Bono Hotel Old Town

I visited Bino old town hotel with my two teenage children and I can say that we were very impressed by its perfect location, the very polite and helpful morning receptionist. The room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was unique because you felt that you were accommodated from friends in Turkey. We hope to visit Marmaris again.

The staff especially Ismail, he’s customer service made my experience worth coming back. The breakfast staff was also exceptional. The room was very clean, the cleaners done a great job and was very friendly.

The property was very comfortable

The location close to many restaurants along the marina was convenient for dining and drinking. The private entrance was very convenient coming and going and only one flight of stairs. The room was spacious with a table and chairs and a refrigerator and kettle to make coffee or tea. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a little noisy at night from a neighboring bar.

Расположение отеля недалеко от первой береговой линии. Номер очень стильный и комфортный. Были в межсезонье, было тихо. Ощущался спад туристов и многие заведения в округе были уже закрыты. Персонал приветливый. На первом этаже располагается кофейня.

Завтраки не очень понравились.

Temizlik, personel, konum harika. Fiyat performansida harika. Kahvaltı için marinada restorantinizi kullandirmanizda cok akıllıca. Sadece su pazartesi günlerinede kahvaltı servisini yine marina bono da verirseniz daha iyi olucak. Tesekkurler

Perfect location and great breakfast at a very nice restaurant with Italian music! The ancient beautiful castle is right next to hotel .

Расположение отличное, в старом городе возле крепости, жили в 2х разных номерах, один более просторный, второй по меньше, интерьер в обоих номерах симпатичный, тот что с балконом был полноценный холодильник, во втором мини бар, в номерах чисто, уборка по требованию, завтраки проходят в кафе на берегу с видом на марину , завтраки вполне вкусные, голодным не останешься , предлагают на выбор 4 набора.

Ich konnte mich glücklich schätzen, weil ich kostenlosen early Check-in und auch ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen habe. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, hatte viele Ablageflächen und Sitzgelegenheiten. Schönes Bad, Balkon, grosser Fernseher, Wasserkocher. Alles war in einem sehr schön abgestimmten Design gehalten. Da war ein/e gute/r Innenarchtekt*in am Werk :) Das Bett war sehr bequem. Ich war nur eine Nacht da, aber hätte gut und gerne ein paar Tage dort Urlaub machen können. Es war Ende der Saison, entsprechend gab es an einigen Stellen Bedarf an etwas Überholung (Reinigung des Sofabezugs und Wände im Bad könnten an einigen Stellen Übermalung vertragen), aber das ist Kritik auf hohem Niveau und hätte mich nur gestört, wenn ich einen hohen Preis bezahlt hätte. Der Manager hat mir mit meinem Gepäck geholfen und er und das Personal waren nett und unkompliziert professionell im Umgang und bei Fragen. Frühstück im Café am Hafen war auch gut.

Our room was very quiet even though we were in the middle of the old town. Room was clean, comfy and large. Perfect! Would stay again.

Good place with recent repairs! excellent price. separately I want to note a good wifi, I was able to work without problems all week. Delicious breakfasts. and, of course, my thanks to the staff! quick response to any request. I travel a lot and I have something to compare. guys make the difference! the best service at least in Turkey. thank you!

L'emplacement, l'accueil de Ibrahim le confort, excellent petit déjeuner servi au Bono Good Times quelques pas de l'hôtel au bord de la marina. Situé a quelques pas du Château de Marmaris.et musée archéologiques

Le bruit dans la rue tard la nuit, et les gens qui travaillent boutiques adjacentes parlaient . Ce n est pas la faute de l'hotel

ingenting det var ikke rent på gulvet og suiten var mye mindre enn 100kvm som de påsto.. Det var så mye søppel og foran inngangsdøra fordi leil ligger i bakgården til en diskotek og de spilte HØY musikk helt til kl 04:00 hver dag. Dette var våres verste opplevelse, 3 bortkasta netter. Booking som selskap burde ta ansvar og fjerne dette stedet.

I found the bed and pillows to be less than ideally comfortable.

Hotellet valgt ud fra rolig beliggenhed og smukke fotos af have, værelser og beliggenhed. Vi fik intet af dette. Det viser sig, at hotellet har mange forskellige værelser rundt i byen, man bör således ikke på et hotel. Vi blev anvist en helt anden beliggenhed, i en baggård (der var tre hotelværelser) ved bargaden, hvor der blev spillet høj musik i forskellige genrer til kl 4 hver nat. Se fotos. Det meste af udsigten fra værelset var en grim mur. Det var umuligt at sove. Der var ingen mulighed for parkering i nærheden. Således ikke for dårligt gående. Vi er meget skuffede, vrede og søvnløse. Fremover vil jeg aldrig acceptere anden placering end den, jeg har bestilt.

Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit Platz für 4 Personen. Es gibt eine Küche oben. Badezimmer und Waschmaschine unten und oben noch eine Toilette sowie einen kleinen Balkon. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Leider haben die Fernseher keinen Empfang, wir haben es jedoch nicht vermisst.

Es liegt mitten in der Altstadt nahe der Partymeile. Um Musik braucht man sich also nicht kümmern.

Our room was absolutely lovely and clean. I loved the courtyards outside the rooms. The staff were very helpful and kind. The location was perfect and theres a coffee shop right downstairs. Parking is nearby (keep in mind when packing multiple suitcases) but convenient. This was one of our favorite places we stayed!

We had a wonderful stay — The location is super! Right in the heart of the old town. The rooms are clean and stylish with modern décor and air conditioning! Excellent breakfast with nice views to the marina (served in Bono Marina Restaurant 5 min walk from the hotel). The staff were a highlight — always friendly and helpful.

Easy in, easy out. Staff was not chatty, but helpful enough. Room was clean and pleasant, and everything one needs.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut im Herzen des Hafengeländes und er Barstreet. Allerdings ist der Lärmpegel daher auch eher hoch. Die Moschee ruft mit dem Gebet auch gefühlt direkt neben dem Bett, da helfen noch nicht mal Oropax. Davon ab war ich mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und würde auch wieder buchen. Preis - Leistung stimmt und das Frühstück ist herausragend ;-)

I enjoyed every aspect of my stay. Unfortunately, I was only able to stay for one night, but I would definitely love to stay longer. The room was very comfortable, spotless, and spacious, located in a quiet area — perfect for a relaxing night. Within just a minute’s walk, you can find lovely restaurants with live music and great food, all in a charming neighborhood in the center of Marmaris Old Town. The room itself had a very comfortable bed and pillows, and the bathroom amenities were excellent. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say — everything was wonderful. The staff were attentive and helpful, assisting me with my luggage both on arrival and departure, providing all the necessary information, and offering excellent service with quick communication via WhatsApp.

Konumun merkeziliği yüzünden akşam saatlerinden sabaha kadar müzik sesi oluyor.Girişte size kulak tıkacı verilmesinden anlayabilirsiniz.Canlı müzik rahatsız etmedi ama yan tarafta karaoke mekanı var sanırım oradakiler çok rahatsız edici.

Персонал приятный, всегда отвечал на все вопросы и помогал. Комната чистая, светлая, просторная. Завтрак на выбор. Можно из пяти позиций выбрал себе завтрак.

Шум от баров и клубов ужасный. Если вы не засыпаете в 4 утра, то в 11-12 будет очень трудно заснуть. Нет никакой шумоизоляции, поэтому песни приходится слушать до утра и это очень громко.

We should have been told that we were in the heart of noise. The music didn't stop till 4am, so no sleep! Also we were up 2 long flight if stairs, my husband, is 70 and I'm 60, we had to carry 4 cases unassisted!! Our friends were all in different places .

Odalar güzel dizayn edilmiş, geniş, ferah, temiz. Banyosu kullanışlı. Otel konumu harika kale içinde ama meydan girişi var direkt limana ve eğlence merkezlerine gidilebiliyor. Kahvaltısı 400 m ilerde limanda otelin cafesinde kahvaltı seçenekleri var hepsi doyurucu. Marmaris tatili için harika bir otel

The hotel is located in the heart of downtown, which unfortunately comes with the associated noise. On the positive side, the reception staff were very kind, and the café where breakfast is served was pleasant, with very good food

I requested a quiet, non-smoking room, but I was not accommodated in the main hotel building. Instead, I was given a room in the middle of the downtown nightlife area. The cigarette smell was so strong that it felt as if I were sleeping in an ashtray. The room was extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep until 3 a.m. In addition, the room was very small, with barely enough space to open a suitcase

The property was clean. The staff communicated very well. The breakfast was so good, and yes it is in a separate area about a five minute walk through the beautiful old town area, you can go through the streets or walk along the sea to get to it. They serve tea or water with the included breakfast, or you can purchase other drinks that are not included. The front desk staff went above and beyond. I really enjoyed the room and there was Fredona coffee in the hotel as well which was so good and the staff there were very nice. The property is beautiful. I will definitely stay here again. It’s a great location. No there is no parking, but there is a parking garage about 5 minutes away, or you can park on the street. If you drop your bags at the front desk or have one person go in the bags and the other park, they may find a park about 10 minutes away. The staff let me know all of this ahead of time and they were very communicative. You can enter in front of Anatolia Cafe and just walk around the corner to the hotel. It’s located very close to Maramris castle and a grand Bazaar. There is also the beach about a 15 minute walk away. 10/10 love this place!

Breakfast is ok, a bit limited as set options but not bad. The parking and distance to walk to the hotel are the only real issues as located near marina with no car access. Can find parking on side roads if lucky 6-7min walk away or can pay extortionate 800tl a day for 3-4 min car parks

The staff is really really nice and very welcoming. We love their service a lot and it’s a very boutique hotel. Room is clean and spacious. The coffee downstairs are also very nice. Breakfast is not in the hotel but very fulfilling.

The noise from the street made us wake up in the morning ( people talking, the speaker and the street cleaning machine from 6am..)

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Lage ist super. Es befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt. Das Frühstück wird ausserhalb in einem anderen Gebäude serviert, ca. 5 min zu Fuss. Man hat verschiedene Frühstücke zur Auswahl und es ist sehr grosszügig. Tee ist inklusive, Kaffee oder andere Getränke werden separat verrechnet.

Auf den Möbeln lag eine dicke Staubschicht. An der Badezimmertüre war von oben bis unten eine klebriger Belag vorauf sich viele Haare befanden. Auch im Kühlschrank haben wir Haare gefunden. Das Zimmer ist über eine Holztreppe erreichbar. Es knackst und knarrt sehr stark, oftmals hat man das Gefühl durchzubrechen.

Konum ve kahvaltı açısından memnun kaldık. Otel, marinaya çok yakın ve yürüyerek gitmek istediğimiz her yere kolayca ulaşabildik. Kahvaltı hem çeşitli hem de lezzetliydi; her gün 5 farklı seçenekten istediğinizi seçebiliyorsunuz. Ancak temizlik konusunda beklentimizin altında kaldı. Özellikle koltuğun altı oldukça pisti ve genel temizlik ortalamanın altındaydı. En büyük sorunu ise sıcak suyla yaşadık. Konaklamamız boyunca sıcak suyumuz ya hiç yoktu ya da su basıncı çok çok düşüktü. İki kez iletmemize rağmen sorun çözülemedi ve tatil boyunca soğuk suyla duş almak zorunda kaldık. Ayrıca otelin resepsiyonu, konaklama yerinden farklı bir sokakta, bu da ilk girişte kafa karışıklığı yarattı. Konum ve kahvaltıdan memnun kalsak da su gibi temel sorunlar sebebiyle konaklamamız bizim için tam anlamıyla rahat ve sorunsuz geçmedi.

Very nice and comfortable

The location is very bad some nights with music that is very loud until late in the night

Perfect location, friendly personell, very good rooms.

You need to consider that the breakfast is served only starting from 8.30, that is not convenient if you have early morning leaving.

It was a pleasant hotel to stay for one night in the middle of the old town. We didn't have any noises from outside , it's a quiet basic nice hotel in this area.

I didn't see it as family friendly.

Вежливый персонал. Включен довольно вкусный завтрак в Боно кафе (до него надо идти минут 10).

Невозможно спать ночью из-за шума с улицы, в номере нет сейфа, нет бутилированной воды, полотенец только 2 штуки и размером они для лица, полотенец для душа нет, вместо одеяла простынка. Вид с балкона - на другой балкон, на расстоянии 1 метра, и какое-то развешанное белье.
