De premier lounge is fantastisch! Het is heerlijk vertoeven aan het rooftop zwembad.

Geur in badkamer, ging maar niet weg. Onze kamer bleef naar de afvoer ruiken. Er werd wel goed schoongemaakt. Kluis deed het op beide kamers niet, één werd gemaakt, de ander is nooit vervangen.

La struttura è molto bella è pulita in una posizione strategica appena dietro il Pavilion, nei dintorni c’è anche il night market che si raggiunge in un attimo a piedi, la colazione è ottima e anche varia, la vista della stanza è stupenda, la piscina bellissima, la palestra funzionale, e anche il servizio di lavatrice e asciugatrice a pagamento è comodo! La camera inoltre è molto grande e lo staff è gentilissimo

Large room, comfortable bed, very clean. There was a water filter in the room, which was convenient. We were only there one day so we didn't get to experience many of the other amenities. Decent stay.

When we arrived, there were multiple other people trying to check in but only one person working the desk, although it seemed like at least two other employees were roaming around just not helping. TV isn't smart so you can only cast to it with Android not Iphone.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr saubere Zimmer, in ca. 20-25 min. Fußweg erreicht man die Petronas-Türme, dazwischen liegen etliche Malls, Restaurants und Cafés. Die Essmeile Jalan Alor ist nur 10 min. entfernt. Trotz der guten Lage sehr ruhig. Frühstück ist gut, Auswahl ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Schöner Pool. Empfehlenswert.

Standardzimmer sind etwas klein für 2 Leute mit größeren Koffern.

Leider war dies die schlechteste Unterkunft unserer vierwöchigen Reise durch Südostasien. Besonders enttäuschend fanden wir, dass das Hotel nicht besonders kinderfreundlich ist. Bei Booking war ausdrücklich angegeben, dass unser Kind kostenlos mit uns im Zimmer übernachten kann und alle Kosten im Zimmerpreis enthalten sind. Vor Ort sollten wir dann jedoch zusätzlich für das Frühstück unseres Kindes bezahlen. Bis das schließlich geklärt war, musste ich mit insgesamt vier verschiedenen Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption sprechen und zusätzlich sowohl das Hotel als auch Booking per E-Mail kontaktieren. Das war unnötig zeitaufwendig und ärgerlich. Das Frühstück bietet zwar eine große und reichhaltige Auswahl, geschmacklich fanden wir es allerdings eher enttäuschend. Insgesamt hatten wir während unserer vier Wochen in Südostasien viele verschiedene Unterkünfte – diese war leider mit Abstand die schlechteste Erfahrung.

Die Betten sind für unseren Geschmack zu hart. Und leider war das Zimmer bis zum Abend nicht gemacht worden, aber nach Telefonat mit dem Service Counter wurde das dann erledigt.

Good location and friendly staff. The breakfast team handled my girlfriend's celiac disease well and brought out gluten-free bread and cereals.

The sofa in our room had stains, but other than that everything was clean.

Really enjoyed our stay. The Studio Premier was modern, clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a few nights. The location made it easy to get around and explore the area, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. Check-in was smooth, and overall it was great value for money. Would happily stay here again!

Lokatie is goed, alles op loopafstand. Zwembad en uitzicht heel mooi. Zie foto’s . Waren ook altijd ligstoelen vrij. Douche en bed ook echt goed. Het hotel straalde luxe uit. Ik hoorde in de kamer geen geluiden van buiten de kamer.

Het hotel heeft te hoge taxiprijzen, maar je kan wel makkelijk een grab nemen. Ook om 6.30 AM

We had a fantastic stay at Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Kuala Lumpur. The location is excellent, with Bukit Bintang's shopping malls, restaurants, cafés and major attractions all within easy walking distance. The hotel is modern, spotless and very comfortable, with spacious rooms and excellent facilities. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful infinity pool, which offered stunning city views and was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. It truly added a touch of luxury to our experience. What really made our stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality from the staff. Everyone was warm, professional and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Overall, Capri by Fraser exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect base for exploring Kuala Lumpur. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable and well-located hotel.

Geweldig hotel. Allereerst super vriendelijk personeel, niets is teveel gevraagdl. Het hotel is super gunstig gelegen. Ontbijt buitengewoon goed. We boekte een premium studio waardoor we oa van 18u-20u gratis cocktails konden drinken en hapjes konden eten op de bovenste etage (met geweldig uitzicht). Dit hadden we niet door toen we de kamer boekte en was dus een complete en hele fijne verrassing. Al met al een van de beste hotels waar we ooit verbleven

De airco maakte ook op de laagste stand best veel geluid. Maar niet heel hinderlijk.

I really love the property due to its strategic location which is nearby to all the malls that i wanted to visit specifically trx, pavilion and berjaya time square. 10/10 for location.

One of the thing that i don’t like is the housekeeping staff did not clean the room for the longest hour. We get the room clean in the evening after a complaint was made. I really hope they will improve on this.

Very well located close to restaurants and within walking distance of the Jalan Alor nightly food market which I would highly recommend. Spacious room and great views from the rooftop swimming pool. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy to get a Grab taxi in the vicinity.

This might look like nitpicking, but 2 of the staff at the reception spoke very very quietly to a point it was hard to understand them and we had to ask them to repeat what they said multiple times. It's not a huge issue, but it doesn't come off as professional, especially in a hotel like this.

Одно из немногих мест, где дополнительную кровать, которую мы попросили для сына, установили так, что она не мешала проходу и была сама по себе комфортной. В номере чисто и уютно, отличный вид на город с высоты (мы были на 34 этаже). На верхнем этаже бассейн с ещё более шикарными видами, около бассейна комнаты для переодевания с саунами и туалетами. Там же на верхнем этаже комната развлечений с игровой приставкой и мини-футболом, а также прачечная самообслуживания. На завтраках в ресторане есть как местная еда, так и адаптированная под разные культуры, экзотические фрукты и разные напитки. Отель расположен в центре города, близко ко всем достопримечательностям. Рядом много ресторанов и торговых центров.

Показалось, что дополнительная кровать стоила слишком дорого - почти половину от стоимости номера. Также в период нашего пребывания часть обзорной террасы на верхнем этаже была закрыта на ремонт, о чём нас предупредили за неделю до заезда.

Great location—within walking distance to TRX, Lot 10, and Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. Very convenient for shopping and food, especially if you prefer to explore the area on foot.

We had three wonderful days at the Capri by Fraser, Jalan Bukit Bintang. The decor, room facilities, location for eateries were excellent. Had a spectacular view from 23rd floor room. The service staff at the concierge was outstanding, especially from Azrul who helped us set up the Grab app.

Slow check in and out. Needs to shorten the time and process. Pillows aren’t comfortable for me, there were 2 provided however both were too soft for me.

My experience with the hotel was spectacular from the get-go. From parking and check-in, to the cosy room and delicious breakfast buffet, everything was to my liking. You can tell the staff are well trained - all are very warm and polite. I like that they have a spin & play room, where you can play a game or two while waiting for your clothes to finish the wash and dry cycle. Location wise, the hotel is just a 3-min walk to TRX, through the TRX park. It felt safe even at night. There's a 7-Eleven just around the corner so it's very convenient if you need to get some stuff even after hours. Other than the usual Malay, Chinese, and Indian representation of food at the breakfast buffet, they also have Middle Eastern dishes like hummus. I enjoyed their French toast as well.

My booking info on booking.com states that the checkout time is at 12.30pm. However, at 12.10 the receptionist was already calling to check if I was checking out, as if I was already late. Please don't do this to other guests, it's like you're chasing us out.

Die Zimmer sind schön hell eingerichtet und gemütlich. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist toll, wir haben ihn täglich aufgesucht. Das Personal ist sehr nett und immer behilflich. Am Abreisetag durften wir nachmittags nochmal den Pool benutzen, obwohl wir schon ausgecheckt hatten, vielen Dank! Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab viele verschiedene Gerichte, insbesondere zu Haja Raya.

Die Lage ist mitten in Bukit Bintang, es gibt viele große Straßen drumherum und nichts Grünes. Das ist aber logisch, wenn man in eine Großstadt kommt!
