Die Lage ist sehr gut! Mehrere U-Bahnen in der Nähe sowie der Bahnhof Paddington wo man von Heathrow aus ankommt. Notting Hill ist ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe. Preis/Leistung sind für London voll ok, das Personal sehr nett! Zimmer relativ geräumig und sehr sauber!

Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Keller, es war sehr dunkel auch untertags! Davor roch es nach Schimmel und Bauschutt im Zimmer selbst nicht! Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig!

We went in peak summer time and because the rooms are tiny it was absolutely boiling. Fans were available in the room but they were extremely dusty so we had to clean it before use. No AC or water bottles available in the hotel we had to go out and buy water.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Verkehrsanbindung in Bayswater... ich komme seit über 30 Jahren in das Hotel und es ist mein Lieblingshotel in London. Sehr freundliches Personal , Hotel ist sehr sauber , Frühstück sehr gut für Londoner Verhältnisse , Zimmer londontypisch klein , aber vollkommen ausrechend! Viele Shops und gute Restaurants in nächster Nähe und zum entspannen Kensington Gardens. Nächster Aufenthalt ist bereits gebucht .

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, um London zu erkunden. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, aber U-Bahn-Station und viele Restaurants sind nur kurz um die Ecke.

In den Zimmern war es ziemlich warm, eine Klimaanlage wäre nicht schlecht gewesen.

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme, proche de Hyde park. Il y a un métro à quelques minutes à pied et une rue animée, avec des restaurants et bars. La chambre à 3 était de taille raisonnable, propre, avec un coin sympa à part pour notre fils. Le petit déjeuner est compris dans le prix, on y trouve de tout.

L'accueil : À mon arrivée, la réceptionniste m’a demandé mon passeport puis m’a annoncé qu’elle ne trouvait aucune réservation à mon nom, avant de jeter mon passeport sur le bar de manière très désagréable. Je lui ai montré ma réservation Booking et elle a finalement constaté qu’elle avait elle-même mal saisi mon nom dans le système. Aucune excuse, aucun mot pour reconnaître son erreur. Cela peut arriver, mais le manque de respect et de professionnalisme est vraiment regrettable pour un établissement hôtelier.

Das Hotel liegt fußläufig von zwei Subway-Stationen entfernt an einer ruhigen Straße. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer gemütlich (ich hatte vorher um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und es tatsächlich auch bekommen) und das Frühstück lecker. Man hat die Möglichkeit, sein Gepäck in einem Raum unterzubringen (der ist allerdings nicht abgeschlossen!), wenn man noch nicht ins Zimmer kann bzw. schon auschecken muss.

Zentrale Lage in Fußnähe 2 U-Bahn-Linien - Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - Frühstück ist ausreichend und mit Auswahl - Gesamte Hotel hat von der Einrichtung und Deckenhöhe einen angenehmen altenglischen Charme

Fenster lässt sich leider nicht weiter hochschieben um mehr Frischluft ins Zimmer zu lassen, aber es ist nicht so, dass man keine Frischluft im Zimmer hätte

i had stayed here 3 years ago so knew what to expect; the only difference being I had a small double this time instead of a single. The location is convenient to many areas and I love being by the Kensington Gardens. The continental breakfast has lots of choices.

only issue was my bathroom fan was noisy. Don't remember the fan from my previous visit being so loud so it was probably just that particular one.

Kleines, gemütliches Zimmer. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht, außer Platz. Aber zum Schlafen wunderbar, Bett bequem, alles sauber, Frühstück (kontinental) angemessen, für 1-2 Tage völlig ok. ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten raus. Sehr großzügiger Salon/ Lounge-Bereich im EG. Perfekte Lage zu Metro, Central Park und Notting Hill. Viele kleine Bäcker, Cafés, Imbisse, wunderbare Umgebung!

Zimmer könnte im Sommer etwas warm werden (keine Klima) und Dielen knarren. Aber es ist eben Altbau. Alles wird wettgemacht durch die tolle Lage und den ansprechenden Stil.

Die Lage ist super, direkt an einer beliebten Straße in Bayswater aber trotzdem ruhig. Das Bett ist bequem.

Im Sommer würde ich dort nicht übernachten. Es gibt keine Klima, was in London nicht ungewöhnlich ist, aber dass man dann das Fenster nur 10cm öffnen kann ist wirklich nicht okay. So wird es tagsüber im Zimmer sehr warm und auch nachts kommt keine kühle Luft ins Zimmer weil man das Fenster nicht wirklich öffnen kann. Das ist wirklich lästig.

We had booked an executive room, but were shown to an inferior family room. When we pointed this out there was no apology, just a change of rooms. There is no air conditioning in any of the rooms. in our room there was a ridiculously noisy air blower which was totally useless. Staff were less than interested. The tea and coffee arrangement is ridiculous and a safety issue. No room in the bathroom to store anything .

Le matelas du lit était plus mou et usé côté couloir que côté mur ce qui obligeait à se caler vers le mur pour ne pas rouler et tomber dans le couloir de la chambre.

Todo muy bonito, bastante limpio, el desayuno incluido estaba bien. Nos gusto muchisimo, la zona ya la conociamos es muy facil moverse desde alli hasta todas las partes turisticas, tienes supermercados, restaurantes, etc en la zona y 2 estaciones de metro cerca. Muy bien!!

The room was very hot, air conditioning was extremely noisy and not very effective, but at least the windows opened. No tea and coffee making facilities, or so we thought, there was a kettle and tea and coffee and biscuits which we found in a cupboard on the last day but there was no info to tell us where it was, so that was a bit annoying.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel has a great central location, very close to Bayswater Station and Queensway, making it convenient for exploring London. We booked a triple room for three adults with luggage, based on the photos showing a split-level room. Unfortunately, we were given a small lower-ground floor room, which felt quite tight for three people with suitcases. We were informed that the hotel only has two split-level rooms, which need to be requested in advance, so I recommend contacting the hotel beforehand if this is important to you. The room was clean, although the bathroom was very small. Breakfast was satisfactory with a reasonable selection. The staff were very kind and helpful

This is the place I've been staying whenever I visit London in recent years. Great location and good value for money.

Das Hotel ist wunderbar direkt an der U-Bahn-Station Bayswater gelegen, sodass berühmte Orte über die Circle Line schnell und einfach zu erreichen sind. Das freundliche Empfangspersonal stand den Gästen jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Seite, und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmergröße war ausreichend, um kein Engegefühl aufkommen zu lassen, und der Gesamteindruck war geprägt von Sauberkeit und Komfort. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

The location was exactly what I wanted close to amenities inc trains. The staff were helpful and so I booked a couple more nights at the end of my trip in October. The breakfast offered was a good variety of foods.

The room was a bit small? Luckily I’m a ‘small’ person so it wasn’t too bad. The lift was pretty slow, so I was happy to go down the stairs several times during my stay.

De locatie was goed. De badkamer was klein maar schoon. Het ontbijt is matig, brood komt uit een supermarkt, fruit voor in yoghurt uit blik. Al het andere wordt afgebakken. Dus geen luxe, meer maagvullig. Ontbijt wordt als je vroeg weg wil ook niet aan je meegegeven. Bar was dicht, dus ook geen gezelligheid bij terugkomst van een uitje, meteen naar bed

Personeel achter de receptie is op de dag erg jong niet professioneel en doet wat ze moeten doen, maar geven je geen tips, niets om een bezoeker uit zich zelf tips mee te geven. Nachtpersoneel is professioneler. Wat heel erg tegen viel is dat het erg benauwd is in de kamers/hotel/eetruimte. Toen wij in Londen waren was het buiten ongeveer 23 graden maar door de warmte voor die tijd hing de warmte in het gehele hotel en je kon nergens afkoelen. Mensen stonden sóchtends na het slapen/douchen bezweet in de lift. De kamers hebben GEEN airco, er staat in de kamer een kleine ventilator. Het ontbijt is zeer matig, brood komt uit een supermarkt, fruit voor in yoghurt uit blik. Al het andere wordt afgebakken. Geen luxe maar maagvulling. Ontbijt wordt ook niet aan je meegegeven als je vroeg weg moet. Bar was dicht, dus geen gezelligheid in het hotel, maar meteen naar boven als je van een uitje terug kwam. Er was geen trap, je kunt alleen met de lift naar boven. Dus als je claustrofobisch bent is dat een uitdaging.

We had an upgrade, which we greatly appreciated. We were able to get some breakfast to go early because we were leaving for an excursion.

Great location, close to underground stations, and good selection of cafes and restaurants on Queensway. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Have stayed here before, and will stay again. The electric fan provided definitely helped with the temperature.

Would be good to have a safe for belongings in rooms. Also, a bit more variety at breakfast, as it was repetitive over 3 days - some scrambled eggs would be an easy addition.

Ich hatte bei Booking.com als "kleines Doppelzimmer" gebucht, weil ich weiß, dass die Einzelzimmer winzig sind - diese Kategorie scheint es aber im Hotel gar nicht zu geben. Ich habe dann ein etwas geräumigeres Einzelzimmer bekommen. Der Raum war sehr stickig, Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, ein Ventilator war da, aber man müsse erst mal einen Platz organisieren, um den aufzustellen, um zu duschen, musste ich erst in die Badewanne klettern... und das mit 70 Jahren. Hizu kam, dass das Zimmer unsauber war, sogar Haare in der Badewanne - ich habe Fotos gemacht. Ich habe am selben Tag reklamiert, was zu nichts führte, das Team an der Rezeption sogar ziemlich patzig war. Am nächsten Morgen war dann eine sehr nette Dame da, die Verständnis für meine Probleme hatte und mir sofort ein neues Zimmer mit sehr viel mehr Komfort und Platz gab.

Siehe oben!!! Frühstück wie immer, allerdings war das Abräumen dieses Mal ein Problem und ließ oftmals auf sich warten. Vor dem Hotel trafen sich diverse Gäste zum Trinken, es war laut, schmutzig und man musste sich schon durchsetzen, um ins Gebäude zu gelangen. Das Hotel ist nicht eingeschritten. Zu dieser Zeit war Nottinhill Carnival und ein großer Teil der Gäste war sagen wir mal ziemlich speziell.

Un petit déjeuner signalé par certains comme léger, je ne sais pas ce qu'il considère comme léger au final parce pour nous c'est un super petit déjeuner qui est proposé, le choix pour tous, pour tous les goûts, en quantité et qualité. un petit coin bar très appréciable après une journée à marcher. franchement cet hôtel est une belle découverte.

Wasn't made aware because of notting Hill carnival there would be people playing loud music and smoking drugs out the hotel entrance. Couldnt close the windows as it was to hotand no air-conditioning. When I spoke to a member of staff, they had no interest in my concerns. Staff really not approachable

The single room was cosy. It had all the essentials. The continental breakfast was good with enough choice for everyone, even had some gluten free options and soya milk available. There was always someone at reception who could answer your question. The location is great: within walking distance from 2 tube stations, Kensington Gardens, bus stops, shops and fast foods places. The neighbourhood was peaceful.

The only bit I would comment on is the noise you hear from the corridor. Nothing the hotel can do but people should refrain from making too much noise when they go to their rooms late at night. Also the room felt worn out in some places.

ハイドパークから歩いてすぐの好立地。地下鉄駅からも非常に近い。狭い部屋だがとても清潔で快適に過ごせる。朝食もバリエーションがあり、よかった。ちゃんと扇風機、ヘアドライヤー、お茶セットと電気ポットが用意されている。

お茶のセットと電気ポットはあるが、水の提供はない。 また、施設と関係ないが、近くの地下鉄駅にエレベーターがないので、スーツケースを運ぶのが大変だった。

el hotel me encanto tiene un buffet super completo y la ubicacion ideal enfrente de un parque pequeño y muy cerca de la estacion del metro y de un parque muy grande el mas grande de Londres.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, die nächste U-Bahn Haltestelle ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, etliche Supermärkte und Essensmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer nähe. Und natürlich der Park. Das Hotel war sauber, der Aufzug intakt, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück auch in Ordnung (es gab sogar vegane Milch und Butteralternativen, Lebensmittel waren ausreichend gekennzeichnet). Das Einzelzimmer was ausreichend in der Größe, an der Sauberkeit nichts auszusetzen.

Es war im Hotel sehr warm, einzig die Lobby war stark klimatisiert. Das Fenster meines Zimmers ließ sich leider nur einen kleinen Spalt weit öffnen, was ein Lüften unmöglich gemacht hat. Bei diesem sehr heißen Sommer (ohne Klimaanlage am Zimmer) war das schon sehr grenzwertig.

O quarto não tinha o conforto esperado de um hotel 4 estrelas. As camas não eram confortáveis, mas principalmente o que menos gostei é que o quarto não tinha ar condicionado e era todo alcalificado, tornando o quarto numa autentica estufa num dia quente de verão.

Es war heiss und man konnte das Fenster nur 10% aufmachen. Beim Duschen habe ich mich eingeseift, dann kam plötzlich nur noch heisses Wasser. Trocknete mich, habe gepackt und wollte ein neues Zimmer. Mit Seife unter den Armen und am ganzen Körper ging ich mit dem Koffer zur Reception. Sie gaben mir nur ein Zimmer zum Duschen. Schlafen musste ich in dem Zimmer, wo nur heisses Wasser kam. Am Andern Tag wurde es aber repariert. Meine Tochter ein Zimmer daneben hatte genau das gleiche Problem. Sie hat wegen dem heissen Wasser nicht reklamiert. So wurde es auch nicht repariert. Sie hat jedes Mal in meinem Zimmer geduscht.

La zona donde estaba el hotel nos gustó mucho ya que tenía a mano muchos restaurantes y supermercados. Además, había posibilidad de ir tanto en bus como en metro a las atracciones turísticas y a Hyde Park y Notting Hill andando. El desayuno estaba bien.

Fuimos en plena ola de calor y lo pasamos regular por la noche, aunque es cierto que al menos había un ventilador en la habitación. Las ventanas tampoco aislaban mucho.

Chambre très agréable, confortable, très bien situé dans Londres, proche des transports communs. Je recommande.
