Great location near Shinjuku station. Stuff was friendly and assisted with the luggage delivery.

The location to Shinjuku Station was wonderful. Easy access to the rest of the city and in a lively part of the city itself. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very helpful with questions and there were many free amenities for guests.

The room was slightly smaller than expected, but still able to move around.

Excelente localização, pertissimo do Shinkansen, ponto estratégico para quem quer se locomover para qq lugar do Japão seja de Shinkansen ou trem. Com combines do lado aberto a qq hora.

Quartos pequenos, apenas um detalhe para qu estiver com muitas malas grandes. Não tem onsen nem academia.

Very good location close to Shinjuku Station, only few minutes walk. Breakfast is marvelous and the staff is really helpful.

L'hôtel est bien situé à deux pas de la labyrinthique gare de Shinjuku. Tout près de l'arrêt du Limousine bus en arrivant de l'aéroport Haneda. Nombreux restos et magasins dans le quartier. Personnel efficace et agréable parlant anglais. Chambre confortable mais un peu petite pour trois. (attention pour les allergiques : les oreillers sont en plume comme partout au Japon). Nous étions au 16eme étage et avions une vue fabuleuse sur la ville. Le petit-déjeuner était cher mais excellent avec des mets occidentaux et japonais. La salle du petit-déjeuner devient un restaurant le midi et le soir, (très bon).

The front desk staff who checked us in claimed he could speak ‘Chinese’, unfortunately he neither understands Mandarin nor understands English. In the end, he spoke broken Japanese and probably no one ( even local people) hardly to understand.

Great location, very clean and comfortable

Like a lot of japanese modern hotels, pretty bland and lacking in character

Spotlessly clean and comfortable with some really luxurious touches. Breakfast choice was excellent and the evening restaurant hotpot was so good we had it twice!

The only slight issue was the air conditioning was down for several hours but was back on for night time when we needed it most

The rooms are small

1. The Nespresso machine in the lobby is great, though it's not operated around the clock. In particular, the drip bag coffee (Hotel's own label) available in room is bland. 2. Helpful staff. Due to malfunction smart TV in my room, I rang the front desk up to check out availability of washing machine. Learned that 6/F was good. Thanks! 3. Good location. 4. The Hotel is alight in spite of hiccups.

1. The Hotel information page of the smart TV in my room didn't work. Rang the front desk up. Appreciate a staff came to my room to check. In spite of her effort, the problem was not fixed. She stated that they would fix it on my 2nd day of stay. But nothing happened. The problem remained. 2. A lot of room for improvement in cleanliness in public places, including 6/F, 10/F and 14/F laundry/microwave/ice dispenser rooms. Messy! For instance, dirt inside washing machine, coffee inside the microwave of 14/F, water in front of 10/F microwave, garbage inside the vase in the 14/F lift lobby. 3. Hotel isn't just about staff and facilities. Guests also count. I came across the worst experience in public places in hotels in Japan. Besides cleanliness, guests with luggage tried to rush in the lift (1/F lobby. ie G/F in some other places) before we got off. There're other experiences too. 4. Fully understand why there're complaints against over-tourism in Japan. Be a responsible visitor in Japan please!

bathroom is a bit dark, however top floor room was the biggest compared to the bottom ones.

I like the SECURITY you can’t use the elevator unless you have your key card nobody unauthorized is ever in your hotel. The people running the hotel are excellent very helpful with smiles.

Das Hotel liegt perfekt nahe des Bahnhofes Shinjuku. Es war sehr gepflegt und das Personal war auch äußerst freundlich. Das Zimmer ist für Tokio-Verhältnisse recht groß. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist auch sehr gut. Es wird modernisiert. Das Frühstück ist auch für Vegetarier ganz gut.

Das Bett ist sehr weich.

War für uns ein Transferhotel vor der Weiterreise nach Matsumoto, Lage war top, nur 3 min gehen bis zum Bahnhof Shinjuku. Sauberes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Reibungsloser Check-in und Check-out.

Auf unserem Stockwerk (2. Etage) war die Fluchttür zum Treppenhaus abgeschlossen.

I'd expected more from a 4 star hotel. The room was small, but clean, the staff was kind, but not very helpful.

The room was average in size but very clean, and the bed was comfortable. . The hotel was quite busy, but the staff were helpful and friendly when needed. The location was convenient overall. A comfortable and pleasant stay.

There was no complimentary water provided in the fridge, which would have been a nice addition. Slightly expensive for what was offered, particularly as there is no hotel gym and use of the adjacent gym costs an extra ¥3,500 per day and is unavailable on Fridays.

Lack of room servicing. Lack of storage space for clothes. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. No Western restaurant or bar. It was overpriced for the quality

Location was fantastic, did not hear traffic. Very walkable location. Great helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was yum. Would highly recommend.

The bed was pushed up against the wall and often times slip to the side. Uh.. for two normal sized people should be ok, but if you and partner both on the larger side you will struggle. A firmer mattress would have solved that issue. Otherwise it was a clean and comfortable hotel.

The location is very convenient. Room is spacious and well equipped

The staff is not very friendly and rushing to clear all what she gonna tell you upon check in. The English is not clear yet she just finishes up what she going to tell and doesn’t bother to know whether you understand or not.

La ubicación, como fue nuestro primer hotel al llegar del aeropuerto de Haneda, había shuttle bus que nos dejaba en una parada cerca y solo era como 10 min caminando, descansamos muy bien, cerca había restaurantes, de noche era algo solitario lo siento, y estaba muy lejos de la parte más turística y tiene su propio estación de lavadora con secadora que lo puedes usar sin problemas

- : C'est le gros point noir ! La chambre n'est faite que tous les trois jours. Le prétexte est écolo. Franchement, on ne voit pas en quoi ne pas faire un lit peut oeuvrer à la transition climatique. Vous pouvez passer outre cette règle en demandant à l'accueil (mais nous ne l'avons compris que trop tard !)

Very small room and basic interior for the big price you pay. Probably wouldn’t return but it was fine.

Rooms were good size for Tokyo. The bathroom was fantastic and good location. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Just some things didn’t make sense. The layout of the lobby. They have a large donation box in the lobby why. Make the seating area bigger with a proper bean to cup coffee machine for your customers. The capsule coffee is such a waste. Basically the lobby needs to more welcoming.

Prior to booking excellent communication. We had 25 people and 14 rooms. I provided a rooming list prior and JR Kyushu created a smooth check-in process. Location is great. 5 minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station. 7/11 close , LAWSON convenience store directly outside. Coin laundry on site. Breakfast was excellent, rooms were clean. Every employee treated us with kindness. They have earned our return business. See you in 2028!

very small bathroom - the toilet, sink and tub are in the same room and it is pretty tight. the sink is about 12 sq in with the tub shower to the left of it and the toilet to the right. it is a very small space and with 3 people in the room, it is tough esp. if you have to use the toilet right away and somebody is using the sink or in the shower.

The location is perfect! It is only about 5 mins walk from the Train Station in Shinjuku. Can't get any closer than this!

The location is fantastic being just 5min walk from the bus station (where you have an airport bus from/to Haneda) and Shinjuku station (where there are many connections.) there is so much shopping to do around the area that I didn’t need to travel elsewhere to get my shopping done. The room was very clean and mine came with a bathtub which was a bonus.

Excellent location, very close to the JR train station and Shinjuku shopping and food areas. Room is quiet and bed is comfy.

Room is bit small. Gym service is not free. On some floors there is no microwave even the sign says it does. There is no alert system when laundry machine is done. Sometimes have to wait a long time for other guest to empty their clothes. Breakfast was fresh and good taste but it could use a bit more variety.
