Breakfast area didn't have much space. There was no elevator. Washrooms were a bit dated and looked they were not very new/ or were not good materials that had created a stained look. although they were clean they liked unclean.

Stylish well-appointed room with comfortable beds and a large walk in shower. Perfect for my husband with limited mobility!

The rooms were really nicely renovated, lots of pillows offered fridge microwave, and coffee. Bathrooms were beautiful.

The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable. I had a backache by morning. The doors slam very loud. I don’t know if there was people still renovating, but we heard a lot of door slamming and some lady being very obnoxious at 2:30 in the morning. My 83 year-old dad took the stairs no elevator mind you it’s only two stories.

Furniture and design of room and lobby area.

No bathroom on main level. Our rooms air conditioning blew right into the pillows on bed closest to it. Bathroom floor hasn’t been cleaned very well.

It’s a good location, many restaurants around here

It’s noisy at night. I can heard everyone close the door. I can’t sleep well with the air conditioning and fridge noises.

The room was clean and there were plenty of towels, which was very nice. The lobby had complimentary coffee and cookies. There was also nice, refreshing, chilled lemon water available.

We were somewhat disappointed to find that the inn is located quite far from the quaint town of Belleville. The area is very commercial and almost industrial. We found that the batteries in the TV remote were dead; however, we were pleased that a staff member came quickly to change them. The smoke detector woke us at 11:30 p.m. I advised the front desk. There was no follow-up. Then it went off again at 4:30 a.m. I asked the front desk why they never addressed the issue earlier. I was told he forgot my room number. The staff member removed the smoke detector instead of replacing the batteries. Very dissatisfied. I requested a new room. Sorry, no rooms available. I was promised a 20 percent reimbursement for our interrupted sleep, but it was up to me to follow up with Booking.com. I sent off a message but received no response. I found it very unprofessional that something as important as batteries does not merit basic upkeep. It was especially disturbing that a guest can approach the front desk in pajamas clutching her purse, wondering if there is a fire, and is ignored and does not even get a courtesy room check. The experience left me feeling very unimportant and definitely not worth the expense. I do not recommend the Comfort Inn in Belleville.

L’opacité des rideaux (Notre chambre donnait face à un éclairage extérieur du bâtiment ce qui empêchait d’avoir de la noirceur . Aucun store de contre-jour pour atténué la lumière).

Les lits étaient confortables

Il y avait une forte odeur d’humidité venant de l’air climatisé. Nous en avons parlé et rien n’a vraiment été fait. Bien que la majorité du personnel était bien, il y avait une personne qui n’avait clairement pas le gout d’y etre.

Hôtel propre, bien équipé et récemment rénové. Le petit-déjeuner est généreux et varié. Cependant, la chambre était un peu petite, et la salle de bain ne dispose que d'une douche, ce qui rend de doucher mes petits enfants plus difficile. Malgré cela, nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Nous avons appréciés le confort des matelas.

Nous n’avons pas apprécié le premier petit déjeuner. Plusieurs éléments étaient manquants comme le jus d'orange, les bagels, les yogourts grecques, les crêpes et les fruits n'étaient pas frais. Lors du deuxième déjeuner les éléments mentionnés étaient tous là par contre les fruits n'étaient toujours pas frais ex. Bananes noires. Les vitres de l'établissement au complet étaient sales, la porte patio de notre chambre ne glissait pas facilement et les vitres étaient sales et plein de fil d'araignée. la porte de douche ne restait pas fermée lors de l'utilisation de la douche, le séchoir ne fonctionnait pas bien.

No elevators! Not good when you have a baby. Air con unit was really loud and didn’t work well - the room was hot. Pillows were tiny - never seen pillows so small. I asked for a crib in the room prior to my stay and when I arrived, it hadn’t been put in the room. When I asked about it, it was like talking to robots at the front desk. Really poor communication.

Location and price was a bit lower than other chain hotels.

No sound isolation, I could hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. The bathroom sink was clogged.

I liked that I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist and she was so friendly. She explained how to get to the room, where the breakfast room was..she said to call her if I needed anything.. She found out it was my birthday and gave me a goodie bag, that was thoughtful of her…The reception area is big with chairs and sofas, a table with cookies, candies and a container with lemon water. There is also another area where one can get coffee and some items that can be purchased, it’s very clean….The room was so bright and airy, clean, modern furniture, white linens and white towels..There was shampoo and conditioner in the shower which is a large walk-in..There was a sofa bed with 2 coffee tables, nice sitting area, a fridge, microwave, a place to hang our clothes and put suitcase on and a desk. Of course a TV with many channels…We were on the second floor, there is no elevator…The breakfast room was very clean and fully equipped…great breakfast, 3 different kinds of bread, 2 different kind of eggs, yogurt, cold cereal, hot cereal, muffins, cream cheese, peanut butter and so much more..it was great and I was pleasantly surprised…I definitely would recommend this hotel..

My recommendation would be for a new coffee machine to offer better coffee with more variety. A sign at the entrance of the building…once you enter the drive, the building doesn’t look like the usual Comfort Inn, it has the look of a motel…Finish painting the stairs and install a safe…

The facility was dirty. Some of the staff were rude and couldn't care less about the customer. Worst hotel ive ever stayed at.

L'hotel etait a 5mn du mariage auquel je devais assister et il y a beaucoup de commerces tout près.

Les portes font trop de bruit quand elles se referment. Le coin repas est trop petit.

The hotel was updated, room was very fresh, nice bathroom. Staff was extremely accommodating when it came to location of room and parking.

with the new room renovation, the floor was slanted coming out of the bathroom which caused me to stumble against the wall , the security hinge has not been installed yet, breakfast was absolutely terrible, including coffee, no scrambled eggs, cheese

The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The gym is very small, and there is no swimming pool. Our stay was very disappointing because of the excessive noise. The guests in the room next to ours were having a party until around 12:30–1:00 a.m. After the hotel staff asked them to lower the noise, they simply moved outside and continued talking loudly, laughing, and smoking right in front of our window. The entire hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Other guests were also watching TV at a very high volume. We reported the noise to the front desk twice, but it seemed the staff were unable to resolve the situation. As a result, we couldn't sleep well and our stay was far from relaxing. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I don't think we will be returning to this hotel.

The toilet was clogged. I had to de clog it myself at 4am in the morning and the maintenance crew did not have a plunger, because they gave it to another guest because they also had a clogged toilet. Good thing that I used to be a janitor and knew other ways to unclog a toilet.

Bel accueil bonne explications, gentillesse, biscuits gratuits à la réception et eau fraiche offerte aimé des enfants, beau petit salon dans l'entrée pour relaxer en famille, belle chambre, lits confortables dans la chambre 221, bon déjeuner avec machine a crêpe qui amuse les enfants :) , café dispo aussi pour emporter. Nous avons adoré le frigo dans la chambre, qui est plus grand que la normale dans les hotels habituellement. Il y a un micro onde dans la chambre. Les restaurants sont proches. L'hotel est loin de la rue principale alors pas de bruit de route. Nous y retournerions.

La porte de douche ouvre toute seule alors il faut mettre un poids pour éviter cela et l'eau sur le plancher. Nous avons tassé le lit sur le mur pour ne pas que notre jeune enfant tombe du lit, il y avait énormément de poussière sous le lit. Il faudrait simplement passer partout l'aspirateur et pas juste où ca parait. Portes des chambres qui ferment sont bruyantes a toute heure.

Breakfast room tv was blaring loud and very bad morning show. No non-sweetened cereal available. Not even plain corn flakes.

We loved how the rooms were very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed, from a hair dryer to a mini fridge with a freezer. They also had a coffee machine in the room with some coffee capsules.

The only downside was that breakfast was served at a very early time (6- 9 a.m.) We missed breakfast. I would expect it to be at the earliest 10 pm.

I liked that we had a ground floor 2 queen sized bedroom, The breakfast was great, & even picnic tables for outdoor eating. The parking was conveniently matched located outside our room.

Looked clean enough but felt outdated and old.

No black out curtains. Terrible pillows not up to the standard of comfort inns we have experienced at other locations. Very thin walls…we could hear people talking and the shower noise for very long periods of time. Font view is old and messy warehouses. No waffle maker at breakfast.

Room was recently updated and very comfortable. The employees were kind and helpful. There was a lot of action in the hotel with employees and owners. You could tell that they cared about making their hotel more appealing.

The exterior of the building was rough and location. But from my perspective, it appears that the owners will be working on the exterior soon.

Breakfast was fine, once someone pointed it the way. I LOVED the notice posted on my floor about quite hours and the substantial fine for not following the rules.

High heels upstairs all night long. Hotel is under renovations. There was paint all over the floor. The door was really hard to close. The heater would turn off and we would freeze in the middle of the night. It was really expensive for the quality.

Nous aimons l’emplacement . Attention le ménage n’est pas fait adéquatement . Miroir sal , tiroir du bureau plein de sable , douche non nettoyée dès notre arrivée. Cet hôtel était bien mais c’est particulièrement détérioré . La salle des employés ou nous sommes allés remplir notre bidon d’eau est salle alors comment voulez-vous que les gens soient motivés à garder les chambres des clients. Nous pouvons vivre avec un lieu qui a vieilli mais vivre dans la saleté . Non !

Cost for one night was very high. This is not a $300/room hotel. The desk chair in our room looked like it had been pulled out of a dumpster.

Property under construction, messy and inconvenient

The location was convenient for our New Year’s evening plans.

I understood the property was under renovation so not surprised by some upheaval, but my husband has done construction and one suggestion I would make is that a vacuum could have been run in the hallways at the end of the work day.

The fee for our dog was over priced. The walkways were snow covered and we had to shovel a path to our doorway to get in. The doorways also were not salted and it was slippery. The garbage outside from renovations made the facility look very trashy. There were tiolets and furniture large boxes buried in the snow. There should be mats by the patio doors to put wet footwear on.

The renovated rooms are nicer than what was expected. All the 1 queen bed size rooms are renovated which makes it feel less like a 2-star. Acceptable service at front desk.

I was not aware of renovations when I booked... so noise was unexpected. However, I would have been fine with it if during acceptable hours... my biggest problem with my stay is that large trucks were coming through in the middle of the night to drop off materials and pick up old furniture. I was up every hour!!!

Breakfast was a bonus, especially the eggs and sausage. Was not expecting that. Keep it up.

The view

The desk staff were very helpful, especially when we didn't get the room type we had reserved. We were told it was booking.com that made the change not the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff were very friendly and there was a variety of food choices.

We were not happy that we did not get the room type we had reserved. We were also a bit disappointed that the breakfast serving time on Saturday was an hour later than other days which meant we had to leave for our event before getting food.

Carpets we’re disgusting smelled like dirty feet throughout the entire hotel. Bathroom walls and door was filthy, hand prints and dirt all over. Other individuals staying on the first floor were allowed to drink and host a tailgate party in the parking lot right below our rooms until the wee hours of the morning. Cleaning staff were all arguing in the lobby and rooms were not ready on time

Drive up parking is convenient. Older hotel, AC was loud. Breakfast was okay, nothing to right home about. Over priced for what you get.
