Staybridge Suites St. Catharines Conf Ctr by IHG

Lovely room. Spacious. Great breakfast

Roof top bar not open

The breakfast was outstanding and the staff where welcoming and helpful

Location isn't great if you don't drive but who.doesnt drive in Canada?

I really like the service, the comfort of the room and for sure the bowling

The breakfast

No internet and tv during our stay. I complained and there was no attention. Could not get any work done during stay and was impacted financially due to lost business.

Everything- great location and even on a rainy day there is so much to do - even a K1 is on the premises and a great pizza spot

Rooms were clean, staff are attentive and responsive, beds were really comfortable, onsite facilities are great.

Man on service was terrible, unprofessional, aggressive behaviour . Young black man . I fell sorry for Him

Very clean

Clean, comfortable

Parfait

Ensemble

The facility itself is nice, with spacious and bright rooms, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The reception experience was smooth and professional. Unfortunately, the restaurant food was disappointing. The meat tasted old and was overcooked and burnt. The dining area was also very loud and noisy, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal. Another downside was that the bowling area was fully booked and overcrowded, largely with outside visitors who were not staying at the hotel. This made it difficult for hotel guests to access the amenities. Overall, while the facility and staff were pleasant, the food quality, noise level, and overcrowding significantly affected the experience.

Spacious

On the whole everything was super

Toilets are far to low. Awkward to use

I liked that the room seemed very clean and the staff were very nice. The breakfast was delicious and good variety. Because we came in winter and had a couple cold days, it was nice for the heater to really keep us warm! Thank you again!

Just the beds seemed a bit soft and a bit uncomfortable but I was still able to sleep.

Staff was extremely helpful

Room was extremely comfortable with an amazing shower. Breakfast was top notch and included in our price.

There was a domestic fight on our floor in the middle of the night with them screaming at each other in the hallway. Not the hotel's fault but it definitely hindered my sleep.

The lounge on 6th floor was a great place to go out for a drink in the early evening however it was very loud on the floor very late. We were in room 624 right near the lounge and it was extremely loud past midnight and we were unable to sleep.

Close to many amenities and attractions.

Helpful staff. And nice accessible rooms

Room could have been a little cleaner, but overall a lovely stay

A wonderful place.

Location, friendly service and room cleanliness

Nothing. The things that I didn’t mention were not bad. I am not particularly picky to complain about all tiny details. Maybe lack of a vent in the bathrooms. That’s all

Our room was nice, clean and very spacious. Would stay again.

The amenities were nice. Minimal staff engagement. Room was clean but shower leaked like a sieve.

Great stay. Room was perfect and the staff was great

Good

Loved the comfortable, spacious room. We'll come back again

BEWARE*** VEHICLE STOLEN RIGHT OFF THEIR PARKING LOT within 4hrs of arrival. (2024 Lexus RX 350 AWD) Manager Dan Jennings handling of the situation was a shrug and a “we’re not responsible, contact your insurance company to assist, we’ll save the footage” response. I contacted corporate and he lied about his handling of the matter to corporate. It has been 10 days and it is apparent that this is just going to be swept under the rug. The handling of this is obviously an inside job. The manager wasn’t at the very least apologetic about the situation, completely dismissive as if we’re referring to a stolen phone and not a $50k vehicle taken from their property. Very non-chalant behavior. I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. The insurance companies covered rentals for our stay in CANADA but we could not cross any rental over the border back to NY.

I was very happy with the stay.

Room were clean. bonus was that there was kitchen in our room that i was not aware off. room and leaving area was separate which was very nice

En realidad recomiendo este hotel en limpieza excelente comodidad de camas almohadas toallas limpieza y las opciones de comida en el desayuno excelente le doy un 10

Very clean and quiet ..

Very good facility. Building looks new. There was a little smell in the washroom. When i tried to find it, i couldn't. It wasnt worth mentioning to the admin staff. But overall good experience.

Une belle cuisine et grande chambre

Le plancher était collant

Great place for Family. Lots to do at hotel. Great for teenagers as they can occupy themselves with activities while parents relax at restaurants and bars. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The only inconvenience which out the hotels control was that the night we stayed the fire alarm went off at 1am everyone had to exit the hotel and go outside in the rain for roughly 30-40 mins and the fire department was dispatched. But overall we enjoyed the hotel very much!

La chambre etait parfaite spacieuse et très pratique avec la cuisine et la chambre fermée. Excellent!

Family of 5, great and clean room. It has great amenities such arcade, bowling, bar and a lunch bar. Close to the lake, wineries and 20 minutes from Niagara falls and Niagara on the lake. It has also a restaurant. Breakfast was included, but very small options. We would definitely come back.

High level confort but the service is terrible. You sjould also pay for breakfast is you wake up late in the morning since they stop giving the free breakfast love around 8:30 am

If ONLY the TV cable worked without glitching my stay would have been without any problems. I'm recovering from a Major back surgery and the King Size Bed is Heavenly along with the elongated pillows so much so that I tried to look to find out who made the mattress only to find out that the tag was removed per house keeping, BUT they did give me a name and phone number of someone that I can call for this information.

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ Our stay was mostly good, but unfortunately, the experience was disrupted. When we returned to the hotel around 11 PM on August 23, 2025 the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate. We waited outside in the rain until about 1 AM, when it was finally cleared. When we took the elevator back up to our room on the 7th floor, it got stuck, and we were trapped inside for about 15 minutes before being let out. It was stressful, and by the time we finally made it to bed, it was almost 2 AM and with 3 kids - it made everything uneasy. Aside from that night, the room itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent and helped make up for the rough evening. Overall, the hotel has nice rooms and good amenities, but the unexpected issues made our stay less relaxing than we had hoped.

Staff were not trained how to deal with situations. There is a serious problem with technology staff. Internet was not working and I couldn't send a business fax. Staf juste saying sorry without trying to find a solution. I have paid for badic services like WI-FI and TV

Good experience

Room cleaning staff were incompetent. 3-day stay and room was only cleaned once.

Good place. Can’t wait to come back.

Breakfast was just ok, very standard and mostly unhealthy. Bed comfort was just ok

I luv the hotel, everything is right there and the room was nice and clean. The problem was it seems like after you check in you really get no help. I called front desk about the internet not working, it took twice of me calling before anyone answer (which is not a problem it gets busy) but when he picked up the phone kinda off than rushed me with his answer and hung up in my face. Now usually i would've went down and confronted him but i let it go and we went without internet for the boys Playstation but its cool cause we stayed busy outside the room. But other than that the stay was great.

The Staybridge Suites was in a great location for our needs. We didn't want to stay in Niagara Falls proper so this was about a ten minute drive to the falls. Breakfast was great and the hotel had a social hour that included free quality beer options. This was also a nice central location to the wine region. My only complaint that the establishment only has two elevators. The hotel was very full for a local sports competition so navigating the usage was tricky and we took the stairs on some occasions. Overall a great stay!

Great hotel. Unfortunately the air conditioning is only in the bedroom, the living area was extremely hot to sleep in. Not very pleasant sleeping situation during a soccer tournament.

My family loved the bowling alley, arcade and pool options. We didn't even have to leave the hotel.

Finicky single elevator. Noisy AC. Expensive.

We had a very nice and comfortable stay at this hotel, clean, quiet and friendly staff.Highly recommended.

The hotel suite was clean and spacious. Friendly staffs and easy access to attractions.

Staybridge Suites was the perfect choice for my Family. We loved everything about this place. Great location as well. Would highly recommend.

Good hotel.

Nice place

Big comfortable room, super comfy beds. Free breakfast and free parking.

The pull out couch needed cleaning on the inside. But other than that the hotel and room are very clean and comfortable.

On my arrival the guy at the front desk. Has no concept of customer service. I had placed my key card next to my phone which has a magnetic backing. I had alot of luggage with me since i was there for work and for the entire week. I asked him if he was able to check that i hadn't de-magnetized the key card. The annoyed face he made and the reluctance was beyond unnecessary. I explained that as he can see, i had quite a bit of luggage with me and it would suck to go all the way to yhe 6th floor and back down with it if the card didn't work. Next the entire week I was there the TV cable was unwatchable. I called on tuesday afternoon to front desk and explained that the tv was full of static, pixelated and kept on freezing. And also the smart tv casting wasn't work so i couldnt even cast netflix to the either tv's in the room. The front desl explained thay they were having issues with their casting system. However would send a technician up the room. The guy came up pulled on the cables, turned the tv on and off a few time, said he didn't know what the issue was and would have their IT guy come up and fix it in about 30 minutes. No one came back the rest of the week.

Room is clean. Staff are very welcoming and courteous. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen and dining area is clean and well organized. For future improvements for better experience, the washroom floor tiles need changes. The free breakfast food menu needs more variety.

Excellent

Good

Would recommend

Friendly staff, great location. Breakfast was great.

It was our first time in Canada. We were vacationing from New Jersey and we didn’t know what to expect. I have to say the hotel and amenities were great! The people at the restaurant next store and bowling facilities were amazing people. So friendly and attentive. You have a great country don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. We can’t wait to visit again. My only suggestion for the hotel is that maybe have better television stations for kids. And also the only issue we had was that we tried calling a couple of times to the main desk and no one answered. We had a little trouble connecting to WiFi so we try to call to ask how and no answer. Other than that we will definitely be coming back for a visit. Hopefully longer.

I am so happy I chose this property. Our suite was absolutely amazing and made us feel right at home. The amountvof amenities at this property was over the top. We were able to enjoy the bowling alley and have lunch while we played a couple of games. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again on our next visit to Canada.

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was ok. Pet friendly and free parking.

Clean

Friendly

Excellent

The rooms were spacious, clean and the service was good. The only thing that didn't make if great was that I could clearly hear other people talking on the aisle or next room

Nice

Staybridge Suites was amazing. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The pool was a big hit for for my kids after a long day of walking. You have everything in one place. Bowling, arcades, dining and so much more. I would recommend this olace to everyone

Salle de quilles et arcade merveilleux mais j’aurais aimé que ça ferme un peu plus tard. Chambres très propres. Divan lit très inconfortable. Apportez votre matelas gonflable. Cependant, lits très confortable.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with kids had suites, excellent breakfast and parking was free, Niagara falls was 20 minutes drive, room was spacious and daily housekeeping service available without request. Overall it was a very good stay. Staff were helpful.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel during our vacation. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are lots of free parking spots. We did not have a chance to enjoy any of the added hotel amenities such as swimming pool, fitness room or sports bar. The included breakfast was average. The staff managing the breakfast buffet all seem to have gotten out of the wrong side of the bed. Not sure if they were just short staffed that day but they were short on patience. I recommend staying at this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good and the hotel has many facilities and amenities.

Quick checkin, nice and friendly staff, spacious room, clean and comfortable; complementary buffet breakfast is excellent, rooftop restaurant has awesome food and service.

The staff was very nice! Loved the attached bowling alley, restaurant and rooftop bar. Only thing, if they tell you they stop serving breakfast at 11, you may want to arrive at 10. They break things down 30 minutes prior to the actual time it ends. Other than that great hotel!

Staff was great and room was nice! Only thing if they tell you something closes at a certain time you may want to arrive an hour early. They start shutting down 30 minutes prior to the actual end time. Other than that everything else was great!

Property was very well maintained

Check in was super easy and the hotel was in a perfect location for us. I would highly suggest this hotel for anyone with a family because there is a lot of stuff for the kids to do.

The property was very clean and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Honestly, a great property, but workers starting at 7 am with saws going etc, can’t say was very restful. But this is the only minus I can note with this property. It’s not within a walking distance to lake or downtown, but it has a few stores, restaurants etc. around. Seems to be rather new. Includes breakfast and has restaurant, bowling lanes, arcade and laser tag. The room was rather spacious and equipped with a great kitchen. The price was quite reasonable, too. Would come back.

Excellent Place to Stay

I t was comfortable.

Ere was nothing I didn’t like

Nice and clean it’s about 20 minutes from Niagara Falls if not busy street
