Volevo fare un ringraziamento speciale al manager dell’hotel per essere stato gentile e comprensivo nell’aver accettato le modifiche alle date del mio viaggio e per l’upgrade della camera, dato che avevo prenotato una singola e mi ha omaggiato di una matrimoniale. L’hotel si trova in una posizione ideale per spostarsi sia a piedi che con la metro a Londra. Lo staff è stato molto cordiale, la pulizia della camera impeccabile e ciliegina sulla torta ogni mattina omaggiavano di biscotti e bottigliette di acqua. Prossima volta che tornerò a Londra alloggerò nuovamente qui.

we hadden veel overlast van lawaai door een airco vlak naast onze kamer. Aangezien het enkel glas was, was dit zeer storend tijdens te nacht; ook de ontbijtruimte was zeer klein spijtig dat er geen bar was of klein restaurant waar je s'avonds iets kunt nuttigen

The location is wonderful - a quiet residential street yet walking distance from restaurants and underground stations. Also a good value for the money paid. Breakfast room staff was also very helpful when we needed to arrange for a to go breakfast due to an early tour time.

The room was small - but we know that is typical for London.

Been before, reliable and what you would hope for in a stay which is no drama’s. Staff are very good and I believe that they really go the mile to facilitate (so that is as good as the management).

The property was clean and well located. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was small with little storage area. It was only suitable for sleeping. There was no facility for an evening meal and no lounge area where one could sit and relax. The breakfast was nice but very basic.

The room was clean and the people who worked there were very nice.

The room was tiny. There was no place to put my clothes outside of my suitcase - the little wardrobe in the room wasn't even wide enough for the hangers in there. The shower was TINY. A larger person would not be able to fit through the shower door. I had to keep the doors open when I bent down to wash my feet and lower legs.

Good location, everything was clean and in good condition. The breakfast staff were friendly and attentive.

Don't use the airport transportation service they offer. At the hotel they told us a price and said it could be paid by card; once we arrived at our destination, they told us it was cash only and on top of that quoted us a higher price. We ended up paying in euros at whatever exchange rate the driver told us. The car was dirty. We don't recommend using it at all. Also, the morning staff at the hotel who arranged the transport call for us weren't very helpful — it practically felt like they were doing us a favor. The rooms are small; if you're bringing a large suitcase, keep in mind it takes up almost half the room's free space. Breakfast was average.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer klein aber sauber. Schade dass im Kleiderschrank noch ein Bügelbrett vorhanden war, und den Platz zum Kleider aufhängen weggenommen hat. Es wurde auch immer Wasserflschen aufgefüllt, Tee, Kaffee, und Kekse!! Top!

Extremely overpriced - my friends double room was tiny to the point you couldn't get around thd bed, yet it cost £160!! Very disappointing

Location was great, hotel was neat and room sufficient size.

Bed was a bit worn out, room smelled like cigarettes and unfortunately opening of the balkony door to the terrace was not possible due to security reasons. Some of the staff was really friendly but some didn’t even notice you when walking in/out.

Rummet var litet och saknade förvaring för kläder. Möjlighet att hänga jacka,skjorta fanns. Däremot var duschen helt värdelös för en man i min storlek. Är 185 cm och 110 kg. Fick pressa in mig i duschen som var alldeles för liten. Fick gå ur duschen för att kunna tvätta fötterna. Jag hade singelrum och det är möjligt att dubbelrum hade bättre utrymme.

The room was very clean. We liked the robe, slippers and amenities. The TV was very good and we liked that there was a refrigerator and microwave. We also appreciated the daily bottled water.

The reception staff, with one exception, were rather unfriendly and unhelpful. The pillows were terrible and when we asked for help from housekeeping they couldn't do anything because they didn't speak English. The sheets were too small for the bed and the Clubroom we paid extra for was too small.

La posizione

La camera è piccola (non si poteva girare attorno al letto perché per tre lati attaccato alle pareti) e non rispecchia le foto, vecchia, trasandata, moquette vecchia, bagno minuscolo e sopratutto pavimento e letto in discesa di 3 gradi… basta guardare sotto la porta per vedere che a destra non c’è luce mentre a sinistra ci sono 2 cm buoni… prezzo decisamente troppo alto per una topaia. 4 stelle non europee.

Buena ubicación en el tranquilo barrio de Notting Hill. Cerca de paradas de autobús y de metro.

Habitación muy justa, cama pequeña y poca presión en el agua de la ducha. En cuanto al servicio de desayunos solicitamos el día anterior si nos podrían prepararlo para llevar, pues partíamos antes de que abrieran y nos aseguraron que ningún problema, cual fue nuestra sorpresa cuando por la mañana en el restaurante no nos quisieron ni atender. Si que es cierto que cuando nos fuimos se disculparon, pero no fue nada profesional.

Lovely area, friendly staff, comfortable room

The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly; it's possibly the best feature about this hotel. The location is also great, with public transport nearby, plus being at a walking distance of Hyde Park.

The room was a little small, BUT it was very well equipped with everything you could need. Our window did have a medium-loud humming noise from the outdoor ventilation that could be heard at night as well.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata che è stato prontamente risolto nonostante nel periodo del mio soggiorno ci sia stato un caldo anomalo a Londra, stanza pulita e personale molto cordiale e disponibile, stanza piccolina ma funzionale alle nostre esigenze.

The porter Juan was wonderful. He would always help me with my walker - carrying it up & down the porch steps and make sure I didn't fall. The woman behind the desk in the mornings was so friendly. She would ask where I was going and if I enjoyed it.

The cleaner kept forgetting (4 times) to empty my bathroom trash basket. Had to get the following fixed: hairdryer, short in ceiling light (twice), an extra soap for the shower.

Har bott på det här hotellet tidigare och det ligger bra och nära Notting Hill som vi skulle besöka.

När vi anlände fick vi ett litet dubbelrum utan någon golvyta, bara en dubbelsäng i ett hörn. Detta trots att vi beställt och betalat för ett Deluxe rum. Efter att ha pratat med personalen fick vi byta till ett rum med golvyta men det gav ett väldigt dåligt första intryck. Speciellt då vi bott på hotellet tidigare och haft ett fint rum då.

4 Nächte im Keller ohne Fenster! Wir wusten nicht einmal wie das Wetter ist und was wir anziehen sollen! Die Klimaanlage war extrem laut, aber ohne frische Luft musste Sie laufen. Für das bezahlte Geld wirklich untragbar.

Ideal location on a quiet street with a decent view overlooking a small park. Room was ideal, not overly big but more than adequate for a one night stop.

Prijazno osebje, mirna soseska, udobna soba in dober zajtrk. Ob našem nekoliko zgodnjem prihodu z letališča so nas takoj sprejeli, saj je bila soba že pripravljena. Popoldne so nam v sobo prinesli še krožnik sadja. Z veseljem bi se vrnili.

The Cleanliness was tip top fresh towels daily room cleaned every day awesome-bed so comfortable. Lovely range of items for breakfast scrambled egg like my Mam used to make.Bayswater and Queensway are less than 10 minutes walk away plus 4 great pubs serving good plates small & large (The Sun In Splendour /The Phoenix /)we tried the fortune cookie And Italian place nearly opposite the Bayswater underground station and lovely staff food and service on a huge busy night Carnival-fabulous

Room size -it looks larger in photos-literally the end of bed meets the wall of next room if it went back I would ask for a bigger room it would be okay for a night we stayed 5 nights.

This is my preferred hotel when I visit London. This time I had a single room which was comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a good location, close to a variety of restaurants, bars and a small supermarket along Westbourne Grove (5 minute walk). Notting Hill Gate underground station is about 10 minutes walk and serves the Central Line and the District and Circle Line. The hotel is in a quiet location.

The room had a stool to sit on but I would have preferred a chair with a backrest.

Locatie was top. We kregen eerst een veelste kleine kamer dat niet in verhouding is met wat we betalen. Maar door te vragen mochten we een wat grotere kamer zonder extra kosten. Ochtend en avond personeel waren erg vriendelijk.

Toilet raakte heel snel verstopt personeel kwam het wel steeds oplossen maar is opgegeven moment vervelend. Nachtpersoneel was om het even netjes te zeggen minder vriendelijk. Klapdeur was elke keer te horen helemaal in onze kamer en openbare toilet ook. Beetje storend als je nachtrust wil.

I love the comfortable rooms and beds at this hotel. If there was one thing I would like to have in the room that it doesn't have the only thing would be a coffee machine. I love proper coffee when I wake not granuals from a sachet.

Probably the best bang for your buck I got in London so far. Gorgeous rooms, superb location, nice breakfast, super friendly staff.

Excellent location, close to the Underground, shops and restaurants, while still safe and quiet. The room and bathroom were spotless, with fresh towels and toiletries provided daily. Housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay.

The single room had no external window, no natural light and no access to fresh outside air. The only window faced an enclosed service shaft with pipes and air-conditioning equipment, and the room felt very stuffy despite the air-conditioning above the bed. The room and bathroom were also extremely small. Soundproofing was virtually non-existent — I could hear everything from the surrounding rooms and corridors.

L'hôtel est un peu vieillot mais très confortable. Le quartier est très calme et agréable. Il est bien desservi par les bus. Le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment très professionnel et très serviable.

Upgraded from Single to Deluxe room by a very pleasant young lady. The facilities in the room were excellent, the furnishings comfortable. Cozy double bed, modern bathroom with a good shower. The air conditioning was fantastic especially in the hot Summer weather. The staff were friendly, the location quiet yet 5 minutes walk to the Bayswater area, tube station and Hyde Park. I would definitely stay here again.

While the refreshments tray was good, I'm a coffee lover so a pod coffee machine would make it my dream room.

The bed was the only thing that was uncomfortable. Tight springs and hard. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Lovely location and the staff gave us extra pillows to help with the bed situation.

Excelente localização, zona muito calma e com acesso rápido a vários meios de transporte. Staff muito simpático e o quarto correspondeu ao que era exibido quando foi realizada a reserva.

La camera con i letti separati era confortevole e grande, abbiamo trovato accappatoi, pantofoline, frutta e tutto l'occorrente per caffè e thè. Abbiamo apprezzato l'offerta quotidiana delle bottigliette d'acqua, la colazione, la posizione, la vicinanza delle fermate per metro e autobus, la cortesia del personale, il quartiere. Il silenzio nell'hotel e nel quartiere.

Una delle due camere, quella matrimoniale era molto piccola, la moquette era sporca e nella camera dovevamo lasciare la finestra aperta per la puzza maleodorante che si sentiva entrando. Era presente l'armadio ma era inutilizzabile, in un'anta c'era l'asse da stiro e nell'altra la cassaforte, date le dimensioni abbiamo appeso solo qualche camicia e tenuto la roba per 8 giorni nelle valigie. Sarebbe meglio dotare i bagni di spazzolone! Per concludere più che una stanza d'albergo pareva una cabina stretta di una nave, un lato del letto era raggiungibile solo saltando sul materasso, impossibile fare il giro, impossibile usare la presa dietro uno dei comodini. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo per la seconda camera ci ha veramente deluso. E per finire la sala per la colazione seppur accogliente e pulita è TROPPO PICCOLA.

Breakfast was adequate. Location was outstanding, quiet and leafy, close to good public transport links and fairly near to central London. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. The room was not so large, but perfectly fine as we didn't have a large amount of luggage, and very clean. Great value for money.

Perhaps the breakfast could have provided more choice, but it was fine for the price.

Location is perfect and beautiful outlook from room. Staff were very helpful and water and cookies each day were a fabulous touch. Air con and fan were perfect. Brekky was just right.

Only minor issue was that the Water pressure in the shower was low.

The room has no proper windows. There is actually a small window, but it cannot be opened. The air conditioning has to be kept running, but it is quite noisy. There are no USB sockets, only UK power outlets, so I had to buy an adapter. About an hour after I checked in, someone from the hotel staff tried to enter my room and actually opened the door.

I was especially charmed by the friendliness and courtesy of the hotel staff. It was very hot when I arrived in London. The hotel manager offered me a free upgrade to a larger room (double) with a view of the park. I was delighted and very grateful. The cleanliness of the entire hotel deserves special mention. The breakfast was excellent and the lemon cake for dessert was unforgettable. Thank you. I plan to come back with my wife and stay at this hotel next year.

La stanza era pulitissima, accovliente e silenziosa, arredo moderno. La receptionist molto propositiva e collaborativa, professionale e sorridente, quindi ottima ospitalità.

The location! Peacefully lied between Bayswater and Notting Hill which was great! The bathroom was small but new and very clean. The air conditioning worked well, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel after having to change accommodation twice during my stay in London. Overall, the room was comfortable and adequately maintained. I did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on it. It would also be a significant improvement if the carpet could be removed from the bedroom as well as from the bathroom. The bathroom was particularly pleasant because of its clean, non-carpeted finish. Finally, I found one of the receptionist, S., a bit blunt and not particularly welcoming, which slightly affected the overall impression of the stay. The rest of the staff was nice

The room is definitely not a Deluxe Double. It is a very small single room. I understand that room sizes can vary depending on local standards, but describing it as a Deluxe Double is misleading. I was informed in advance that my room was in the basement, which was absolutely fine and not an issue for me. However, I was not informed that there would be some external noise. It was not extremely loud, but it did disturb my sleep somewhat.

A comfy little hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are on the smaller side (but normal for London) but working A/C during hot summer kept it quite nice. Friendly and helpful staff.

Location was good. , chose it for that reason.

Because we requested a room with 2 single beds, which they only have 4 of, we were in a subterranean room with a non functioning airco and a fan as support, at outside temperatures of 28+ degrees outside. Biggest issue was that staff tried to portray it as totally adequate and that the airco worked (showed 19 degrees but room was at 26 degrees)

Non do mai dei 10 ma questa struttura li merita tutti. È il mio rifugio sicuro per quando viaggio a Londra. Posizione ottima in un quartiere residenziale fuori dal rumore, ma ben collocata vicino alla metro rossa e gialla/verde. Letto comodissimo e personale molto gentile. Posto pulito e con un bel bagno.
