Good location. My room was a bit small for so called deluxe. Staff were excellent though.

Slightly bigger room would have made it better for me. Also no non slip shower mat. The shower was too high. No wash cloth either.

Breakfast buffet was awesome. Rooms were clean and tidy with an awesome a/c. Toilettries renewed daily. Elevator for all floors and super quiet. Tight doors in the shower, no splashing water everywhere. Carpeted and cozy room.

No sockets near the beds, but only close to the mini desk.

Odotukseni eivät olleet korkealla sillä kuvat näyttivät huoneiden olevan todella vanhanaikaiset. Yllätyksekseni huoneemme olikin siistimpi ja nätimpi. Sänky ja tyynyt olivat mukavia, oli hiljaista ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Aamiaisella oli kaikki riittävä; paahtoleipää, croissanttia, munia, pekonia, juustoa, makkaraa, sieniä, kahvia ja tuoremehua. Sijainti oli loistava. Bayswaterin metroasema on 400 metrin päässä, samalla etäisyydellä on kolme viihtyisää pubia jotka tarjoilevat ruokaa. Metroaseman luona on myös ruokakauppa, Mcdonalds, Burger King ja pieniä kauppoja jotka myyvät matkamuistoja. Alle kilometri Notting Hilliin ja Portobello Road Marketille. Tulisin uudestaan tähän hotelliin.

Ainoa huono asia oli suihku. Suihkusta tuli vettä hyvin harvasti. Suutin varmaan tukossa jotenkin. Sen kanssa kuitenkin pärjäsi.

The location was great and the staff were all friendly! Our room had a nice view that overlooked some beautiful buildings and architecture.

We booked very late due to a major disruption at Heathrow, so were very grateful to get a room. The location was excellent, and a nice area to wander the next morning before heading back to the airport. We had a spacious family room, the shower was excellent.

I assume the 4 star rating may be due to the facilities the hotel offers, but sadly the standard was definitely more like a 3 star, all a bit tired, but still perfectly adequate for our needs.

Wij waren zo vriendelijk af te zien van room service voor 3 nachten maar 2 koffiecupjes per dag voor 2 personen voor het wel aanwezige koffiezet apparaatje ging met crises tegenzin.

Прекрасное расположение. Номер тихий, с выходом во двор, был вид на храм, что также радовало. При заказе останавливали отзывы о чистоте, НО это неправда. Есть поширканность стен от чемоданов и наверное обуви, но это больше вопрос к гостям и их культуре посещения и бережности. В имеющихся условиях убирались идеально. Ежедневная смена полотенец. В этом отеле есть бутилированная вода в номерах.

Location. It had air conditioning and 2 complimentary water. It had an elevator.

Shower didn’t drain and had mold. You could feel the wires through the mattress. The mattress seemed like a futon mattress..it was terrible.

Bazı yorumları okuduktan sonra biraz endişe duyarak rezervasyon yaptım. Endişelerimin aksine oldukça memnun kaldığımız bir seyahat oldu; fiyat-performans oranının çok iyi... Odamız 4.kattaydı, penceresi belirli bir oranda açılabilen (bu da yeterli). Oda, Londra'daki pek çok otel odasına göre daha genişti. Temiz ve hijyen kurallarına uygun. Yatak oldukça rahattı. Birçok kişi yerlerin halı olmasından şikayet ediyor ancak yine şehir genelindeki birçok otelin eski ve yerlerin halı olduğu unutulmamalı. Açık büfe kahvaltısı abartı olmayan ama yeterli çeşitlilikteydi. Farklı bölümlerden farklı personel ile iletişim kurduk; hepsi birbirinden kibar ve yardımcıydı. Otelde beni en mutlu eden unsurlardan biri de personelin bu kadar yardımcı ve iyi niyetli olmasıydı. Metroya oldukça yakın... Yiyecek içecek mekanlarına, marketlere oldukça yakın. Tekrar Londra'yı ziyaret etmem durumunda yine bu oteli tercih ederim.

rooms were not cleaned properly and for two whole days we had to ask reception for our room to be cleaned. Room were not cleaned by 16.00.

Śniadanie angielskie . Kawa i ciasteczka pyszne z tym że przez tydzień takie same (2 rodzaje ciasteczek - jedne z czekoladą drugie takie same ale bez czekolady). Bardzo spokojna okolica, blisko dwóch linii-stacji metra. Świetna komunikacja do dowolnego miejsca w centrum. Sklepy i pub-y w pobliżu. Spacerkiem do parku Kensigton i Notting Hill. Czystość w pokojach i serwis pokojowy bez zarzutu.

Wielkość pokoju. Być może to angielski standard ale dla dwóch osób pokój wręcz klaustrofobiczny . Trudno się minąć i nie ma gdzie trzymać walizek. W zasadzie to był pokój jednoosobowy tyle tylko że z wygodnym łóżkiem dla dwóch osób. Sądzać po rozłożeniu drzwi na korytarzu inne pokoję są podobnej wielkości Poza tym śniadanie (tylko angielskie) - codziennie to samo !!! - to nie jest najlepsze rozwiązanie na dłuższy pobyt. Brak potraw alternatywnych do wyboru. Bardzo mało warzyw (tylko ogórki i pomidory) i owoców.

La posizione era buona. C’erano fermate della underground e bus molto vicine da raggiungere a piedi. La colazione a buffet era buona e lo staff era disponibile ed educato.

La TV non funzionava, il wi-fi non prendeva bene in stanza, il lavandino non scaricava bene l’acqua, il materasso era sfondato e scricchiolava sia il letto che il pavimento.

The reception and cleaning teams were lovely people. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is A+++. Quiet, and an easy walk to the Tube and lots of cafes and restaurants.

The carpet in the room was dirty and the shower could do with some Exit Mould but otherwise loved it.

The cleanliness of the room was dreadful and when brought to the attention of staff, their attitude was very unprofessional. I have already spoken to booking.com who said I would hear within 24 hours. It has now been 48 hours. Once I had told the staff that I had spoken to booking.com and would be leaving a negative review the manager of the property told me that they would then refuse a refund. Very unhappy and expect action and compensation in relation to this

Entry stairway (steep steps) can be challenging for older people with large baggage - will need some support at the door.

L’hotel era molto carino soprattutto esteriormente e aveva una posizione ottima vicino a metro bus e hyde park il quartiere molto bello e tranquillo, tutta via la camera era davvero minuscola e la Colazione proprio basica e minimalista, mi aspettavo Di più in questo senso.

Migliorerei la colazione ristrutturerei un po’ le stanze per renderle più confortevoli e toglierei la moquette presente ovunque nell’hotel camere incluse.

Really great location in a nice quiet, safe area. Really polite and helpful staff and the room was clean and tidy. Conveniently located for shops, restaurants and transport links.

For a triple room the rate per night was maybe a little expensive but it is located in the Bayswater area of the city so understandable.

The room was extremely small, and not at all what I expected. However, the staff were very accommodating like when we needed an extension cord for the outlets (only one in the room).

The location is amazing, close to the undergrads, Kensington gardens and notting hill.

Property was centrally located, easily accessible throughout the day. Reception staff was professional and accommodating.

Rooms were a bit small. We booked a twin room and there was hardly any space in room besides the beds. Washroom was fairly sized.

As I always say this time I spent one week there no problem at all the staff all know there jobs

Absolutely fabulous hotel, located in the heart of London, they were so good to us. I was the only adult and three teenage girls, we got a lovely top floor room. We will be back. Super hotel.

When ever I'm in London, which is fairly frequent, this is my go to property... What more can I say, location location location ... 1st floor rooms patio doors high ceilings, everything you need and excellent value.

Posizione ottima: l’hotel si trova in una zona elegante e tranquilla, a pochi minuti dalla metropolitana di Bayswater e Queensway e vicino a Hyde Park. Pur essendo in una zona molto comoda per muoversi a Londra, la strada è silenziosa e permette di riposare bene. La camera era essenziale (eravamo in 4), con letti comodi che ho trovato particolarmente piacevole dopo le lunghe giornate trascorse a visitare la città. Anche la pulizia e la disponibilità del personale sono state soddisfacenti.

Probabilmente il poco spazio per muoversi in camera. Sarebbe stato più adatta per 2 o max 3 persone. Anche il bagno non era adeguato per 4 persone
