slept very poorly. If none of that bothers you, it has a great location.

The hotel charges $26 per night for a "resort" fee and oxymoronic if the name is pod 39? That was obnoxious. I also wish that there were outlets by the headboard. None in my room.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The location is just perfect, the hotel is a 5-minute-long walk from Grand Central Terminal, from where you can go literally anywhere. The staff was very accomodating and helpful, they gave us a room upgrade free of charge upon arrival. The rooms are very clean with incredible view to the city, the bed is very comfortable, and the air conditioning system works perfectly.
Although the room was perfect, the walls of the bathroom were made out of blurry glass, which didn't give much privacy during showering.

Staff are friendly and efficient. Was especially happy that checkout was possible until 13:00, even if in the end I did not need it and could story my bags safely at the hotel after checkout.

The location does not get any better, few minutes awy from Grand Central and therefore you can reach pretty much every place in the island and the city. The TV channels offers was surprisingly good
The aircon turns on and off to maintain the temperature instead of just constantly being on, as a light sleeper, I woke up often due to the cycle of the AC turning on. No Fridge, but you are in the center of Manhattan, there is plenty of good food around for every budget possible

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Muy amables y atentos. La habitación y el baño estaban muy limpios y la cama era cómoda. La ubicación era perfecta en una calle tranquila y muy cerca de metro y las calles principales.
La habitación era un poco pequeña, pero era suficiente para lo que necesitábamos.

Everyone we encountered was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. They truly made our experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city! ❤️

Chambre très petite. Insonorisation très moyenne (on entend les voisins).

The room and bathroom are a bit small, but that's often the case in New York. The transparent bathroom door isn't ideal if you're traveling with friends or for work.

Die Geräusche auf den Zimmern waren störend. Trotz eines Zimmerwechsels, dass mir netterweise vom Personal angeboten wurde, wurde es nicht besser, sondern eher noch lauter. Oropax hat aber in der Nacht sehr gut geholfen.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómodos. Muy práctica la ubicación, y la habitación es pequeña pero funcional. La gente súper atenta y lista para ayudar.
Al menos en nuestra habitación el baño está súper pegado, la puerta es de vidrio y además no cerraba bien… así que no es muy privado si compartís la habitación. Es lo único que no me gustó. Lo demás todo bien.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026בית-מלון במיקום מרכזי לא רחוק מתחנת גרנד-סנטרל. מקלחת טעונה שיפור היות והברז הינו במרכז והמקום קטן, לכן אין אפשרות תמרון ואין צינור ידני, רק דוש. אין נוף היות ופתיחת החלון הייתה לעבר בניין מכל הצדדים. מעבר לסידור מיטה וכל יומיים אני הוצאתי את הסדין והציפית ע"מ שיחליפו, ריקון 2 פחים בחדר ובמקלחת, לא מילאו סבון גוף במיכל אלא אם הערתי למנקה ולא ניגבו אבק....לעומת זאת, צוות הקבלה היה אדיב, מיומן ונכון לעזור בכל שאלה. הפאב בכניסה נחמד מאוד ועמדת קפה / תה חינם בבוקר, היה מרענן. מציינת כי הייתי עם בתי בת ה-22 וגם היא התאכזבה מהמלון אבל ציינה את המיקום המעולה של מרחק הליכה ממקומות מתוירים. אנחנו מטיבות לכת וניו יורק היא עיר שצריך ללכת לפחת 25000 אלף צעדים ביום.
מקלחת עם צינור ידני ולא להרגיש ששופכים עליך דלי מים. להוסיף ערכת רחצה, כמו כובכ לכיסוי שיער, צמרונים, מברשת ומשחת שיניים.

C’è un distributore dell’acqua gratuito nella hall e alla mattina ci si può prendere il caffè gratuitamente
Il bagno dalle foto sembrava molto più grande, in realtà è piccolissimo ed è attaccato al letto con una porta trasparente scorrevole (0 privacy, lo consiglio solo per coppie con molta confidenza). Non mi è piaciuta la doccia, piccolissima (non riuscivo a girarmi) ed era impossibile non bagnarsi i capelli, inoltre aveva la tenda
