Falcon's View Queenstown

The view from the bedroom was very spectacular. . .The room was very clean and easy access to town centre by car or uber.

Should provide more clothes hanger and probably a face towel.

Very nice view. Check in instructions are clear and easy to follow.

I like the view of my room. I also love that the floor, bed, and towel rack has heater.

The view was outstanding! It was easy to travel by car and park on the street directly outside the accommodation. Easy check in and excellent facilities. The bed was super comfy. I found this to be the perfect hub to access Queenstown as we had a car.

The view of the mountains and lake was incredible. It was very clean too and very comfortable. It's not far from town by car.

Maybe a slightly bigger TV in the room would be nice, as the TV was a bit small and sometimes a little difficult to hear. Otherwise, it was already a great place to stay 😊

Very great view. Have everything we need. Microwave is just a great match for Queenstown trip! Good value. the zone you lie down will be perfect to see the lake view and stargaze.

We are staying in room 2 so we can hear sounds when people walk down the stairs, but it was like a normal soundproof, not too bad.

The amount of black mould in the shower and along the back of the vanity. Not enough ventilation in the bathroom. The mould needs addressing urgently. No kitchenette sink so had to wash dishes in the basin you clean your teeth in and basin kept blocking and wouldn’t drain at all!!

Such an amazing spot with the most amazing views! The apartment had everything we needed and was clean.

The view is amazing, check is super quick and easy and location is good if you don’t want to be right in the city centre. Everything was clean and there are adequate amenities (dish sponge, soap, tea coffee ect). Balcony is quite big and so lovely to sit out and have tea in the morning.

Oddly there is no sink in the kitchenette area, only minor but I found it gross washing up in the bathroom. The bed is also super hard and we both found ourselves waking up because of it. Only small things, this place is a great stay and would come here again

I stayed for 2 Nights and absolutely loved the accommodation!!! It was soo comfy and warm and the view was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Definitely would stay here again! Was a nice surprise when I found out the bathroom floor has heated floors! And the host was great!? Very accommodating and helped me so much when I left an item and he made it soo easy for me to come and retrieve it. Would definitely COME BACK AGAIN!!

It wasn't a problem for me but negotiating stairs with suitcases may be difficult for some. We didn't meet the host personally, but correspondence was adequate and courteous.

Beautiful view of the lake. Very warm and cosy. Quiet room and comfortable bed.

Washing dishes was awkward as the bathroom handbasin was the only basin available and on the other side of the room from the kitchen area. An extra rubbish bin would’ve been handy. However these are quite minor issues.

The view was definitely the highlight of our stay here. Bed was comfortable.

The room was comfortable, a little small to be honest. There was barely enough room for 2 suitcases. The 3pm check-in is quite disappointing as it's so late in the afternoon and it's been advised that it's highly unlikely that an early check-in cannot be accommodated. And then another reminder the day before checkout that we had to leave the room before 10am and no later than that. It's a self check in and there was no interaction with any staff or whatsoever. A little further away from the city centre which is a little inconvenient as the nearest bus stop is 13 mins walk from the accommodation. And if driving, parking is a nightmare in town.

It was easy to get in by following the instructions in the email. The room was amazing!!! The view from the bedroom was glorious! We could never have anticipated how good it was. The room had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable... Eating breakfast on the balcony as the sun came over the mountains was unforgettable! II left 3 shirts in the room and the hotel contacted me. They kept them until I was able to return to pick them up. I was so grateful! This was the best accommodation we stayed in over our three weeks in New Zealand !

Parking was a bit tricky.

Excellent view of Remarkables from the balcony and modern facilities and large bathroom. We enjoyed our stay alot and had everything we needed for couple of nights.

This apartment was brilliant for a stay in Wanaka. The views were unbeatable and the decking area was amazing to sit out on and to enjoy the sun. The apartment itself was lovely and modern and was well equipped for a 5 night stay. I would recommend this stay to anyone who is lucky enough to secure a booking!

- The view - The distance from QT centre. I liked that it was far away from the hustle & bustle.

- Bed and pillows were of poor quality. The pillows particularly so. - Noisy. The upstairs is a residence which is occupied and unfortunately I could hear a lot of noise. Especially when people were stomping up & down the stairs.

The view is spectacular, the rooms are modern and functional.

Very clean, spacious and quiet. Amazing views from the balcony. Bed was really comfy and had a great shower. Easy check in and check out and staff were friendly and responsive.

Location - quite a walk to the shops and restaurants but an uber is cheap and the views made up for it. Some coat hooks would be handy.

Bad location of hotel, Too far from the town centre. If you go by car, you will not get parking easily.

Excellent electronic communication. Very clean with a magnificent view of the lake. Heated bed mattress and toewl rack was unexpected bonus. Street parking was right outside the building on a quite cul-de-sac.

Twin beds but understand why anhthing biggwr would have been hard to place.

Rather further out of town then expected but then found Ubers really cheap to get home. So all fine.

Great view and balcony to look out into the lake. Bathroom was clean and pretty large.

Mainly just Queenstown general, but accommodation rates are quite expensive in the area.

location was up quite a steep hill the reward was an amazing view from the room. property was clean and well decorated.

the kitchen had no sink which was odd as the owners provided washing up liquid and cloths - the only sink was in the bathroom which had no plugg so not sure how you were meant to wash up ? i actually missed a person to greet you but the self check in was efficant

Prachtig uitzicht! De kamer was prima met een comfortabel bed. Fijne badkamer met een goede douche. Heerlijkom op het balkon te zitten en cabin het uitzicht te genieten. Het is zo stil!

Één opmerking: meer handdoeken zonder ervoor te hoeven betalen! Vooral bij 2 of meer overnachtingen vind ik dat wel een must.

I loved loved loved the view. You won’t regret booking this accomodation. From the moment you step in, you are greeted with the amazing view of the lake and the remarkables. It’s close to the CBD and is very convenient if you have a car. It was very private - you barely saw or heard anyone while entering or exiting. The self check in was also convenient. On our last night, we had an amazing view of the Aurora Australis! It was amazing to say the least.

There was no designated car park - However, I always managed to get a space on the road side. A kitchen would have been nice - as I had to wash the dishes and cutleries in the toilet basin. But that was minor.

They didn't have any conditioner! Weird when you provide shampoo. Also they expect you to wash dishes....but its super weird to use the bathroom sink to do it!! maybe provide a mini dishwasher instead. or Sink in room. Also room had no personality.

Stunning view and close to central Queenstown. Check-in and check-out was easy.

More towels are needed. We were given one towel each for 5 days. There is no kitchenette to clean dishes and utensils. Shower also had mould in it.

The view was fantastic, excellent location

There is no sink in the kitchen, so filling the kettle/washing the provided dishes was a bit hard

Brak centralnego ogrzewania tylko piecyk elektryczny, przez co w pokoju jest zła regulacja temperatury, gdy jest rano słonecznie to jest bardzo ciepło, a przy gorszej pogodzie lub nocą jest bardzo zimno.

Fabulous view from the room. Instructions for self check in were easy to follow and the process of checking in was very smooth.

We stayed at room 5 and the lock was a little faulty. Hard to lock from inside.
