This property was in a good location for LAX, we stayed for 2 nights before flying out, no homeless nearby that we saw. The location was great as we explored the surrounding areas by car. This property has a few food places and fuel stations nearby. The property was modern, clean, tidy, extremely comfortable beds, free coffee 24/7 in reception for guests and all staff we encountered, were friendly and helpful. You pay for parking but it is worth it, it is off the street and in a parking building behind and under the hotel, felt very secure. Great breakfast selection and you can adjust the air conditioning temperature.

At breakfast it was extremely busy, a very large space with very limited seating/tables to eat at for the number of guests. Tables also need to be wiped cleaned as people left, or supply cleaning wipes for guests to clean the tables themselves as we had to eat at a very dirty table two mornings in a row. Air conditioning unit was very loud, this appears to be a common thing in the US as we had the same issue at every hotel we stayed at. You will need earplugs to sleep if you aren't used to the noise.

I booked and paid for a suite here for my birthday weekend and completed digital check-in the day before. The Hilton Honors app confirmed I was “all set” and assigned me room 538, telling me to head straight up with my Digital Key. We arrived late after a flight with our toddler asleep in my arms — only to be told at the front desk that room 538 was already occupied and the only option left was a standard room. A significant downgrade from what I paid for, with no comparable alternative and no heads-up. If the app assigns a guest a specific room, that room should be honored. Deeply disappointing for what was supposed to be a special weekend.

Our stay was amazing! We needed a room to that was close to LAX but not too close. It was perfect distance! The room was nice and spacious and the staff was amazing! Special shout out to Ronaldo for being great and helpful throughout my stay. The lobby was lovely and the food was delicious. I will definitely be staying here again and referring people here.

My review is 100% about the parking (or lack thereof). The hotel shares parking spaces with an airport shuttle service and there are not nearly enough parking spots for guests of the hotel. I spent over 30 minutes making loops around each area designated for the hotel late in the evening upon my arrival along with several other guest all looking for spots. I finally gave up and asked the front desk what to do and they instructed me to park in a fire lane outside near their maintenance trucks, so I did. In the morning I found that they must have directed other guest to do the same, as I was completely parked in by a line of cars...and the hotel HAD NO WAY TO REACH ANY OF THE GUESTS, even though they have numbers on each parking pass. Ridiculous. And they charged me $30 for parking for the pleasure of not having a spot, getting parked in, and being seriously delayed in the morning until I could get my car out.

Place is perfect ! Had an amazing time with my family. Breakfast was amazing, front desk staff and the entire team were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again !

Toilet paper was not enough for the stay. I had to service desk to get more. Because the room was not stocked appropriately.

The hotel was very convenient. Close to LAX 5 minute drive, the hotel was very clean, the staff was excellent, a lot of places to eat walking distance, very safe place, and you have Manhattan Beach literally down the street. I slept very comfortable no noise at all. I traveled with my wife and 2 kids they lived it. The indoor pool was nice.

We stayed here for one night because needed to rest after traveling from Asia due to the layovers and long flights. We had another flight the next morning and we wanted to be close to the airport in the event of traffic. As a Diamond member who’s stayed at countless hotels in the Hilton network, this is my honest experience of the hotel. First, the hotel is unbelievably close to the airport. There is no reason anyone should miss a flight. If you are staying here due to a long layover or an early flight, I highly recommend using Uber to avoid paying a parking fee. We took an Uber from the airport and back to the airport the next morning. We spent around $38 on Uber which was fine. Second, the rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfortable. We got a good nights rest. We didn’t get to eat breakfast because we slept through it because we got to the hotel kind of late at night. Also, this Hampton does have a restaurant but it had closed when we got there. Now for my 2 pet peeves. First, my husband went down to buy me a Coke and him a tea from the suite shop, can you believe that they were $6 each with tax. A 20 ounce drink. I found that to be ridiculous. I’ve stayed at high end hotels within the Hilton network domestically and internationally and I’ve never seen such foolishness. This is price gouging BUT it’s the hotels right to overcharge. Next, if you order DoorDash, you are made to come to the lobby and get it. Drivers are not allowed to bring the food up to you which totally defeats the purpose of having food delivery and it was a total inconvenience to us because we were dead tired. I usually try and avoid hotels that restrict food delivery drivers from dropping food at the room but I wasn’t aware of this. Also, you may hear noise from cars passing by on the road depending on where your room is but we weren’t bothered too much because we were tired. Lastly, the front desk person somehow messed up our receipt which caused us to not get our Hilton Honors points. The final receipt showed that we paid $0. It was a whole ordeal that was time consuming. We had to contact Hilton and they had to contact the hotel to get a corrected receipt so that they could add the points from our stay. Nevertheless, I can’t stress this enough, this hotel is perfect due to its close proximity to the airport.

Beds were comfortable, the hotel is quiet although on a busy road near the airport. Nice and clean with lovely soaps, shampoo etc.

Location is not ideal as a drive to anywhere decent for food, atmosphere or scenic walks. Right next to the airport.

Location to airport Friendly staff

I wound up choosing this airport due to cost and reviews despite needing to attend an event in Gardena. The first thing that I noticed was that there was no hotel shuttle, despite almost being able to see it from the hotel. If you're not driving, you need to take a taxi or an Uber, and I would recommend the latter as I found taxi drivers to be a tad irate to be waiting in line for a fare only to find you're basically going just outside the airport. The hotel itself was as expected. The room was very spacious and well-maintained - similar to other Hampton Inns I have stayed at. The hot water was a bit finnicky, but still fine. You can't cast to the TV, but I got to watch live NPB baseball, so bonus!! Breakfast is well, is what it is for the US. Which means I walked over to IHOP instead for a Philly cheesesteak instead. Yes, for breakfast. No, I don't care it's not a breakfast item, they offer it, it's yummy, i eat it. If you don't mind walking there is a Chick-fil-a, a Carl's Jr. and an In-'n-out among other strip mall food, as well as a Ralph's grocery if you want to do grocery shopping instead. The walk is on a very main road, which again might prefer driving instead. Again, I partly chose the hotel for its pool... which I never actually got to use. I really should actually use them if I'm bothering to pack swimming trunks. It looked like a good pool if it means anything. Bottom line, this hotel basically met my expectations for a Hampton Inn (considering for the most part the room experience is basically "cookie cutter" nowadays). The staff were friendly and answered all the questions I had, and the hotel fulfilled its duty. I would consider staying here again, but would love some shuttle access - even though I imagine Hampton Inn might not cater to that particular clientele. These are shorter, less detailed reviews, but only because I've written so many now, that those who follow my reviews know what I'm looking for and at this point, most hotels in a given chain intentionally try to give the same experience wherever you stay, and it'd be more useful to write things that somehow didn't meet expectations.

The parking was convenient, Late check-in accommodated. The breakfast was very good. It was quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Overall a very good experience, with no complaints. We arrived at LAX late at night and didn't want to drive home, so stayed overnight here and woke up refreshed and ready to go

The staff was very nice. The hotel was very clean and we liked that it had a restaurant and bar.

My son had a medical emergency, and we had to cancel our California trip. Although all our trip bookings through Orbitz were listed as non-refundable and non-cancelable, Orbitz was able to contact every provider, and all but this one hotel agreed to cancel our bookings, which allowed Orbitz to issue full refunds. Every other provider—three of four hotels, airlines, rental cars, rental car insurance, and even Universal Studios—was understanding and issued refunds. This hotel, which we had booked only for the last night of the trip, was the only one that did not cancel the booking. Given our circumstances, they did not show the same compassion that all the other hotels and bookings did.

My elderly parents had fully prepaid for their room, arrived late at night exhausted after traveling, and were denied check-in simply because they could only pay the deposit in cash. We understand that hotels have policies, but what shocked us was the complete lack of humanity and basic compassion from the staff. Instead of trying to help, offering alternatives, or even allowing them time to book another place safely, the front desk staff treated them terribly. The woman at the desk was extremely rude, dismissive, and borderline harassing toward two senior people who were already under a lot of stress. My parents were left standing outside in the middle of the night, frightened and humiliated, despite already paying for their stay in full. This was not just “following policy” — this was inhumane treatment. There was absolutely no empathy, no professionalism, and no attempt to help vulnerable guests in a difficult situation. My mother and father experienced enormous stress before an important upcoming trip, and no elderly people should ever be treated this way by hospitality staff. We are deeply disappointed and honestly heartbroken by how cruel and unprofessional this experience was.

Un alojamiento equipado con todo lo que necesitas para una estancia corta cerca al aeropuerto. Al momento del check in se debió dejar un depósito de $50, el cual es reintegrado unos días después. Durante el check out nos permitieron guardar el equipaje, ya que nuestro vuelo salía hasta por la noche. Desayuno tipo buffet, personal muy amable.

El aseo de las toallas puede ser mejor, pero estaba aceptable.

Bar closed at 11:00 and could have stayed open. Also on the top floor there is a loud hum that comes from the roof.

This is my new go-to LAX hotel. Great hotel, even better people. Adrian and Wendy are the best. I’m a Hilton diamond member, so I stay at a lot of Hiltons. I’ve been treated better here than any other property. And that’s before they knew I was a Diamond member. I only stay here now. With a busy airport like LAX, and a busy travel day, there’s nothing like staying at a very nice hotel, with even nicer people, before or after your flight.

Super breakfast - now they have plant based sausage. Best part of the stay. Very clean and the shower actually had good hot water.

Shuttle to or from airport would be nice - expensive to get there if you arrrive in rush hour. Round trip fm airport was about 30% of the cost of the room. Trump oil was the cause.

For us, this is THE hotel near LAX. Close enough for Uber Black (Terminal pick up) and walkable to In-N-Out. Nice beer selection, friendly staff, quiet, with good amenities. We'll always be back.

Slightly more fresh breakfast options would be nice. The bananas are always out immediately when restocked.

I had a small issue with my check-in by no fault of the hotel simply from how it was booked. However Wendy was very professional and extremely helpful/patient with us. Kudos to her and the team! You guys rock!

Positive is we were able to get a room when we arrived at 1am. Negatives: we could literally hear every word of the people staying next door. Either they were way too loud or the walls are paper thin. Breakfast was okay. No GF options available. Should really think about getting some GF options for people who can't have gluten. I had an omelette and a banana.
