False advertising on the bed size, it says extra large bed in their king room is 181-210 width. In fact it was a standard uk double bed. Communicated with the front desk since I booked this hotel for the large bed size it advertised, they told me that “UK king bed is the same size as the one in my room and in every room in this hotel” . I showed him the advertised bed size on booking.com he said he would need to phone the general manager, then nothing happened. I didn’t sleep much that night due to small bed size. It’s ridiculous I ended up losing sleep in a hotel.

Good location, great room, lovely breakfast, relaxing atmosphere.

The bath do with a little bit of attention, but overall, great value.

Had a little issue with the extractor fan And adjusting cold and hot mixer. Complaint understood and offered to change the room. Offer refused as there was only one more night and managed it comfortably.

The evening staff couldn’t do enough for us behind the bar.

Good location could walk into Arundel town centre

Rustige kamer met heerlijke bedden. Als je aan komt rijden denk je eerst, wat is dit op een industrieterrein maar voor ons heerlijk rustig. Eerste hotel waar we na 4 nachten heerlijk geslapen hebben, zelfs met t raam open.

Het ontbijt is erg vroeg en wat karig.

The smell as you walked into the hotel. Damp & musky. The bedroom & bathroom are in dire need of renovation. The flooring in the bathroom around the toilet is heavily stained which is off putting. It may have been clean but it looks grubby. The pillows were lumpy. It was not worth £150 and the marketing over sold it

The reception staff are lovely and very efficient. It's a convenient place to stay and has nice restaurant and reception area. The room i had was very basic and really needs updating. The floor wasn't hoovered properly and I hate this as I can't walk in bare feet However overall I was comfortable. I just feel for the £138 I paid it wasn't worth it

The staff were attentive and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble Lorenzo on reception, was notably excellent. The manager Amir was very polite. The head housekeeper ( sorry didn’t get her name) should be proud of her staff the hotel was always clean and tidy. She herself was extremely friendly and spent time talking with us. The room was basic as you would expect but it had lovely little touches such as boxed tissues in the bathroom and biscuits with the tea making facilities. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is situated on a services area but despite this it was very quiet. There is a 24 hr petrol station Costa and macdonalds on the services which is handy as the hotel only serves breakfast. The breakfast was beyond expectations giving a wide range of cooked and continental choices at a reasonable price Added bonus the hotel has a bar for a sneaky alcoholic drink Can’t rate this hotel high enough and we will definitely return in October

There were issues getting onto the main road from the services which were mainly due to build up of traffic at the lights and the macdonalds drive through entrance

A purpose built building a little way from Arundel Town centre, affording a good sized room with TWO chairs enabling two guests to sit rather than one breaking their back perched on the bed! Very good shower. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful crew.

We were warmly welcomed and checked in quickly, which was much appreciated after a long day exploring the beautiful gardens and Arundel Castle. The hotel is easily accessible for guests with mobility restrictions, and our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was wonderfully quiet, giving us a truly relaxing night. Breakfast was delicious, with a lovely English spread, a coffee machine, and a helpful, friendly gentleman on hand. Check-out was equally quick and easy, and a lovely lady even invited us to join the hotel's loyalty group and wished us a safe journey home. Thank you for the excellent service and lovely stay — we will definitely be back!

We booked a king room with an extra large double bed but the bed was actually a standard double bed. The room had no air conditioning and it had carpet which couldn't be properly cleaned. The was mould on the sides of the shower.

Very disappointed with breakfast. Only pears and oranges for our fruit salad. Fried eggs overcooked and cold. Bacon not properly cooked and cold. Mushrooms not properly cooked and cold.

There was Coffee stains on sheets ,lack of choice at Breakfast would have liked to have seen muffins, biscuits,pancakes and cakes.The eggs were over done and hard ,no tomatos or bananas.Also broken toilet flush reported not fixed ..Small parking space filled with . only 3 disabled space some parked didn't have a badge .

It was quiet, overall comfortable, had nice chat with the receptionist.

There's McDonalds next to the hotel so I couldn't reach the parking for more than half an hour because people were queueing for McDonalds. Had to abandon the car at the petrol station so I can check out. The major junction nearby seems like notorious for congestion. Glad I left early before I got trapped again.

Good location perfectly placed between Arundel and Worthing (though difficult to find a taxi covering trips between the hotel and Arundel), clean spacious rooms, really friendly staff!

Lack of air conditioning. The rooms were like saunas, and unfortunately the fans provided just blew hot air around. The location, whilst great, caused great disruption on day 2 of our stay, as trying to get out of the one way service station system was HORRIFIC! 40 minutes we sat in the car queueing to get onto the main road for what took us 1 minute the night before. The traffic management is awful and needs looking into properly!

All the staff were so very polite and helpful. Special mention to Lorenzo on reception. The lady who cleaned our room, I’m sorry, I don’t know her name, was lovely. She made sure we had enough milk for our tea and coffee, and our room was spotless. Whilst neither of us use a wheelchair, a walk in shower would have helped ( I couldn’t see on the booking form if that was available). Thank you for booking us a room near reception (as requested), this was a great help. Thank You for the portable fan in the room, I don’t think we could have managed without it in 34 degree heat.

The area was a little noisy with boy racers and a 24 hour Macdonalds and petrol station virtually next door. The fried breakfast could have been better. I’m not sure how they cooked the mushrooms (possibly boiled) they were tasteless. The fried eggs were rubbery. However, the bacon was first class, the best I have tasted. I appreciate, that providing food, for a staggered service, can be challenging, however, this was not good. It fell well below, the breakfast, provided at the Premier Inn.

Hotel was as we expected, functional without frills. A bar with inside/outside seating area. The room was fine, again basic, but everything worked. The buffet breakfast was good. Gluten free bread & cereal was available. The staff were attentive & helpful. For us, was a good experience.

Outside seating area could be a little noisy & smelly due to the adjoining fuel station & fast food restaurant. At peak times, found there was a queue to get out of the Service station area.

No one one reception when we arrived. Room very basic and the hotel was not at all like the photos. Reception gave the idea it was nice but beyond that it was awful. Shower/bath didn't drain well. Generally grubby and no sound proofing. Tv heard still playing at 2am.

The receptionist Lorenzo went above and beyond to give us a good stay! The hotel and our room/bathroom was spotless.

Although the bathroom was clean, it was in need of some TLC/ maintenance.

I asked for a gluten fee breakfast but the staff didn't know what that was, despite multiple signs around about asking about allergens. Breakfast buffet was cheap ingredients, basic, average to poor quality e.g. eggs overcooked, 1 choice of meat, 1 choice of cheese, 1 choice of yoghurt Whole decor needed an overhaul/ fresh coat of paint. Location meant we wouldn't stay again - the noise from McDonalds and the next door services meant we got little sleep - had to keep the room windows open as no aircon and really warm

1km from training station. 2km from Arundel town. No where to eat at night apart from McDonalds or 2km to town. No airconditioning (yes there was heating for winter) or fridge in the room.

We were very hot but I can’t fault the property - this was an exceptional heatwave and the UK doesn’t usually get this hot so there was no A/C. But they had very thoughtfully provided a big fan and with the windows open it gradually cooled down overnight

Was much better than I expected! The huge fan in the room was divine. Bathroom looked like it was recently refurbed and to a good standard and the shower was on point! Good tea and coffee making facilities And bottled water! Actually really couldn’t fault it. The the colour scheme was a tad 1970’s but kinda retro, so no biggy

The curtains were a bit flimsy and could do with being heavier and maybe blackout as it was super bright in the morning. But also not a major issue tbf.

A room at £260 per night with no air conditioning so we had to open windows and McDonald's is right outside so noisy all night we got no sleep. There was no one at reception when we left to speak too about the issues

We loved our stay at the comfort in - hubby and I and our three foster children. They were very good about phoning us to arrange a joining rooms which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was great and we have no complaints what so ever! Great to be close to the petrol station shop for all your cheeky snack requirements.

Some lunatic running around in and out of the hotel with no shirt, then laid on the floor and started having a conversation with the bin.

The twin room we had was at the back of the hotel so was quiet despite being next to services - Petrol station, Greggs, McDonalds. The room exceeded our expectations with comfy beds and lovely bathroom with power shower (hand held and rain shower head) The breakfast was buffet style and had cereals, toast, hot food and tea/coffee station. There was a bar there if you would like a drink in the evening. The location being outside of Arundel meant we had to drive in for visit and evening meals but we always found parking places

The T.V. didn't always get reception which was slightly annoying. Would have liked some fresh fruit salad at breakfast to go with yoghurts.

Showers very powerful.
