It was a really hot summer. The staff did their best to cool the room with 3 fans, but as the window only opened about 3 inches, it had little effect. Our daughters stayed across the hallway and their room was much cooler, we suspect our room was facing the sun most of the day. We had been advised that there was no air conditioning, so this was totally on us

The shower was so hot that I couldn’t use it but I was only there for one night so it wasn’t really an issue. The basin was adequate.

I liked the friendly staff, clean and very comfortable room with a fan and ac you could adjust to your preference. The location was also good with a bus stop right in front of the property. It was also close enough to shops for quick purchases.

I noticed a leak from the toilet but it wasnt bothersome enough to report to the hotel.

It was easy to find a short walk from the tube. The main areas were clean, but some areas needed some maintenance.

It needed some improvements to make it a little more welcoming. There was no soap in the dispenser in the shower and as we had only booked a one night stay we didn’t bring any. The breakfast was cold, not a good choice and as for the coffee it was awful.

The staff, I went for a concert and I got ill they help me to find a nearest medical also they help my cousin to bring the breakfast in room so that I could eat and they were very sweet always , I was missing home but to be honest they made me feel very good . The location is very nice you have bus stop nearby and 5 min walking distance underground. The breakfast is truly nice special I saw there was a special corner for vegan . Thank you very much for everything

Location was good with local bus routes right outside the door to the nearest tube station to Wembley. Room was a little tired and needs a little renovation. Staff very friendly and helpful, didn't have breakfast although it did smell good as we walked past.

Next-door to police station so there was a few sirens going off during the night. Needs extra pillows.

It was very expensive for a very tired looking and extremely hot room. It wasn't even that warm outside. There were two fans but they did not enough. For £135 a night I'd expect at least air conditioning.

Je pensais qu'un tel prix à la nuit (300/pers. pour cause de concert à Wembley) proposait une chambre plus propre, des équipements de meilleures qualité et une situation géographique plus "sympa"... Cela dit il est proche des transports en communs (Métro et bus). Le personnel est excellent, gentil et très avenant ce qui sauve mon avis global sur l'établissement.

la salle de bain, 3 mn avant d'obtenir de l'eau chaude, douche bouchée, obligé de faire intervenir la personne de l'accueil à 22h. Un mariage au 1er étage avec musique très forte. Le quartier n'est pas très rassurant.

Overnight stay as we attended an event at Wembley. Instructions were provided on how to get there, which was greatly appreciated. Parking available nearby. The hotel was kept clean. Competitive prices, considering events. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

It is a very old building and the rooms are dated. The Bedding was clean but didn’t smell fresh. The towels were clean but again old and thin.

Paid £200 a night for a filthy room advertised as air conditioned but when we arrived in 32 degree heat the air conditioning was not working. Upon arrival we were told the air conditioning alternates however, it never once turned on. After a horrible night of no sleep we complained to the hotel staff and we were moved into another room for our 2nd night in which the air-con was working to a certain degree and this new room was just as filthy. We were offered a 10% discount from the hotel which we have not received. I had to make a complaint through booking.com and they couldn’t come to a resolution with management so we have received £30 booking.com credit which is absolutely unacceptable for the condition of the room, unsafe temperature, and lack of sleep.

there was a party beneath us going on until midnight so we couldn’t sleep until this had stopped as the music was so loud. no air con which was not written clearly enough when booking as you expect all hotels to have air con, it was absolutely sweltering in the room as no windows opened either so i definitely do not recommend staying here in the summer, we had to have 4 fans and even then that was just blowing hot air. getting myself ready for the concert was almost unbearable with how hot it was in there. the bathroom was disgusting, never seen a bathroom like it, the ceiling was vile and the shower was extremely poor. there was also no shower gel or shampoo in the shower. the wall was also stained green? lift was broken on our level so had to stop at the floor above and walk down. i feel robbed of £112 as i’ve stayed in much more decent places for less than that price, not even close to being worth that price. it definitely dampened our weekend in london which is a massive shame.

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. In a really good location for getting to and from Wembley Stadium which was the purpose of our stay. Easy to locate. Really friendly and helpful staff. Good price for a Saturday in London near Wembley.

Stayed Friday 24th July 26 to Sunday 26th On our arrival on Friday am the staff were very helpful ca not remember his name, helped us with a car park space, gave us an early check i which enabled us to go straight out to sightsee. Room was clean and basic but had most things you need inc air con Close to the tube station and bus stops, we were there for sightseeing and a concert, and found the location of the hotel good.

Awful place, dirty, wallpaper loose on walls, bathroom dirty, drastically needs refurb, air con not working, 3 fans in the room circulating hot air, but I suppose a free bottle of cold water makes them think problem solved!!

Stayed for one night as was going to Wembley. Easy to find. Staff were very friendly. Was a 17 minute drive from the hotel to Wembley. Nice spacious room. Bed was comfy it had everything we needed.

The rooms were very hot however there were 3 fans in the room. I had 2 rooms booked one of which had air con. The air con wasn’t at all powerful so didn’t really cool the room down. I think it could have been a bit cleaner. However I was happy with my stay

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Eurotraveller Hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to transport and local amenities. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. The reception staff were outstanding, friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with any questions or directions. Their excellent customer service really made a positive difference to our visit. We would be very happy to stay here again and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting London.

The only downside was the air conditioning. We visited during very hot weather, and unfortunately the air conditioning in our room wasn't working. Reception explained that it was a bit hit and miss and kindly provided us with four fans. While we appreciated the effort, the fans were simply circulating warm air and didn't cool the room, making it quite uncomfortable both during the day and at night.

As we were going to Wembley to see Bruno Mars, we thought we’d try Harrow for a change, as we normally stay in central London. It’s very easy to get to from Euston station, simply head to Euston underground, jump on the Metropolitan line to Uxbridge, getting off at Rayners Lane, then jump on the Piccadilly line one stop to South Harrow station, then it’s a 2 minute walk to the hotel. The check in was quick and efficient, but make sure you have photo id with you. It says they take a £50 deposit, but they didn’t. The hotel rooms are extremely well equipped, with loads of sockets( even European and Asian ones). The beds are very comfortable and shower is excellent. There’s also loads of tea and coffee, plus they give botttled water on arrival. There’s even a water filter tap in your room( lovely touch). Overall, a very good hotel for the price, £120 a night. There’s also Harrow market just down by the station which serves a mix of different food and drinks. Highly recommend this hotel. We’ll be back for sure next time we visit London.

Filthy room, hairs in the bed, dirty sheets. Had to clean every surface. Bathroom was dirty. Booked for an air con room, didn't get it. Instead had a tiny fan - during the heatwave!! Dust and stains on everything. Given a broken iron. Breakfast was inedible - flies in the juices. Cutlery not clean. Cheapest food possible. Flies in the fruit section.

Very convenient for Wembley as there's both Harrow on the hill and South Harrow tube stations nearby. Staff are friendly enough but there weren't really any other positives about the stay. The room was very tired and could do with some maintenance. The rooms have built in Aircon however ours didn't work. We didn't make a fuss as it was midnight when we got in from Wembley however this wasn't ideal during the 2026 heatwaves but the room had a fan. One of our plug sockets was broken, floors were dusty however the room was a good size for London. The bathroom was very odd. I'd never seen a perspex ceiling tile ceiling in a bathroom before. The bath towels were the worst I've ever seen. They were like a large hand towel made out of the same material as a beach towel. The bath was also very slippery a severe trip hazard when getting in for a shower. The hotel was not worth £152 for the night like I paid which was clearly hiked due to an event at Wembley. So frustrating when hotels hike their prices. You can find the same room for £60 on other nights which is reasonable. We were offered breakfast upon check in but the price didn't look very reasonable so we didn't bother. As we were leaving the hotel we got in the lift and a large laundry trolley had been left inside taking up nearly the whole space and there was no-one with it. Just really odd. The two of us struggled to get in the lift.

Extra £50 for AC in room which I thought was a bit steep given the price of a standard room. We was provided fans but in 35° weather they were not much use. Also an extremely small window so hardly any air flow.

We really liked the area it was in. There was green space nearby. Good bus connections & 2 tube stations. One a short walk & the other 20 mins walk. Plenty of local shops & places to eat. Outside of London but still within very easy reach. We stayed as going to a concert at Wembley Stadium. A real bonus was that we seemed to be going to the platform very few other people were on going home so didn't have to queue with the other thousands of people! 3 stayed on 1 room which was comfortable & spacious. It's not ultra modern but it's also not run down. Staff on reception were all very welcoming. We felt comfortable & safe.

When we pulled up there was building work in front so we were unsure where to park but staff came straight out Jy was his name If i recall he told us how to drive around to the back of the hotel to park it was so so hot so on check in the other staff said they would move us to the back of the hotel not as much sun in room and make up the sofa bed so welcoming and friendly room we chose no air con but had a fan if we ever needed a clean comfy place to go to wembley this is the place they had strips of paper with address on and how to get to wembley 30 min walk up to tube 3 stops to wembley could not be easier then a tube ride back rather than walk it was so essy to catch a bus back 10 minutes

The fact that the housekeeping was done every alternate day did not make sense to us. The rooms were not air conditioned - with the heat - the room turned into a Sauna. We couldn't sleep. After requesting the management for a refund due to the situation (Which was genuine), they denied and made us stay there for the rest of our stay. All they could do is offer us an extra table fan which did not really help.

It was very overpriced ( due to Harry Styles at Wembley) One of our two rooms booked did not smell clean . Work going on outside the property and just overall disappointed with standard given price paid for room only .

The staff are super helpful and friendly and communicate via whatsapp really well to keep you up to date. The location was perfect for what we needed and the onside parking was fantastic.

Having no air con and charging £150/160 just seems too much. Whilst there are fans in the recent summer heat they are not able to make the rooms comfortable. The fridge is not cool enough to get or keep water cold to help with this.

Was lucky enough to get parking space and checked in despite early arrival. The man on the desk checking us in was friendly and helpful. We were there for a gig at Wembley and this is ideal as there is a bus stop outside with any bus taking you to Harrow on the Hill tube station where you can take the metropolitan line a few stops to Wembley Park. Perfect

The staff were really lovely and very accommodating

Property looks nothing like the photos, the bathroom was dirty. The ironing board was attached to the wall also dirty, the wardrobe was falling apart. The transparent tiles on the bathroom ceiling where you could see up to the roof area were all brown.

Sofa bed and double bed both comfortable!

Bed was so squeaky. Every turn or movement the bed would squeak. Marks in bathroom, pubic hair in the shower:( over all not a bad stay but wasn’t the cleanest.

The staff were super helpful, even loaning a phone charger. Room was a really good size too.

There was no air-conditioning but there was a fan and the offer of an additional one which was great.
