Its definitely a very nicely done up and designed hotel however i wish there were more resources provided. The showers are INCREDIBLE. the beds are very comfy and the staff were lovely.

The ‘smart tv’ wasnt smart at all. The only channels that worked were the marriot bonvoy ads and some french channels. There were no other channels working and there was no YouTube etc. i wish there was a small fridge in the room as well as a proper wardrobe. I get the vibe theyre going for but tbh it needs a bit more structure for people spending over €500 for 3 nights. I also dont like how theres no telephone in the rooms and also the lack of lighting. They have mood lighting but like come on, you need some practical lighting too.

The lady at the desk wasn't friendly at all. I booked early check in and it appears no room was available for us. After complaining I had email confirmation, a room magically became available.

Stayed here several times now. Convenient for what I need it for. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Great spacious room and bathroom for disabled guest.

Parking around area can be difficult

The Hotel accommodation was comfortable for 1 day stay. The location as well was very convenient, as the station, shopping, restaurants were nearby and easily accessible.

Good location, right in middle of Slough, good bus and rail connections, nice modern hotel, friendly helpful staff, good size rooms and bed.

TVs were broken, was not told about this upon check in, only found out from someone else who was staying there. Used a locker on check in day, very difficult to use, and despite following instructions from staff and the locker appearing to be locked, I returned upon check in time to find my locker was wide open and was very lucky not to have my bags stolen. More minor problems: only 2 pillows provided, which were very soft with no firmer alternatives provided, for breakfast on first morning I followed the only signs to the "restaurant" only to end up in the restaurant for the hotel above, but was luckily able to use this as was owned by same company but feel like signage should be provided for the Moxy part

Close to the station, close to supermarkets and restaurants. The staff at Moxy were lovely, from check in, to ordering food at the end of the night were so helpful and check out was seamless. If I’m in the area and need a hotel I would choose Moxy again over and over

nothing matters when youre not being treated right

I was a paying guest staying at the hotel for a business trip. That evening, my friend came to meet me and we were sitting in the lobby discussing some matters. A manager approached us and spoke to us in a very rude, disrespectful and confrontational manner. The situation became extremely uncomfortable and escalated into an argument. The manager also removed his name tag, making it difficult for me to identify him. I believe his name was Kenny. I felt very poorly treated despite being a paying guest. I would like the hotel to investigate this incident and explain why I was treated in this manner. I found the behaviour completely unprofessional and very disappointing.

Beds were comfortable and everything was neat and clean. It’s a fun, quirky hotel. Most of the staff are pleasant and professional. It’s good enough for a couple of nights.

Breakfast finishes at 9.30 which totally caught me out. Staff were lovely and rescued a plate of food for me.

The hotel was clean and the restaurant was lovely.

We were in room 125 the bed was broken and had a big indentation in the middle, camp bed had missing springs. The keypad for the air-con/ heating system was broken. Shower leaked from bottom when in use so pressure was poor.

Awesome theme of the thunderbirds throughout with lots of Easter eggs. Room was comfortable and well thought out and the bar/restaurant was good.

Maybe not in the best location, but perfectly safe and secure.

The room was lovely. Staff were super helpful with all requests. Parking was also free using the hotel's customer permit. The vibe of the hotel is so nice and the location was perfect for us - walking distance from the wedding reception we were attending nearby and lots of amenities around.

Availability of food 24hrs, cleanliness and size of the rooms

The property was very clean, with very friendly staff! Ok complimentary welcome cocktails. Cool games in the lobby to play with friends. The location is convenient to visit Windsor Castle.

There was confusion at check in. We booked for early arrival. This part of the booking was direct with the hotel. You submit an online request and it's either accepted or declined. In this case it was accepted giving the impression our request was successful. However there is still small print that says subject to arrival and when we got there we were told no rooms available and they couldn't tell us when one would be. We had made plans on the basis we had early check in and this proved quite stressful. Luckily however a second member of staff managed to find us a room and was very helpful.

Hotel was beautiful and clean including the toilets and shower, loved the decor. Staff were mostly very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and included great pastries.

Paid approx £178.00 for a single night incl breakfast, incredibly steep but worth it if it's cheaper as this price is insane, and no was not last minute. Hotel did not stock still bottled water only sparkling which didn't go down great with my daughter so went for tap (annoying but not a deal breaker) all disabled parking were taken up by non disabled drivers, this meant we had to go to a paid car park and walk back late night. Staff however did give us a permit so we didn't pay for the parking. But we did need to complain but they responded very quickly.

The room was beautiful and the bar and restaurant plus breakfast the next morning was great

Location was good

Poor hygiene. Beds had bedbugs. The bathroom cannot control water splash during shower as it spills water everywhere. Money wasted.

I stayed here for work with a colleague. The vibe of the hotel was great, a central location, relaxed atmosphere and plenty of space to sit and relax. All the team members were lovely but a special thanks to Arfat who went above and beyond, making time to ensure we had everything we needed and small personable touches.

I had a great experience with Sam, Kam and Kenton! They were super friendly, welcoming and attentive, and really made my stay at the Moxy special. Amazing team! Greetings Marco

The cleanliness of the overall hotel was terrible. Downstairs toilets - corridors and rooms. Big stains on the curtains and carpets…..and horrible stains in the bathroom. Can’t be a daily job for the housekeepers needs a full on deep clean.

We originally booked the travel lodge in slough….. lasted 2 hours…. Booked and moved to Moxy instead 100 times better. Modern, stylish, family friendly. My daughter loved it! Highly recommended

Located in Slough near the rail station. Free carpark around the corner, but is a bit of a faff to get to. Hotel is aimed at the young and trendy 20 somethings who’d like style but low cost. Had to shout over the party atmosphere and music downstairs at reception. Had to show my ID on arrival, not a normal experience at any hotel. £50 holding charge on a credit card, do they get a lot of damages in this place? Was given a room at street level, the noise outside was terrible, lots of people milling around until the early hours, siren and noisy cars passing by. Room was a bit tired in places. The fancy lighting wasn’t fully working, carpet stained here and there. The shower is tiny, which is explained by the huge entrance area and service cupboard outside. The walls are very thin. Everything on the wall shook when the neighbouring room slammed their door. Talking of the neighbours; by the noise they generated they seemed to be have a good time together for a short while. Even though their bed was the other side of the room to mine as the rooms are mirrors the sound travels clearly. Not been in a hotel for many years that has walls so poorly insulated from noise. Overall not a enjoyable stay, didn’t have breakfast, just wanted to get out of the place.

On the night of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final between Argentina and Spain, we were trying to find a hotel in the London area. Our flight had already been delayed by three hours, and by the time we arrived, we were exhausted. We searched for hotels online, and every hotel that came up was showing as fully booked. We still drove to three different hotels hoping we might get lucky, but each one turned us away because they had no rooms available. At around 3:15–3:30 AM, we walked into the Moxy Hotel/Residence Inn in Slough, feeling discouraged and running out of options. From the moment we arrived, Sam showed extraordinary kindness and professionalism. She opened the door for us, listened to our situation with empathy, and explained that the hotel was fully booked. Even so, she invited us inside and said she would ask her manager, Kenton, to check whether anything could possibly be done. Kenton came out and searched thoroughly, but initially there were no rooms available. What touched us most was that neither of them simply turned us away. They continued searching, looking for any possible option, and even recommended other nearby hotels. When we told them we had already checked those hotels and they were also fully booked, they kept trying. In the end, they found a room for us. The humility, empathy, and humanity that Kenton and Sam showed that night were nothing short of a miracle. They treated us with dignity and genuine care at a moment when we were tired, worried, and running out of options. Their actions went far beyond normal customer service; they showed true compassion. Kenton and Sam are true angels, and the hotel is incredibly fortunate to have them. Thank God we found them that night. We will never forget their kindness. The morning staff were also pleasant, including the front office and breakfast staff.

Accessibility by Uber or personal vehicles especially having the Bus Lane (with the attendant restrictions on drop off /pick up by taxi/ cabs) in front of the Main entrance of the hotel. That needs to be urgently addressed with the Municipal Council and possibly create another access to the hotel especially for customers arriving with baggage.

We stayed recently , part of the Newmarket holidays package for Wimbledon , the outstanding member of staff we encountered was Moses , a very friendly check in and top marks for customer service from him when our tv needed reset.

We held a company Sales Meeting here for 20 people. Rooms are perfect for single occupancy for 2 nights. The conference facilities were of a high standard too. Feedback from the wider team was positive!

E' molto lontano dal centro di Londra. Ci si arriva facilmente col treno, il biglietto, 15€ circa, prevede andata, uso nel centro di Londra dei mezzi e ritorno. (al ritorno, la macchinetta ritira il biglietto, non so se lo si può recuperare per riusarlo nella stessa giornata)

The Moxy was perfectly located 5 mins from the train station and long stay carparks for our trip into London. The bed was extremely comfortable and the easy to operate aircon in the room meant we had a great sleep.

The buffet breakfast was not as hot as we would have liked but there was a good choice.

Relaxed cool vibe here. Shout out to Moses at the front desk, genuinely friendly and helpful. The front desk doubles as the bar so you may be waiting a while when checking in if staff are busy serving food or drinks. Rooms are adequately sized and comfortable, There are hanging racks in lieu of cupboards, saves space, which was ok for us as we were overnighting. In addition to hand towels they only provide one large towel. They will provide additional but only on request. I suggest asking for this when you check in as there are no phones in the rooms. I would stay here again, good value for money.

All good except breakfast. This was poor. Cold items, little choice, poor quality for price bracket.

Stayed here for 2 nights while attending a concert at Wembley. It was in a heat wave. The hotel was great, so comfortable. Air conditioning was a life saver! Comfy bed. Great modern room. Spotless. Room service was good. Staff friendly, especially Moses on reception. The bar is open 24/7 which is great when returning late and you need a snack and drinks Will definitely stay here again. Much better value than staying near Wembley stadium and easy to get there by tube or taxi.

Visited London in the heatwave and the Moxy was a god send. Room was comfortable. Air conditioned. Nice bathroom. Room service available. Bar and food available 24/7. Staff were lovely - especially Moses who checked me in. Such a nice guy! Will definitely stay here again. Stay here and travel to Wembley for a concert. Do not get ripped off by extortionate hotels near the stadium. Tube is easy or a taxi from Slough to Wembley is only £50-60 each way - not bad if sharing.

Very comfy beds and air con, very much needed in the current heatwave. The motion sensing lights under the bed were a great help during mid night toilet runs as well

Seems silly to mention but the tap in the bathroom seems too short. We couldn't help spilling water over the top and onto the floor.

Great hotel - modern , relaxed , spotlessly clean . Our room was on the corner and had a great vista . The bathroom was very clean and shampoo, conditioner , shower gel and hand wash were all provided . Husband used the gym . The reception and bar staff were friendly and efficient . Parking was also included and was a 5 minute walk away . Definitely a hotel worth staying in .

I would have liked the room serviced daily and do not think you should have to ask. They do not clean and replace towels unless you specify that is what you want .

Avoir à réclamer 2 serviettes de douche parce qu'en standard il ne semble y en avoir qu'une Découvrir après une première journée de tourisme à Windsor que la chambre n'a pas été faite (lit, salle de bain, ..), il a fallu attendre le lendemain... Un petit déjeuner sans rien d'exceptionnel, avec uniquement des pommes dans la corbeille de fruits Pas d'armoire ni même d'étagères pour ranger ses vêtements (2 ou 3 cintres pendus sur une grille fixée au mur...) Bref un séjour assez décevant pour un hôtel portant la marque "Marriot".. et pour 250 € la nuit !!!
