Charging an additional amount for breakfast was a bit pricey and the shower was lethal for slippery surface. We did get a small slip mat from reception but they could do with adding the anti slip surface to the base of the shower.

Everybody was so accommodating, friendly with great customer service.

The cab that we called that was supposedly tied with the hotel. I asked for a receipt, he gave me a card with his name, which I did not catch that it was not a receipt he gave me as we were in a hurry to check-in.

The room was filthy, toilet blocked and it was expensive for such poor quality. The breakfast was awful. Allergies not catered to properly, very busy and tiny plates of hot food put out so run out constantly

We visited legoland as a family of 10 and stayed at this hotel in a double room and 2 family rooms The location was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were brilliant We had a one night stay with breakfast and would definitely recommend, anyone who is visiting legoland, to book a nights stay here

Da wir auf der Durchreise zum Flughafen waren, war die Lage des Hotels für uns perfekt. Da wir nur eine Nacht dort verbrachten, ist eine weitere Beurteilung schwer zu erstellen. Wir hatten das Zimmer im 8. Stock und einen Blick auf das Schloss Windsor, was ein zusätzlich netter Pluspunkt war.

Das der Wasserkocher im Zimmer nicht funktionierte.

The shower leaked, the iron didn’t work. The breakfast was terrible & the lady putting the knives & forks out actually touched the part that you eat from to put them on the table, instead of the handle. In one of the rooms the air con leaked which ended up in having to be moved rooms. The hand soap is revolting too!

L’établissement est vieillissant. Les équipements sont pas top. La douche par pitié … changez le pommeau de douche ! Plein de calcaire l’eau sort de partout tellement c’est bouché. L’établissement est aussi mal insonorisé (extérieur comme intérieur) et à côté d’une autoroute donc voitures (ça encore c’est ok) mais police, motos on entend tout. Enfin le petit déjeuner.. mais quelle déception .. boissons chaudes infectes, boissons froides idem… Peu de choix. Absolument pas digne d’un 4 étoiles.

I didnt like anything

There was no cleanliness, carpets were so untidy. Walls were so dirty, bathroom sink was clogged. No outlet near beds. My husband use cpap machine , he had hard time to connect the device as there were no outlet near bed. The interior was no confusing. We had hard time to reach the room or to go outside the building.

The hotel is easy to get to from m4 and it was a very good stay.parking was available and the food and breakfast were very good

The hotel was generally clean and comfortable, and our stay was fine overall. The staff were pleasant and the location was convenient for our needs.

The hotel felt quite dated, particularly the room, carpets, furniture and common areas, and would benefit from refurbishment. The Booking.com photos did not really convey how dated some of these areas were.

I stopped by for dinner as I needed to charge my motorcycle, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Magda was exceptionally friendly and made everything super easy. The property is only a short train ride from Windsor and very accessible to the motorway back to London. The staff was also very helpful and competent in sorting out a particular issue that we had.

Do Not Stay Here As long-standing IHG members, we were extremely disappointed by the condition of the Holiday Inn Slough. The hotel was dirty and poorly maintained, with stained carpets and neglected public areas. Room 715 was particularly concerning. The carpets, furniture and furnishings were old and dirty, and there was even a screwdriver left on the floor. The bathroom had a hole in the wall between the shower and toilet cistern, which was completely unacceptable. We were offered an alternative room, but unfortunately it was no better. We therefore checked out and had to find alternate accommodation. This was our first night of our UK holiday, and we expected far better from an IHG property. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this hotel.

First time here, great welcome and friendly staff.The room was clean and tidy with a fantastic air conditioner which was a godsend given the recent temperatures. Location is ideal if visiting the local attractions and although close to the motorway little or no noise.Ideal parking better than some others in the area.A couple of nights stay allowed me to sample the hotel food, reasonable selection and very tasty.

Stayed here before and once again it was a perfect base for Legoland. 3 of us stayed in a 2 double bedroom room for one night. Beds super comfy, bathroom super clean, lovely shower, shower gel and shampoo provided and I asked for conditioner and they supplied some. Parking costs about £7 overnight but you can come and go for that price. Breakfast was fab. Our ASD daughter even found foods she enjoyed. They gave her a colouring pack on arrival too. Would stay again.

No real gripes tbh but our daughter wa looking forward to black pudding at brwakfast which they don't do.... this is by no means a complaint though 😆

Location was ideal for our visit to Windsor and beds were comfy. We had stayed here a few years ago, so was happy to rebook.

Our television went bang at 9pm and the sockets in that part of the room tripped too so we were unable to charge devices. The bedside lights didn’t work for the stay so we were unable to have low lighting on, just the main bright light. The shower flooded the bathroom floor and my son had left his PJs on the floor to put on after his shower - they were soaked so unwearable. The door had tape around it as if something had previously happened in the room which wasn’t pleasant. Breakfast ok, but overall we were pleased our stay was only one night. Staff advised they would email regarding a discount for a future stay but haven’t received anything…

Die Nähe zur Autobahn und auch zum Legoland waren perfekt für uns. Das Hotel selbst ist schon älter aber dennoch okay für 2 Nächte. In der Nähe gab es gute Lokale die Fussläufig erreichbar sind. Frühstück hatten wir keines gebucht.

Excellent rooms with fantastic air conditioning. Staff were great and food delicious. The only downside was the noise from the kids playing in sort of the restaurant. It became so loud with screaming for 2 hours that my family and I had to leave. A bit of a disappointment when we were looking forward to an enjoyable dinner.

If you are going to legoland this is the place to stay. I booked 2 rooms for 4 people. 2 of us were on floor 1 , 2 were on floor 8. I asked if they could put us on same floor the receptionist was amazing and got us rooms opposite each other. And our 9 year old got a free activity pack. Thanks so much

The room was comfortable enough. We had Deja vue having left a Marriott Delta hotel in Swansea this room was exactly the same - the staff confirmed it used to be a Marriott hotel

The AC was ok, not great, and because the quilt was not particularly a summer quilt it was was at night despite the AC being on the lowest setting

Great hotel convenient for Heathrow. Paris made us very welcome at check in with activity packs for the children. The children’s playroom was a pleasant surprise. We had two interconnecting rooms with loads of space for the children. Food in the restaurant was good and served quickly which always helps with kids.

From the minute I walked into the door reception the staff were incredibly helpful really kind and very sociable. It was a lovely welcome. The rooms were clean amenable. Breakfast was really good plenty to choose from.

From start to finish the staff have been so kind and helpful. We checked in with the help from Paris who couldn’t have been kinder to us and our children. They received activity packs, wrist bands and sweets which was a lovely touch for them. The hotel is clean and family friendly and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff were so welcoming, calm, kind and knowledgeable. They were great with my daughter and we’d like to highlight the following members of staff. Sana, Kristina, Tobi, Burtek, Matti and for their great service. We had dinner and stayed overnight as we visited Legoland. We will be back, highly recommended!

Заявлено, що готель має 4 зірки, отже очікуєш на виключну чистоту і свіжість номеру. Натомість - брудна підлога в ванній (як і м'яке покриття в номері), пил на поверхнях, місцями пліснява у ванній і облущена стеля, скрипуче ліжко, неприємний запах рушників. В цілому номер, очевидно, вже дуже давно без реновацій, тому загальні відчуття від перебування - некомфортно. Від сніданку також було більше очікувань, оскільки в мережі Holiday Inn вже мали попередній досвід перебування (є з чим порівняти): для дітей не було панкейків, лише один вид шинки і сиру, із фруктів - кавун і диня, в той час як яблука і апельсини лежать в кутку вже дуже довго, що аж погнили. Окремий нюанс - додаткова оплата за паркінг. Загалом моя оцінка "погано", бо загальне враження складається із отаких от цеглинок. І коли обирала готель, спиралась на аналогічний досвід в готелі м. Престон.

The location was great. Car park was great. Staff was friendly. Room size was decent.

Price of the room. Very expensive and overrated. Paying £7 to park my car. Iron was not working properly. Bathroom extractor fan was not working. Carpet in the room was dirty. It’s had its time.

Where should I start. My initial card was declined twice, used another card and was able to make reservation payment. Only for my bank to ring me that there was 2 payments from the same card that was declined. All conversation with the reservation desk only got one of the payment returned. I was informed that second payment has been cancelled but will take a few days depending on the bank. Card had to be reactivated every time I leave the room! Fridge was missing in the room etc. whole place needed painting, carpet stained and old etc. Never again! PS: still waiting on the last cancelled payment to be returned.

Room was not clean stains were everywhere carpet was full of dust and stains hairs were on the bed dust was everywhere shower drain system wasn't working properly the toilet seat was the most uncomfortable seat i ever used the 1st room was given air conditioner wasn't working and lights and tv .i had a very bad experience my 2 young kids were there with us and I was worried about the hygiene and there health we paid over £500 for our stay i dont think that was a good experience i have a video

Very pleasant experience; the staff (particularly Amelia Bernadyn) have been very helpful, kind, and respectful throughout. The location is very good for holiday and business travel, especially if you're looking for a quiet stay. The room was very tidy, organised, and well maintained. A decent amount of parking is available (free, too), and overall, just a good time.

Really nice hotel, room was clean. One broken lamp but wasnt really a problem . Food was lovely and the bar had free juice and popcorn for little ones plus colouring sheets and a football table to keep them entertained. Food amd drinks reasonably priced. I staI regularly dine at the restaurant in the evening, often served by Magda, who is consistently friendly, attentive, and always approaches guests with a smile and eagerness to please. She is truly a credit to the hotel.

Really spacious room - two double beds and still space to move around. As a family of 2adults, 2kids and a baby this was much appreciated. Also, the air-con was great! Bar food was nice and service was quick (again this is appreciated with small kids).

great location for legoland really friendly staff, children not an issue and they had colouring, football game, kids eat free menu, big car park, cannot fault for value. Only issue communial areas cleaning was not great windows full off cobwebs.

This hotel is so convenient for Heathrow, 15mins to T5.. Stayed here twice now and both occasions have been faultless. Plenty of parking, friendly staff both at reception and in the restaurant. Food was good. Rooms clean, beds comfy. Everything was good.

It had rooms when I was stranded at Heathrow by a flight cancellation and it is only 15 minutes by taxi from the airport.

Fortunately the room had air conditioning (heat waves). Breakfast was quite good and varied. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The air conditioning was exceedingly noisy, going off and coming back on every ten minutes with a clonk and whirring sound that kept waking us through the night. In the bathroom the hand wash was diluted water and ended the first night and no one changed it while we stayed there. I also asked for a different pillow at the front desk and it was never delivered. Unrelated to the hotel, it is impossible to take a taxi from Heathrow airport to a hotel in Slough because it is outside London and London cabs are allowed to refuse it. We ended up getting an uber and it was excessively expensive even so.

Great stay at the hotel - team was great and breakfast was a treat, enough parking. Sandeep
