Wir waren absolut begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt im Chloe Hotel in Kuala Lumpur! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: den ganzen Tag à la carte, unglaublich lecker und von außergewöhnlich hoher Qualität. Das war für uns ein echtes Highlight. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Überall haben wir liebevolle Details entdeckt, die den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht haben – zum Beispiel die kleine kostenlose Snackbox auf dem Zimmer. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und trotz der Lage zur Straße angenehm ruhig. Dass uns vorsorglich trotzdem Ohrstöpsel bereitgestellt wurden, fanden wir besonders aufmerksam. Auch unsere Wünsche wurden jederzeit berücksichtigt. Ob wir die Zimmerreinigung einmal früher oder später haben wollten, darauf wurde ganz unkompliziert eingegangen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The design of the hotel is really nice. Very modern, and the rooms are also nice. Just a little small but comfortable.

The WiFi connections are not that good. I had to work during my stay and I keep disconnected from my online meetings.

Hotel was located in a super cemtralized location, minutes away from klcc, trx, pavillion. Room was decent. If you drive the road into the hotel premise and carpark is a bit tight so becareful.

To be honest all went well, till breakfast. I ordered ala carte, as I did not get the breakfast set with my hotel booking. I ordered the salmon and cream cheese, cost 36rm for 1 slice of sourdough, 3-4 pieces of salmon, cream cheese and some garnish. To be honest i expected abit more than what was served. Like perhaps 1 more slice of the sourdough bread.. to make it a sandwich. Or am i wrong. My benchmark being kenny hills pricing and portion size.

My room was comfortable and secure, with great aircon and a comfortable bed. I liked the pool and on site cafe for coffee and breakfast, as most places are a good 10 minute walk away.

There was mould on the tiles in my shower.

The location was amazing very close to the KLCC area.

The staff at the cafe for the breakfast, one particular lady (short hair) was very rude and hostile. Did not enjoy the breakfast as the options were limited I assumed it would be self serve.The amenities were not stock up when the room was cleaned and the bedding was not changed when the room was cleaned

The aesthetic was very trendy and modern all throughout the hotel. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early after our long flight. The hotel had two places to eat (Resturant/cafe) which is super convenient if you are too tired to explore. The bedroom was also a perfect side for two people and the bed was super comfortable. The location is pretty well places, especially if you plan to walk/ use public transport.

The only two slightly negative things I can think of are: The driveway was a bit difficult for taxis to enter and the Resturant was closed and booked out the days we wants to try it.

The attitude of the staff and receptionists was poor, and the breakfast was bad.

The aesthetic vibes and cosy. The breakfast flexibility from morning until 5:30 p.m. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

I stayed in Room to Grow and find that the bath tub was too near to the bed. Also there were not many TV channel options. There was also no notice on Monday late afternoon that the air conditioning was being serviced for one hour. I don’t think this is acceptable. At least there should be some form of prior notice so the guest can plan to go out that time or alternatively plan other activities. I had to call reception to ask only then I knew. Food choices are also very limited (salmon, tuna or salt beef).

The location location location is perfect. Sits perfectly in between Pavilion Mall and Prince Court Medical Centre, both are walking distance. Also, the staff were kind and helpful.

A lot has changed since the last time I stayed here. They no longer offer turn down service and they are no longer associated with the restaurant upstairs, which was also closed during my stay. The room is kinda dark and lighting is very dim so don’t plan to do any work during your stay. Tiny ants were often seen in the bathroom and on the desk.

The vibe was immaculate and the staff were incredible welcoming. Location wise, it was close enough to everything we wanted to see without being in a hectic area. I really enjoyed the food there.

The pool is too shallow for swimming in, kept hitting the bottom when trying to do a short lap. Also the check in took long time to process, was sitting waiting, perhaps on busy periods two staff would be better than one doing the admissions.

Posizione fantastica e struttura molto bella in generale, la piscina è meravigliosa, ottima per un pó di relax dopo una giornata in giro per la città al caldo.

La colazione ha decisamente poca scelta, la pulizia della camera andrebbe un pó migliorata (c'era polvere e si vedevano degli schizzi controluce sulla parete dietro il letto). Essendo un albergo molto attento ai dettagli ci si aspetterebbe altrettanta cura nella pulizia degli ambienti. Lo staff sempre gentilissimo, cortese e sorridente ma non ci è stato particolarmente utile nell'unica richiesta di aiutarci ad organizzare il trasferimento per il Taman negara. Comunque lo sceglierei di nuovo perché è un bell'albergo in un'ottima posizione.

From the moment I entered the hotel, I knew I had made a good choice. The staff were so warm and welcoming and I love the vibe and style of the hotel. The room designs are very cool and the bed was huge and so comfortable. I slept so well here. The location is also fantastic. I could walk everywhere and there are restaurants and shopping opportunities within minutes away It's a special place and I'd love to go back some day!

This hotel is not a wonderful 4-star hotel, as advertised in booking.com. It is at most a mediocre 3-star hotel. Wifi quality is awful. The room smells damp. Bathroom smells unpleasant. Breakfast is of low range food, with no variety. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

The Staff at this hotel were outstanding. Ahmed on the front desk was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. My wife got quite sick and Ahmed advised us on a doctor and the kitchen staff organised special meals for her. They even gave us a late check out. The hotel itself is really well designed and very clean. Thank you Ahmed and the Kloe team!

Mooi ingericht hotel voorzien van alle gemakken! We waren door problemen met de vlucht pas om 07:00 s ochtends in het hotel. Bij vertrek wat lekkers meegekregen omdat ze het zo vervelend voor ons vonden.

Enige minpuntje is dat het ontbijt met 1 drankje is. Voor een extra bakje koffie moet je bijbetalen.

Housekeeping shoddy and incomplete

Friendly staff, we had a courtyard room (207) which overlooked the pool. Very quiet, minimal noise. A 10 minute walk to the mono rail, and even less to the Pavilion, which has over 700 shops. Our room was clean and comfortable, bed and pillows both great. And although we were late starting one morning, we were still able to get breakfast (it was in our room rate). Many hotels have a cut off time when breakfast finishes.

Wat een oase van rust middenin de drukte van de stad. De lobby is supergezellig ondanks de industriële aankleding. Het personeel is echt uitermate vriendelijk. Het ontbijt… gewoon TOP! Het is geen buffet, je kan één gerecht en één drankje uitkiezen, maar ze zijn allemaal zó lekker!!!

Om toch iets te zeggen: het zwembad is niet zo gezellig, maar zeker voldoende voor een verfrissende duik.

Top location if you want to walk TRX, Pavilion, KLCC (this one is further). Room looks and feels average (3 star). This time my shower trap was blocked and flooded. Not nice experience. Shampoo and shower gel ran out first day I checked in. Should have done a room check before letting guests check in. But they were apologetic and quick to replenish. Reception staff polite and helpful. Breakfast (add on) is good. My second visit.

The staff were great, breakfast was great. The little free “old school” Malaysian snacks were a really nice touch. Cool design, perfectly curated.

Great boutique hotel. Cool design. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean. The rooms are a bit small and the area in the closet made to hold a suitcase isn't really big enough for a big bag but we were able to get a stand for one bag. Better suited to short stays with minimal luggage IMO. Easy access to the attractions in Bukit Bintang, but a bit of a walk to the main shopping and Jalan Alor eat street. We did find some good options pretty close to the hotel though. I liked that it's not a big business oriented hotel with large groups. We started off in a room facing the Main Street which apparently becomes a motorcycle race track late at night. I'd recommend staying on the other side as it's much more quiet. Loved the hotel, just a couple of minuses for the street noise and distance from things. Great value for money too.

Really lovely hotel. The staff, location, room and amenities (especially Lucky Cafe) were all brilliant. The hotel was a great base for us to explore KL.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it offers quick access to many shopping complexes and eateries in the Bukit Bintang area (about 10-15 min walk). The atmosphere in the lobby is peaceful and relaxing: the music playing in the background contributed to an altogether tranquil atmosphere. Trees are planted around the hotel, giving the impression that you’re surrounded by nature. The rooms were tastefully decorated, with pastel colours intersecting with natural, wooden patterns. Fresh sheets are provided daily, and communication with the front desk via the room telephone is swift and convenient. The rooms variously overlook the hotel courtyard, the local neighbourhood street, and the city. Overall, a decidedly cozy experience. The restrooms in the lobby were clean and functional and the soap is very high quality. And the toilets flush. And there’s a swimming pool! We didn’t end up going, but it looks nice! There is a freshly prepared breakfast every day from 7:30am to 5pm, made to order, so you can stay in bed all day and still enjoy breakfast in the afternoon. The hotel also includes an on-site restaurant, the Mauceri, offering fresh pasta and cozy vibes. Each room has local snacks popular in Malaysia, like Mamee and rice crackers. Nostalgia distilled into a basket. The staff were very friendly and attended to our every need. They were also informative and knowledgeable on the Bukit Bintang area; they had many suggestions on where to eat! Overall, our verdict is that we’ll definitely come again.

Even before our arrival, the experience was excellent. The hotel responded promptly to every email and was incredibly helpful in addressing our queries regarding accessibility, parking, and room arrangements. Their communication was clear, reassuring, and made planning our trip from Singapore much less stressful. We drove from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, and the hotel was easy to locate and navigate to. Traffic around the area was understandably busy at times, but the staff had thoughtfully recommended suitable arrival timings, which helped us avoid the worst congestion. The location is fantastic—many malls, cafes, and attractions are nearby, with several places even within walking distance. During our stay, commuting via Grab was also convenient and hassle-free. One aspect I especially appreciated was the hotel’s accessibility. My mother uses a wheelchair, and KLoe Hotel made her stay comfortable and manageable. The hotel itself is wheelchair-friendly, with ramps provided for her room, spacious lifts, and sufficient room for easy maneuvering with her travel wheelchair. While some roads outside the hotel were less friendly for wheelchair users, the hotel environment itself felt safe and accommodating. The drop-off point was particularly helpful, and the porter was always attentive and ready to assist us. The staff truly made our stay special. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the porter immediately helped transfer our luggage onto a trolley upon arrival. What stood out most was how sincere the staff were—their hospitality never felt forced or superficial. Conversations felt natural and heartfelt, which gave the hotel a very personal touch. We were also grateful that they did their best to accommodate all three of our rooms on the same floor, making it much easier for our family to stay connected and support one another. The rooms were wonderful—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Both the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable, allowing us to rest well after long days out. Although earplugs were thoughtfully provided in case of noise, we never needed them, as the rooms were pleasantly quiet. The air-conditioning worked perfectly and I especially appreciated being able to control it directly from the room instead of relying on central air conditioning. The bathroom amenities and toiletries were lovely, and every detail felt carefully considered. I also loved the hotel’s industrial yet green aesthetic—it felt modern, calming, stylish, and practical all at once. Parking charges and related details were communicated clearly beforehand, so there were no surprises. What made this stay especially meaningful was not just the beautiful design or great location, but how cared for we felt throughout the entire experience. Travelling with family, especially with elderly members or loved ones with mobility needs, can sometimes be stressful. KLoe Hotel helped ease that burden with genuine kindness and thoughtful service. KLoé Hotel gets the basics right and then some. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this is a property that has been thought through carefully. The design is crisp and contemporary without feeling cold, with a sense of personality that sets it apart from the generic business hotels that dominate KL’s mid-range scene. The interiors are nicely put together, the rooms well-appointed, and the overall aesthetic gives the place a boutique feel that punches above its category. Breakfast deserves a special mention. The spread is generous and well-executed — a good variety of options done properly, rather than the tired buffet fare you often encounter at comparable hotels. Food quality really surprised us. Dishes were fresh, wholesome, and noticeably healthier, far exceeding what we had anticipated. But what truly elevated our stay was the people. Ahmad is warm, attentive, and seemingly always in good spirits. He has a genuine smile ready every time we crossed paths and went out of his way to be helpful without ever being intrusive. KLoé strikes a nice balance — stylish enough to feel like a treat, comfortable enough to feel like home, and staffed by people who clearly take pride in what they do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to make this our base again on our next visit to KL.

Hotel is conveniently placed for downtown with all shopping and dining within a 10-15 min walk. Room was comfortable and our rate included breakfast which was tasty. Staff were all very polite and very friendly. If i was returning to KL id stay here again!

Purtroppo avevamo bisogno della piscina per un nostro figlio atleta che doveva fare degli esercizi particolari motivo per cui abbiamo scelto questa struttura ad un giorno dall’arrivo ci è stata inviata una mail dicendo che a causa di lavori per un giorno sarebbe stata impraticabile , beh i giorni sono diventati 2 e poi 3 e questo per noi è stato un disguido molto importante e nessuno dello staff ha cercato di rimediare questo purtroppo , con tutta la comprensione ha creato malumore e problemi a noi poi con la squadra di basket per cui gioca

Stayed in the city room for 1 night while we were stopping by KL. Always wanted to check out KLoe Hotel. Love the vibes of the room, the concept store downstairs. Love the little touch of Malaysian childhood snacks in the room. Looking forward to check out the vinyl records in the other room next round! Also it’s walkable to TRX, so that was very convenient!

We didn’t expect much beyond having a comfortable place to stay while visiting KL, but this hotel exceeded all our expectations. It was our first time staying here, and it truly made our trip both enjoyable and memorable. The vibe of the hotel is incredibly cool and welcoming. Both the guests and staff create a warm, friendly atmosphere that feels effortless and genuine. Everyone we encountered was polite, cheerful, and always smiling. Not once did we see a staff member without a sincere smile, which we genuinely appreciated. The check-in process was exceptionally smooth. The front desk staff who assisted us was kind, professional, and took the time to share useful information that made our stay even better. The interior design and décor are absolutely stunning. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to work remotely for a few days. The open-concept spaces are thoughtfully designed, allowing you to get work done while still enjoying conversations with friends or fellow guests over a great cup of coffee. The coffee bar is a wonderful addition and perfectly complements the overall atmosphere. Our room was spotless, the pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the in-room amenities were excellent,including Aesop products, which was a lovely touch. The location is another major plus, with easy walking access to attractions such as Berjaya Times Square and Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning in the near future.

Room was great, until housekeeping attempted to open my door to deliver housewarming cookies, which the Front Desk forgot to inform me about it. Maximum scary, was taking a nap and it was not a very friendly experience, went to the Front Desk to ask about it, the front desk replied quite calmly except at first he questioned me: "its the xxxx whatever that we informed you" except that I was not told anything during my check-in. Maybe the tone was fine, just that I was scared and angry. So not going to escalate this part. Overall, great room, just need to have a better checklist.

Shortly after we checked into our room, the staff proactively contacted us to ensure everything was in order. We especially appreciated the complimentary snacks, which brought back nostalgic childhood memories, as well as the premium Aesop toiletries provided in the room — a unique and luxurious touch rarely found in hotels within this category. Overall, KLoé Hotel delivers a memorable boutique experience, and we would not hesitate to return on our next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

We enjoyed our 3D2N stay at Kloe Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtfully designed main foyer, which features a welcoming mix of seating areas that seamlessly serve both hotel guests and café patrons. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Although we arrived slightly before the official check-in time, the reception staff were warm, accommodating, and kindly offered to assist with an early check-in. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's inviting atmosphere and excellent hospitality made for a memorable experience. We would gladly recommend Kloe Hotel to anyone planning a trip to KL and would like to stay at the main shopping district at Bukit Bintang.

We recently stayed at KLoé Hotel for 3D2N and had an amazing experience from start to finish. This was a short getaway for my partner before his second surgery in June, so I had emailed the hotel prior to arrival to see if they could help make the stay a little special. Even before arrival, the team responded promptly and warmly to a last-minute request, which already left a positive impression. Throughout our stay, the service remained consistently thoughtful and genuine. A special shoutout to CK the Front Office Manager, Ahmad and the rest of Front Office team, including the housekeeping team, and everyone else who contributed to making our stay memorable. We were pleasantly welcomed with thoughtful amenities and a handwritten note, which added a very personal touch to the experience. I won’t go into too much detail about everything they did for us, as I believe every guest and occasion is different, and what made our stay special was the sincerity and personalization behind it. Check-in was smooth, warm and welcoming. The Chinese lady with short hair at reception greeted us with a smile whenever we passed by the front desk and explained everything clearly upon arrival. Check-out was equally efficient and hassle-free. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get the names of many of the staff members as I didn’t notice any name tags, but every team member we interacted with was friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful and they certainly deserve recognition for their hospitality. The hotel itself has a unique industrial-chic design that gives it plenty of character. From the raw concrete walls and exposed fixtures to the thoughtfully curated art and cozy communal spaces, every corner feels intentional and photogenic without trying too hard. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with amenities. One detail we particularly enjoyed was the nostalgic childhood snacks provided in the room, which brought back fond memories and added a fun uniquely Malaysian touch to the stay. Location-wise, it was very convenient. Grab rides were easy to get and most places we wanted to visit were only a short drive away. There is also a McDonald’s located just behind the hotel, which came in handy for a quick meal or late-night snack. For smokers, there is a designated outdoor smoking area within the hotel grounds, which is a thoughtful addition without affecting the overall guest experience. Areas for improvement: • The pool could benefit from a better filtration system. It’s not a large pool, so it wasn’t a major issue, but it would enhance the experience. • Soundproofing in the room could be improved for light sleepers. I’m a deep sleeper so it didn’t bother me much, but my partner could still hear some traffic noise from outside. Overall, we absolutely loved the hotel’s atmosphere, design and, most importantly, its hospitality. KLoé Hotel has a unique charm that makes guests feel genuinely welcomed rather than simply accommodated. Thank you to the entire KLoé team for working wonders and making our stay such a memorable one for us. We look forward to returning again.

Very cosy and comfortable hotel

The hotel facilities are industrial hip and very comfortable. Great location, secreted away from the main road but reasonably close to everything. I had an accident while out exploring and the entire staff from the managers, front desk, to the cafe were incredibly helpful and took care of my travel partner while I was in hospital and looked after us both when I returned. Special thanks to Ahmad, Zara, Heiqal, Ari, Yvonne, Fariz (hope I mentioned everyone who went out of their way to help us). We are so grateful for the warm, caring hospitality and will always come back to stay when we are in Kuala Lumpur. Best hotel and staff I’ve ever experienced and I’ve stayed at plenty around the world.

We love this hotel. I did read the reviews and there was a comment about street noise but we heard nothing from our room. There was absolutely nothing that they wouldn’t help us with. The facilities are pretty perfect and the entire staff from the kitchen, to the housekeepers and especially the managers and the front desk were so caring and always had a welcoming smile.

My partner and I spent 2 nights at the KLoe hotel and we absolutely LOVED it. The location is perfect, it’s boutique so not too busy, the breakfast was insanely delicious but it was the the staff who we loved the most! So friendly, warm and welcoming. Definitely will be staying here again!

Beautiful calm, quiet hotel, hidden from the busy streets. Aesop products in the bathroom and fresh water in the rooms. Comfortable beds and my room was quiet. Front of house staff very friendly and helpful - as a solo traveller felt very safe and cared for. Breakfast and coffee was good.

Check in was quite slow as there was only 1 staff member on the reception to check in/check out multiple guests - would suggest a digital option for those in a rush or for busy times. Hotel entrance quite hidden which confused some taxi drivers. All westerised so don't really get a sense of being in Malaysia. This might be a bonus for some travellers but I personally prefer getting a sense of the identity of the country I'm in from my stay. However, none of this detracted from a great stay.

Nice atmosphere. Walking distance to Pavilion & TRX. Friendly staff. Very accommodating with all the request. A lot of free and nostalgic snacks. Really love the aesthetic of the whole layout. I love the whole experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Kloe Hotel. The hotel is absolutely beautiful — every detail of the design feels thoughtful, modern, and elegant while still being warm and welcoming. The interior architecture, lighting, furniture, and overall atmosphere create such a unique boutique experience. The staff were kind and professional, the rooms were spotless and comfortable. We also loved the attention to small details throughout the property (eg. sweet surprise in the room). The location is excellent, the breakfast was great, and the pool area is never crowded. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting KL — especially if you appreciate beautiful design and stylish hotels.

I corridoi delle camere sono aperti essendo l’hotel vicino ad una strada principale e che la città non dorme mai c’era molto rumore di traffico che si sentiva dalla porta d’entrata, ho dovuto mettere k tappi per poter dormire. La colazione che non avevamo incluso è a la carré ma abbastanza ristretta e il locale dove fare colazione è più uno spazio condiviso di passaggio davanti alla reception diciamo che la percezione del luogo dove effettuare la colazione è più da pre di un caffè e via. Dalle immagini mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di differente malgrado che la struttura fosse bella ed il personale gentile

Loved the design, Aesop products in the rooms, the food was always really tasty! Within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants.

Breakfast is A La Carte and you can only choose one dish and one drink either coffee or juice. It would be perfect if they offered a selection of juices and coffee and some fruits/yoghurt self service! For me as 160cm woman the breakfast is sufficient but for my partner as a tall hungry man it wasn’t enough! A sauna by the pool would perfect the whole experience!

Kloe hotel just outside the main centre offered me a home in KL. Its nice hotel personnel and the green and lush atmosphere were the key. My room had a view to the pool and the green surroundings. I liked the outside terrace, the goodies in my room and the IT skills of the office manager. Condensed milk coffee and Turkish eggs are recommended Would love to stay here again!

When travelling for work i typically stay at the bigger chains, but reading the positive reviews I needed to give this boutique hotel a try. I can happily say it was well worth it, and didn't disappoint. While the experience was mainly positive it's best to also share with you some of the other experiences that you may find useful, particularly if not travelling for business (solo or couple). Feedback: The hotel offers Breakfast (with stay package), however what it doesn't say is the breakfast is operated through a small cafe, with an equally small menu. As a guest you are allowed to pick one main dish, the portions are very small, along with this comes a small cup of muesli and you can order one drink (typically a coffee or juice). This would not be the type of menu that would suit children or hungry travellers. If you change anything from the basic menu you will be charged. For example i ordered an 'oat flat white' and while breakfast included a coffee it didn't include the price of oat milk, so i had to pay extra. I ordered the avocado on toast, which you could add an egg to, however the egg was an additional cost not covered by the 'included breakfast dish'. So just be careful what you order and make sure you ask in advance to avoid any additional costs. The rooms are lovely, I'll let the pictures speak for themselves, the free snack basket was a nice touch, each room also has 2 bottles of water, great air-conditioning and a number of USB A charging points (no USB C). With the nature of the hotel being exposed concrete (which i love) sound can travel at night, i did notice hearing a bit when people are walking around outside your room. The internet is mostly good, drops out from time to time and each day you need to re-sign in, and it asks you to fill in a survey (which can get annoying) - Management ask: can the hotel please remove the survey after you have filled it in once. Final thoughts: Staff make a hotel, and they certainly didn't let this one down, all lovely and charming, happy to give you any support you may need as a guest. Is the hotel good for business and leisure? that's a yes for singles and couples, the ground floor communal lounge was great, also liked the flexible work spaces - not sure the hotel is really set up for children though. The location is great in walking distance to both TRX mall - 10 min walk (super high end luxury) and Berjaya Times Square Mall, 15-20 min walk (large format discount shopping) - Will i be back - yes, certainly happy to try the hotel again. The hotel is gorgeous - it has a very industrial, stylish design. The room is small but perfectly formed, with Aesop amenities and a great shower. We loved breakfast - super fresh and a welcome change from the buffet breakfast we were used to in Penang and Langkawi. We also had beers/coffee/cake here which were lovely and reasonably priced. Loved the touch of the little treats in the room! Reception and the cafe staff were attentive and friendly.

Check out is as 12 and we had a night flight out of KL. When I booked the room I requested a late check out, which was ignored. I didn't chase until a few days before, but then was told the hotel was full. We were able to use the pool past check out, but the only shower is an open shower right in front of quite a posh restaurant. It felt very uncomfortable doing a full shower in front of people having a lovely pasta dinner, not to mention inconvenient to have to pack wet swimming clothes in the case (not sure a nude open shower is legit, although we did consider!). The hotel must put a closed shower in the changing rooms on the pool floor. The pool is fine, but very much a dipping pool and all of the lounge space is in the shade. Also the restaurant on this floor feels very at odds with the pool. If the pool area is important to you, don't pick this hotel.

Nice friendly helpful staff who went out of their way to suggest things to see and do. Great bedrooms with Japanese decor. Clean and refreshing. Great complimentary breakfast

Great place to stay in KL. Close walk to TRX and Pavilion, as well as lots of hawker stalls behind the hotel for the full KL experience. Staff were friendly and love the aesthetic of the hotel. Would come back again!

I had a pleasant stay at KLOÉ Hotel Kuala Lumpur, especially appreciating the beautifully designed room. The aesthetics were thoughtfully curated, and the space felt intentional and comfortable. I also enjoyed the quality toiletries from Aesop, which added a nice touch to the overall experience.

That said, the room could be quite noisy at night, as I could hear water running through the pipes, which affected the restfulness of the stay. The location was another slight drawback — while it is within the Bukit Bintang area, it isn’t immediately convenient. It took about a 10-minute walk along a busy road to reach Pavilion Kuala Lumpur.

Beautiful decor and design. Very calming and cool environment. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Great Little cafe for breakfast.

Nice place and good services. The room is so cormfy and pretty. Facilities are also in a good hand. Oh ya, the best part they giving a lot of in house snack and drinks.

Exceptional. KLoe was perfect and might rank as one of the best hotels we've stayed in. While the design, aesthetics, location all play a role, it was the service from the hotel staff that stood out: impeccable and exemplary. There is a coffee shop downstairs that opens early and there is also a lovely gift shop that stocks locally made items for you to browse. I was also impressed to see that the hotel supports and employs persons with disabilities as part of their staff, which made the experience even more meaningful. Will definitely stay at KLoe again if we visit KL next time.

The room was fantastic, we loved the attention to detail. The staff were fantastic, very accommodating. Just the little things to ensure our stay was comfortable. The property itself felt so inviting I want to go back to KL just to stay at the hotel!
