In the bathroom in our room, the toilet paper holder was on the opposite wall to the toilet, so it was very hard to reach it.

lorsque nous sommes arrivé avec presque une heure de retard le personnel de l'entretien ménagé n'avait pas finit de nettoyer notre chambre. Ils exigent le prélèvement sur la carte de crédit plusieurs heures avant l'arrivée. Pourtant c'est indiqué sur booking que l'on paie sur place à l'arrivée.

The room could use a good deep cleaning, walls in the bathroom were stained or cracked, and it would be nice if the hotel supplied body wash rather than a bar of soap.

1. The mattress was very uncomfortable (too soft & lumpy), time for a new one. I didn't get a good night's sleep. 2. The treadmill didn't work 😕.

The smell pf mold, dirty rugs and walls masked by a horrible choking deodorizer- gave me a sore throat, and had trouble breathing. The bed was incredibly lumpy.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Das Hotel liegt an der Verbindungsstraße zwischen Niagara und Toronto. Ideal für ein Zwischenstopp. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Vor allen Dingen die frischen Waffeln mit Ahornsirup.
Die Betten und Badewannen sind sehr kurz für große Personen

Room was very damp and humid and I couldn't get the temperature to regulate. Showers are very low pressure. Other than that all was well with the room.

The room itself was acceptable, though it had a dated popcorn ceiling and some visible delamination in one corner. The room had opening sliding door to the outside but no screen. The queen bed mattress was the worst I’ve experienced in many years. When sitting on the edge, you could feel the springs, and they were uneven. Both sides of the mattress had deep, worn‑in spots from long‑term use. Breakfast was disappointing as well. Aside from the yogurt, there were no healthy options—just a few canned fruit items.

problems accessing the room , room was not clean , and did not smell good , the mattress was finished as springs were coming out and poking us in the ribs , there was hair in the bathtub , the toilet paper holder so far from the toilet , that you have to get up get your toilet paper and then sit back down . We go to a lot Comfort Inn. , this is the worst one you've ever stayed at . I would never go back.

Frühstück inbegriffen hier bedeutet keine grosse Abwechslung, pappteller und plastikbesteck. Nicht auf Allergiker eingestellt. Müll vom Vorgänger wurde vergesden. Zimmrerreinigung nur auf Anfrage Im Flur roch es immer stsrk nach unangenehmen Reinigungsmitteln. Bettlaken sahen benutzt aus, forderung nach anderem Zimmer wurde erfüllt, roch weniger muffig.

Je ne peux pas dire que je n'ai pas apprécié mais l'hôtel fait un peu vieillot. Pas de possibilité d'aérer ou de système d'aération.

The hotel smells clean but really isn't. Everything is wiped down but it's only surface cleaned. Is not hard to look in corners or on the walks to see that the rooms and halls have not had a deep clean in quite some time.
