For those planning to dine in & cook i found Kitchen accessories & arrangements a bit lacking . Meaning it was wasn't getting much serious usage . Third bedroom a little cramped . As is common in Queenstown its a 'just fit' the vehicle in garage without direct access to the Apartment.

Could do with some mirrors in the bedrooms and a larger selection of cooking utensils. Also a couple of extra chairs on the balcony.

Reviewed Dec 20, 2025This was a good location, being about a 10 minute walk to the town centre. The apartment was modern and clean and tidy on arrival. No complaints about the apartment. You will have a fine time there.
There were a couple of issues with our stay. The first relates to parking. There is a garage attached to the apartment but the block of apartments are built so close to each other and with the access lane on a relatively steep incline, parking anything other than a small car is really quite difficult. Certainly not a deal breaker, but please be aware if you own or plan to hire a larger vehicle. The second issue relates to service by StaySouth. We spent about $4500 NZD on our 5 nights at this property. When we departed we accidentally left an item behind (to the value of about $100). I messaged StaySouth 4 times to ask if we could work out how to have the item returned. The messages weren't acknowledged or returned. I phoned StaySouth twice. No-one made any effort to follow up on this with me. So we had to leave the item behind. Really disappointing StaySouth - your customer service really is lacking. On this basis alone I won't ever book through you again.

Great bath tub. Instructions to the property were easy. Great location, everything you need is just down the hill. Would love to stay again.

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025The property was beautiful. It had all the amenities we needed for our trip (the drying cupboard was amazing!), the views were spectacular and the location was so close to the main centre of Queenstown. We only needed to drive when going exploring.
The communication wasn’t always the best. I messaged on numerous occasions to ask for one of the rooms to have split beds and this didn’t happen. It had quite a hill to walk up to get to the apartment if you didn’t drive as well as 2 flights of stairs so if an elderly person or someone with mobility issues stayed there, they may find it difficult.

It was winter and the days were shorter and the weather variable, so it would have been nice to have a more modern TV. In the house we were in we couldn’t connect to either Apple TV or DisneyPlus, Amazon and Netflix were available and we weren’t able screencast, plus there were intermittent buffering delays. TV issues not a deal breaker, just surprising for a high end property. Staff were very responsive to our requests for help - the kettle needed to be replaced while we were there and it was done very quickly.
