Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Downtown

Very clean, very convenient to the venue we were visiting, and very quiet.

Wish the view would have been better. But that’s not really their fault.

Not remotely up to Marriott standards. The aircon barely worked. The sheets were never changed during our stay. And worst of all, on SUNDAY morning at 8;15am, the maid starts pounding on our door to clean the room. In Nashville...on a Sunday, when we are supposed to be enjoying a morning in bed after a night out. What kind of amateur hour is this? There are vastly better run hotels than this in Nashville, and I would avoid this place.

Close walking proximity to everything (printers alley, broadway, food assembly hall & Hattie B’s, walk of fame park, symphony, pedestrian bridge, Ryman auditorium, Bridgestone arena and Titans stadium.). Didn’t hear any noise from Broadway when time for bed. Hotel was quiet. Rooms spacious. Loved that it’s a landmark and was a bank 100 years ago. Staff and v valet extremely nice and welcoming! Very clean hotel. Starbucks onsite was a plus! Close drive to centennial park (Parthenon) and 12 South (shops and murals). A little bit further drive to Gand Ole Opry.

Only had valet parking, was expensive! Beds were not comfortable (in our opinion) . There was no complimentary breakfast

Amazing location just off Broadway. So close to all shops,bars & restaurants. Our room was cleaned every day and bed made with fresh towels. Staff very friendly at check in and gave us free bottled water and booked us taxi to airport at the end of our stay. Hotel is immaculate. We had dinner in Gannons one evening,restaurant joined to hotel and was our favourite meal of the entire trip.

Room lighting is terrible. No ventilation in bathroom. AC was very loud and was difficult to maintain good temperature. Police visited room next door that ended in some sort of confrontation that left us in the room wondering if safe to come out.

Hotel is obviously older and the rooms while clean were quite dated. Very very small counter space in bathroom, not adequate for one person, let alone two. Room was quite small but clean.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a positive experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring the city. The location is excellent, very central and within easy walking distance of museums, restaurants, and live music venues, making it a great base for sightseeing and entertainment. A special thank you to Alisa, Jenna, and Jay at the front desk. They were consistently friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout my stay, which made a noticeable difference in the overall experience. One drawback was the noise from the street. My room overlooked Printers Alley, and I was awakened by trash and delivery trucks at approximately 1:00 AM and again around 5:00 AM. While the vibrant location is a major advantage, guests who are sensitive to noise may want to request a room facing away from the alley. Overall, the hotel's spacious accommodations, outstanding staff, and convenient location made for a very enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Downtown and overall found it to be a very well-located option for visiting the city. The location is excellent. Within literal steps of the hotel entrance you’ll find a wide range of eateries, restaurants, bars, and cafés, making it an ideal base for exploring downtown Nashville. Despite being so centrally positioned, the hotel was relatively quiet. The property offers what I would describe as a typical mid-American hotel experience, sitting comfortably in the 2–3 star range. That said, one unexpected highlight was the bed — extremely comfortable with great pillows and clean, fresh linen, which made a noticeable difference after long days out. The only negative experience related to the hotel’s laundry service. My items were returned with small tracking stickers attached to the clothing. Unfortunately, these stickers do not remove easily, and attempts to take them off resulted in damage to at least two pieces of clothing. This is something the hotel should urgently review, as it detracts from an otherwise positive stay. Overall, a great place to stay for location, comfort, and convenience, with just a small operational issue that could easily be improved.

Tried to charge me 65$ a day for valet parking! That is insanity. I’ve never heard of a hotel that doesn’t provide parking. I drove to the hotel just to find out I can’t park there. What a joke. And that price is insane.

Price is very high parking should be free for that price. Did not use the or pool if you had one just spent the night. I can go to other places all over the country and they are not that high in price. I can get a sute in vagas cheaper than Nashville.. even reno san antonio tx downtown

at first i was put next to printers ally i asked at first not to be put at that location. where i had to change rooms the second room was excellent.

Good time at the rooftop bar. What else can I say it was fun to make this up for points. So again what else can I say. Bhah, bhah, blah, blah.

Great service from the front desk to the valet. Rooms were clean and bedding is comfortable. The location is very convenient to downtown and the airport.

Siraj was extremely polite and professional. He helped me with a problem and was very courteous. I was here for a work trip and needed to get a few things handled.

Siraj is an amazing example of what a valet is suppose to be he helped me with my luggage and was very welcoming and professional.

We recently enjoyed a four-night stay at the Courtyard by Marriot Downtown Nashville. This was our second visit to this well-run property located in the heart of Music City. The hotel checks off all the boxes deserving of a five-star rating: location, on-site restaurant, cleanliness, spacious room and friendly personable staff. Thanks to all the staff that enhanced our Nashville experience. Honorable mention goes to bellman Beshoy and front desk personnel Stephanie, Shawn and Ryan. We will be back.

Only 1 of 3 elevators worked the entire weekend we were there. Room seemed muggy. Fridge did not work. The area was quite convenient for our stay so huge plus.

This proved to be a great choice of hotel for our weekend away in Nashville. Just steps from Broadway, you can walk to anywhere in the downtown area. The hotel was very clean, and our room was quiet and spacious. Every employee we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location ifyou need to be in downtown Nashville. Super convenient to the action, lots of food and drink options, Near the Ryman Bridgestone Arena and Football Stadium. Friendly staff, clean and convenient.

The hotel was nice but OMG the noise all night. People drive up and down the street revving engines until 3:00 am. That is my only complaint.

It honestly didn’t realize I booked downtown Nashville. The parking, lack of, and the busiest of that area was too much for me. I needed to stay and additional night but booked somewhere else. The bath tub had rust inside clear sign of the history.

Beshoy was super friendly from valet, from the beginning of our check in process and his hospitality was spot on. Unloaded our luggage from our uber, walked us in with our bags, introduced us to the front desk agents and more. I will definitely be coming back!!!
