They never cleaned the room. For this price, it’s honestly wild that the response was, “They should clean every second or third night.” At that point, I could have just booked an Airbnb.

Property was gorgeous! Staff were so sweet. Loved all the decor and the rotating vendors in the lobby.

I wish it wasn’t so hard and so expensive to reserve daybeds by the pool. It was fun, but not worth the money.

The pool isnt part if the stay. Its $100 to reserve a chair and you have a spend minimum. Its not obvious on the website..they have a pic of a pool with no mention. Bottle of water was $6.50 and it costs $55 to park my car. Staff was nice but I cant recommend it

I did not know the pool was not part of the stay. When we found that out we tried to stay at the pool and it was booked. That was disappointing. Also, when I had questions about the pool, the restaurant and parking, the standard answer was that is a 3rd party and we cannot answer the question. That was frustrating.

No pool, my granddaughters were totally DISAPPOINTED when they found out they didn’t have a pool they could go to. That little pitiful pool on the roof was awful and they wanted $40 per person per day!! They have lost their mind, my pool at home is way better! There wasn’t a microwave or fridge in the room and there wasn’t even an ice maker, they had ziploc bags with ice, as much as I paid for a room per night it should’ve been a lot better amenities!

Omari and his team at the Graduate this week were so amazing. I have been in and out so much in the rain for work and sometimes even less than half an hour from my last arrival to needing my car again. I had frequent trips and they were so fast and efficient. I really have appreciated all of their service this week!

Super cute place, super friendly, two restaurants and pool are separate and only 21+ other than that it’s great! Extremely girly, pinks, flowers, glitter wallpaper and gold accents all around. Super great place to take photos! Little girls would also love and it is family friendly with limitations due to pool and restaurants but as a girls trip could be great!

The quirky, fun vibe of this hotel, not to mention ruin its central location, was perfect for our family. Would stay again.

The Graduate is all about the vibe. Lots of bachelorettes which you need to be prepared for.

Employees not very talkative during check in and seemed to be bothered. Coffee shop needs help very slow service and finally just gave up trying to get coffee.

Clean, modern and comfortable: everything you need in a ‘home’ from home. The employees are welcoming and friendly and obviously a great source of knowledge in the local area. Around 10-15 minute walk from downtown broadway and not a lot in the immediate vicinity: don’t let that put you off, this place is awesome. Dolly Parton themed hotel with a little bar hidden away in the lobby and a great rooftop bar / terrace (White Limousine).

Reception and bar staff all very good. Attentive and informative. Although the hotel is "quirky", its not trashy. Its a 20-25min walk to the main Downtown area but it felt safe during the day and night.

I didn't have breakfast at the location but I did use the coffee bar downstairs everyday.

The coffee could have been better, but overall it was good & the rooftop bar outdoor area could have been set up better for winter. I'm sure it's great in the summer though.

Loved the decor and the White Limozeen restaurant on the top floor. Great for a girls bday party night!! The bed was so comfortable and we slept so well and the curtains blocked out the light so well.

We had some dirt blowing out of out air conditioning unit onto the bed all night long. The maintenance guy came to clean it but it still blew dust out so much that we moved who slept where so that they wouldn’t get dirt blown on them all night.

My only negative feedback is with booking.com. The staff was rude and super dismissive with my scheduling issue. The hotel took care of the issue right away even though booking.com refused to help me!

Coffee bar downstairs was one of the best lattes I've ever had! Hotel design and rooftop wedding were well worth the stay on site

Front desk was not as accommodating as we'd hoped. Called weeks ahead and set up adjoining rooms with friends to share childcare. When we arrived, they had no note of the request and could not even get us on the same floor which made logistics quite tricky as we were attending the rooftop wedding. Also had no note of our request for a crib and took quite some time, multiple reminders to bring up to the room.

I stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Nashville and, while the decor and atmosphere are nice, the experience was far from what you’d expect from a luxury property. The biggest disappointment was the lack of a proper breakfast. The only option is a rooftop brunch that’s nearly impossible to access without a reservation — and surprisingly, hotel guests get no preference at all. The downstairs café is another letdown. The food is overpriced and low quality — the breakfast sandwiches taste like reheated convenience-store items. To make it worse, they automatically add a 20% service charge even though it’s not a sit-down restaurant and there’s no table service whatsoever. For the price this hotel charges, guests deserve far better amenities and service. I wouldn’t stay here again and can’t recommend it to anyone expecting a genuine upscale experience.

Friendly staff, average amenities, price not worth the stay

Room was very clean. Shower head was high on the wall, no ducking for tall people. Great area and the staff is great.

There were so many hidden costs at this hotel. The property was very nice and had a modern Dolly Parton themed decor. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely furnished. The pool area looked nice but paying guests had to pay an extra fee for use.

However, there were multiple resort fees for facilities that were not complementary such as the roof top pool. There was a compulsory $20 charge on our room which could be redeemed on room service or breakfast but it didn’t stretch very far. Never have I been a guest in a 4 or 5 star hotel and not had free access to the pool. It cost an extra $25 per person and required a minimum group of two for access for 3 hours. On the weekend it was $45 per person even for paying guests.
