Sonesta Select Los Angeles LAX El Segundo

Personnel agréable, chambres jolies

Pas de coffre fort

Close to airport

Shuttle service starting at 6 am. I booked here because of the free airport shuttle and ending up paying for an uber

À taille humaine et personnel sympathique

Rien

Jardin intérieur, grande chambre, équipé très agreable

Parking cher

Booked for it’s convenient location before I flew home. Restaurants and groceries near by, friendly bar and reception staff. Clean pool.

Bed was comfortable

Had to pay for arking

not much. Room was clean. felt like Motel

Felt like Motel Breakfast was included in the price, but very bad experience. One person served at a time (not a buffet), so extremely slow and I almost missed my flight. Available options for breakfast were extremely small - most food was additional cost. Pretty much a bagel. Steep additional Parking charge ($35 for a few hours seems unreasonable) and no option for street parking.

The baloney was the best thing about the room even though we had to for chairs to sit outside. The chairs the brought was the white hood chairs. No Table to go with the chairs

The room is very small The bathtub was peeling and cracking looks like it's chipped all around The price for the room was too expensive for the quality of the room You have to pay $37 a night for parking Or else they'll tow your car. I will never stay with them again.

Posizione, piscina e camera

La colazione

Good value for money, gym, pool, parking (35$/day). Not extremely clean, but decent.

The Customer service was excellent

The facilities well the 24 hour snack bar was good in the lobby, however being that we paid for a service, we couldn't enjoy drinks at the bar beacuse for some odd reason there was no bartender, plus my coffee maker dudnt work in my room So we had to leave to watch games somewhere else which caused us additional fees

Nice rooms

This is my second stay with Senecta. Hidden fees and other expenses. $35 dollars per night for parking, $60 if you want to check-in early, expensive breakfast for the food you receive (there was absolutely no one there for breakfast) what got me was $8.00 for a bottle of water that cost $1.99 at the local store or you could buy a 24pk of water for $4.99 at the Ralphs less than 5 minutes away. Also service was not like my first stay. Becomes very expensive daily after you arrive. Very inconvenient I will not be returning.

Colazione: incluse solo poche cose.

We had a very nice stay at the Sonesta Select, as a rest day between long haul flights

Good location, very clean and good smell room! Kind staff.

The breakfast was very poor and small portion!

The pool was great!! And good location

Water took a little long to warm up

Limpieza, atención

Alle Personen waren freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Ich wünschte mir einen Wasserkocher für Tee. Tee aus einem Keurig schmeckt nach Kaffee.

Dirty carpets and highly unfriendly staff

Conveniently located close to LAX with shuttles that can take you to and from the airport. I had ti be at LAX for my flight at 4:30 in the morning, and I paid $15 for the shuttle to take me. It was a great experience.

Good location near the airport with shutter services and big room.

The Staff is not the best, they don't go beyond their pay rate. Facilities don't look clean, too many stainless on the carpet and very expensive parking without security.

Lindo y cómodo

Cobran muy caro el estacionamiento, lamentable desayuno

Location, very good.

Bed, was terrible.

Beautiful property and so close and convenient to the airport.

N/A

Closeness to the airport without the noise of being near the planes

Very disappointed with the shuttle service. The arrival driver refused to help us with our bags but helped a white passenger (we are Latino). On departure, the female driver was grumpy, yelled at us about the 6 PM departure time, and closed the van on us instead of letting us load our luggage. We had to do all the heavy lifting ourselves both ways. Terrible customer service.

Comfortable bed

1 hour wait for shuttle. Staff at reception acknowledged the wait but offered nothing to compensate.

The location is great. Staff friendly. Van pick up to and from airport is great for being gratis.

Nothing, all good!

Everything

Nothing

I arrived at LAX after a very long flight. I called Sonesta for an airport shuttle and they answered immediately amd sent the shuttle. When I arrived at the hotel it was a smooth check in. The room was clean quiet and comfortable. I will definitely book this hotel again. And enjoyed beimg able to walk to a supermarket amd Inn and Out Burger !!

There wasnt anything I didnt like

Quiet area, decently clean

Upon entering our hotel room, there was a musty smell. I thought oh well, it’s nothing I can’t deal with, we cranked up the AC and it went away eventually. The real bummer came with breakfast. I upgraded my reservation to include breakfast, it was an extra 15 dollars. But when I came downstairs expecting a full spread of warm fattening hotel breakfast foods, no such sight met my eyes. Instead, the server looked me dead in my eyes and offered me a bagel, a coffee and a juice. I had no idea that they meant breakfast for 5 year olds! Save your money and go somewhere else. For breakfast at the very least

Camas comodas.

Quiet patio room next to pool

Nothing

Gutes Flughafenhotel

Fast to get to the airport. Microwave oven in room was handy. Close to train.

The mattress was saggy. Needs replacing.

$35 to park overnight with no other choices

Everthing was great

That i had to checkout, the King Size bed was so Comfy

It was clean, near the airport, has a shuttle.

It is all good.

Plush bed; clean & quiet room (good soundproofing); quality little gym; friendly receptionists and free shuttle

$11 avocado toast seemed pricey.

De lift was defect

It was a big room, it was quite, bed was comfortable, staff were attentive, coffee machine and pods in room, small fridge, good social area, good internet, supermarket and fast food outlets very near (5 minutes walk), airport shuttle.

Pipes seemed blocked as shower water did not drain well, musty smell upon arrival to room, no teabags provided, outside pool seemed a little unclean,

Liked the room though it could have used a microwave. Liked the free airport shuttle.

No microwave in room. Having a real restaurant on the premises would have been a plus.

room is excellent with balcony location is outstanding very close to airport

room rates are a little too high paid parking is not needed

Having to pay for parking.

Clean, roomy, convenient to airport, kind staff , nicely layed out.

Nothing

Starbucks coffee, the check-in process, the staff.

Old, carpet in halls, elevator out.

Location was good.

Need a whatsapp or facebook phone number for contact. The breakfast wasn't what I expected (buffet) although it was adequate.

Nada

I like everything about this hotel. Location, facilities and comfortable beds!

The lift was being fixed so had to carrying luggage up 3 levels. People smoking weed on their rooms so couldn’t have the balcony door open.

The man who checked us in was wonderful.

The shuttle driver from the airport to the hotel drove so fast that we were gripping our seats in fear and the beds were sagging. The elevator was also not working so we had to climb the stairs with our luggage to get to our rooms.

Alles was tip top netjes.

It’s location

It’s only two stories so doesn’t feel like a large Hotel

great food and Coffie

all was nice

Excellent staff and hotel

I. was charged twice on my visa. Still haven't received a refund.

Clean Fitness centre was small but adequate Staff were friendly.

ホテル側より、booking.comへのクレームです。 これはbooking.comの大きな大きな失態です。

très bon emplacement, près de l'aéroport..

Faudrait nettoyer les moquettes des couloirs..

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable—easily one of the best I’ve slept in. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The facilities were excellent, and the pool was a real highlight—my son absolutely loved it. While the hotel is around 30–40 minutes from the main attractions, the overall experience more than made up for the distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Only had one night there so unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use all the facilities. Room had everything what we needed. Staff was very helpful and kind

The staff at the front desk were wonderful. The last lady who cleaned our room, I believe her name is Cecila did such a wonderful job. A lovely place to stay!

Nothing!

Micheal at the front desk was very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay stress free and also let us know places to eat in the area so thank you for that . .he was very professional

Nothing
