Location is fine atmosphere chilled staff so attentive and nothing is to much trouble room is fine apart for one thing there's no hot water it's Luke warm verging on cold

Evelyn’s is a wonderful place to have brunch! Their biscuits and gravy are fantastic and their French Toast is amazing! Our server, Ravena, took very good care of us and did an excellent job! This was our second time here, and we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

This was our 2nd time visiting Evelyn’s. Our waitress, Ravena, was absolutely amazing right from the start. Her menu knowledge was very helpful and impressive. We never had to ask or wait for refills. She was just an all around great server. Please give my compliments to the chef as well. My biscuit/gravy was awesome. My girlfriend got the French toast, and holy smokes, I had to snag a couple of bites. For the price that I paid for us to eat, I am extremely happy with the portions received

We stayed at Hutton Hotel for 3 nights. The staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere and a very clean and comfortable room. I loved the fact that we didn't hear our neighbors at all! And Hutton Hotel is walking distance to Midtown (a much calmer club scene), and a 5 minute uber to the mall and clubs down on Broadway.

Joseph Boddie, Bellman at the Hutton Hotel, was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked through the door, he made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. His warm personality, professionalism, and attention to detail immediately made a wonderful first impression. Joseph went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of, and his kindness truly set the tone for my stay. Evelyn’s restaurant has amazing brunch! The breakfast burrito and the Eggs Benedict are delish. Rovena was our server and she took great care of us. If you’re not staying at the hotel, just come for brunch. You won’t be disappointed.

There are nothing but amazing things to say about this hotel! They went above and beyond for a group of us that were stuck in downtown Nashville during an ice storm. Nick helped secure last minute rooms and reservations at their restaurant. We were also able to use them for a bridal shower and the set menu was excellent. Highly recommend them for anyone visiting Nashville!

Everyone was so friendly and genuinely helpful, especially whenever I needed recommendations for great places to eat before heading out. But I have to give an extra special thank you to Mr. Joseph Boddie, who I’ve affectionately started calling “Pops.” His energy and Southern charm completely won me over. There’s just something special about him…he has a warmth and youthful spirit that’s contagious. Throughout my stay, he made me feel so welcome, and what meant even more was how kind and loving he was not only to me, but also to my service animal. Thank you, Pops, for reminding me what true Southern hospitality looks like. Your kindness, charm, and genuine heart made my stay that much more memorable.

I stopped by the Hutton Hotel lobby to get some work done and decided to grab a coffee while I was there. Ally, the barista, was so friendly and welcoming, and she made an excellent latte. The atmosphere was comfortable and made it a great place to be productive. Between the great service and delicious coffee, I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend the Hutton Hotel to friends and family, whether they're looking for a great place to stay or just a nice spot to enjoy a coffee.

Great hotel room was amazing very large room with separate lounge very comfy on the 10th floor. Views were great ,everything you could need was in the room ,grest location to Downtown Broadway shirt walk you are in the bars and honktonks. Staff were great couldn't do enough for us.

Our stay at the Hutton Hotel was absolutely amazing!! The location was perfect as it was situated in the heart of Nashville, not too close to high noise level areas like Broadway but close enough to be a short walk away, this meant the noise levels at the hotel were always very quiet. Our room was lovely from the start. It was also a great value for what we received. Every area in the hotel that we came across was always super clean! The atmosphere in the hotel was always very friendly. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly & helpful at all times, especially Lisa from the housekeeping staff & Sara A. from the front desk staff. Both were so kind & welcoming at every encounter & were so delightful to deal with. Additionally, all of the valet staff were equally so friendly & helpful & a pleasure to deal with! We will absolutely 1000% be back in the future & can’t wait!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the Hutton Hotel was something special. I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The combination of exceptional service, a welcoming atmosphere, and attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable. What stood out most was the incredible team. From check-in through the moment we departed for the airport, the staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued. Mary, Ethan, Levi, Miley, James, Brian, and the rest of the team were exceptional — professional, warm, attentive, and genuinely personable. They were always happy to offer thoughtful recommendations on restaurants, attractions, and local experiences, while also taking the time to have great conversations and make us feel like more than just guests. A special mention also goes to the doorman (my apologies for not catching his name), who was incredibly friendly and welcoming and added to the overall experience. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, clean, and inviting. The rooms have a comfortable, charming feel while still offering the quality and attention to detail you would expect from a luxury property. The location could not have been better — perfectly situated in Midtown, with easy access to Broadway and many of Nashville’s best attractions, whether walking or taking a short Uber ride. The Hutton Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It is rare to find a property where the service, atmosphere, location, and people all come together to create such a memorable stay. We would not hesitate to return and will absolutely choose the Hutton Hotel again the next time we visit Nashville.

We was on 15th floor and they were drill on top of us all day during stay. They set alarm off and we had to evacuate room. They could have come up to floor and told us it was because of guy above us was welding. when we tried to go down stairway it was blocked. If your working on floor above you should never have guest on floor below.

Everyone at the hotel was super helpful and kind. I am in a wheelchair and they made me feel welcome and assisted me when I needed it. Cam, the valet guy was super helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hutton Nashville. When we arrived a wonderful charismatic gentleman called Joseph greeted us and helped us with our bag. He also made my birthday by singing Happy Birthday to me. He really is a credit to your hotel. We also would like to thank Jayden, who mainly looked after our car at the valet. I think he was also quite excited to drive our Mustang. He was really sweet and attentive. We found the location a great spot to broadway, it’s walking distance or a quick ride in an uber/lyft and great value for money. Rooms were clean and the Dyson hairdryer was a welcomed touch. Only thing we found was our air con was really loud, which was particularly annoying at night. We found all your staff really welcoming and helpful. We would recommend your hotel and we would stay again. The decor of the hotel and rooms were really lovely. It was our favourite hotel on our road trip! Thanks so much for the slippers! As an Events Specialist who plans and executes large-scale corporate events for a living, I can confidently say that the service we received from the Hutton Hotel team during our recent YA Group Leadership Summit was truly exceptional. Over the course of three days, we hosted more than 100 company leaders, and the event ran flawlessly from start to finish. From guest registration and hotel check-in to restaurant setups, conference room readiness, catering execution, and countless behind-the-scenes details, every member of the Hutton team demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Graham, our Conference Services Manager. Quite simply, I could not have done this event without him. Graham was consistently available, responsive, and proactive throughout the planning process and onsite execution. Whether communicating via text, coordinating room setups, arranging storage, locating additional seating, or checking in multiple times a day to ensure everything met our expectations, he went above and beyond at every opportunity. One moment that perfectly exemplifies Graham's dedication occurred when a critical box needed for our stage setup could not be located. Rather than simply assisting with the search, Graham personally took ownership of the situation, reaching out to nearby hotels and exhausting every possible avenue to help us find it. That level of commitment and care is rare and did not go unnoticed. I would also like to recognize Elliot from Encore, who served as our AV partner throughout the event. His accessibility, expertise, and calm professionalism helped ensure every presentation, video, and technical component ran seamlessly. Knowing Elliot was there gave our team tremendous confidence. Additionally, a huge thank you to Kate and Clarissa for helping secure and manage our guest room block so smoothly. With over 100 leaders attending, rooming logistics can become complicated quickly, yet they made the process feel effortless. What impressed me most, however, was that the exceptional service extended far beyond our primary contacts. Every member of the team contributed to creating an outstanding experience. From the gentleman who thoughtfully double-checked that there were no nuts in the complimentary macarons, to the team member who carefully reviewed pesto ingredients for dietary concerns, to the catering staff who would save a cookie for me because they knew I was constantly running between meetings, every interaction was marked by kindness and genuine care. The restaurant teams were incredibly accommodating during walkthroughs and setup adjustments. The staff responded immediately when we needed updates to signage outside Analog. Team members routinely checked on us throughout the event, asking if there was anything they could do to improve our experience. Everyone seemed invested in our success. As someone who has worked in events for many years, I know how much effort, coordination, and teamwork are required to make a large event appear effortless. The Hutton team accomplished exactly that. They made us feel supported, valued, and cared for every step of the way. Please extend my deepest gratitude to Graham and the entire Hutton team. First off the esthetics of the hotel is beautiful! What stood out to me the most was the quality of the food and the customer service provided by the front desk especially by Jada! Our dedicated catering attendant Gerard was amazing; quick with his response, warm and easy to talk with. He remembered that I like Earl Grey Tea, this might seem small but it mattered. We also went to the Analog bar which was great, it was pitch night where new talents got the opportunity to perform original material. We loved it! Definitely will stay there again.

This place is horrendous. The ceilings are low and uncomfortable. The rooms are tiny and cramped. The event was a disaster, from their personnel constantly changing to their lying about quantities and charges, they even charged my credit card additionally without any consent AT ALL! They even offer a settlement amount and then lie about how much they offered! Horrendous management, horrible hotel, terrible staff DO NOT USE THIS PLACE OR EVEN STAY HERE! TERRIBLE!

Very clean with friendly staff but the house keeping is dreadful!!! We sent 3 nights and never got a visit from cleaners and had to ask for fresh towel on the third day !!! Very poor indeed

We do an annual company meeting at the Hutton each year and this was my first time coordinating the event. From my first communication with the team until our actual event, it was clear this was a team of people who knew what they were doing and knew how to do it well. When we had a hiccup of needing to reschedule our event from January to March due to a snowstorm, the team worked with us to make sure everything transferred over smoothly and helped us consolidate and execute a small event in January. I cannot say enough good things about Graham, Kate, Sierra, and the entire Hutton team. Planning this big event was a stressful time, but knowing that we had the support of the Hutton for any question, request, and solution took away a lot of the anxiety. The hotel has such a beautiful aesthetic, the food at Evelyn's is wonderful and it is in a prime location in Nashville. I would recommend the Hutton for anyone looking for a place to stay in Nashville for business or pleasure. I'm already looking forward to planning next year's event and working with this wonderful team.

Our experience with The Hutton was truly wonderful from start to finish. We originally had a conference trip planned for January that had to be canceled because of weather, and the team could not have been more gracious, accommodating, and helpful during the entire process. They made a stressful situation feel easier, and we were so appreciative of their kindness and flexibility. When we were finally able to host our conference in March, everything ran like a well oiled machine. The event ran smoothly, the property was beautiful and welcoming, and every interaction with the staff was positive. Graham was especially incredible to work with: responsive, thoughtful, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went well for our team. He was such a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and care we received and would absolutely recommend The Hutton for both personal stays and group events. We look forward to working with them again in the future!

We stayed here as part of the YA group, and my daughter and I got to know the staff so well during our trip. Jayda and Ashli are absolutely amazing! Jayda went out of her way multiple times just to make our day—we absolutely love her. Ashli was such a sweetheart, too; when our family dog had an accident in the lobby right as she was clocking out, she stayed behind to make sure everything was completely taken care of. Kanye and Joseph are not only incredibly hard-working but also so personable! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at the Hutton Hotel, and I was genuinely sad to leave. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I truly hope management and the owners realize how blessed they are to have such a dedicated, hard-working, and people-oriented team. They all deserve a raise! The next time my family and I are in Nashville, we will absolutely be staying at the Hutton Hotel.

Lovely hotel, very aesthetic and welcoming. It has a beautiful style to the rooms, it’s very clean and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. The amenities in the rooms are also very high quality. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful and made you feel very welcome. The location was also great, it’s a quieter area and less than $10 in an uber to Downtown

It was not apparent when booking that the hotel gym would be closed for refurbishment during our stay, nor was this communicated in advance. It was a particular aspect I wanted from a hotel for this stay. Also, housekeeping were not good at replenishing the coffee in the room, I had to ask for this.

Good location not too far from Broadway and other attractions of the city. Cool vibe and fun decor in lobby and rooms. Rooms are small but nicely appointed with great mini-bar snacks, but not enough non-alcoholic beverages and housekeeping should give you still water nightly as it’s almost impossible to find water in the room. Good value overall in pricing of rooms, F&B, etc. Rooms were clean and so was rest of hotel. Analog bar was really fun and great Nashville vibe. Evelyn restaurant menu was too limited and particularly almost all breakfast options at lunch-time got old very quickly. Staff was friendly across the board from valet/door-people to reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff. Conference facilities were nice. Housekeeping was erratic. Had to ask multiple times on 2 of the 4 days we stayed there to have the room cleaned. Overall good experience and would return, but also would try other hotels in the city to see if we find something we like a little more that fixes what we did not like here.

We were in town for a conference and the hotel was fantastic. Walking in, it smelled both clean and cozy, a welcome spa scent for the senses. Jada greeted us at the front desk and made us feel right at home. She helped us throughout our stay with recommendations, sending out mail, and checking on us whenever we saw her. We went to some events at the Analog when were phenomenal as well. The food was lovely, the bar great, and the room was perfect - just what we needed for our time there! We will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Hutton. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Jada and Ashlii who looked after us on our final day. The decor is stunning and the bed was so big and comfortable. The fresh water in reception was great, looked forward to seeing what flavour it would be every morning! Great location too, we were able to walk to and from Broadway every day and also to The Gulch. Already planning our next trip!

The hotel and restaurant are lovely and the staff are so sweet. The concierge, Natalia, was there to help whenever we needed her. The biggest thank you though must go to Omkar. We had tickets to the Grand Ole Oprey House but we couldn’t get a cab so he took us in his own car! We were so grateful and absolutely amazed that he offered to do this for us. Hutton hotel is beautiful and everyone is kind and gracious. My room was immaculate and had such a cool vibe. I ordered a record player and listened to a couple as a relaxed for the evening. There is also a place called the Analog in the hotel where bands come to sing and one of the employees said the black crows were there….so cool! The restaurant has great food too. Love everything about Hutton!

I stay here every time I go to Nashville! Edward and Graham at the front desk turned my whole day around after a long journey starting at 4am. The new bar in the lobby is great- awesome pastas and the bartender was very helpful in recommending a Malbec. If you want a cool and luxurious home base in Nashville this is your spot!

The hotel is beautiful, and Ed took such good care of us as soon as we walked through the door. The whole hotel smells amazing and they have infused water at the door. The rooms are cozy and clean. The whole aesthetic and vibe is phenomenal. (Also did i mention how much we love Ed?)

Lovely clean hotel in great location. Nice quiet area but only 5-10 minute walk to Music Row and nearby bars and restaurants and 20 minute walk to downtown/broadway area. Room was large with lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. Complimentary coffee and in the morning in the lobby. Very helpful staff.

From the moment we walked into the Hutton Hotel, we knew we were in for something special—but Edward truly set the tone for our entire stay. Edward checked us in, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. He didn’t just go through the motions—he took the time to walk us through everything in a way that felt personal, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. His energy, professionalism, and attention to detail immediately made us feel valued and taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work, and it absolutely shows. And then there’s Mary—she was just as incredible. Warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell she truly cares about guests having an exceptional experience. What stood out most was how both Edward and Mary made us feel—not like just another reservation, but like honored guests. That level of service is hard to come by these days. If you’re staying at the Hutton Hotel, you are in excellent hands. Because of Edward and Mary, this wasn’t just a hotel stay—it was an experience we’ll remember. We will absolutely be back!

Friendly staff, nice original decor in keeping with the music theme of Nashville. Good bar and restaurant. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Large comfortable beds and a good range of amenities in the room. Electric kettle, snacks, stocked minibar and lovely robes and slippers.

Maybe a bit far from the downtown strip of bars and live music venues.

Beautiful boutique hotel with top notch hospitality. The lobby has an elegant, modern chic design, and it’s extremely welcoming. The staff were super friendly, and the rooms had the same feel as the lobby. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Nashville.

We love The Hutton. It has become one of our favorite hotels in the world. The rooms are fabulous and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Tay.ia at the Front Desk was awesome! Evelyn’s is a great spot for a drink. Dogs 🐶 love The Hutton! Great coffee in the lobby is appreciated as is the fruit infused water.

Wonderful stay at the Hutton in Nashville! From the moment we arrived and were offered pear Prosecco, we knew we were in for a treat and were not wrong! Staff was all pleasant, helpful and attentive; food was delicious especially the lobster eggs Benedict; and the bartender was friendly and attentive!
