Convenient to 401. Bed was comfortable room was clean

Pillows are terrible. The scent of the air freshener or cleanser was overpowering pine smell. Breakfast was barely adequate.

The beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The breakfast and service were excellent.

The room location was by the highway. Noise from room next door continued to late night. Room was too small. My special request for an extra cot was originally approved but upon arrival, it was denied.

Spacious and very clean room. Overall, Hotel is very well presented. All staff we met were friendly & helpful. The breakfast was terrific - lots more on offer than we expected: Juices, Coffee/tea, hot & cold cereals, variety of breads/bagels, fruit, yogurt eggs, bacon/sausage, home fries. And - something I really appreciate and almost neve see - Honey for my coffee.

Check in was slowed by a couple that just didn't care about the building line-up and had a good ol' chat with the lone desk clerk.

Not much! Couldn’t believe it was part of the Hilton chain!

Dog poop in hallway, in the morning! Water in room was brown. No place (room ) for our bikes. When asked , the kid at the reception said , “they’d be safe in parking lot, it has cameras “ ???

Annoying mechanical noises from beneath our room that occurred every 30 minutes or so and lasted 10 minutes. It sounded like a water boiler was about to rupture.

Good location close to the highway and lots of food and shopping options in the area. We enjoyed the free breakfast.

The hallway carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days, and it was also stained. Our room was not super clean, especially the bathroom where there was left-over hair, a used cup under the sink, splash stains on the wall, and a stained shower floor. While I realize this is a budget hotel, there is no reason for it to not be maintained and clean, other than poor management.

The room was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was great. The options were good. My experience at this hotel was better than what I was expecting. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for someone who is on a low budget but want to have an A+ stay

What a great little hotel. Perfect location within walking distance of several dining places (mostly fast food) and a grocery store. Check in was simple and welcoming. Beware that there is no elevator so if stairs are an issue, when booking, ask for the ground floor. The room was a very good size. Temperature was easily regulated. The bathroom had a walk in shower with amenities in containers attached to the shower wall. Plenty of hot water throughout the stay. The bed was very comfortable and the noise from outside the room was minimal. Self closing very quiet doors, so no slamming of doors at all. Breakfast was good with a choice of omelettes, potatoes and sausage along with the regular toast, coffee, etc. All of the employees I encountered were extremely pleasant with a smile and hello.

Not an issue for me, but no elevator to get to the 2nd floor.

L’établissement est humide. La douche avec des cheveux à l’intérieur. Il manquait de gel douche. Le coin déjeuner est petit beaucoup de gens dans l’espace qui est très chaude. Les murs c’est écho… et le prix oufff!

The room was exactly like in the photos and breakfast was delicious. This review would be much lower if it weren’t for Kome. She was incredibly kind and truly went out of her way to help. We were late for breakfast and she sorted it out for us with no problem. Also during check-out, we waited 15 minutes and no one was at the front desk, so she came out from the kitchen to help us. You can tell she really cares about guests and wants things to go well.

You can hear everything from the other rooms. We asked to cancel the reservation because of the noise and they didn’t allow it, which I understand. However, they also didn’t clean the room at all over the weekend, even though it said daily housekeeping was included. The bed was also very squeaky with any movement at night and sank a lot in the middle

During our stay the lady was so active serving breakfast that she didn’t even let anything/food run out from breakfast area. She also had great customer service while running around. Amazing lady smiling and talking to everyone who needed help. 100 percent recommended this place.

This is a well located hotel near a grocery store, local restaurants, coffee shops, some stores, the train station, the local parks close to the river dividing Canada from the US. It is a few minutes from the main highway in the town of Brockville. I liked that I stayed in a newly renovated, economical place that had clean beds and pillows, and temperature control and I felt safe staying here. Actually compared to downtown Montreal where I paid much much more, I was happier because it was much younger.

It’s outdated and I would have liked to plug in my charger into the light like available in other hotels. I think they went with the most economical but well working bed lights. Really it’s not a biggie because the staff are nice and helpful.

Great location ( right off the Highway). Good breakfast. Clean room with fridge and microwave oven.

Could not find any reception staff when I arrived to check in. Reception staff were efficient but did not seem to be very happy or welcoming.

The only thing you could do to improve the stay is cook the breakfast meats a little more. I prefer my bacon crispy. Nothing.

Hôtel récent et propre. Bien placé par rapport à notre trajet de voyage. Le petit déjeuner était bien et bien réapprovisionné par la personne qui s'en occupait.

La personne à l'accueil à la réception parlait anglais rapidement alors qu'on ne comprenait pas et ne faisait pas d'efforts pour notre compréhension. C'est dommage. Chambre un peu petite pour 4 personnes avec leur bagage (manque de rangement ou de lieux pour poser les valises). Les toilettes dans la salle de bain quand on est 4.

Good location, it was near a supermarket and several restaurants. It’s also near the Megabus stop if you’re traveling by bus from Toronto

The breakfast area is soooo tiny. Not enough seats for guests.

In all 3 of our rooms, the cleanliness of the shower was questionable.

"Terry", a room cleaning staff member, was incredibly loud and rude, and encouraged the front desk manager to enter my room before check out (with me in it, and terribly shocked), she set him up! SAhe had knocked on my door earlier (9am) to have me vacate the room!

Bathroom shower had something (maybe mold) around the shower pan. Breakfast there were no plates, no eggs and only one toaster working.

Not very much. They have taken an old motel and renovated it and slapped the Hilton name on it, which I thought would be nice. Very disappointed, not my style at all.

The very small motel room had cold floors, no glasses in the room, no coffee maker. Their very small “breakfast room” had metal chairs and the breakfast was practically non existsnt.

I asked the front desk if the rooms were cleaned between tenants. She assured me they do an immaculate cleaning between each guest....Room was still dirty from previous tenants, beer or drink can stains on the table between the beds, TV counter smudged and unclean, even had a lump if goo by the lamp. I wondered what else was left uncleaned..

The white walls in the hallways made it feel lik3 an institution. . The receptionist did not explain all the amenities and services well. There was no coffee machine in the room.
