Reviewed Aug 3, 2026The hallway smelt like mold, Front desk staff at check in was rude and challenging to deal with. Extended our stay due to the front desk staff refusing to work with us for a late check out at 1pm. We offered to pay for the extension. According to the hotel staff "the hotel was too busy to accommodate the request for the 1pm checkout", but wasn't too busy to extend our stay for $400 for the additional night.
