The room we had was a good size and the bed was very clean and comfortable
It is quite outdated and could do with a refurb. The carpet in our room looked quite old
Easy to find. Nicely decorated comfortable room. Good food and a lovely breakfast.

Great location for Wembley Stadium
Excellent value for money in a good location with easy access to the underground.
Not a great choice of english food in the restraunt.
Great location for London, friendly staff
A little bit more sound proofing would of been good
The hot shower! The place is disgusting
Everything the place needs lots of work wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! The staff wasn’t helpful the bed was full of hairs,it needs knocked down
Parking was limited sometimes.
Location and price
My room was very small and looked a bit tired and there were no tea or coffee making facilities.
Good Location, clean tidy room with a comfortable bed. Hotel provides a restaurant for meals and has a bar. The price is very reasonable as well. I booked this hotel as I was attending a concert at Wembley stadium. The hotel has a car park with reasonable charges for those who want to drive there. I used the train to get there with the tube station only a 7-10 minute walk. I have used this hotel previously when attending a event at Wembley Stadium and would defiantly use again if attending future events.
Nothing I can think of.

Great location. We were going to wembley stadium and this was a very convenient location for the tube . Room was clean and comfy .
Room needed a little tlc . Wallpaper coming off the wall and switches didn't work.
Spacious room, good breakfast
Comfortable beds, free parking, close to tube station . Breakfast was great
All was good
Great location and friendly staff. Perfect for trip to Wembley Stadium. Easy walk to the station.
Visited for location to Wembley Stadium for a concert which worked perfectly just a few stops and you are there.
Great location - 10 min walk to tube station. Just 6 stops to Wembley Stadium for concert. Quirky old building - rooms very quaint - staff friendly
Drinks are quite expensive in the bar, £10 for 2 bottles of water and tin coke - but weren't that much of a deal
It had a lovely rustic feel to it Although work was being done to improve or develop in areas it was still a lovely place to be Staff were friendly and accommodating The food was amazing. I had the lamb shank which fell off the bone and the prices were ordinary considering it being London and on an event day as we stayed here for the Bon Jovi concert The area was quiet, easy access to the bus and underground and ample shops, restaurants etc within walking distance Will be coming here again
Couldn’t fault it. As mentioned there was work being done but it’s necessary in all businesses. Although I never asked I was unsure if it’s dog friendly. If not then that’s a tiny downfall but definitely not a deal breaker
It was ok but room had funny smell and rather cramped
Could not open curtains as the view was the back outdoor near laundry i think
lovely place big rooms not far too station would stay again
The staff were friendly and the food was okay.
It's a long story but the key thing for me is getting a peaceful night's sleep. If I don't, then what is the point? I could have drove the 2 1/2 hours to the location in the morning and saved money. The kitchen staff need to be respectful of the fact there are residents paying to stay there.
Very nice ambience, clean, friendly staff,Good room service
It had single glare window. For, winter it would have been very cold
Staff engagement and service.
The room - bad beds and dangerous access to shower inside the bath. No grab rails to get in and out of the bathroom to access the shower. The mattresses were hitting the bed board. The matters were reported to the hotel staff and they gave us a full refund for the 31st. They referred me to request a refund for 29th and 30th from Booking.Com which I hope you will action promptly without a fuss. The hotel was rated as Very Good by Booking.Com but it was not the case. Thank you.
Convenient to tube station, rooms are a bit random but nice
The early breakfast staff that started before 6am were so noisy. One woman did not pause for breath for over 10 mins. She woke me up as she was talking so loudly and I struggled to get back to sleep.
Towels changed every day, clean, easy access to underground. Very well priced.
Quite dated, poor internet connectivity.
Homely
Needs to be updated
Location is perfect , it’s a quite a walk to the train station but it’s not crowded and chaotic along the way. Interesting history of the place, staff are accommodating..food was good too, I remember we had a really later dinner.. though room is not big but enough for having 3 luggages but enough for what we needed..There’s coffee & tea and kettle included, Bathroom looks flash! 🥰Staff allowed us to leave our car for few hours parking so we can maximise our tour back to London even after we checked out. I would love to stay there again!
Free Parking & Access to public transport!
The location was very handy, within walking distance of the underground station in Eastcote. It looks so old (Tudor style of course) & I stayed in the older part of the building. Fine, spacious enough. Bed was very comfortable! 😊
It can be a bit noisy being next to a main road.
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and pleasant. Location excellent for town and transportation. Free car parking.
Breakfast always luke warm not hot.
Clean and comfy. Breakfast was lovely.
Shower floor extremely slippery. Found room door open when I came back in evening.
Excellent restaurant
Nothing to report
Easy to Find. Great parking. Lovely room.
Internet not good enough to work and I was trying to work. Breakfast not great. Seems the Chef needs a lesson in cooking eggs.
Good location
Basic doubles are dated and very basic - this is reflected in the price, but there is a lot of work needing doing. Plastering walls and painting should be basics! I have been fined for parking!!! I have appealed it, let’s see what they say. I did give the lady my registration.
Great little spot, has parking, very close to shops and train
I didn't love the breakfast
Location
Nothing
An excellent location in a nice area for those who went to visit London, but maintain a 'village' feel. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to Eastcote station through the High Street. Lots of choice for food and shops, so no panic if you've forgotten to take something. The staff at the hotel were very good, check in was easy and despite improvements being made to the outside of the venue, it was still clean and tidy. Room is air-conditioned, had a decent shower and despite it being of a compact size, had everything you would want.
In all honesty there isn't much to write. Rooms are compact, but not restrictively so, decor could be slightly improved (but it's charming as is) and if you look closely a little extra care could be applied to cleaning behind the bed etc, but it's certainly not bad. Simply looked like a guest had spilled something on the skirting and it could do with a wipe. Certainly nothing to put me off returning.
The room was cool and comfortable and the bathroom was also in clean conditions. The bedding was also comfortable.
The shower and tap was drippy in our room but it was mainly that, and the breakfast didn't look great. The eggs were just hard-boiled in their shell rather than scrambled or fried, which should be incorporated in a 'continental' breakfast. The beans were also stale-looking and solidified, and there was very little variety of food. Due to this, we decided not to pay extra for breakfast, and believed that it would have been overpriced for its quality.
People slamming doors through the night
The staff were really helpful and welcoming Nothing was too much trouble.
Room felt tired but it's an old building and I didn't really mind.
Property was lovely and the beds super comfy. The staff were very kind and looked after every thing
Na
Room was clean & comfortable
The hotel generally is a little tired but that didn't affect our stay
Location, stayed three times before
Shower quite small
Very nice and calm, a bit old but overall value for money
In the room, the wooden floor was creaking when I walk on it.
Good service 👍
Anything
Lovely building with lots of original features and nice outdoor seating area. Parking on site and within walking distance of tube into city.
Room was a bit dated, but everything was in good working order.
We stayed for 1 night, because we were attending a concert at the Wembley Stadium. Easy and quick check-in, free parking, quiet room, 10 minutes walk from the nearest tube station.

Had a wonderful stay as always.A big thank you to the staff at the Tudor Hotel.Always kind and accommodating. The Rooms are always kept very tidy thanks to the housekeeping. A perfect place to spend time at,and very convenient for Buses and Trains back to Central London.Highly recommended.
I can't fault anything.
Conservative look
renovation could definitely have been better
Air conditioning was a godsend during a heatwave
The stairs in the building were steep and difficult to negotiate with an octogenarian partner.
Very good location for our event at the Wembley stadium, room was very comfortable especially with the air conditioning.
Returned to our room from our event at 12.40am to find loads of people including children in the car park and corridors outside the rooms. To which the children were blocking our way into our room, once in the room there was lots of loud talking in the corridors outside our room and children running up and down the corridors.
Jan was absolutely amazing! We arrived very late at night after a gruelling 10-hour drive from Geneva, having also missed our ferry and had to wait another 3 hours for the next one — a total journey of around 13 hours! 😅 My daughter was exhausted and feeling quite sick after the ferry ride, so Jan’s understanding and kindness in welcoming us so late meant a lot. She was such a warm and wonderful host. We stayed in the twin room, which was spotlessly clean, tidy and very comfortable, with plenty of facilities for travellers. Everything we needed was there. I would strongly recommend staying with Jan and would definitely come back again — although next time, I promise we’ll arrive much earlier! 😂❤️ Thank you, Jan, for making the end of such a long journey so much easier!
This doesn't apply 🤨
Just very convenient, Eastcote is lovely & perfect for London .. all staff are very courteous , friendly & helpful
Nothing special
We booked two rooms, but while we were out, one of the rooms was cleaned. When we returned, the staff would not allow us to enter the room, even though it was still before the official checkout time. This was very inconvenient and disappointing.
Staff really good with my elderly parents.
Rooms a bit tired now.
Location. Easy check in .
Room, whilst large with a kitchenette and sofa, was very tired
bed was comfortable. room had air con'
Bathroom needs up dating
Staff behaviour
Room was pathetic. AC was not working.
Eastcote is a lovely location - lots of coffee shops. Handy for the tube.
Minimal breakfast choice - better to go into Eastcote.
Easy check in and staff were pleasant
Felt like a youth hostel - very tired and dated.
Location was great, short train trip into Wembley which was exactly what we needed. Bed was comfortable and TV was good.
The shower in our room had little pressure meaning we could not use it. Stayed in room 29. After a long car journey we both were looking forward to a shower and freshening up, however this was not really possible.
Great location and plenty of parking. Only 10 mins walk from underground.
Nothing
Very nice room aircon and comfortable
Nothing
Excellent location, staff polite
Clean
Location was perfect for us! Less than 15 minutes walking to the metro and very well connected through the metropolitan line. The room is quite small, but we were only there for sleeping. Bed was super comfy and there was ah aircon in the room which was very helpful in a heatwave.
The bathroom (shower in particular) was extremely small. If you’re a big person, might be a challenge.
The family room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were extremely polite and helpful.
Nothing
Perfect for a concert at Wembley Stadium using Eastcote station. We had 3 rooms and all were very clean and comfortable. All staff were very friendly and polite. Lovely courtyard to sit and have a drink in the sunshine.
It was in a nice location. It was very tidy, nice little reception and bar with extra seating available. Very helpful staff on the front desk. Couldn’t have been more helpful.
Very specific but there was no plug next to a mirror (dressing table) so I wasn’t able to do my hair. Such a silly thing to moan about but when you get showered and dressed doing your hair is essential. The floors were really creaky and we were worried about disturbing the room downstairs. Very basic room but that’s what we needed.
Staff always friendly even when I chop and change things (arrival times ).very good service.
Don't try and change it.
It was clean and tidy, staff were courteous, breakfast was very good value for money.
NA
Small friendly good little restaurant. Big bath towels
Nothing All ok for the standard
Clean Friendly Staff Location with tube nearby Good Value Free car parking Kitchen in room
Nothing
Reception staff lovely
Desperately needs a refurb, room was terrible.
Location is brilliant - easy access from motorway and 10min walk to tube station. Good breakfast
Great location, very easy to get to the underground. A few shops nearby also. Hotel room was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom looked new! Lovely outside area to sit and have a drink. Aircon in the rooms and wifi available throughout.
Nothing!
No Fuss
Cobwebs in the bedroom
Great location, friendly staff, lovely rooms amazing beds. We had aircon was amazing, all the little touches was great would definitely come again
Nothing it was lovely
Room clean and tidy and comfy beds
Menu and beer selection
Value for money and the location was right for us
The bar area good be improved to sit and have a drink
The shower was good and the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and the view was pleasant, looking over some trees, which was surprising seeing as it is by a busy road.
The decor is quite dated and not in the way you would expect from a "Tudor Lodge," but more like from late 20th century that had not been redone in a long time and not been replaced.
The hotel is conveient to what we wanted
We needed to have a meal, but they only Indian food mainly
.
.
Lovely welcome from the start, plus very happy with the free room upgrade was a very pleasant surprise. We will definitely be back soon.
Nothing
Room was very clean and comfortable and very quiet. I did not use the restaurant or breakfast facilities so can't comment more than to say I've stayed at Tudor in the past and catering was great,
shower over bath, I prefer a walk in shower
The room was very spacious, clean and comfy
NA
The room was clean and the air conditioning meant it was comfortable in the heat. the location was perfect for our stay. Within easy reach of our family christening and also nearby shops and restaurants. Eastcote has a good selection of shops and restaurants. The staff were very good and their restaurant was good quality. The menu was limited but that meant what they offered was done well. Waiting staff very helpful.
The room was dated with basic furniture and so was our bathroom which had mixer taps for the shower though in fairness the water did maintain the temperature we wanted so not a problem. There was renovation work within the complex so I would assume the rooms would be updated at some point.
The location was great for what we needed.
The property itself was an ideal location for our purpose . Less than a five minute walk to Eastcote and Eastcote tube station . The rooms had air conditioning which was needed badly in this hot weather. Any member of staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful.
The building itself is an old building , very nice to look at but needing an overhaul in the bedrooms. The bed linen was immaculately clean however , the rooms we had were at the front of the building , and my windows were old and didn’t shut properly so I heard the noise from the Main Street at all times . The en-suites were not clean in places , the grouting was mostly black in the shower and very dirty especially around the corners . Very disappointing, could be so much better if these points were addressed.
Historic property bud sadly needs some TLC
The peeling wallpaper and missing grout in the bathroom
Staff
Location, cleanliness, restaurant
We had to climb a steep flight of stairs to get to our room.
Emplacement, parking gratuit, calme
Fenetres impossible a ouvrir !
Breakfast very nice varied and plentiful. Air conditioning very efficient and welcome in the heat wave. Large confortable beds.
I was pleasantly surprised.
Property was easy to find, good parking and great communication - as I requested early check in. Great location to get the tube to Wembley.
Its lovley quiet and historic. Really clean and comfy beds. Great shower and lovley rooms.
Great location with easy access to London and the motorway and with plenty of parking. We stayed during the very hot weather and the room was air conditioned which was brilliant. The beds were also very comfortable.
The hotel overall was lovely. The staff were all lovely. The aircon in the room was bliss during the heatwave. Great location to Ruislip (as we were visiting family) so it was easy enough to get to and from.
Close to underground , easy to drive to
All good
Good location, easy to find. Friendly staff, comfy beds and lovely fluffy towels.
Nothing
Lots of upgrades carried out. Refurbished rooms with air conditioning fitted
Air con needs to be fitted in breakfast room
Great location for visiting Wembley stadium
