Really nice location with great views over the lake

Good location, the property was nice and clean and well maintained. Communication was exceptional. Very lovely to deal with and were very helpful with all our requests and enquiries.

The view is just stunning especially from the spa on the deck at no. 4. Heated floors and sensor lights for bathroom and toilet was great. Support when we had an issue with the spa was prompt and professional. Great washer and dryer - easy to use. Kitchen was well stocked with extras not generally seen.

Most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed! The location is perfect, the views from your window are unbelievable. Only a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive into town. The host was super helpful and accomodating and we had the most amazing time!!!

The apartment was good - nice clean and tidy. Had everything here that we needed.

We either couldn't figure out the front door light switch or the bulb was blown. Made it tricky to see down the stairs. We have a child that wears glasses - not really a complaint just to let you know. Me and front load washing machines are not friends - think an extra set of towels would have been handy while the others dried as the condenser driers take a very long time with thick towels. I also was sure we'd booked an apartment with a spa pool on the patio so that was a bit disappointing for the kids. As the photos indicated a spa pool on booking.com photos.

Extremely small, very little space, no cupboards or storage area in bedroom 2, everything was squashed into the apartment. Too far to walk to the centre, need a car for every trip.

Property was advertised as having a toilet & additional toilet, which led us to believe it had 2 toilets. Actually it only has one. 2nd bedroom is very small

An amazing home, even more beautiful than the photos! Spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped. The views are breathtaking, with stunning sunrises and sunsets reflected over the mountains and lake from the bedrooms and living room. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return!

The noise insulation between upstairs and downstairs isn’t very good, so it’s better not to run the dishwasher or washing machine while everyone is sleeping

Baby cot, high chair and toys were provided upon request with no additional charges. The views from the property were stunning. Very cozy and comfortable to stay.

Clean, tidy, great location, spa pool, excellent views, great facilities, excellent amount of towels. Ease of access with code to open and lock door, tvs in every room, fast internet, probably should have checked the property before going supermarket on arrival, a 1liter size bottle of milk, oil, salt, pepper, cooking spices and has a bbq also on the deck.

Not much to not like. Maybe and being picky, instructions on how to operate the spa pool if you are a novice to spa pools, like if the power goes off where to find it, only went off because took the cover off and accidentally pulled the plug out, and location of where hob switches are, in the plates cupboard. I would think if you have knee issues, stairs might not be for everyone.

We loved everything. The location, the views, and hot tub. We appreciated the little extras and amenities that made us feel right at home. Wish we didn’t have to leave.

Nothing. We had one minor issue with the show drain blocking and the staff were out within the hour to resolve.

while making the booking , it mentioned that the property had a Jacuzzi , but on check in it was not available , we called the host and she said that its a mistake by booking.com and she wouldn't be able to help.

This is a great villa to stay in when visiting Queenstown especially for a longer stay. Bus ride into town. Corner shops and hotel’s restaurants nearby etc

Superb views over the lake. Cosy, chic and comfortable. Had literally everything we could need.

A bit pricey but you get what you pay for and all Queenstown accommodation is expensive. Would have loved a hot tub.

The apartment has everything that you need. It’s quite new, good shower; there is one carport available which is great. Amazing lake views. The team left the heater on in our first day, so it was very cozy to arrive in a nice temperature. We stay in June 2026 and would def recommend it.

We stayed in No 13. Excellent 5 star cosy property, better than the provided photos! Everything was perfect including nice paintings, beds, kitchenware etc and selection of toiletries…

Just couple of things to improve from safety point of view - 1. The door gets easily opened from inside by young ones even after locked. There should be a child lock feature. 2. The balcony is not child safe, needs additional grills to the parapet. Also a minor repair thing for the owner’s notice that the rear bedroom window leave considerable gap even while closed which allows the cool breeze entering house all the time. It didn’t bother us as the heating was excellent!

It was clean and cozy. Location was extremely beautiful and calm. We really enjoyed the coffee from the machine. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends.

I would like to recommend few things related to hygiene and infection control. Would be good to replace worn off pan with new ones for health safety purposes. Please advise cleaners to throw the used steel scrub and replace with new ones. I had to use the old one. I would strongly recommend putting toilet spray and disinfectant wipe in the property. It’s definitely need one bright light in upstairs.

Main photos showed a spa pool but this must be for another unit. An NZ post van parked behind the carpark which made it difficult to get out of carport but I didn’t give this feedback to anyone - might’ve been moved if I did

We were traveling for a month so having the whole place to ourselves was really nice, especially on the rainy day. Thanks for not having fragrances in the apartment.

Mattress was a bit too hard for our taste but everything else was great.

An exceptional stay! The views were absolutely breathtaking, the spa was amazing, and the home was beautifully furnished throughout. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen, the beds were super comfortable, and the heated floors were a luxury we didn’t know we needed! The automatic sensor lighting at night was another thoughtful touch, making it easy to move around the apartment after dark while adding to the overall experience.

A few minor improvements could make the experience even better. The outdoor furniture cushions were wet for most of our stay, covers for the seating would be a great addition and allow guests to fully enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting. The spa speakers didn’t appear to be working and it would have been lovely to listen to some music while relaxing in the spa. We also found that the dinner plates didn’t fit in the dishwasher which added to the clean up load which is never a good thing while on holidays.

The host is really responsible. The accommodation was clean, comfortable with stunning view. The spa is also highlighted. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would like to book here again.

The house was fully equipped with all the amenities needed, and the view was absolutely spectacular. It’s a little far from town, but that made it even more peaceful. I even managed to capture the Milky Way right around the house. Really happy I found this place.

It's like we just entered a warmed up home, even the TV wallpaper is a fire-cracking timber fireplace! Upstair kitchen with a view! Best espresso machine (a Breville Creatista plus like in my own home!) among our stayed places...

Although our best stay this trip to the South Island and, higher price per night than any other six other nightly stays, we four guests did have to share the single bathroom

This property has a stunning lake view in the upstairs and the spa pool is fantastic. We enjoyed the view of the lake with our every morning to evening time.

This 2-BR Villa’s Location is close to city centre, it’s cosy, tidy and it has breathtaking view of lake Wakatipu. Pete and his team are very welcoming and kept us updated in checking in and out, we appreciate their hospitality.

I like the location, beautiful view of the mountains. The property is accessible by bus and in a peaceful neighbourhood.

The house has several good points, including quiet, clean, having good view, bed is comfortable, shower water is strong, location is convenient, having good parking space.

In the living room and kitchen are lack of light as too dim. Besides, the cooking utensils fire is very weak as need more time to wait for the food be cooked.
