Dated, worn furnishings and fittings. Lots of things broken in room (towel shelf, floor tiles in bathroom). Very high price for such a poor looking room.

There was a noise that I never did identify.. ventilation or maybe mini fridge idk. It was loud and disturbed the peace. The bacon at breakfast was too salty.

There is no support stuffs. Very less facility. Even there no water facility to drink. Dirty lobby. Access from lift to lobby is so congested. And for old people it's very hard to open the door.

Room could have been cleaned better. The bath tub leaks water so only showers. There was no hair dryer.

Staff needs to smile more at the front desk, also maybe a pool. More lighting in stairway, probably make some windows. A couple of buttons on the TV Remote not working, had to use the TV buttons.

Staff were welcoming as soon as my family and I checked in. Process for checking in/out was quick and the hotel looked clean. Free breakfast was included—plenty of food selection.

I booked one room with two beds for 4 people but there were only two bath towels, one travel size shampoo, and one travel size lotion. The night we arrived we noticed this right away so we called the front desk from the hotel room to ask for more of the essentials but no answer. We called the front desk again the next morning but no one seems to answer the calls.

Most worrisome: Front desk staff were not equipped or trained to advise us or other guests on where we could safely shelter during an active storm and tornado threat. (Emergency alerts/broadcasts and everything, ordering to find shelter in basements, but we were left to our own devices in an unfamiliar building while the storm raged outside. It was terrifying.) I booked the room for 3 people for two nights. I was only provided 2 breakfast vouchers, which I trusted would get us all breakfast both days. It turns out, one was needed per guest, per day. I had to ask for more once the restaurant staff explained. There were also only bathroom linens for 2 in the room. I requested more at the front desk, but they were unable to find more washcloths. The next day, the housekeepers removed the 3rd towel and never replaced it. Again, I had to get another from the front desk. They were still unable to provide another washcloth. (Also, guest instructions posted in the room said to put towels in the bathtub if you wanted them changed, and that hanging towels would be left. We left all the towels hanging, but they changed them anyway, shorting us in the process.) I've never struggled like this at other hotels to get the amenities for all guests registered to the room. I was also disappointed with the lack of storage within the room itself. No closet, just a small wardrobe that wasn't tall enough for longer dresses, and with clothes hanging there was really nowhere to store our bags. And, being an older Hotel, there definitely weren't enough plugs available in convenient places to charge our devices. (The number of extension cords we found while looking for outlets was also concerning.... But that's a matter for the inspectors, I suppose.)

On 1st entering the room it had a bad smell. I bought Fabreeze and gave the room a good soaking and all was fine.

Asked for an early check in and was simply told no. Not I will try to help. Didn’t ask me who I was or a reservation number, just no. Rooms stunk of mildew and were very old and outdated. Lights flickered in the bathroom when you turned them on. Every person I spoke with to try and ask questions or assistance did not speak English as a second language and didn’t understand even simple English words.

I liked that the floor I was on was quiet

I forgot to mention to staff but one outlet wasn’t working, my phone didn’t charge and the coffee pot electric cord was too short to be plugged into the power bar.

This location was close to where I needed and had good options for rooms.

The TV did not work consistently. It was almost as if someone in a room next door was controlling it and things would happen when I had the remote on a table while I was on the bed. The volume would change, the channels would change, and the setup menu jeep coming up.

Location met my expectations. Will definitely stay again. Rooms need a bit of a refresh, but they were clean and had everything you need. Close to the airport which is a bonus.

Breakfast was not great, but ok. Lounge could stay open past 8:00 during the week.

Staff didn’t read our message and there were no pet rooms as we thought we had booked. To be fair I didn’t realize that each room that accommodates pets the selection indicated pet friendly. So equally responsible. But no room at the inn. However the staff were wonderful in trying to make it work.

The AC in the room didnt work. Bathroom sink was plugged, brushing our teeth and shaving caused the sink to almost overflow. TV is extremely small, couldn't connect to watch YT. One of the two elevators was not working. We checked out a day early and wasnt reimbursed. Overall, the hotel was a place to sleep, even though uncomfortable. Would never stay here again!

The beds were comfortable, the front desk staff was accommodating. My room had a water issue and they promptly moved me to a new room.

Absolutely ridiculous! The restaurant was terrible. Breakfast had recycled bacon and when I asked for toast they wanted to charge me!!! they really didn't understand english well. For dinner I asked for buffalo wings and I got ranch dressing on them.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. Room was also clean for its age.

The building is getting tired looking. Inside the room it shows. It's time for a complete makeover.

Breakfast was quiet and we had good hot food and nice hot coffee. The staff were very kind and hospitable. Despite being on the highway, it was quiet to sleep.

We would love to have had the option for toast in the morning to go with the rest of the lovely breakfast. Other than that, it seemed very quiet and it was perfect for our stay.

The Heritage was very clean, like new! We found our room was warm and very quiet. We had the exercise room all to ourselves, and only two other people for breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, they had the usual scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bacon and sausages, and French toast ( you can pass on that last item, but everything else was excellent).

None of the vending machines were working during our stay, despite them being fairly well stocked. No idea what was going on there. Also, if you are arriving later than usual, be aware the restaurant on site closes at 9 pm.

Heater in the room was too loud. Breakfast should accommodate vegetarians and vegan...no toast, no cereal.

it was a hotel set up for fire evacuated people from up north there were people everywhere noisy and the fire alarm was pulled for no reason we were in for medical surgery and needed quite and rest did not get either we left

Very close to airport. No shuttle which added about $25 onto the cost to come and go back to the airport. The property is very clean. Our queen bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The area where the food was very clean. Staff was nice.

We felt the front staff could have been more welcoming. We came in shortly after midnight and there were two people both did their job but there was no warmth. The property was good. The price was good.

A staff member walked in to our room about 30 minutes before our check out while I was getting changed. I even had the “Do not disturb sign on the door”.

The staffs were kinda rude and doesn't really help us in a nice way. I know it was busy but that doesn't mean staffs can just set us aside once we are done checking in. It was our first time here and didn't know where to go to to our rooms so we waited almost 15 minutes to get the staffs attention.
