No privacy lock on main bedroom. Car space only, little tight when both cars are parked.

We absolutely loved our stay and would be back in a heart beat. The staff were all lovely and helpful and the property was gorgeous.

We loved our stay at Platinum Villas. The villa was spacious, comfortable and always warm and toasty, which was perfect after a cold day out in Queenstown. The fireplace was awesome to sit in front of and relax in the evenings, the beds were really comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathrooms were lovely. The views from the property were incredible, even from the tennis court! We also really appreciated the complimentary coffee — it was great coffee and there was never a problem getting more when we asked. The location was great and the villa was an excellent base for our family over 12 nights. We enjoyed it so much that we’re already planning to stay again next year.

- Lovely house/unit, beautiful view from the room. - Fully equipped kitchen. - Not too far from city center, walkable even during winter. - While not in the city center, the good side is that there are no noise from the roads in the morning/night. - ski rack in the garage.

a small downside on soundproofing, is that each house is a twin unit and sometimes you can hear noises from the room next to you. but it's not that big an issue.

Do yourself a favour and do not scroll past! Book this luxurious apartment! A beautiful clean modern apartment with the most breath taking views! We stayed in the alpine view apartment. We did not want to leave! Everything you require is there! The staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable!

The property was in a fantastic location close to main area but in a quiet location with bus service right outside the property. It was on the quieter side of Queenstown so very easy to drive into main part without all of the traffic and roadworks happening on the other side of Queenstown. It was beautifully appointed with everything we needed.

The apartment was beautifully kept - high quality, warm, neat & tidy. Well laid out townhouse with a beautiful view of the trees and mountains - easy to get to Queenstown (1.5km that can be a short walk or a NZ10 Uber). Underfloor heating in all the bathrooms and well equipped kitchen.

Whilst you could use your existing Netflix or other connections to link to the TV, it would have been better if there were more than local TV channels to keep you happy. If it wasn't for Uber Eats, difficult to get a meal (but the drivers will come right to your townhouse door.

We had an amazing stay at Unit 21. The warm floors in the bathroom and warm towel racks were a nice addition. The views were stunning. It was really easy to check in and check out. We had our own garage to store our rental skis. There was even a surround sound system in the living room. We were SO close to the amazing downtown area. And it was really nice to have a complimentary cleaning service in a villa that size.

The only drawback is that all the restrooms and toilets/showers are upstairs so if you have anyone who needs a lift, this unit may be difficult. Also, the beds were a bit soft for people with back problems.

Amazing setting, stunning view and very well appointed and maintained suite. A couple of minor issues were attended to immediately by onsite maintenance staff.

Hired the 3 bedroom Lake view Villa. Could not fault it, the Villa had everything we needed and more. We would definitely return!

Quiet location, clean and comfortable with exceptional views. Felt like home away from home with the most comfortable beds ever and plenty of amenities. Staff were friendly and actioned any requests promptly.

This is a premium property. I often travel to NZ and this place is exceptional. Everything is ergonomically arranged and the place has a luxurious feel to it. The views were exceptional and it was very close to town.

The water pressure could be better.

Location (not in the town center but also not too far away, walkable even with kids), the view was amazing. I love that there were so many towels and pillows, and the kitchen had everything you needed.

The villa is super clean and has a beautiful view. It is very close to the city and the staff are friendly and welcoming. This villa was a perfect choice for our family of 5. We had a great stay here. Highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Platinum Queenstown Villas. We booked an Alpine View villa and were pleasantly surprised that we could still enjoy beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The scenery was absolutely stunning. The villa exceeded our expectations; spacious, beautifully presented, and in a very convenient location. We also appreciated the free onsite parking, with both a garage and driveway that could easily accommodate two cars, plus additional side parking available. The property was peaceful and quiet, which made our stay even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends and family. 😊

A fabulous location with exceptional views. The apartment was so spacious, so clean and with everything you could possibly want while on vacation.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The view was out of this world. So peaceful. The place was really well stocked including an array of beautiful wine glasses. Very comfy beds and amenities. Was nice to be a little out of town but still a nice stroll in or an easy bus ride (or $10 uber)

Excellent view of the Remarkables and the lake, Very clean and quite, just outside of the main area of Queenstown, it took five minutes to get into the main area. From the location was easy to access all activities.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like but the timing switch on gas fire was inconsistent and had to restart it regularly. It was reported to management and it was attended to within their level of abilities to fix.

Well positioned - not in town (which is better when very busy), but a scenic walk through St Omar’s Park along the lake gets you to town in 15-20 min. It was very comfortable and the facilities /equipment is top notch.

The view was amazing looking out over the lake and onto the mountains. The sunrise was amazing as well. The room itself was spacious with plenty of relaxing areas and the gas fire just made the evenings all that better.

Having a toilet downstairs would have suited us better but these things can't be changed for us travellers. Location of rubbish bin in the kitchen, could of been out of sight.

The space and facilities of the 3 bedroom apartment was amazing Having access to a dryer and washing machine in the apartment was awesome Everything we needed for a family holiday was available

Spacious, lake view in our property, well equipped

The apartment's were spacious for our group. Good to have a full kitchen and ensuite along with a main bathroom. Washing machine and dryer were a bonus as we have been travelling for a few days and needed washing done. The fireplace was lovely. Great space down stairs and not overcrowded. Garage was good to put our bike in and dry our shoes. The Bike station was appreciated after our rides. Staff were kind and friendly. The beds were very comfy. Sun shining through in the morning was lovely out on the patio.

The overabundance of coffee cups in the draws. More crockery in general would have been better for a four night stay with our group.

The villa is very comfortable. The gas fire is fabulous.

The garage is quite narrow. Our next door neighbours had too many cars and kept parking opposite our garage making it very difficult to get in and out. Management should have told them to limit the number of vehicles on site. Also the kitchen has very limited products. They provide only a few dishwasher pellets, laundry powder, tea & coffee. . No oil, flour, glad wrap, foil, herbs, spices etc.

Only thing we didn't like was no downstairs toilet, both bathrooms are upstairs.

High quality and clean accomodation. Views and fitout are exactly as advertised. Reception team are friendly & helpful. As others have noted, the garages aren't huge but there's easy parking out front of the villas for larger vehicles.

The master suite is very spacious; the other two bedrooms very modest. Could use a more generous fitout of mugs, plates, etc; you'll need to run the dishwasher after every meal.

This was a very comfortable stay for our group of 5. The villa was spacious and comfortable, the lawns outside our apartment were very welcome and the view was fantastic. Kitchen was well equipped. Location good for walking into town although uphill on the way back ...

This is not a cheap place to stay, so we were disappointed that we had to pay extra per night to use a bbq. It was convenient to have the bbq outside the unit and a reasonable bbq, but still seemed a bit mean. Other than that, all fine.
