I didn't like the neighborhood. the room is too small, toilet is too basic and small and didnt feel it was all in all clean. there were alot of mosquitoes in the room. it's an old hotel, a bit outdated.

Great location, very close to the tram station that runs directly from the airport. The rooms were clean with effective air conditioning. Staff were friendly and they have space to leave luggage before and after you check in or out which is appreciated.

If I was to nitpick I’d say the breakfast buffet could be a little bit better but it does the job.

The only thing not nice was that a horrible smell at the toilet. It’s unacceptable that a hotel has been facing this problems for a long time without taking measures. Many people complaining about it here.

Ottima posizione in centro. Abbastanza tranquillo senza rumori eccessivi dalla strada. Colazione discreta.

Terribile problema di pulizia degli asciugamani, ogni giorni era necessario chiedere in reception di cambiarli e spesso un cambio non era sufficiente a risolvere il problema. Il problema è stato segnalato il primo giorno e ci saremmo quindi aspettati nei giorni successivi una maggiore attenzione, mentre se possibile era sempre peggio. Pulizia delle camere discreta. Prodotti da forno nella colazione di bassa qualità e poca varietà di pane e formaggi. Stanza non rispecchiava completamente quella prenotata.

Emplacement très pratique proche des commerces, des restaurants, des boutiques et du centre ville. Gentillesse du personnel, buffet du petit-déjeuner bien garni, propreté des chambres, salles de bains refaites agréables, climatisation et coffre-fort, moustiquaire, rangements suffisants et chambres bien agencées. Proximité de la ligne du tram pour se rendre à l'aéroport en toute facilité.

Tapage nocturne 2 nuits sur 6 par des clients du restaurant attenant à l'hôtel. Insonorisation des chambres qui ne permettent pas toujours le repos (bruit de chasse d'eau ou de douche de la chambre voisine, conversations des voisins, portes qui se ferment en claquant, discussions dans le couloir). Une livraison par un camion vers 5h30 pour la supermarché d'à côté qui laisse son moteur allumé le temps de baisser la barrière d'accès au piétonnier. Pas d'ascenseur dans une des parties de l'hôtel.

L’emplacement de cet hôtel est excellent et c’est très calme. Personnel agréable. Certaines chambres sont plus grandes que les autres donc attention Petit déjeuner parfait

Payer le même prix pour une petite chambre comme une plus grande Le prix un peu cher quand même

Einige Einrichtungen im Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen oder schlecht unterhalten. Bei diesem Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. N

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, das Essen sehr lecker und das ganze Team freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

It was not clean at all except the sheets. The carpet was dirty, the baby cot was dirty and the walls also.

A localização do hotel é ótima. A atenção dos funcionários muito boa e um café da manhã bom . Ter: itens para praia( guarda sol e toalha), frigobar no quarto, banheiro e chuveiro após check-out .

O custo x benefício um pouco alto. Os travesseiros eram ruins. O tamanho do banheiro e quarto eram bem pequenos, mas como era só para dormir estava ok. Falta de porta para fechar o box do banheiro . O ar condicionado que ligava e desligava a noite toda , fazendo barulho e oscilando a temperatura do quarto.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione eccezionale alle spalle della zona pedonale ma vicino alle vie dello shopping e a poca distanza dal mare. La nostra stanza era piccolina ma confortevole, materassi super comodi e una colazione varia e abbondante. Il personale e’ molto gentile.

Piccola pecca nella pulizia del bagno in uno dei giorni e hanno dimenticato gli asciugamani puliti, prontamente poi avuti.

Сучасний номер і просторний номер, прямо в центрі міста, у номері є все необхідне. Є кондиціонер. У 2 хвилинах від готелю зупинка трамваю. До пляжу пішки йти 12 хвилин, що дуже зручно. Дуже смачні сніданки, є столики на вулиці, де можна поснідати і закурити 🤤. Приємний і уважний персонал.

Super handy location to the centre of town and to the tram station to the airport. And the staff were extremely nice! We got an upgrade to the room which was great

Lovely staff, comfy rooms, large bathrooms and rooms (enough for us to keep our bikes in the rooms), good mattresses and pillows, ample breakfast, central location, near everything but on a quiet road

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est super et le personnel d'accueil est très gentil. Pas de bruit notable dans notre chambre qui se trouvait côté cour intérieure. La chambre était confortable.

Il manque du rangement dans les chambres. Aucun meuble de rangement dans la salle de bain : obligés de mettre les trousses de toilettes sur un rebord au dessus des toilettes... Une femme de ménage est rentrée dans la chambre en toquant mais en n'attendant pas notre réponse. Heureusement que nous étions quasiment près à sortir... Il n'était "que" 11 h. Les couloirs sont également souvent encombrés par les affaires de ménages, sans doute n'y a-t-il pas le choix mais ça rend la circulation difficile (d'autant plus avec les valises).

Die Mitarbeiter waren besonders freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Hotel war sauber, angenehm und die Lage sehr gut. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den tollen Service🫶🏻

Überall im Zimmer waren Haare verteilt. Bei Reklamation beim Personal wurden wir unfreundlich abgewiesen. Es wurde nichts gegen den Dreck unternommen. Später wurden wir von diesem Mitarbeiter nicht mehr gegrüsst.

Well located in Nice, a short walk from the train station.

The breakfast was underwhelming.

Very nice hotel in the city center, with everything close by and all the main attractions within walking distance. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast is the same every day, but it’s always fresh, and they keep bringing food out until the end of breakfast service. There’s a lot of choice and different options, so everyone can find something they like. We personally really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and our room was cleaned every day, which is a big plus. Overall, we had a great experience and found it to be excellent value for money.

Camera piccola ma pulita, non c’è scritto ma c’è anche il frigobar. Ottima posizione a pochi minuti dalla piazza principale, dalla spiaggia e dalla stazione. Carrefour e Lidl a due passi per ogni evenienza. La camera viene risistemata ogni giorno in maniera impeccabile ed inoltre viene fornita anche una bottiglia d’acqua in vetro da 75 cl. Ottima anche la colazione!

Niente in particolare, consiglierei soltanto di variare un po’ di più la colazione che però è molto valida, viene fatto tutto al momento e i prodotti sono di buona qualità, unica pecca è sempre la stessa, ma è veramente marginale.

The location is superb, only 10 minutes to the beach and the train station, 30 minutes by tram from the airport. Everything you need is very close. The breakfast was fine, not a lot to choose, but good for 3 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us in an hour earlier once the room was ready.

Our room was not the best of what they had according to the pictures. Too simple and a bit old, not so many appliances in the bathroom as well. There was everything we needed, though some renovation would be nice. Also, we left "do not disturb" sign, but they entered the room to fix something.

Wir waren schon öfters in Nizza und haben immer Hotels in der Umgebung des Boreal gewählt. Wir lieben diese Gegend: sehr nahe zum Tram an den Flughafen, direkt an der Shoppingmeile, zu Fuss rasch am Meer und in der Altstadt, aber in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse. Die Zimmer sind genug gross, wenn man die etwas bessere Kategorie wählt, zwar etwas im altmodischen Style, aber mit schönem neuem Bad und kleinem Balkon zum Hinterhof und super klimatisiert! Das Bett war perfekt und das Zimmer bot viel Stauraum. Auch der etwas farbenfrohe Frühstücksraum und das Frühstück selbst waren für uns absolut in Ordnung. Besonderes Highlight in unserem speziellen Fall, war der kostenlose late check-out. Unser Flug ging erst nachts nach 22 Uhr! Nach einem Strandtag war es Gold wert, abends nochmals im Zimmer duschen und sich für die Heimreise umziehen zu können. Daaaaanke vielmals für die unerwartete Überraschung🙏

Störend empfanden wir eigentlich nur die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer und leider verhalten sich nicht alle Gäste ruhig und rücksichtsvoll, wie es in den Gängen des Hotels auf Hinweisen geschrieben steht!

The front reception staff were extremely helpful and very polite. They were always available to assist with any request.

Perfektní lokalita, v centru a přitom na klidném místě. Hotel je starší a potřeboval by drobné opravy. Výtah občas nestíhal provoz. Snídaně velmi dobrá.

The hotel is located in the center of Nice, close to the beach and the train station. Cozy, modernly equipped room with air conditioning. Friendly staff. Breakfast with a sufficient selection of food. Good price/quality ratio.

The central air conditioning unit located at the back of the building is quite noisy, which is not pleasant at night and disturbs sleep. The windows do dampen the noise, but not completely. We had the unit directly under the window of room 204 and the reception was happy to exchange it for a better located room 306. The hotel could consider investing in soundproofing this air conditioning unit.Even though the guests weren't very considerate when returning to their rooms at night.

What an amazing place, I will be returning.

Great location. Everything in walking distance, 7min from metro/tram stop towards city center or airport, 15min to the beach, 10 mins to main train station, 3 mins to big Monoprix shop, 10mins to main square with plenty of food and drinks available. Friendly staff, appreciate they let us use the shower after we checked out and went to the beach for one last time.

I take 1 point off for breakfast, as I would appreciate more options especially if you stay for a week like me. Very repetitive

Excelente ubicación en el corazón de la ciudad y en en una zona muy peatonal. Cerca de todas las tiendas de marca, de la estación de tren que te acerca a muchos lugares turísticos y a solo unas unas cuadras de la playa. Totalmente recomendable. Muy accesible para ir y volver al aeropuerto.

Świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum , ładnie otoczenie , kilka sklepów w bliskim sąsiedztwie . Smaczne śniadania , ciekawy wybór i dobra kawa. Personel bardzo miły i uczynny. Dodatkowym atutem obiektu jest możliwość pozostawienia swoich bagaży po wymeldowaniu.

Pokoje wymagają odświeżenia , łazienki są jednak nowe i wygodne. Wykładziny na korytarzach również do wymiany .

Die Lage ist super, zentral, alles ist schnell erreichbar, auch durch die Nähe zum öffentlichen Verkehr und zur Strandpromenade. Die Klimaanlage hat funktioniert und das kleine Zimmer erträglich gemacht. Das Angebot beim Frühstück ist gut, auch etwas später hat man noch viel Auswahl. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, man konnte sich kaum drehen. Jedoch ist man auch nicht in Nizza, um den Hauptteil der Zeit im Zimmer zu verbringen. Ausserdem ist es relativ ringhörig.
