Comfort Inn

Limpio, cómodo, buena cama. Baño grande y cómodo.

El aire acondicionado sonaba mucho

We loved the room, the staff, the breakfast. All good.

Yeurk!!

Breakfast was okay, the people running the motel were the best.

Nothing much not is a comfort motel and it was !

Comfortable bed, quiet

rien tous etais excelent.

great overall

hallway

Breakfast was fine but the eggs were already gone

The free breakfast was good with plenty of seating.

Parking is an issue; it is very hard to park in front of your room.

I loved the central location with closeby timmies, tesla supercharger and a huge plaza with lots of eat out options. The receptionist was amazing and they had complimentary freshly made cookies and popcorn in the evening. The morning breakfast timing on the weekend was relaxed. Every room has a sliding glass door which opens towards the parking for easy access to your car.

The pool is a little small, only 5 ft deep. Weekday breakfast time is only till 9, even on a long weekend.

Location

Corridors are bit smelly

All good

Staff were good and friendly. Room was clean.

Hallway dusty, eggs nasty.

Close to some restaurants and shops. Really nice breakfast included. Pool was pleasant. Staff very good and well trained.

Nothing stands out.

Love the Brockville area. I have visited here multiple times, absolutely beautiful. The hotel room itself was great, comfortable.

This was by far the worst stay yet due to the mix up between booking.com and comfort inn. The excessive interruptions that interfered with our plans to enjoy our stay and instead had to handle the issues that were between the hotel and booking when I had proven my side was completed and successful. Clearly there was an issue with the financial aspect of the booking (was taken from my credit card and showed "PAID" on booking.com but the hotel staff still claimed I needed to make a double payment, called multiple times, had to go through multiple staff members and wait for their responses and all seemed to say the same thing and pass it to the next person. I was traveling as family and they expected me to approach the next staff member at 11pm. It took me calling the third party to contact the hotel to clarify whatever the concern was just for them to correct the error and then apologize and claim they fixed it, instead of thanking me for doing the job they should've done in the first place, contact the third party instead of harassing your guest! Staff member tried to give advice and say not to use third party bookings, I have never had issues until I stayed at this location and declined to take her advice. Also, when checking in a person leaving seemed to have same issue about charges not being correct, I should've taken that as a sign. I will never stay here again, caused stress, frustration, took time from our trip and it took me solving the issue, which thank you booking.com for your helping me solve the issue to avoid further irritation.

Location, breakfast and staff

Rooms are a little rundown but the bed is comfortable

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They made my granddaughters feel special and welcomed especially the birthday girl.

The rooms were very clean. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The staff was VERY friendly. EXCELLENT customer service!

Nothing

We liked the location being close to good restaurants and gas stations.

Our stay was excellent.

Pres des commerces

Trop dispendieux

Staff was friendly and courteous.

Room wasn't very clean..the bed was so uncomfortable and the setup was a horrible design.

Endroit propre, chambre insonorisee, bon déjeuner inclus, Personnel acceuillant, bien situé, sécuritaire la nuit veilleuse dans chambre de bain, internet super

Rien de noter

main floor rooms had patio right out to parking so our car was parked right out the door, which was great with little kids didn’t have to lug luggage and car seats through the building just the trunk and ran to the room

The pool was great. The room was 30° so the deck was nice and warm, but the water itself was very very cool.

great place to have a night at Brockville.

Sunday morning lady was nice to me and help me key cards. Very friendly

First Friday night I arrived at the property and it costs me boost up since when I saw ads $142. It was $548.00

so-so. coffee urns didn't function properly

choice of menu

Front desk service was excellent - courteous and accommodating. Even had some free cookies and popcorn when we signed in. Room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool is small but fun for exercising in or kids playing.

Can't think of anything negative.

Good breakfast, comfy bed. Loud truck noises ftom highway and trucks from workers in lot.

Loud noise ftom Highway being right behind us. And local truck works leaving early in a.m.

Location and pool.

The breakfast and room were absolutely perfect the locations so so overall the staff is great except one individual who I believe is racist made discriminatory comments towards me

Conforto da cama, tamanho do quarto.

Nada a reclamar.

Bad,bads- cols pool- bad service

Now the staff are hands down amazing

This place is old. Our room was shabby. Mattresses stained. No complete bed bug cover. Bathroom sink was plugged. Bathroom floor wasn't clean. One of the work guys parked his truck horizontal and we couldn't park near our door. Then he started his truck at 2 am and idled it for an hour. Slamming the door to his room multiple times. Extremely noisy. Was up from 2 till we left. I don't know where all the great reviews come from or if there's some hidden new section but not for us. But the staff were very good.

It is a very pleasant place to say, and the people here are very nice and friendly.

Everything, except the cable TV channels.

Staff and clean rooms.

Met some nice people working the facility and breakfast with the mermaid

We asked for a joining rooms a month prior to stay and they didn’t accommodate so made our stay difficult with an Autistic child and 3 others. The bathroom fan was broke as well as the toilet, I found someone’s else’s article nails on the floor and other small things that were missed during cleaning in both rooms. The pool is very small and the liner needs attention. The breakfast was not very good but we did manage to find something or Tim Hortons is across the parking lot. I’m disabled and no parking available close to entrance. I dint think we will return.

Mermaids activities, Swim. breakfast and costumes for pictures.

When I booked it was a king bed But got 2 Queen beds

Très bon

Tout était très correct

Cleanliness, breakfast menu, staff

no comment

Breakfast and staff were great.

Better sitting/ hangout area outside.

Petit déjeuner très bon!

Breakfast was great, setup and staff wonderful. The pool was wonderful, main draw for our two grandchildren and myself. Next time they want to stay two nights instead of one, thanks

The frustration involved trying to watch free television.

The breakfast and location was great. The pool was very nice and warm

Blow dryer only worked on low. Room was stuffy so ended up running air conditioner fan all night

Verry satisfied courtesy

cleanliness

Staff were lovely

The highway made some noise, although this not a fault of the hotel

Breakfast was great, parking and the location of the hotel was great.

It was convenient, comfortable and clean. Complimentary breakfast was appreciated. The pool was great.

N/A

Very friendly stuff and good breakfast

The heater was loud so it was a little bit hard to sleep

I was worried it would be noisy in the room as there were young hockey players staying there. Kim, at the front desk, told me she tried very hard to see that there was no noise after 10. She delivered - it was quieter than during other stays with no hockey team in the place!

The lighting was not great for reading in bed. The breakfast was not as good as it has been in the past but there were a lot of young guests who were there at the same time. It was crowded and the cooked food was a bit overdone.

Never going there again! Booked two rooms for two nights. No hot water the whole time we were there. Complained both nights and on checkout. I was told the manager would reach out to offer a discount. She never did. I phoned several times. All my messages were ignored. It was only after emailing the manager that I finally got a response. A promised $50 discount on my $800+ bill. Pathetic! Discount never came. If you don’t mind cold showers; enjoy your stay.

Heated pool

Second floor carpet was dirty and fruit flies at brrakfast

It had a pool for the kids

Close to all shop areas and restaurants

The bathroom garbage was full of garbage from previous stay

wide variety of food for breakfast including gluten free diet. Staff very welcoming. Clean surfaces

This hotel was a lot better than when we stayed here two years ago . Not bad.

Comfortable mattress's. Staff super pleasant. Would come back again.

Staff was very friendly & helpful.

The rooms were clean and very attractive. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Clean room. Great to stop if you are heading east. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

All good

Clean without any perfumes

Awesome breakfast especially to start the day off, rooms are clean and comfortable and staff were always pleasant

Our total experience was excellent as alwsys. Room was comfortable. Staff was freiny, accommadating and very helpful. Breakfast and staff was really good. Staff workedvvery gard to makevour stay comfortable

Recommande fortement

Came for a family wedding. Have stayed here before when we come visit. Would definitely stay again.

The floor in room is Wood and Noisy air conditionner machine

Great staff. Nice place

Great staff and overall experience

I stayed here a very long time ago!!! Now take it to August. This hotel is amazing. Let’s start with breakfast. We stay at a lot of hotels and this breakfast is so good and amazing! They have really stepped up their game! They have so much food and it’s all nice fresh food. My room was very clean and updated at that. The pool was amazing also, it was so relaxing to be able to take a dip and just relax. It was a very nice atmosphere. The staff were so nice and very helpful with everything. The manager also was super nice and very welcoming. She had a lot of suggestions to help with our stay and always had a smile on her face.

I was a nice stay , friendly front staff clean room
