도착하면서 몇가지 필요 사항을 요청했는데 아주 친절하게 최선을 다해서 해 주셨습니다. 시설과 위치도 최상이였습니다. 주변 관광지가 있어서 돌아 다니면서 즐거운 경험도 많이 했습니다. 추후 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

Magnífic hotel! Molt ben cuidat, habitacions impecables, amb unes instal.lacions molt ben equipades, confortable i molt net. Molt aprop del Llac, i dels carrers de menjar i zona antiga comercial. Excel.lent!

La única cosa és la catifa dels passadissos que està ja una mica vella i estaria bé una renovació per a que fos ja perfecte del tot. Però és un detall que no canvia per res la magnífica valoració de l'hotel.

Bella struttura posizionata a pochi passi a piedi dal dentro storico della città. Camera molto grande pulita arredata in modo particolare e molto bella. Staff accogliente.

Adored this hotel. The vintage design was great fun, especially the red telephone box showers! The staff who checked us in was incredibly kind and upgraded us to a spacious suite with a bathtub. Notably, the hotel was adjacent to the historic Song Imperial Street.

Can easily hear guests in the corridor and in nearby rooms. View looks directly out at other apartments.

Немного непонятная система электроснабжения номера

La struttura si trova a pochi metri dalla zona pedonale, con negozi, locali e ristoranti ed è a 10' dalla metro. Ottima l'accoglienza ed il supporto da parte dello staff. La camera è molto particolare per l'arredamento, è ampia e dotata di ogni comfort. Inoltre è disponibile un servizio lavanderia gratuito. Siamo stati benissimo!

老房子但設備智能先進，也很有風格。位在小區，離景區不遠不近（門口195路到西湖公園），也能感受當地烟火氣。免費洗衣烘乾大加分，房間也有冰箱（評論區有人說沒有），

房門很難關。

前台几位姐姐很好，态度热情！酒店很干净，地理位置特别好特别方便。就在南宋御街旁边，离地铁站和很多景点都可以步行到达

Отель раположен в хорошем месте. Номера чистые, персонал вежливый. Всегда на рецепшен чай, кофе и конфеты. Мы пробыли три дня, но не все успели посмотреть и планируем снова вернуться сюда. И когда вернемся снова, остановимся в этом отеле.

Location was very central and staff very helpful and kind. They washed our clothes and dried them.

Tutto perfetto. Ottima posizione. Camera pulita, stupenda e curata nei minimi dettagli. Doccia e wc separati, ottimo per chi viaggia in compagnia. Alla receptionist sono state gentilissime, acqua e frutta in omaggio. Un gesto davvero apprezzato.

Good location, nice room and we liked the stil.

Might be subjective but the "smart" controls for the room (lights etc) are super confusing and not helpful at all. The bathtub was losing water.

The hotel ran the air con at their discretion, this meant that some of our 5N stay wasn’t too comfortable. To run the rooms unit to circulate, meant the room had a musty odor and there was only one tiny window that could be opened. This has happened with a few bookings, but I’ve learned now to pre inquire before booking, even if air con is listed in amenities, as this hotel did.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient. There is a busstop right in front of the hotel. It’s near Hefang Street and a 20min walk to Wesr Lake.

The rooms can be a bit noisy.

浙大圆正兰社酒店最大的特点是紧邻南宋御街核心地段，虽然不提供早晨，但是周边均能解决。客房布置突显民国风格，非常有特色。周边是非常适合散步和淘货。

建议和其他供应商联合在大堂增加一个自动售卖机，卖一些饮料和面包，方便旅客的需求，也能增加酒店自身的收入。

Doesn’t provide robes for the room. That’s all everything else was superb

工作人員友善又乐于助人。 房间干淨舒适，有天猫管家服务。 地点极好…就在南宋御街、河坊街旁边，吃喝玩乐都极方便且选择多，不少必比登推荐&米其林小店就在步行5-10分钟之内的距离。

唯一的小缺点…洗衣&干衣虽是免費服务，但设备不足&机器本身的瑕疵而有些可惜了。

We had a wonderful stay at Lanshe Hotel in Hangzhou. The room was very spacious, beautifully designed, and had a very unique interior which gave the hotel a special boutique atmosphere and charm. What impressed us most was the incredibly helpful reception team. They were always friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to assist us during our stay. They even helped organize a private car for us from Hangzhou to Suzhou, which made our trip much smoother and stress-free. The hotel combines comfort, style, and excellent hospitality, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Hangzhou.

There is a building being built across the road which does mean there is noise during the day.

The location enabled easy access to the West Lake area as well as the Imperial Road and the Wuhan scenic district.

Lovely hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Location is great near 2 great areas and subway within 8-10min walk. Bus stop right outside to go to West lake. Room had kettle, water, toiletries and hairdryer. Its a smart room( not Alexa) but she didnt understand us. Had fun discovering light switches.

Nothing to do with hotel but doing building work across road noise starts from 8am - on the plus side gets you up early.

Great location that not far from West Lake and close to the Line 1 subway entrance. It’s easy to find. The room is pretty comfortable, with a smart toilet, a separate bathroom, and smart lighting control panel. The room service is nice, always provide bottle of water every time I come back. The reception staff are professional and sweet, they make me feel at home.

None! there was construction work going on across the street from the hotel during my stay it was not that bad, I always leave in the morning though, also the hotel notified me about it in advance that was very thoughtful of them.

The location is good, with easy access to sightseeing, food and transportation. Staff is helpful and gives practical information. Response via Wechat is immediate. Good variety of beverages at the reception area.

There is only one washer and one dryer. Hence, there is frequently a queue to use these 2 amenities. The handle on the toilet door is too close to the toilet frame. Our fingers got clamped a few times.

Good location as it is near all the shops and restaurants, The rooms are clean and the layout of the rooms is very practical and nostalgic like the older days in China. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

This was probably the nicest hotel we stayed at during our trip in China. I would especially like to highlight the staff — everyone was incredibly kind and friendly. At the reception, you can enjoy complimentary tea or coffee, which was a nice touch. The room was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped, with a lovely bathtub and a heated toilet. I also appreciate the hotel’s location — it is situated on a very charming street with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. Thank you very much for everything — we truly enjoyed our stay.

The receptionist and cleaners are all warm and friendly. The location is excellent, just one minute from Qinghefang and ten minutes' walk from the subway station

Great decor, location and a fabulous shower too!!

L'aspetto di gran lunga più gradevole è l'arredamento delle stanze: semplice ma originale e di gusto eccellente. Complimenti all'architetto che lo ha ideato! Subito dopo la sobria eleganza della camera occorre mettere la pulizia e la gentilezza dello staff, i cui consigli sono stati sempre preziosi.

Exceptionally helpful staff and only a few minutes' walk to the Hefang Street food.

Labeling this property as wheelchair accessible is misleading. There is no secure permanent ramp, only a portable one which the staff has to carry out from the hotel and set up on-demand. Although the staff is very helpful, the narrow ramp's steep incline is a safety risk. Having to wait for the ramp to be set up is both demeaning and undignified for the guest.

Perfect location in an amazing area of Hangzhou. Right next to beautiful shopping streets that also have lots of restaurants and cute shops nearby. Right in front of the Hotel there is a Bus stop and it’s only 20 minutes walking to the west lake. The rooms are incredible nice and clean! Staff is so helpful and friendly. Also it was the most comfortable Hotel bed that I’ve ever slept in! Perfect place to stay!!!

Es war alles perfekt. Viele gute Optionen zum Frühstücken und Abendessen fussläufig in der Nähe. Zum Westsee hin und zurück gelangt man problemlos per Didi. Personal zuvorkommend.
