Nice and spacious lobby and bar area. They had some nice freebies like popcorn and flavoured ice water upon arrival. The staff were really lovely, Rodi was energetic, friendly, welcoming and great with our kids! We had the pool all to ourselves and the kids had a blast.

The two bartending staff were amazing and accommodating, we also enjoyed playing at the pool table while having drinks.

I didn’t like they forgot to give me my breakfast ticket and I almost paid because of that mistake. The room was okay for the one night but the AC was so loud and noisy plus very thin walls.

Clean and convenient hotel close by LAX, perfect for 1 night between flights. Efficient check in. Great bed.

Room 203 has the view on trash and noise from people managing this trash from 6 am. I’ve messaged the hotel on Booking a couple of times well in advance to get info on the fee shuffle from the airport: I’ve never got a response.

The bathroom was disgusting, the air vents were filthy, and there was rust everywhere. This was extremely disappointing and definitely not the level of cleanliness or experience we expect from a Marriott property.

Chambre trop petite. Nous avions une chambre de 2 lits mais il est impossible d’ouvrir 2 valises complètement. Hotel très bruyant, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs. Après-shampoing non rechargé dans la salle de bains, prise qui ne fonctionne pas au dessus de la table de chevet, pas de lumière au dessus de la machine à café donc on ne voit pas la quantité d’eau que l’on met…

La atención de david al llegar. Habíamos solicitado un early check in y nos lo ofreció de forma inmediata.

I cannot say enough good things about the Aloft El Segundo! After needing a room at the absolute last minute with no prior reservation, the staff welcomed me with open arms and accommodated me immediately. The customer service here is unmatched. Every staff member was super friendly, contributing to a vibrant and amazing overall atmosphere. My room was exceptionally clean, incredibly comfortable, and featured a beautiful view overlooking their pool area. They also offer a great complimentary breakfast to start your day, and the proximity to the airport makes traveling completely stress-free. To top it all off, the pricing was fantastic for the high quality you receive. I had a wonderful experience and will absolutely be coming back!

I stayed there recently for the second time. It’s a convenient spot when you need a hotel with a shuttle to LAX. The lobby has a bar and a pool table and gets loud at night. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom shower is good. It’s often priced lower than comparable hotels nearby. The shuttle runs 24 hours and it’s about 10-15 minutes to LAX.

This place is in an excellent location. There are many areas to eat or shop within walking distance.

Inside it smelled old, like an old Vegas hotel. The room felt very tight.

I liked the location of the hotel in proximity of the airport. Also there were many take out and restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We also really appreciated having the shuttle to the airport.

The room had a stagnant smell. The shower had a small step and was slippery so could be considered dangerous.

Small.room, basic bathroom, lackluster shower, no kettle to boil water for tea, very poor lighting in room. No breakfast for the price. No water in room..also for the price, I feel it should be a given.

Everything was great except for the 2 drunk people hanging out in the hallway laughing yelling and acting crazy at 12:30 at night.! Not fun when I had to wake up at 2:00 for a flight.

En realidad, solo llegar y el trato fue excelente, pudimos hacer el check in de inmediato. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y cómodas. El personal es excelente y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Para el desayuno se puede elegir varias cosas entre bagels o pan cuadrado, fruta, cereales, leche, yogurt, té. La habitación era silenciosa y la limpiaron todos los días.

I didn’t like the charge for parking and that it did not have many choices for breakfast even by paying it. The continental breakfast was only liquids coffee, tea or water. For what I pay per night, I expected just a little more.

Our blanket had stains, we also had no tv remote, and our heater wasn’t working properly.

I loved the bar and snack area, and the fact everything looked new and remodeled.

Parking 40$ la nuit !!!! Hors de prix , a devrai être compris dans la nuit de l'hôtel, au prix de la nuit . Bâtiment rénové mais juste en apparence ! Personnel qui fait "riche" mais c'est tout l'inverse quand on voit les chambres Bruyant a l'accueil, musique assez forte. Tout le monde parle fort ! On ce croirait dans une boîte de nuit , a 23h on a envie de calme Pas de petit déjeuner ou alors faut payer ! Encore ! Moquette au sol Inox rouiller dans la salle bain Peinture écaillée Plafond de l'hôtel a même la tuyauterie Ça peut faire les riches quand l'apparence est autre chose !

Cuentan con servicio de transporte gratuito desde y hacia el aeropuerto. El personal fue amable, El cuarto en general muy cómodo, al igual que la cama. Cuenta con estacionamiento, aunque no lo usamos, no se si sea de pago.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, no lo podías regular. O era mucho frio o era apagarlo.

The hotel was very well located close to airport and nearby shopping zones including fast food restaurants and groceries. The hotel shuttle to the airport was very frequent, pleasant and free.

The room was OK, but the walls were thin and we got waken up by the cleaning staff shouting in the corridor. The swimming pool is not warm, not with a lifeguard and without bar/drinks/toilet. The breakfast was very unhealthy - choices of bread with sugar, yogurt with sugar, pancakes with sugar or pastry with sugar - no meat, cheese, salad or even bread without sugar and preservatives.

Great location close to the beach. Surrounded by restaurants that I like. Receptionists were excellent the bartender was amazing. She made sure that my husband and I were enjoying the drinks that she made which I really did. I can’t recall her name, but she worked in the afternoon, she made sure we were taken care of. Housekeeping was great everyday my room was clean, but I was upset that an expensive fish dinner from Rock Fish was thrown out which I sat the bag to the side and it was thrown out.

The room was small for it to be a King Suite. The water from the bathroom sink was not pouring out the water it should have. There was no microwave in the room to accommodate guest who would not have to go to the lobby to warm food in the middle of the night.

Location -- close to lax and across the street from a big supermarket. Vibe -- staff were friendly and helpful. Pretty good selection for breakfast.

The location was good and the room was clean.

My room was on a lower level and it felt like a basement. The wooden base of the bed is black and sticks out from the mattress and I clobbered my shin on it. Ouch.

Great stay, hip hotel. We loved the pool, wish there was a hot tub though! The loungers are super comfy. Beds in the room were comfortable, not hard. The room and hotel were very clean. The infused water provided by the hotel in the lobby was refreshing. There’s a cute popcorn machine. Make sure to get a breakfast sand-which in the morning, they are good! We were happy that so many easy dining options were close by, like In-N-Out, Chipotles, a few Chinese restaurants, walgreens and Ralph’s as well. Wish the bar cocktails were a little better priced. Service all around was good from check in to check out. Will stay here again in between layovers * The continental breakfast kind of sucks , you should be able to have that stuff along with a hot item if you want, for the price.

Stayed one night. Hotel was clean, bathroom was modern and clean. Room overlooked pool. You could open the double doors overlooking the pool for fresh air. Air conditioner worked great, bed was comfortable, shuttle was easy to catch at the airport and return to the airport. Shuttle drivers were pleasant and friendly. Special shout out to Nicole at the front desk for the exceptional welcome. Would stay again.

Our stay here was exceptional. While the rooms themselves offer all the standard comforts you’d expect, the hotel as a whole feels like it explodes into full modern luxury. We really, genuinely loved it here. Our room opened out over the streets with fresh air and those classic LA vibes — such a treat. For a first‑time traveller to the USA, this place would tick every box. It’s supreme comfort at a very reasonable price point. The amenities were a standout. They offer luggage storage, an airport shuttle, and a well‑stocked mini‑market — honestly the best I’ve seen in all my travels. They even sell alcohol in the mini‑mart, which I’ve never seen before. Meal options were great too, with plenty of seating both indoors and out on the balcony overlooking the pool and courtyard. Add in a fun bar area and the whole first level has a lively, elevated vibe. Downstairs, the colourful pool area was such a surprise — disability access included, with a pool chair available. You’ll also find the gym, modern firepits, heaters for cooler evenings, and plenty of lounging space. This urban‑style setup added a burst of excitement to what was just meant to be an overnight stay. I watched the staff throughout our visit and I have to say: every single one of them went above and beyond. I was charged for a stay that didn’t even happen all because the only physical card I had was my cash app card and they couldn’t even do me the courtesy of helping me cancel my reservation. They said “contact the 3rd party (booking) to cancel and we will approve it” I submitted a request through booking to void my cancellation fee and Booking said the property never responded to them.
