エアコンは集中管理で温度調整ができない為暑かった。扇風機が欲しかった。

Pool area was nice. Great location. Friendly staff. Rooms clean

POOL needs some work. No umbrellas or shade from the sun. As you climb out of the pool using the hand rails one needs to be fixed its broken. One .LIFT wasn't working and the AC doesn't really get cool.... we tried two rooms thinking the first wasn't working, Staff were great and gave us another room. Truthfully the owners- need to give this place a revamp/ renovation. Moving the desk out would create so much more room.

The air conditioning was not working and it was so hot inside the bedroom. The hotel is beautiful but really old and needs an update. The dispensers in the bathroom were not working properly and the hairdryer too.

no renovation for the last 20 years. Walls, floor, tile, bathroom are from the 1990s. Door lock wasn't working, staff wasn't able to fix it, and we were asked to change room.

Veldig dårlig luft på rommet. Tett og tung luft, aircondition virket ikke som den skulle. Rommene, badet, te-kjøkkenet og hele hotellet fremstår veldig slitt, dørene til rommene går innover, som er dårlig med tanke på evakuering.

The location is simply unbeatable. Close to the train station and all the main attractions to see in Lisbon. Highlight: the rooftop terrace with the pool that simply has one of the best views of the castle!

Everything was really great in this booking. We didn't really felt anything needed to be different. True to apartment style, breakfast was not included but we knew that ahead of time so not a problem.

Great location, within walking distance of the busy city centre - and we didn't notice any noise. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a small but useful kitchen. Bar and pool on the roof, with great views. The staff really went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs. They provided a lot more than we were expecting.

The air-cooler in our room was ok. It was very hot when we stayed, so this only helped a little.

La sala del menjador no està adequada a la capacitat de l’hotel i hi ha cua d’espera. L’espai en sí és reduït i no és pràctic. El servei està atent a que no falti res, peroò això fa que tota l’estona hi hagi moltíssim moviment de gent en un espai reduït i és un xic estressant.

Jag tycker att personalen i receptionen var så där. Egentligen är jag missnöjd med hur de hanterade vår faktura. Annars var resten okej förutom att lägenheten var för varm.

Excellent location, beautiful building. The breakfast room is too small for the number of guests. Although staff did everything to make us happy. The equipped studio-like structure is excellent. It helped us to stay at home comfortably.

Konumu çok iyi, metronun asansör çıkışının hemen karşısında olması, Sintra trenlerinin kalktığı yere çok yakın olması, nehir kenarına yürünebilmesi çok iyidi. Odada mutfak olması çok iyi.

La posizione è eccezionale. Vicinissima alle principali piazze e strade del centro. Metro, autobus, tram, bus turistici a pochissima distanza. Struttura con terrazza e piscina , con panorama bellissimo sulla città. Appartamenti confortevoli. Biancheria molto pulita. Personale cortese. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Gli appuntamenti sebbene dotati del necessario, sono un po' da rimodernare (nella mobilia e negli elettrodomestici) e consiglierei anche un set minimo per la pulizia della cucina.

Die Lage war super zentral, man konnte viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen bzw hatte eine perfekte Anbindung an die Öffis - z.B. Flughafen Bus fährt direkt vor dem Hotel ab (2,60€) Check out war erst um 12Uhr, danach problemlose Gepäckaufbewahrung und Benutzung des Pools auf der Dachterrasse. Diese war sowieso das Highlight - Blick über ganz Lissabon und super erfrischend im Pool.

Das Zimmer/die Ausstattung war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, alter Teppich mit Flecken, rostige und angelaufene Armaturen im Bad. Klimaanlage zentral gesteuert für alle Räume, sehr laut

Location was excellent (located with in walking distance to everything). Lots of restaurants, shopping in the area. Several tours operated near front of hotel (hop on hop off, tuk tuk, etc.) Easy access to public transportation (Metro, bus etc.).

NO a/c (3 out of 4 days) Beds were hard and uncomfortable, room was dated in decor. Shower pressure was very hard.

La camera Family era composta da soggiorno (camera con due letti separati) e camera matrimoniale. Camere spaziose e comode. Posizione fantastica - se andate a Lisbona scegliete questa posizione perchè attaccata al centro, vicina ai negozi, bar e zona non pericolosa. La piscina non l'abbiamo usata perchè ogni giorno ha fatto qualche spruzzata di pioggia, in ogni caso c'è e non è male.

Sicuramente non è nuovissimo, nel bagno alcune cose erano un po usurate (attacapanni rotto, porta carta igenica .. ). Sarebbe da ristrutturare per mantenere il 4 stelle ma nel complesso va bene e ci tornerei.

Dålig frukost i varmt rum. ACn i hela byggnaden är förfärlig, som en konservburk där det blåser runt ljummen luft. Påverkade tyvärr hela vår vistelse negativt. Det hade varit bra med parasoller vid poolen, i och med den otroligt starka solen.

En outre nous ne supportons pas la manière dont booking.com interpelle ces clients depuis un certain temps. Par exemple: Avant on nous avait appelé poliment Monsieur ou Madame, maintenant on nous appelle directement par notre nom de famille. Pas sympa cela, il faudra que cela cesse. Nous sommes au niveau Genius 3 depuis longtemps...!!!

A localização é excelente, a simpatia dos funcionários muito competentes, e a piscina.

Acho que precisava fazer uma remodelação, principalmente as casas banho e o ar condicionado que não refrescava nada . E também os empregados limpeza a usar os elevadores dos hóspedes com o material todo da limpeza acho que deviria ter um elevador para esses serviços.

Precisa de limpeza e uma remodelação no interior . As alcatifas cheias de nódoas, paredes surradas… muito fraco, foi uma desilusão! Num Hotel de 4 estrelas inadmissível pedir um copo, para beber a água, que está a entrada do Hotel e o funcionário alegar que não tem copos. Inadmissível num hotel 4 estrelas este funcionário deveria ser imediatamente despedido. Porque, um funcionário que não sabe onde arranjar um copo, num hotel de 4 estrelas, para o hóspede beber a água disponível à entrada não é um bom funcionário, principalmente, quando vou duas crianças connosco uma de 11 e outra de 15 anos.

L’appart hôtel, était bien équipés. Il est bien placé à 2 pas du métro.

La moquette dans la chambre est très sale. On a posé nos pieds dessus après la douche, nos pieds sont devenus noirs.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich alt, die Zimmer wurden nicht geschalt geputzt und das Frühstück ist bestimmt nicht das Niveau von eine 4 Sterne Hotel. Das Hotel besitzt nur einen guten Lage aber mehr auch nicht und für eine 4 Sterne Hotel Standard ist es auch nicht weil im Zimmer alles alt und abnutzbar ist . Der kostenlose WLAN Verbindung kannst du hier vergessen die funktionierte fast nicht und besonders am Abend hast du keinen WLAN Verbindung .

Buen ambiente, limpieza en general buena ,la atención del personal incluyendo la cocina buena ,tuve que cambiar de habitación la 911 por un tema con las puertas que daban a la terraza, no cerraban bien ,pedí que me cambiaran y lo gestionaron en el momento.Es mi segunda vez en ese aparthotel y pienso regresar.

Encontré pelos de diferentes partes del cuerpo en el suelo del baño y bañera (804).Esta vez no aspiraron bien,además escuche mucho ruido, tarde en la noche y de mañana de las habitaciones colindantes.Anteriormente no había pasado.

Excellent location, staff were super friendly at the front desk and the lovely ladies who took care of breakfast. The breakfast had everything you could need, meats, cheese, selection of breads, eggs, pastries, juices, coffee, fresh fruits, yogurts. Rooms were simple but clean and comfortable, there was a hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner available. We discovered a lot of the Tour buses performed pickup and drop off from outside our hotel which was very handy. Pool on the rooftop with a bar and sun loungers to chill out.

No air-conditioning which was hard in the heat, rooms a little dated, but I guess to be expected for such an old building, a little renovation and some work on the aircon and this place would be a 10/10.

The air conditioning wasn't too cool, so we had a bit of difficulty falling asleep, but not significant enough to prevent us from returning.

The location is amazing, so close to Rossi station. A wide variety of restaurants close by which was very handy with tired kids after a long day.

The property could be updated as it is a bit dated, but honestly the value for money is exceptional and would definitely stay again.

Condições do hotel, quartos sem qualquer conforto e corredores muito escuros. Merece ter apenas uma estrela. Não foi possível ter o pequeno almoço devido a filas intermináveis. Muito mau. Devido a uma urgência, solicitei o check out antecipado e até ao momento não tive respostas relativas ao reembolso dos restantes dias já pagos. Foi me dito para solicitar ao booking o cancelamento, e assim procedi, mas nenhum feed back até ao momento.

Die Lage, der Pool auf dem Dach mit toller Aussicht waren super. Das Zimmer war geräumig.

Der Frühstücksraum ist eine Frechheit für ein 4* Hotel!!! Viel zu klein, daher mit Wartezeit verbunden, wenn man nach 9 Uhr frühstücken möchte. Renovierungsbedürftig, ungemütlich, gestresstes Personal, dass lautstark mit dem Geschirr beim Abräumen poltert. Die Sitzplätze wurden nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht. Einfach sehr nervig für uns. Da kann man besser ausserhalb frühstücken gehen. Die Zimmerausstattung sehr veraltert und das Bad hat sehr nach WC gerochen.

The decor was very very dated, staff were clearly trying hard but couldn't fight against a hotel that is so sorely in need of renovation, mold smells linger throughout.
