Location to the centre of town was excellent. Great views from a he room and comfortable bed.

We were on the 7th floor and the lift only went to the 6th floor so you had to walk up stairs to get to the 7th floor, not good carrying heavy cases.

When it comes location and View... it was money definitely well spent 10/10 for me. you don't need to hire a car when staying at the Crown. you can walk everywhere and this is most Convenient. Especially walking over to the activities across the street.

The bathroom in the room needs attention. It is old and tired. the Shower curtain is not working. when you have a shower the water is all over the floor if the curtain is outside. If the curtain is inside the tub then it sticks to your body making it unpleasant and uncomfortable.

Nothing at all, very old building and needing a lot of maintenance.

So many things: - the fan in bathroom we couldn’t not turn off so it was bloody noisy. - outside noise ( people opening doors ) very disturbing. - the bed was awful and uncomfortable soap we haven’t slept at all. The mattress and pillows are terrible, I really feel sick. - the mountain view ( more like the building apartment across the street) . - the TV, we are in 2026 for heaving sake so chrome cast is easy to install so people could use their own Netflix or whatever for entertainment. - The coffee machine is not functioning at all. ( finally got to go after 15 minutes ) - sending email to rate my stay few hours after I checked in, rally? - I am writing this at 5am and haven’t checked out yet.

Location was excellent. The bed was really comfortable and soft. They had option for different pillows. Buffet breakfast was amazing.

Including a bench in the gym would be nice, I had to be adaptable to the equipment they had.

Slow and inoperable lifts, very basic rooms that need a bit of a refresh. Valet parking as only onsite parking is disappointing.

Location was excellent. Room and view just perfect. We were in Room 619 and would love that every time we stay or one on the lake. We booked late so understand we got one of the last rooms but appreciated what we got. We normally stay at the Novatel but this exceeds that hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Crowne Plaza Queenstown. From the moment I arrived, everything was wonderful. The location is simply perfect , right in the heart of Queenstown, and across from the steamers wharf the lake, restaurants, bars, shops and everything you could possibly need . I absolutely loved my stay at the Crowne Plaza Queenstown. From the moment I arrived, everything was wonderful. The location is simply perfect right in the heart of Queenstown, close to the lake, restaurants, bars, shops and everything you could possibly need. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and welcoming, and the staff were fantastic. The buffet breakfast is a must at the Threessixy bar and restaurant. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I loved being able to step outside and have stunning Queenstown right on my doorstep. Queenstown completely stole my heart, and staying at the Crowne Plaza made my trip even more special. Even with the freezing winter temperatures, I loved every minute , even with the freezing winter temperatures , I loved every minutes especially enjoying a wine (and a few divine mulled wines!) after a day exploring. I honestly couldn’t fault my stay. I would absolutely stay at the Crowne Plaza again and am already dreaming about my next trip back to beautiful Queenstown. 10/10 wonderful hotel, unbeatable location and an unforgettable stay. Highly recommend! ❤️

Very friendly staff, excellent customer service.. had neck pain so needed a contour pillow, delivered to me in just minutes..Really appreciate the hospitality and support…

The view was great. Close to things. The pillows were amazing.

Water pressure was terrible the entire stay. The bath was a bit dirty. Shower head was low, so had to bed down to get hair wet. Felt old and like it hadn't been updated in a while. Cracks in tiles in the bathroom. Overall underwhelming.

What an amazing experience from the start to the finish! The location is right in the heart of Queenstown, the staff - especially Farah, could npt have been more welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and sparkling clean, smell dibvine with beautiful toiletries, super comfy beds and a breathtaking view from the balcony. Breakfast is to die for! The best Hotel experience for us in NZ to date.

The view from one of the rooms was a trip highlight. Also housekeeping staff did a good job.

Right opposite steamer wharf which has lots of food options. Most Tour buses stop in front of the hotel to pick up guests so there’s no need to go anywhere else for pickups.

The staff were helpful and the location was great

On check in we presented our credit card for payment however on checkout we were charged again, essentially charged double. It took over a week for our funds to be returned.

The hotel is in a great location, rooms are big and staff are friendly. There is a small gym, which doesn't have a lot but still enough for a light workout.

The hotel is quite dated and could use a refurb. However in my experience that is pretty consistent across most hotels in Queenstown

We had an issue with breakfast, we were told by 2 staff members we had breakfast included to the receive a letter to say we didn’t. We received a complimentary breakfast but you should have honoured the breakfast included.
