Staff were really nice, ok location, easy access to public transport, Burlington Transit was excellent punctual and extremely helpful as I am a wheelchair user, every bus was accessible for me.

Paid for a wheelchair accessible room with 2 queen beds as was traveling with my grown son, even after I spoke to Booking.com AND the hotel direct about requirements and was told that everything was fine, only to arrive and the only accessible room they have has only 1 bed, so my son had to sleep on a fold out cot for 14 nights. Then when I land back in the UK I find the hotel are taking multiple charges of varying amounts from my credit card without my authority.

Everything .!! The room so dusty , we couldn’t walk with out shoes.!! All the windows and furniture was so dirty and dusty .!! And they didn’t came to make cleaning on the second day , we arrived late and the bars weren’t mated .!! Really a bad experience.!!

The bed was comfortable, and the room was ok.

Dishonest customer service. The front desk misled me, and the manager refused to help. Breakfast was terrible The pool looked unclean. No soap in the shower.

The breakfast was fresh with good selection. The pancake machine was very cool.

There were some stains on the curtains but otherwise it seemed okay.

There's a pool. There's a sauna. It's clean. They have Keurig coffee makers. There's breakfast. The bed is a decent size. It's quiet.

The pool needs to be cleaned more frequently. The pillows were too soft and squishy. We had to request the sauna be turned on. I cook a better breakfast.

Great staff, good breakfast, pool facilities were nice, comfy beds, clean rooms. Lots of restaurants nearby by and easy access to main roads. Lots of parking. Easy check-in

The restaurant next door you need a reservation which we weren't aware of. However, the restaurant staff was helpful in navigating where other restaurants are located down the road. This of course was no fault of the hotel itself.

Was good stay until I had an issue with overlapping booking which some female staff (elisa) and another one (forgot her name ) was very uncooperative with and had a Booking staff call them twice and they denied that they were called earlier. Which cost me a one day without refund. Facility was clean and decent, other staff Abdi and others were super nice, breakfast was not bad ( egg omelette are overcooked tho)

Great location for Niagara Falls and international airport. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Jake’s Bar and Grill was right next door very handy for an evening meal.

The rooms seemed to be soundproof apart from the door where you could hear noise and see light from the corridor, this wasn’t a huge issue as most other guests were respectful.

Very noisy first night people above kept slamming doors and lots of walking. But next day we complained and they put us on the highest floor to upgraded room. Very nice.

The breakfast was enjoyable and had a good variety of hot and cold foods. The pool was a well maintained. Front desk staff was apologetic about the lack cleanliness of room.

The room had not been cleaned from previous gusts. The bathroom was dirty with drips and stains on the floor and the shower had hair on the floor. The carpet in the room had not been cleaned with evidence of mud and bits on the carpet. It was most disappointing and we did quietly and privately let the front desk know. The young person was most apologetic.

Rooms are on the smaller side but very comfortable

The breakfast was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast every morning before leaving for work. We would often grab a coffee from the breakfast area and enjoy the scenery from the lobby. The price was excellent and accommodating our two cats while we enjoyed our stay, took a lot of stress off of us! Jake's Oyster Bar and Grill (beside the hotel) quickly became one of our top faves for restaurants!

We stayed in a room that accommodated pets and although it was a wonderful room, there was older dirt, debris, and hair from the previous guests. It didn't bother me terribly but it can upset the healthy biome of your pets.

We always visit quality hotel at Burlington when my husband runs the chilly half marathon, and this year we did as well. Hotel beds are incredibly comfortable, staff is super kind, breakfast always on point.

During this years short visit the swimming was under repairs, so we couldn't enjoy it. Maybe next time.

Love the front desk staff. Lovely people. Clean comfortable room with coffee machine and a variety of brands to choose from. Free breakfast added to the enjoyment of my stay. I always choose Quality Inn everything im in Burlington.

The coffee was awful, both in the room and in the breakfast lounge. Better coffee would be good for the price you pay.

I thought your price was all inclusive. On arrival we were chaged $5 per room per night as a type of resort fee. Is this normal?

Pour la chambre, appréciation correcte même si certains mobiliers sont légèrement défraichis. Le déjeuner est bien avec une bonne variété de produits; La propreté est bien également. Personnel serviable et de bon conseil.

Ms seule remarque négative concerne une partie du mobilier défraichi et un matelas que je préfèrerais moins moelleux.

Burlington Quality Hotel is as advertised. The hotel is reasonably priced, well kept, clean, and has many friendly staff. It's location at Walkers Line and the QEW provides easy access to all of Burlington, as well as surrounding areas such as Toronto and Hamilton. Close proximity to Jake's Grill offers a great dining experience within a mere 2 minute walk. In summary, a positive experience which I would recommend.

Everything...booked thru booking com. They charged me two times for WRONG city motel and motel we stopped at was "full" so wouldn't give us a room!

Piscine, sauna étaient bien agréable et ferment assez tard 23:00 pour pouvoir en profiter. La literie est bien.

L'espace pour le petit déjeuner est un peu réduit. Mais sinon il y a ce qu'il faut pour déjeuner. Un bon petit déjeuner, je ne dirai pas très bon.

Right from the guy that checked us in into the room everything was just what we wanted znd expected as we hsve been hrre numrrous times znd never had anything wrong. Beautiful restaurant and bar next door meal was duprrd.

The pool was decent, the breakfast was decent, the hallways were clean, the location was good and staff were friendly. check in was quick and easy and parking was free, along with wifi

When I booked the room, the pictures showed a small sitting area ( table and 2 chairs). So I decided to book this room, instead of the regular room ( which showed a couch). When we arrived, we were in the basement, there was very little lighting ( very dark) in the room and one of the lamps did not work, the USB plug did not work, the room did not have a seating area as shown in the picture. Instead it had a 1 person couch that appeared to be the middle section of a sectional, as it had no arms and this was shoved in between the desk and wall, right under the AC. Speaking of AC, that thing made so much noise! Every time it started up, it sounded like a car backfiring and woke me up 3x in the middle of the night. We also had staff knock on our door at 1am with a complaint of the volume on our TV. The TV was set at a level we could hear it over the extremely loud AC. So we had to turn the AC off, in order to watch the TV. I also recommend that staff not come to the doors at 1am but instead call. Anyone could show up to the door pretending to be staff with a noise complaint - I had my husband with me, but this is a safety concern and could be dangerous for women traveling alone. I would recommend calling the rooms next time. ALSO there are no ramps to enter the front of the building, so it is not handicap accessible.

The property was adequate, clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was nice, clean and had a variety of breakfast items. We stayed here 2 years ago and everything is the same. The only negative this year is the hot breakfast items that were sometimes cold and not very appealing.

Bath tub cannnot be used to soak, drain will not shut. AC is loud.
