Well located near a range of facilities and just over the road from a supermarket. Room was clean with everything needed for an overnight stay. Plenty of parking.

Good location and the man who checked me in was very friendly. I was attending a gig at Wembley Stadium and the room was perfect for what I needed, just a place to get ready, shower and sleep. I’ll book here again the next time I go to Wembley.

Was struggling to even take a shower water pressure is very low.

Dirty hotel. All of us ended up getting bitten by bed bugs. The shower was barely a trickle of water and shower head was thick with black mould and dirt. Extremely overpriced for what it is but they obviously cash in on events at Wembley which was the point of our stay. Bonus was the free parking, location is good, close to the tube and the friendly man on reception. Wouldn't recommend though.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault them at all. Lovely guy on reception helped us get more towels and a hairdryer and directed us to the station. Location is a huge bonus. Near to shops and a short walk to the tube station and a few stops away from Wembley Park which was the purpose of our stay. Car park is a huge bonus. Room size is decent, there were three of us in our party. Kettle, fridge and tea/coffee in the room but we didn't use them.

Unfortunately, despite this hotel claiming to have had a renovation in the not so distant past, it's not that great. We paid way over the odds for our stay as it was the night of a Harry Styles concert. Firstly, we were all bitten by bed bugs (photo attached) found one crawling about on a pillow. The shower barely worked. Was more of a trickle of tepid water than a functioning hot shower and the shower head was thick with black mould/dirt. There were stains on the walls and on the bed skirt on the bed my daughter slept in. Not a very welcoming food smell as you go in, very reminiscent of an elderly residential care home (but no meal options available can I add - not entirely sure what the hotel is functioning as) I have stayed in worse (just about) but not for the amount of money that we paid that night. The real bonuses I've mentioned above but I genuinely wouldn't stay again.

The location. There was a huge supermarket across the street which was great for our needs.

The shower was really bad, no power at all. We stayed one night, so it did the job.

The room was basic but fairly clean, bed was very comfortable. Spacious, window ledge was dusty and cobwebs came down from the ceiling.

There was only half a net curtain so was a little worried who could see in so had to keep the curtains closed. The mattress was very comfy, so comfy we nearly rolled off lol but the base was the old type on wheels, kept banging my toes into them. During the hot weather I would have liked a fan provided in the room. The fridge was very noisy, hard to keep shut, hense the dents on the door probably due to other visitors trying to get it closed. The worst thing was the shower, no water pressure at all, had to wait a long time to get hot water to come through, extremely difficult to get a good temp, either freezing or boiling hot. Please believe this is not in a negative way, just where I feel you could improve upon. I travel a lot and when it's hot the best thing in the room is a working shower. Not enough coat hangers if you were staying for a long time.The last thing is the door to the room, sooooo difficult to open and lock, also, no light at the front door where the mirror is. I feel with a bit of work, brighten up the hotel, especially the front you would make a lot more money, have even more customers as it's in a very good location, the reception staff was very nice and helpful.

We needed a room with 3 separate beds - the Hindes Hotel was almost the only one we could find.

Extremely basic. Needs updating - total refurb ideally. Clean enough but didn't feel special in any way at all. No hairdryer.

It's location is quite central.

I believe tye price that booking.com gave me was too high. The room was not worth £120 a night. It's an old building with weird smells and old furniture.

Very shabby looking exterior, room smelled of smoking, ceiling light in toilet was dripping water, creating electrocution and fire risk. There was no one to report this to

The main issue was there was no lock in the bathroom.

The staff approach

Warmly welcomed with a reassuring smile and efforts to accommodate an early check in. The hotel is boutique but it's clean, and comfortable, nicely decoratef and in a great location, ideal for a Wembley visit with the tube just a 5 min walk away. Mini fridge came in hand. Will be booking here Ample free parking and a tesco 1 min away.

Location fantastic with a tesco literally accross the road.. many eateries just around the corner. Location fantastic with a tube station and bus station 10 minute walk away... comfy spacious room and the staff were immense so happy and welcoming... even got an early check in as the room was ready so they let us in.. we stayed for the football and will stay again... up the tigers..

No offering of breakfast but thats it

The location was great, very central in Harrow. It was also surprisingly quiet considering its location.

It was very basic but well worth the money considering it's location. It was very cold in the room and the radiator was not on. I reported this and someone came to sort it. Unfortunately it soon went off again and I gave up and got in bed, keeping my jumper on.

Zentrales, warmes Hotel direkt gegenüber Tesco und ca 10 Minuten vom Park in Harrow fußläufig entfernt. Für London preiswertes Hotel und auch verglichen mit anderen Londoner Hotels ordentlich. Nettes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche.

There was nothing I didn’t like. It is akin to an old skool B&B, which is exactly what I wanted and it was great value.

Great location for Wembley Stadium! The staff were really friendly, the room was spotlessly clean, check in and out were very straightforward. We would definitely stay again.

The heating! It was a mild day and the room was roasting. Reception told me the heating cannot be controlled from rooms and it would go off at 11. It didn’t. Way to hot & had to leave window open all night hence was very noisy.

The staff at reception did not come across as friendly given me the keys to the room and walked away the room service was terrible wanted to clean the room straight away or will not do later as we were getting ready to go out and asked to give us 10 minutes she was not happy with that this was 9.15 am. Heating was turned off at night till 6/7 am it was absolutely cold the Quilt had seen better days did not cover fully the sheet covering the quilt was ripped pillows were flat needed throwing after complaint was given electric heater which took about half hour the whole experience was terrible will never book again

Good location. Large car park. Not far to the tube. Plenty of restaurants close by. Comfy bed. Nice shower room. Better inside than the impression you would get when you arrive.

The first night the room was very hot. The heating went off earlier the second night. You couldn’t turn the radiator off.

La habitación esta bien pero no muy grande y tiene lo necesario.Un TV pequeño con los canales justo,una tetera muy útil,3-4. sobres de te café,sobres de leche,azúcar de lo cual se agradece.La ubicación es céntrica y tiene un supermercado grande enfrente.Todo en general bastante limpio y unas toallas de buena calidad.Todo bastante básico y lo necesario.

La cama podría ser mejor porque se nota el desgaste y las almuadas también pero todo muy limpio.

The owner was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was as expected...A very large house divided into separate rooms. Our room had a nice little ensuite. The room was tidy and clean. All-in-all, good value for money in a good location with plenty of parking around the back. It served our purposes for one night.....But I wouldn't want to stay longer.

The *only* dissapointment was the bed. It was rock-hard. And so were the pillows. We barely slept at all. The price and location were fine, the room was fine, but due to the bed I wouldn't want to stay for more than 1 night.

La nevera no funcionaba, avisamos y la intentaron arreglar pero no lo solucionaron.
