Manque de musique à la piscine, pour un hôtel adults only on s attendrait à plus d ambiance des suppléments incongrus, par exemple on vous fait payer le parasol à la plage. Plusieurs prélèvements sur la carte (garanties??) Restitués en fin de séjour mais c est bizarre!

Lettone alto e comodo . Aria condizionata funzionante senza essere troppo rumorosa.

Il primo gg la temperatura della piscina troppo alta x essere gia’fyori una gg molto molto calda ma i gg successivi devono aver modificato ed era migliore. Forse i quasi 50 dollari al gg di parcheggio davvero eccessivi, abbiamo parcheggiato ad un parcheggio al coperto comunale a 24 dollari h 24 a 7 min dall hotel

This is our second trip to the National and we love it! The rooms are nice and clean and large (poolside king cabana). The service team from the front desk throughout the entire property is top notch. We love lounging by the pool and having a snack from the pool bar menu. The food and beverages we had we very good. The location makes walking to a lot of places very convenient. Onsite bike rental was also a perk we enjoyed. There is also direct access to the beach which is nice (with towels and loungers included).

Great historic hotel on South Beach. The attributes that give this hotel 5 star are: Great location on the beach. Walking distance to Lincoln rd. And ocean drive and next to the bike and walking trail along the beach All areas of the hotel including our room in the Cabanas were exceptionally clean Pool side restaurant has amazing food Spanish restaurant in the lobby also serves great Spanish inspired dinners and provides indoor and outdoor seating My favorite spots are the two pools. One pool is an amazing 200 ft plus long and both are clean and well taken care of My five star rating also was influenced by the staff. They all especially the servers and bartenders were knowledgeable and friendly and professional I would highly recommend this hotel and as a matter of fact upon checking out we booked another stay 2 months from today

We had a wonderful stay at the National Hotel Miami Beach. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is fantastic, and the beach area is clean and well organized. We would especially like to recognize Luciano at the front desk for his exceptional service. He was kind, professional, and always helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We'd also like to thank Robert for his friendly and helpful service. In addition, we'd like to recognize the gentleman who worked at the beach during our stay from August 4 through August6. He was incredibly kind and made sure we were comfortable, and he really made our beach experience special. The only minor concern was the additional charge for the beach umbrella, which would have been nice to include. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend the National Hotel Miami Beach. We look forward to returning in the future.

What a lovely staycation!! National Hotel is truly in a category of its own… organic hospitality that made you feel welcomed and relaxed. We stayed in one of the cabana’s overlooking the pool and it was the perfect hideaway for the 3 night my husband and I stayed. The decor / ambiance and overall adults only energy allowed into relax deeper and reconnect with each other. The pool bar team Is incredible and everyone works soo hard. Joanna makes the best mojitos ever and they have some of the best coconut waters I’ve had in a long time. Evening restaurant manager Z was amazing and took great care of us and last but not least the beach cabana attendant Jerry was phenomenal. I’m already looking forward to more weekends at National Hotel. Perfect 👌🏽 place to unwind solo or fall in love again

First time here. Will definitely be back. Absolutely loved this hotel! The price for the value is outstanding. Staff extremely friendly and professional. Rooms are immaculately clean. This is the 6th time I’ve come to Miami and the first time I’ve ever stayed here. I have to say it’s now my new favorite hotel. Everything about it I loved. From decor of hotel and rooms, staff and grounds. I’m just sad I only had 13 hours here. (Late check in and early check out). Before checking out I walked around and grounds and was just so impressed. Also great location. Sad I didn’t get to enjoy any of the amenities.

Another wonderful stay at the National! Absolutely the best pool and pool staff in Miami. If you are looking for a quiet during the day and lively at night place to stay book the National and be prepared for excellent service, two dream pools with the most attentive staff, delicious food and an outstanding location. Best staff ever. Everyone is so nice and accommodating Joanna at the pool bar is the sweetest! Room is clean and very modern. I wish there were more food options for dinner. I love the “no children” policy. I can’t wait to go back!

I had an amazing stay at the National Hotel! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The entire hotel was very clean, and the facilities were excellent. I especially loved the relaxing atmosphere and the hotel’s beautiful design and location. Our 'go to' place on Miami Beach, the National offers a relaxing, high quality getaway for us. The Cabana rooms are spacious, in excellent condition and offer a nice patio overlooking pool area. The pools are exceptional, as is the beach and convenient location. Finally, all staff at the National are too notch.

Came to Miami a few days before we took a cruise. My wife and I had one room and our son had another room. We chose city view and they put us near each other on the 6th floor. Super nice staff at the entire establishment. Excellent location, everything was walking distance or a simple short uber. I ordered some last minute items from Amazon and there was no fee from the hotel to receive and hold my delivery. This is definitely where I stay next time.

My wife and I celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary at The National Hotel a few days ago. It was our second visit to the hotel and I wanted to take the time out to thank the hotel management team for its wonderful staff. First and foremost, the atmosphere and ambience of the hotel is simply amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel and its attention to detail is refreshing. In short, my wife and I were treated to graciously by everyone. *Of note- my wife and I wanted to point out the Manager of the Umbrella Chairs / Cabana's located on the beach. Manager Jeff and his assistant Gerry were simply so kind and thoughtful. They went out of their way to set up our cabana throughout the our duration of the week with care and kindness....constantly checking in on us to make certain that we were fine. The food staff at both the tiki bar and vestibule area leading to the area pool were thoughtful and kind as well. MY wife and I love the National simply because it is quite honestly refreshing. Your workers our kind-hearted, gracious and generous which is something that is not heard of today. Please know that we will always stay at the National should we visit South Beach again.

Nayenci went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable all day. She helped us with chairs and umbrellas, and even moved the umbrellas several times throughout the day so we could stay in the shade as the sun shifted. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made a huge difference. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we arrived. She constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile.

We come to Miami about once a year for a long weekend. This is the first time we stayed at the National and we will be back. Everything is top shelf, friendliest staff so work hard to ensure you are enjoying your stay. Sarah, the pool attendant made us feel like royalty every single day. Can’t wait to till next year. We stayed in the cabana rooms which was very convenient, quiet and great people watching from the balcony.

Loved the great long pool, leading to the beach -it was the best of all worlds and we had a great view of it all from our room.

This is my fifth time at this resort is the best place to be at adults only. All the staff are fantastic. Johanna, the bar attendant salah. The pool attendant and all the staff are very, very, very helpful. And very good to everybody, it'd be a waste not to come here. You have everything in the center of town. Plus to all cigar smokers you can smoke around the pool

Fantastic Hotel in a great location. Rooms were comfortable and clean. All the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, from Check-In Staff to Pool and Beach Staff. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. We had great views of the ocean and the hotel is walking distance to the main Lincoln Road Promenade.

Bilder von der Website unterscheiden sich zum gebuchten bezüglich Zimmer schon sehr Bei den Poolfotos war der Fotograf sehr talentiert da ein anderes Bild vermittelt wird.

We stayed here for a late week getaway and so happy we did. We booked a cabana room overlooking the pool which has a balcony - totally worth it. We ended up canceling our evening plans the 2nd night so we could enjoy more time at the hotel. Here are some highlights for us: - Amazing pool and pool bar, serviced by some of the most helpful and friendly staff we have encountered on our many years of traveling. Truly felt like a welcomed guest, including bartenders, servers and towel/lounger service. - Great pool food and drinks - very accommodating of allergies and tasty, fresh food and good value overall. - Bed was very comfortable - we both slept great and the room was very well maintained. - Beautiful hotel and well-maintained - pool and grounds were always clean, plenty of places to relax and the perfect ambience. It truly felt like a luxury experience, and we would book more weekends to Miami Beach just to stay here again.

Gorgeous large resort style pool area with attentive and friendly staff. Indoor hotel staff also very pleasant and helpful. Hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated and well-maintained. Great location within walking distance for dining and shopping. Enjoyed a massage and free yoga class, both at the hotel and both amazing. We stayed during the World Cup and it was exciting but never noisy. Would highly recommend The National Hotel and wouldn’t look elsewhere if ever travelling to Miami South Beach in the future.

My first solo trip to celebrate my birthday, i stayed at the the amazing National Hotel Miami Adults Only. I was first of all welcomed on arrival by my name sake Paul who is definitely an asset to the experience and Hotel great guy..My regards to the nice Executive Airpirt Taxi driver from Brazil you organised nice guy great chat to the airport 🛫 Great professionalism by the hotels reception staff, the hotels pool bar staff, they were all so nice and helpful and Elijah at the beach hut he was very professional, polite and hard working big shout out to him. Then how can I for get the lovely lady who reminded me of someone I used to know who made amazing cocktails or anything you wanted every evening at the hotels classy bar with the piano. Last but not the least all the workers were great from the cleaning team to the maintenance so no complaints from me just my highest recommendation. Oh and the pools burger and Snaperwich (Snapper Fish) with fries were my favourite plus they have a lovely omelette too. A very relaxing beautiful hotel, with one of the best pools in Miami definity the longest pool in Miami, with a great atmosphere. Definitely would return in the future. WIr waren zum dritten mal im National Hotel und dieses mal rundum zufrieden. Wir wurden freundlich beim Check-In begrüsst. Zur Feier unseres 20. Hochzeitstages bekamen wir netterweise eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit vom Hotel mit einer netten Karte. Das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant zur Feier des Hochzeitstages war rundum gelungen, ein sehr aufmerksamer Service und hervorragendes Essen in einer tollen Location! Dieses mal hatten wir ein Cabana-Zimmer. Es hat uns viel besser gefallen als die kleineren Zimmer im Hauptgebäude. Es war größer, besser eingerichtet und wir haben den schönen Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool genossen. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend in South Beach, zu Fuss ist alles erreichbar, Ocean Drive, Lincoln St Mall und der schöne Strand. Der lange Pool ist einfach traumhaft, der Liegebereich am kleineren Pool hübsch eingerichtet. Das Adult Onliy Konzept finden wir sehr angenehm. Wenn wir wieder in Miami Beach sind, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Leider wurde wegen einer externen Veranstaltung wieder abends der Poolbereich und der Zugang zum Strand für Hotelgäste gesperrt. Das hatten wir bisher bei jedem unserer drei Aufenthalte. Es ist dann immer schade, wenn man sich als zahlender Hotelgast vom eigenen Hotelbereich ausgesperrt fühlt! Die unsägliche Unsitte einer Resort Gebühr kannten wir bisher nur aus Las Vegas. Einfach den Zimmerpreis etwas teurer machen und die Resortgebühr weglassen. Das passt nicht zu einem so teuren und guten Hotel!

This was the third time for my wife and I in Miami Beach but our first time at National Hotel. What drew us was the amazing looking pool and the adults only selection. Issues: Smoking! It is 2026 learn that others do not care to inhale your cancer nor smell. This is allowed by the hotel and encouraged. Events: TOO MANY PRIVATE EVENTS!!! 4 times in a week it closed the pool and severely limited capacity. It also closed the only bar/lunch spot in the hotel for a day. If you want to service both guest and private events separate them on site don't share the space. Other than the those the stay was ok. Yes, the staff was amazing, but the overall experience was meh. It was ok but not a repeat visit will be had.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff We had 4 couples in the cabana rooms and they gave us rooms all in a row, 4th floor.

We went on a cruise and needed a couple of down days before driving back home. Honestly, I wish we had skipped the cruise and just stayed here for 10 days. The place is beautiful. Yes, it is a well established Hotel, but the attention to detail, the staff-from valet to pool side bar and even the beach crew- are wonderful. Shout out to Ivan and Angel. There would be others if I could remember the names. Well done, National!

As always, The National NEVER disappoints! The service is fantastic. A special mention of Salaa & Johanna at the pool. The chef is over the top!! Dinner was AMAZING! And the service is as good, if not better, than Prime. Victor on Saturday night is the best entertainment on the entire east coast. The National has become are regular vacation destination.

Such a great hotel amazing pool and beautiful rooms with an awesome view

On a positive side: hotel spa facilities are spot on, two pools, plenty of seating areas, nice loungers, bar and food service, access to beach with umbrellas and chairs, all clean and pleasure to use. Great value for the additional resort fee of $55. Service overall was also great, I cant fault it. Location is spot on and being adult only is a bonus. Also overall design and furnishings is classy and feels upmarket. The reason for a low score is the room itself, starting with a dilapidated lift which made concerning noise each time when used followed by a leopard print carpet and the floor landing to a room with major noise issues, you could hear and feel the lift vibrations inside, walls are paper thin to a point that you can hear a dialog of tv show from adjoining rooms, same with anyone being in the corridor, doors have no protection either so slamming noise is constant. Inside the room there is a small fridge which is also noisy. Overall it was very difficult to enjoy the room and sleep without ear plugs. They also had shower issues with very low pressure and lack of hot water, may have been because the room was at top floor. They also have rooms that are opposite to pool, perhaps they are better than the ones in the main building.

Salah set us up at the pool.. just enough shade all the time ! Constant adjustments . Renee was great with the food & refreshment’s & Zack and team took care of breakfast’s! Very nice experience as usual.

Food qualiry and taste wasn't worth the steep price. Everything else was excellent. I wouldn't recommend dinning at the resort.

Good location and easy access to beach. The pool area is great (when we were able to use it which was an issue due to it being booked for private events two days during our stay). The staff are excellent. This was our second year staying here.

The pool area, specifically the square pool and bar in the rear of the property, was booked for private events and closed at 3pm on two days during our 4 night stay. Meaning guests of thr hotel could not use it. There was no prior notice of this at time of booking. I found out the pool area was going to be closed only because of a paper sign at the desk when I checked in. The sign said it was closed Monday. I thought to myself, okay I can deal with one day. Then on Wednesday we go back to try to use the pool area and are told we can't because of ANOTHER private event. This was a huge disappointment because the pool area is one of, if not The, biggest reason we chose this hotel. It is featured in all of their marketing images and they are aware this is one of their main draws. I can't even imagine if I was one of the guests sitting at the pool who was asked to get up and leave so the event could set up. We stayed here last year the same week in April and had no issues with access to the pool. We chose to return here based on our positive experience last year. But this time we paid the same price as last time (too much for this honestly) but we didn't have access to a major amenity and selling point. No prior notice at time of booking or anything. Aside from that, the construction at the neighboring property is still going on as it was a year ago. It is very loud and annoying. I don't expect this property can do anything about it but it goes towards the issue of whether this property is worth the price tag for the experience you get in return. It's unfortunate that the construction is happening and is outside their control but the reality is this isn't nearly as relaxing or enjoyable as it should be for the cost. One thing they can control is the price they charge and I don't think they are discounting their rate due to the noise. Last year we had a room on the far side as fare form the construction as possible for an ocean view room.
