Absolutely nothing

Room smelled awful. Toilet paper holder broken. Toilet paper was stored on a peice of wood screwed to the wall behind the toilet making the paper damp from condensation. No coffee in the rooms nor was it even offered. Couldn't find the ice machine.

My expectations were low, but my room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, everything worked. The advertised restaurant is permanently closed. The facilities are bare-bones, tired/dated, and basic. The front desk staff was friendly, and the price was great. It was fine for a low-cost overnight stay …. I was in-and-out within about 10 hours. Convenience to the 401 is a plus.

Our room didn’t have a door connected to the outside we had to pass by the hallway and it really smell bad because of people smoking.

Deceiving customers about their room. They knowingly label rooms as non smoking room despite a strong smell of cigarettes in the rooms $ hallway.

Cheap. Did its job. Had a TV, mini fridge with freezer compartment. All we needed.

The staff were dismissive and unkept. Questionable security as the back door looked like it had been struck by a vehicle. The common area carpets were impacted with years of dirt. The toilet in my room did not flush properly. The air conditioner smelt like mold. I was genuinely concerned about the cleanliness on all surfaces.

Price point, location was key.

I didn't like the place at all. We just booked it because we didn't have any other option at that time. All other places were fully booked.

This is a rundown place with no special amenities or facilities. The place is not really clean. The staff is not welcoming. There is a Little Taxas club next to it, which belongs to this inn, and plays the music loudly up to late night. You will bounce with the groove until late night. There is no EV charger.

Location is good! Near a lot of restaurant and close to a lot of attractions in belleville and Prince Edward County (vineyards, museums, trails…)

The stay was average to good (the bathroom was a lil bit uncleaned and with some maintenance issues) until we found out the room we were in had bed bugs, after having a lot of bites marks all over our body. We also found serval bugs. We told the receptionist when we were checking out and he didn’t seem to care (almost like he knew). He brushed off my comments and just checked me out. We asked them to make sure to call professional help to deal with that issue for futures guests and he didn’t seem suprise or even interested in what i was saying. I wouldn’t recommend to stay there.

Les enfants ne m’ont pas raté pour avoir osé réservé un tel hébergement! Personne n’a pu dormir ce soir là. Et même si on le voulait, le bruit du climatiseur ne l’aurait permis. Mon erreur a été d’avoir manqué de lire les précédents avis alarmants sur l’hotel; j’avais hâte de trouver un hebergement pour me reposer après 4h environ de conduite en auto et le tarif était plus élevé que celui de la concurrence dont j’avais pris connaissance des commentaires plutôt favorables. En réalité, je n’imaginais pas qu’il pouvait y avoir des hebergements dans une telle condition d’insalubrité. Je suis resté assis sur la chaise jusqu’au matin car impossible de dormir dans un lit quand on a vu l’état du tapis après avoir franchi la porte d’entrée du bâtiment. Un conseil pour mes successeurs, n’osez pas essayer les toilettes à l’accueil si vous avez le courage de réserver avant des travaux sur ce site. Je vous exempte de l’état de la literie (Draps tâchés et déchirés, cheveux d’autres clients sur le lit). @Booking.com: SVP ajoutez une note à votre répertoire qui alertera la clientèle sur les avis sans avoir à descendre aux commentaires. Ma famille et moi étions vraiment en état de choc.

We didn’t stay as it was dirty and smelled of cigar and cigarettes smoke. We told the office that we wouldn’t be staying and why. They didn’t seem to be concerned.

The room we were assigned was damp and smelled of stale cigarette smoke, the inner hallway was worse. The room's outer door had obviously been kicked in previously with foot dents on in and a poorly repaired frame; the latch mechanism was held in with mis-matched screws and basically falling out and the deadbolt didn't work at all. We requested a different room and went to inspect it. We soon received a phone call from front desk accusing us of stealing towels and being told we would be charged for them, when I disputed this I was hung up on. We went to front desk and after a very frustrating argument they said we would not be charged. Very rude. We had no time to make other arrangements so stayed after our evening's plans. Never again.

The beds were comfortable, great location, staff was friendly.

The building and rooms are in need of renovations. The rugs, walls and doors are dirty. Biggest issue was the mold and mildew around the tub. Should not be renting a room in that condition for that price.

The motel is old and could use some remodelling. The room was fine, but the hallways were very musty/smoky smelling. Would have preferred a room with direct access to outside, but it was fine as our room was the first one from the security entrance/exit. We stayed 2 nights and the room was not made up - while the towels in the bathroom were refolded, the bed was not made up and the garbage was not emptied. The room had a fridge and a microwave. The staff are extremely friendly and nice.

It was disgusting. Not clean at all. I had to use lysol wipes to use the toilet. Walls have stains all over it.

I di not like anything. I booked an hour after i booked in. Parking lot was in bad disrepair, dead bolt did not work, concerned for my safety. Rooms regular patrons were whhen the bar next store let out on Friday and Saturday nights. I cannot believe you rent this dump and I would like my money returned.

This place was so disgusting we canceled our reservation when we showed up and seen what it was we lifted the bed mattress and it was filled with black mold we talked to the owner of the building next door and earlier in the week there was a huge drug bust and guns were found on site booking.com should not be representing this place and I should not be charged for last minute cancelation when the place was this disgusting

Room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The TV remote had a dead battery. The room heater started quietly, but after about 15 minutes it got very noisy. I turned it off then on again, and it did the same thing.

Our NON-smoking room had a strong odor of stale cigarettes. There's no phone in the room. Tried to call the number of the hotel using my own phone... but calls couldn't even go to voice mail as hotel hadn't initiated their "mailbox".

Supposed to be non-smoking room all smelled of smoke, burn marks in couch and bedspread. Very damp, black mold on ceiling and walls. Carpet dirty and damp.
