The main restaurant was excellent in terms of food quality and staff service.

Breakfast started late at 7am.

Very good staff, always got the positive response. Front desk staff, manager and other supporting staff were responded well and provided clear communication. Room service was good Restaurent food and staff was very good. This is nice place to stay.

I could not find any separate conference room etc. The lift should have key lock system.

Had a wonderful stay at Fortune Park JPS Grand Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. All the staff were courteous and welcoming. A special thanks to Mr. Vivek Sharma for the delicious food and Ms. Rajna for her exceptional service—they truly won our hearts. Looking forward to a special revisit. Highly recommended!

The property is very well maintained, rooms are clean, staff are hospitable, food is very good. Good value for money.

Central location. Clean and neat rooms with all modern amenities. Room service was good. Buffet breakfast and dinner was exceptional. Polite and helpful staff.

Many of the staff members at the reception couldn’t converse in English. They spoke Hindi.

Hotel interior design Is nice. Location is nice Room Is very comfortable, especially the bed Air Con was working very well.

External appearance of the building is bad: It does not seem adequate to international hotel standard. Style of interior is very nice but some pieces of furniture look old or not properly mantained. Staff efficient and professional but not so welcoming neither smiling. No paper seal wrapped on toilet after cleaning.

It's the only good hotel in town. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was clean and business ready so had good efficiency. Food was ok, staff at the restaurant were very nice. They served us well.

Reception staff were very rude and cold. They weren't on the helpful side at all.

Friendly and well trained staff all fluent in English. Good international menu in the restaurant. Healthy good food. The SPA was excellent and especially liked the massage by Awong. Sleep was good on the second floor. Would like to return again!

First of all, the water in the shower was lukewarm, and the maintenance person couldn't fix it. The hotel isn't cheap and this is unacceptable. Seond and more troubling, When I made the reservation, I received three WhatsApp messages from different people who claimed to be from the hotel and had information about my reservation. They sent a link and asked for my credit card details. Fortunately, I did not click the link and did not provide any information . I wrote the hotel about it, and their answer was that I shouldn't open any messages from the hotel that are not through Booking.com. When I arrived at the hotel, I showed one of these messages to the person at the reception, but he showed little interest. My reservation information must have leaked from the hotel, but it seems that there is no will to investigate it.

Breakfast was delicious with lots of varieties of Indian dishes, especially the Gujarati food. The location was also perfect.”

Everything was good — I did not feel anything negative during my stay.

The service and staff were outstanding. The food was great, and restaurant service was something to write about - truly remarkable and impressive. Special mention: Topu (very attentive and always smiling) at the restaurant and Ravi at the Reception desk. Additional memorable staff and commendable service: Upendra & Vishnu (both Chef's), Sougata, Rita, Jakin, Alpesh, Tilak, Anuj, Pratap and Abhijit (housekeeping). On the downside, the hotel facilities do need a remodel/upgrade.
