Rooftop bar closed very early on Sunday so my travelling companions were not able to have a drink there after we returned from dinner. Also main bar closed early and we were not offered residents’ drinks Lukewarm not hot breakfast buffet. We were not offered à la carte which others seemed to be. Service charge added to bill even when drinks are ordered and paid for at the bar

Such a quarky but warm, cosy and welcoming place, loved all the details and design and natural, earthy feel.

Both me and my partner could not get comfy at night as pillows were too soft and even with two, we could not get the firmness/support right, which was a shame. Breakfast was a bit slow in terms of refilling hot buffet stuff.

We booked this hotel and were very much looking forward to our stay. Due to a medical and physical condition, I am unable to stand safely in a shower, so when booking we specifically requested a room with a bath. Shortly afterwards, we received an email confirming that our request had been confirmed. Based on this, I did not feel it was necessary to contact the hotel again or make alternative arrangements. On arrival, however, we were informed that a room with a bath was not available. I explained to the receptionist that, due to my physical condition, I would be unable to use the shower safely. I was then told that I would need to pay an additional £100 to upgrade the room. The shower room provided had no adaptations or facilities to accommodate my physical needs and was therefore unsuitable. This was particularly disappointing given that the hotel had been made aware of my requirements in advance and had confirmed our request. I am disappointed with the service and would appreciate an explanation as to why our confirmed request was not honoured and why I was expected to pay an additional £100 for suitable facilities. Curtains also dirty.

Friendly and helpful staff. We were treated to a surprise upgrade of a free higher value room which was wonderful with an impressive view. The air con is great - cool and very quiet. Spacious shower and very clean room. Love the availability of water for the room. There are many small touches that really makes this place. It's our second time staying here and we will definitely be back! The staff here are so happy and we're celebrating the opening of their new restaurants and having a proper celebration, I can tell it's a great place to work which adds to the positive atmosphere. Easy location for the station and surrounding busy spots. Thank you!

No bin bag in the bins left us a little confused as we didn't want to put e.g. teabags straight in the bin for the cleaners to have to wipe but not sure if this was a sustainability choice. Would have been great if alternative milk sachets were available for the room other than standard dairy especially as an eco focussed place.

This was a very nice hotel in the centre of Manchester. The room was well appointed and clean.

The only thing I object to is the hotel app. While this may suit some customers, I resent giving my phone data to a hotel. On the plus side I didn’t use it and it didn’t detract from my stay.

The room was excellent we stayed in the studio suite. It was perfect and the bed was so comfy. The water station on the floor was a brilliant idea we appreciated it when we were thirsty at night time. Breakfast was perfect too.

There was air trapped in the hot water tap pipe so it made a loud noise every time it was used. Didn't bother us though.

Spotless, the vibe is excellent, the decor is so well presented throughout the whole building. Staff are very genuine and sincere. Was extremely quiet given the location!

It was an excellent stay. Slightly pricier for just one night, and the bed was firmer than I’d have liked but by no means uncomfortable at all.

Very disappointing check-in experience I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and have always had a positive experience, so I was extremely disappointed by what happened this time. I have never experienced anything like this during my previous stays. I had made and paid for the hotel booking, but I did not have the physical bank card with me at check-in. Despite being able to provide confirmation of the booking and the necessary details, the hotel would not allow my partner to check into our room. What made the situation particularly unacceptable was that this happened at 3am on Sunday morning. After travelling and arriving at the hotel in the middle of the night, my partner was left sitting in the lobby for four hours because he was not allowed to access our room untill I got off the plane and arrived to the hotel at 3am. I completely understand that hotels have policies regarding payment cards, but given that I had made the booking and this was the middle of the night, I expected the situation to be handled with far more understanding and flexibility. Leaving a guest waiting in the lobby for four hours at 3am was extremely frustrating and completely ruined the start of our stay. Having stayed here multiple times before, this was especially disappointing. I hope the hotel reviews how this situation was handled, as it was very different from the standard of service I have experienced on previous visits.

Fabulous! Fantastic place to stay, very cosy and warm, from the hotel lobby to your room, every detail was carefully selected to ensure the highest comfort for guests. Very friendly staff, always happy to assist. The hotel is in the city centre and everything is a walking distance. I will definitely come back and I cordially recommend it.

All of the amenities! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was high quality, the entire space was full of character, but cozy. The gym was unrivaled- one of the most extensive gyms I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Was a true crime we only spent one night.

The only thing I wished was that there was a refrigerator in the room as well. Just to keep some snacks in/leftovers and such. Otherwise it was a gem.

The room was so comfortable and it felt like coming home every night. The bed especially was lovely and cosy. Everything was just as required.

I don't like and have never liked Treehouse's bizarre expectation of a service charge after staying at its property. Servicing the room and looking after your guests is a part of being a hotel and it is unreasonable to expect an additional charge for it.

J’avais demandé un early checking qui avait été guarantie par l’hôtel. Nous avons donc pris nos dispositions en fonction de cette garantie, mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel, nous avons été informé qu’il n’y avait pas la possibilité d’avoir un early checking, que cela a été seulement sujet à disponibilité, pourtant, on m’avait garanti que je pouvais arriver plus tôt. Nous avions commandé des Transports et nous n’avons donc pas pu suivre notre planning. Lorsque l’heure d’arrivée est garantie et que celle-ci est modifiée sans préavis c’est très gênant. Aucune solution n’a été trouvée et aucun geste commercial n’a été effectué.

Upon attending breakfast there seemed to be a lack of items to eat and nothing came out quickly, I'm sure this is not representative of what is normally experienced but as a last experience before we left the hotel, it wasn't a great end to the visit

The hotel reception area , as soon as you walked in you knew it was special. The bar was lovely, and the rooms were like a little woodland retreat, so comfortable and decorated beautifully.

I’m not a fan of a buffet hot breakfast, so would have preferred to ordered and sit down, but just my preference.

We didn't like the breakfast awful waiting time hour and half. The breakfast was included plenty of staff at pip but the food was burnt or uncooked . Asking over and over where our hot drinks were and breakfast was and it came out burnt pancakes and wrong item sandwich so had it change it came back out in second which isn't Good for an egg. The bacon wasnt cooked enough definitely issues. Discretionary payment asking at check in and out felt awkward been ask.

Every member of staff were lovely, great customer service. A bench was broken on arrival (top was off) so I mentioned it to reception and within half an hour it had been collected from the room, fixed and returned. Breakfast was excellent, room was lovely and clean and the hotel was quiet - you couldn’t hear any other guests moving around or chatting.

Loved the vibe and the cosy aesthetic. So nice to have something other than sleek grey and white. Think ‘Moonrise Kingdom’. Great location. Near both stations and northern quarter. Staff were super helpful.

There was an IT glitch that meant we couldn’t use the screen in the room. Normally not a problem for me but after traveling almost 30 hours to get to Manchester it would have helped our rest and recovery. Staff very helpful trying to resolve it. One little thing in an otherwise perfect stay so it didn’t diminish.

The hotel is beautiful, you can see the concept has been implemented throughout the accommodation. Additionally, their decoration and operation truly gives a feeling of a environmentally conscious establishment. We decided to upgrade our room, and was very pleased with the size of the space, which included a seating area we were able to use in the mornings and evenings. Both my travel companion and myself agreed the comfortable beds were the highlight of the stay, we even had to inquire about their stunning beddings, which unfortunately is not available for sale. However, I think we both agreed that we will consider this location again next time to experience them again.

The points to highlight here is the cleanliness of the room, the television, and the shower facilities. When we checked in to the room, we noticed the floor had not been cleaned, which included dust and general signs of use, as well as left over food and trash left under furniture and storage fittings. This remained there until we checked out. We were unable to use the TV to watch live channels or chrome cast, apparently this was a known issue, and with help from a kind employee, we were able to log in to our Netflix. While the water pressure was a major draw back for myself and the accompanying guest, the shower did offer two shower heads to use, the ceiling fitted rain effect, and the smaller option with better water pressure. However the second option was fitted at waist hight or could be handheld, making it a more inconvenient option for washing hair.

Having stayed at the London Treehouse a few times we were keen to try Manchester Treehouse. A really great hotel in a fab location with stunning views and with wonderful staff.

No rooftop restaurant yet- due to open shortly.

لم يعجبني لا يوجد من يساعد في حمل الشنط وعند الدخول ياخذون على كل غرفه تأمين 50 باوند لكل ليله وهذا شي مبالغ فيه انا اخذت 3 غرف لمدة 3 ليالي لماذا ادفع 450 باوند تأمين لما اعترضت رضوا ياخذون بس 50 باوند على الغرفه الوحده لمده 3 ايام كما انهم ياخذون مبلغ على الخدمه

Stayed for 1 night. Location was great & parking right next to the hotel. Staff went above & beyond for us. Changing our room to a lower floor to avoid using the lift & escorting us through the staff stairway even during very busy reception times. Would definitely return to this hotel for them being so accommodating.

If you are visiting manchester, the treehouse hotel is a great place to stay. It is located in the heart of the city, and it is close to all of the major attractions. The hotel is also very clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I upgraded the room to a suite because the room was little small. but it's worth doing the upgrade. cost me only 25 pounds per night.

This is probably one of the dreamiest hotels I have ever stayed in, the staff was lovely, there was a very kind receptionist and the bed was amazing. It has been tastefully decorated and it's a big but cozy hotel. I will definitely go back! Oh and loved the products in the bathroom!

I think the breakfast/restaurant menu could be improved a bit. It was good, but I think there could be more choice and variety.

Beautiful Quadruple room that had plenty of space for our family of 3 Air conditioning that was working and kept the room cool all night - much welcomed as we were there during a heatwave Friendly and knowledgeable staff Quick resolution when there were two minor issues - towels had been set out for two but we were quickly provided with a third set when I contacted reception. Ordered in room dining and two items were missing but this was also quickly rectified with some extra treats given as an apology Great location - walking distance to the Arndale shopping centre, Northern Quarter and Spinningfields area and near a tram hub

Breakfast on the Wednesday morning was self-service and I thought there was a great selection, of hot food delicious scrambled eggs etc but on our second morning the hot food was made to order only. Just personal preference but we preferred the self-serve hot food. The filter coffee also was poor, but barista style coffees could be ordered. I do think for the price there could have been a larger selection across the continental breakfast items, pastries and breads etc.

Breakfast was expensive, we purchased elsewhere, room was neat and staff helpful.

The style of this hotel is very down to earth and unique and it definitely stands out among the rest!

Nothing about my stay was bad and loved every second of it

We had a suite and in was cosy and spacious. Room was clean and the hall was quiet. We had a fridge in our suite. Location was great, shopping streets and a lot of restaurants nearby. Train station also a short walk away.

Breakfst was not included while we made the reservation, but at the reception it was not explained to us that when we get the breakfast things in the menu would be included, so we ate at the buffet and it cost us 25 pounds per face, some explaining in advance would have been perfect.

Everything! The staff were friendly and helpful, the cinema and gym are both fab, the room itself is cosy, comfortable and clean. We have already booked our next stay !

This is such a beautiful hotel with original design applied to every single detail. We stayed only one night but everything run so smooth and that also made an impression that they are well organised too. I use booking.com for many decades now and I believe this is the first 10 I ever gave

We stayed in triple room and while the third, sofa, bed was made up and the third set of towels was left in the room, no third glass and/or mug, third set of slippers and/or bath robe

Location was great, room and hotel vibe is quirky and interesting. Bws was exceptionally comfortable and clean. The staff on check out were excellent.

The staff on check in were not friendly or approachable.. We were charged a cleaning tax, which wasn't mentioned on check out, but we've just had an email about. It was probably in the small print somewhere, but still came as a surprise and makes me mention petty things like, cleaning materials were left in our room, and a good few channels on the TV didn't load.

I've wanted to stay at the Treehouse for ages and my daughter booked it as a birthday surprise for me. It was even lovelier than I thought it was going to be and we will definitely be back.

This hotel is a real gem in the middle of the city. I love the whimsical treehouse theme. My bedroom was really cosy with comfy bed and all the extras available for a home away from home experience. The majority of the staff were very friendly. I had issues with the parking and would say their ‘parking included/ on site’ instructions are false. Your parking space which treehouse guides you to to book parking, provide very misleading incorrect directions and I ended up having to park elsewhere and walk in the dark in an unknown city - when I complained I was not offered a refund by your parking space and the hotel didn’t really want to help. Other than that this is a lovely hotel and perfect if you arrive on foot!

Probably the best hotel in experience in Manchester. Querky enough to have personality without being pretentious as can often be the case.

Great location near Victoria station. Rooms are quirky, clean and comfortable. Staff are all engaging and kind. The breakfast can be missed.

Lovely weekend stay with our dog. The hotel is very dog friendly. I was surprised to find a dog bed and bowls in the room when we checked in. This is our second stay are we enjoyed having a studio suite this time around. Great place to stay with your dog!
