A little expensive for the location and amenities

Very nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Great bathrooms.

The lighting in the rooms was not good for reading. Too dim. There was only one suitcase stand for a double room. There should be two as there is no where else to put a second suitcase except on the lounge chair or the floor.

Enviei uma mensagem pelo Booking para verificar a possibilidade de enviarem ao hotel do meu próximo destino, arcando com todos os custos, mas não obtive resposta. Também liguei para o hotel. A atendente parecia não saber como proceder nessa situação, informou que verificaria com o setor de camareiras e me retornaria por e-mail, mas esse retorno nunca aconteceu.

Henley restaurant was exceptional. Walkable location to many night spots, organic Turnip Market foods. Room was nice, bed and pillows very comfortable. Really nice bathroom, shower and tub area- had a bedroom with separate living room and kitchenette- refrigerator was excellent and cold. 3rd floor. My dog was treated like a queen- with lots of attention and smiles. Staff was top notch.

Housekeeping- they did not clean the entire room every day- but only made the bed. Did not empty trash, bring fresh washcloths, or supply fresh tea bags or coffee pods. The 2 chairs and couch had some stains, which the staff was awesome about correcting.

We were locked out of our room for hours one night because their key fob didn't work. The property isn't clean. Our sheets were't clean and the furniture in the entire hotel is stained and tired. The floors are also dirty. One night we woke up to a crazy fight in the hotel hallway outside our room and we couldn't go to sleep until 3am.

When I arrived nobody was at the front desk. I waited several minutes for someone to show up. I couldn't find any staff as I looked around the lobby. Very strange.

There was coffee service in the lobby, but both days the coffee was warm and there was no milk or cream set up. When I asked someone at the front desk, they said "If you want, I can go get you some oatmilk." Strange.

Customer service was exceptional! All employees were super nice. All employees were very professional.

Hard to get into parking garage. Hotel did not have a very homey fell. Sorto of industrial. Haul way was a pain to navigate everytime you had to go out. It was like a maze. Dog friendly for sure. But no where to take out your dog. You really had to walk around to find a grass area. Park right by hotel was private as was the small dog park near by. So they both were closed to hotel guests with dogs. We made it work. Probably would not stay again. What little the hotel had in the way of drinks and snacks were expensive and not a great variety. Henlys looked like a nice place to eat. But probably nothing we would take.kids too. Staff were very nice. Good location.

Nice lobby with afternoon drinks. Good location - far enough away from Broadway to avoid the noise but easy to walk in. Comfy bed.

The pool was open on the day we arrived and then closed for the rest of our stay.

Kimpton welcomed my partner and I and our two dogs with such hospitality that it made a great experience for a wedding even better. Kudos to Miles and Boots for the exemplary service during our stay!!

The only aspect that could be better was the connection between the hotel and parking deck wasn't clear as to which was the best way to move between both easily.

This hotel was an easy walk to Vanderbilt and the staff was super helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean, however, I would have appreciated a coffee machine in the room.

The def didnt feel 4.5 stars. The carpet outside our door had a huge brown stain and the room felt a bit run down. Pool area was nice, but def should be heated. It was upper 80s outside but the pool is in a shadow and was too cold for anyone to swim.

The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was disappointing. We asked for a kettle but then had to repeatedly ask for milk etc which was inconvenient. The social hour every evening was really enjoyable. No showers around the poolside was inconvenient.

If you accidentally delete the text message from the valet, which is how you contact them to get your car, there's no way for the front desk to connect you to the valet. At least that's what the front desk told me. He told me that he was unable to either contact the hotel's own valet outside the main door or connect me to them! And the lights in the room were extremely dim. You cannot read at all unless you step in the bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were very nice and accommodating.

Great hotel right next to Vanderbilt and a walkable area with live music.

The staff were excellent, thoughtful and friendly. From the car parking valet who'd open the doors for me, to reception staff, cleaning team, waiting staff and barmen all went the extra mile. Food in the restaurant was vrry uood, the pool and surround clean (a bit chilly but that encouraged excercise). Hotel is perfectly positioned in Midtown and I used the local buses to get around.

The rooms were clean and the am coffee service is good. The walkability to Vanderbilt is great! The gym is clean and pool is nice and not crowded.

Stylish and beautiful spaces in both the common areas and room. Charles at the front desk was absolute perfection. He could not have been more helpful, welcoming, or efficient.

We were in Nashville for a concert and the location was perfect. Restaurants, coffee and shops within walking distance and a quick ride to downtown. The service was friendly and the room was comfortable.

Took a long time to be let into the building for check in and late night staff were not super attentive. We were checked out early in error, but it was quickly resolved. Hotel was very nice and we would consider staying here again in the future.

We chose the Kimpton Aertson Hotel based on positive reviews and location while our daughter attended a nearby academic program. The hotel is nicely decorated and feels refreshed, and the staff was friendly. However, we were disappointed by the lack of follow-through on basic service. The in-room card stated linens are changed every three days unless placed on the floor. During our 8-night stay, our bedding was never changed—even after we called the front desk to request it. Housekeeping also skipped our room four times. Each time we called for fresh towels, we were told they’d be sent up shortly, but we had to call again after waiting over an hour with nothing delivered. When we mentioned both towels and the unchanged bedding on our second call, we were asked if the “Do Not Disturb” sign was up, which it wasn’t. We were consistently out of the room from 9 a.m. to 4–5 p.m. Despite this, we were told housekeeping marked our room as cleaned—when it clearly wasn’t. The bedding itself had holes and stains, and a personal microfiber cloth I brought was mistakenly taken with the linens. For the nightly rate, we expected basic housekeeping needs—like clean towels and linens—to be met without repeated requests. This experience made us question overall service oversight and attention to detail.

This hotel was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at. Staff were very helpful. Would recommend. Eating options within walking distance. We came for the Vanderbilt Medical Center and this hotel was close which made it nice.

I enjoyed my stay!

The lobby was unique with artsy features that were pleasing and interesting. The restaurant attached was pretentious and excessively expensive. Room was comfortable.

We were on the 7th floor and we could only turn the air down to 69 degrees but at that setting it was still warm in the room. Parking was outrageous

The hotel is amazing! The view from the room as beautiful. Restaurants close by and lots within walking distance. We were able to enjoy the amenities and restaurant as well, that was delicious. Every worker that we came in contact with was very pleasant and friendly. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

A quick getaway from every day stress. The beautiful scenic ride to this location, valet service, front desk staff, clean room and quiet!!!

The hotel is in a great area with coffee and eateries in the hotel, and with in walking distance. The staff service was excellent, water at the entrance, always someone kind no matter the time. Very safe. And the room, WOW! We had a small balcony and loved opening and hearing the traffic below, although is not a very busy street. The bathrooms were my favorite, amazing decor, the windows had a really cool design. We loved our stay!

Food is TERRIBLE and hideously overpriced. (Room service dinner was DISGUSTING). No coffee maker in room, crappy selections in minibar. Robes are worn and uncomfortable.

I like the Kimpton brand, this one is well situated in mid town - prepare to uber most places, or enjoy nice humid walks. Overall comfortable, simple issues that can be resolved.

I loved staying at the Kimpton. The staff was so nice and accommodating, and I had such a relaxing weekend. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, but the rooftop pool was to die for!

Our floor smelt horrible, and the smell seeped into a room. They kept telling us that they were going to fix the smell, and it was never fixed until our last day of our stay. The worst part was, we asked to switch floors and they refused to do it.

Very nice hotel close to many restaurants and Vanderbilt University. It was quiet considering how close it is to downtown. We loved the rooftop pool and bar!

Wish we had known the pool was closed. Also terrible mattress, platform beds are awful especially without a tempurpedic mattress. Otherwise they were great.

Nashville is beautiful and ahas a lot to offer beyond the home of country music (which is great). We went at the end of April and weather was hot and clear skys. We enjoyed resting by the pool after walking for most of the day. The hotel is in a great location if you want to explore all of Nashville with bars & restaurants near by but the bar & restaurant in the hotel is well worth some of your time and attention. The room was lovely and staff were attentive and polite. We had a great experience:)

Great location. Hotel and spa was so nice. The rooms updated and are very big, clean with huge bathroom. Love this hotel. Definitely would stay here again.
