We enjoyed the location and how close it was to everything.

The elevators needed to be updated.

Hotel staff was very cheerful and welcoming, provided us waters and a small snack upon arrival. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, outlets on both sides of the bed. Breakfast was top tier, fresh fruit salad, more than one type of yogurt, overnight oats with toppings, eggs, potatoes, 2 different types of sausage, burrito fixings, waffle maker and even though we came down about a half hour before it ended everything was full and the right temperature. Only one request would be flavored creamer BUT the hotel has an entrance to a coffee shop which worked out great. Lots of different food items there too, sandwiches to ice cream. Hotel also has a bar with it. We were going to a concert at The Pinnacle and it was a very short walk from there. They are currently upgrading their elevators.

Parking. You do have to pay for parking and as you know, Nashville's parking isn't cheap. We parked in the lot next to the hotel and the hotel also provided valet service for those that chose that route. There is also a garage, which you have to pay for.

The location was great - very walkable but set back enough that there were no noise concerns. The continental breakfast was also quite tasty (build your own breakfast tacos!). Check in was quick and easy and the valet are responsive.

The front desk was great thanks Jay! Also the breakfast was great bet i have ever had at a Hilton. David has it so clean and the breakfast choice was top notch!

The room location on front sidewalk of bldg due to traffic noise. The Valet took a really long time to get my car to me. Bad communication issues.

This Nashville location was excellent! We were close to many great bars and shops on broadway. The room was wonderful with a great kitchen, seating area, comfy bed, and clean bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and David was fantastic. I would highly recommend Homewood Suites by Hilton in downtown Nashville.

Jay was amazing in Valet! Also, when we arrived, our room wasn’t ready. We waited quite some time. Next thing you know we were upgraded to a suite which was fabulous. I’ve stayed at the property before, but this time the room was much better.

Well our first day here was fantastic. We were welcomed by a receptionist named Kianne, in a most warm and friendly manner, so often missing in large Hotels. Nothing was too much trouble and we were more than happy with the wonderful rooms our party was allocated. Light, airy and spacious, with more lamps and lights than some hotels would have in five rooms!!! The artwork on the walls were locally themed views and musical, as you'd probably expect in Nashville. The room had more than adequate storage, loung seating, kitchen facilities and table (not that they're getting any use, we're on vacation 😃, a desk, large screen TV, ceiling fan, and aircon/heating system. In the reception area, they had a small store, well stocked with some good value souvenirs and snacks, confectionery and essentials for the forgetfuls. Jay the Car Valet was just a superstar!!! He was so fast and efficient it beggered belief. Its worth staying here just for the speedy and courteous valet parking. Thank you Jay. We are here for a few more nights, so we are expecting a really nice stay. I will add to this if necessary, but Ive stayed in some of the best hotels in the world, and a few really awful ones. This hotel has everything I need, and I have every confidence they will continue to meet our needs. Thank you all the staff who are making our stay special. 👏👏

Great location, Maureen at front desk was outstanding, she constantly inquired about our stay and suggested places to visit. David in the breakfast area was in constant motion checking food stations ensuring that the facility was spotless and checking with the quests to insure that they were satisfied. His daily chats were a welcome pleasure. Negatives housekeeping never entered our room during our 5 night stay. On two occasions we had to hunt down a housekeeper to obtain clean towels to shower with, this even when we left used towels outside our room. Parking is too expensive plan on paying about $70.00 per day with taxes. Street noise is a real problem with party buses cruising all hours of the night, incredibly the hotel suggests getting ear plugs at the front desk in it’s welcoming materials..

The lady working in the hotel at night was the rudest person I met in my entire life. Our booking got cancelled for no reason and with no notice. Once we got there with an active, existing and paid for booking the lady wouldnt even open the door to us, shouting from inside that we had no booking. Once inside and after arguing and showing that we did have one she finally checked the computer and said we had no booking, it was cancelled for no reason. We were left in the street and kicked out of the hotel in the most disgusting way possible she even insulted us. She seemed high on some drgs or something it wasn't normal.

Once before staying in Nashville and we stayed here and thought to do it again. The location is perfect, the rooms are roomy and clean. The breakfast served exceeded our expectation. Keon at the front desk was very attentive and friendly.

My only issue was a noisy refrigerator. The view was a garage, but in the city you are not going to see Central Park!

Great hotel in an even better part of Nashville! Within walking distance to multiple iconic music venues, like the Ryman and the Pinnacle, as well as many delicious restaurants.

Overall, we had a decent stay. The room was very nice, and the staff were a highlight — especially Kione on the evening shift and Dee in the morning, both of whom were genuinely amazing and incredibly helpful. Upon arriving the only disappointment was the valet service, which needs significant improvement. On the late-night shift (after 8:30 pm), the young dark-haired man working valet barely acknowledged us. He silently took the keys with zero communication about our vehicle. We had to rely on Kione to explain what was happening with the car — something that clearly wasn’t part of her job. It was disconcerting and left us feeling uneasy, especially since most guests appreciate basic updates about their vehicle. The morning breakfast staff turned what should have been a simple meal into an utterly infuriating ordeal. While trying to make a waffle, one of the cheap disposable plastic cups provided for the batter cracked as soon as I filled it. The batter leaked — not onto the counter, but directly into the drip tray that’s literally designed to catch spills. Instead of brushing it off as the minor, harmless accident it was, the staff acted like I had committed a crime. One of them actually dug the used cup out of the trash to inspect it, as if they needed to prove I was lying or exaggerating. The suspicion and theatrics over a cracked plastic cup were beyond ridiculous. It was needlessly embarrassing and genuinely humiliating, all for something that hurt absolutely no one and made no real mess. Disgusted and angry, I threw my food away and walked out. Despite the excellent room and the outstanding service from Kione and Dee, the frustrating breakfast experience and poor valet communication left a sour taste. With a few improvements in those areas, this would easily be a place we’d happily return to.

Great stay- staff were friendly and helpful; I loved the chat had quick answers. Thank you to Maureen at the Front Desk she remembered who we were when we went out for dinner down the street - had a great friendly demeanor and always a smile when talking with the guest. Ambiance was nice and liked that we were close to the conference we were attending and walking distance to shops and food!

when we arrived they refused to check us in saying booking did not submit the money ( pre paid) they only let me check in if i re paid the entire amount effectively holding me hostage in the middle of the city . the check in staff was rude and actually stated me down lol . the experience makes me not want to stay at a homewood or use booking .com again

Upon arrival and throughout the stay, the staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted me and my girlfriend when we passed, checking in on us and making us feel welcomed. As everyone else has commented, the breakfast is amazing, the best we’ve ever had within a hotel! The rooms are spacious, well ventilated and the location is close to Broadway by 10 minutes walk or so, but far enough away from noise. Slept perfectly every night!

It was not clear how often the room would be cleaned etc. and the fridges inside the rooms were louder than the honky Tonks, fluctuating off and then blasting on.

Air conditioner noisy and no other room option would not refund and ended up booking somewhere else as the air conditioner was far to loud to sleep with. Not happy, suggest other accommodation options especially the cost.

The valet staff asked my underage daughter for her phone number after asking me how old she was and I told him she was underage. Very unprofessional! Beds were not comfortable at all.

Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Parking is nearby but pricey, however that's how parking works in big cities We were close enough to walk to where we wanted to visit. Wheelchair accessible room was very accommodating.

The hotel itself was fine, though the room a little dated. My issue was with the valet parking. They charge almost $80 per day with taxes included, before tips. The parking vendor, PMC, charges the guests directly, and after I received my car at checkout I received an email receipt for the amount of $158.36 for two nights parking, billed directly to my credit card. Today, almost a month later, I received another bill for $156.50 from a parking garage in Nashville. It appears the valets parked my car in a commercial garage and failed to pay the garage itself. I was sent a nasty bill with a photo of my car and license plate threatening to send me to collection if I didn't pay it directly, all but accusing me of skipping out on the parking fee. I called the hotel and asked to speak to a manager and the person on the line simply gave me an email address for someone with the PMC parking company, refusing to let me speak to a manager. This seems like a potential scam perpetrated by the hotel and PMC, sticking guests with essentially double billing for parking of over $150/night. I would certainly avoid this hotel and their parking scams if at all possible and would caution potential guests to carefully take this into consideration before choosing to stay at this property if they are arriving in a personal vehicle.

Definitely a five star, the rooms are very spacious, clean and new, but the best experience was bartender Branden at the View Bar. He was great and very informative and super friendly.And we just really enjoyed his service.In fact, we even came back from the strip.Just to have drinks at his bar. As an owner of Honkers Pub & Eatery in Lethbridge, Alberta Canada of 29+ years i would hire him as my manager in a heartbeat.

I love this place and come here everytime I'm in Nashville. I always get a breakfast sandwich and Strawberry smoothie and only Terrika can make it for me she's the best. Her kindness and caring for people I see that everytime I come in. I was just there the other day speaking with a gentleman saying he comes often and was saying kind words about Terrika and how she helps people and very caring I said yes she definitely has that affect on people. The atmosphere is quite, comfortable and always clean.

My room was very cozy with a welcoming atmosphere. Terrica Haynes the coffee shop manger was very resourceful with helping us find things to do in the area Will visit again

Very clean, comfy beds, great location close to Broadway but not too loud. Great breakfast, nice lobby and helpful manager and night auditor. Would have given 3 stars bc we had some issues with 2 rooms. 1st room was claustrophobic with windows only to atrium of inside hotel. 2nd room had good windows but very loud AC. Now to the amazing Ms. Dee at desk at night -- very welcoming and warm and helpful!! Went to restaurant she recommended that was awesome, but more than that, she was always ready with a smile and any accommodations she could make.

The location is close enough to all the excitement to enjoy it but far enough to feel safe and have a comfortable stay.

Came for the Nashville Marathon. Anastasia did a great job taking care of requests and her customer service was great. Will be back, just not doing that marathon again!

We booked this hotel for a concert. I compared a lot of places and the hotel seemed convenient, reasonable, plus the AAA Park and Stay rate seemed like a good deal. It is advertised on the app as "AAA/CAA Members recieve 5% off the Park and Stay rate and daily parking." Well, since it is $52 dollars MORE than the Honors Discount and $40 MORE than the non-discount rate, I assumed that it would be parking included. When we arrived, we had to give the valet a credit card, and when we checked in and I inquired about the parking discount, they had no idea what I was talking about and said that "there was a new valet service" and the rate for that was separate and they had no control over valet prices. I pressed further and they told me to speak to the manager in the morning. I indeed did. That manager seemed very solicitous, and expressed surprise at the fact that the rate was even listed on the app. He acted as if he was going to do something about it, even writing down the information. He said that he couldn't adjust our rate at all and called the head valet in to speak to us. The head valet also acted as if he were going to do something, but said that he couldn't as the transaction hadn't gone through yet and even going so far as to give me a card with his number so that he could "take the charge off our card." The number always went to voicemail. Bottom line, we had to eat the dishonesty, but I can't understand how people lie to your face. Nashville prices are ridiculous enough without parking price gouging. Other than that, the room was extremely La Quinta Inn quality and the breakfast was mid, the location, meh. Avoid this place if you value integrity.

The fans in the room we checked into did not work, and the room cooling system couldn’t manage the right temperature. We asked for help and Mike B (the engineer) came to our rescue! He even found us a box fan to help with the temperature! He was a hero in our view!
