I liked the fact that we didn’t have to drive anywhere besides the knotts berry farm but literally, we could’ve Uber there because it was really close. A mall is right next to it, restaurants. I’d definitely book again!

It's located next to a plaza - The Source OC - which is very pleasant and convenient for an evening stroll or even if you crave for some Korean food. Noise cancellation is not bad but I still, sometimes, heard my neighbor opening and closing the curtains.

There was hair in the bathroom when we checked in. It wasn't that serious so we didn't bring it to the receptionists. Overall, everything was fine. Lovely

Did not try breakfast. The location was nice and right where we needed it to be for our vacation plans.

The forced Valet. I would've liked for it to be optional. It was still a nice service.

I had to book at the last minute, and they were very accommodating. The price was reasonable, and the hotel is nice. The pool on the 4th floor is great. The gym is nice, and the location is awesome. The room is very nice and modern.

I messaged the staff to ask if I could stay another night the day before checkout, but they did not reply. I would have loved to stay longer, but they ignored my message. I did not like Valet. You have to give them your key/fob, and every time you want to use your vehicle, you have to scan a QR code and request your vehicle. That is a real pain. I did not like that the bathroom door does not lock. Privacy is important people!

Property is outside and inside is nice . Very elegant decor and ect . Property internally is clean and nice . You can smell the cleanliness and I like that . House keeping is doing a great job. I called morning of check out for a towel and they were quick and prompt with delivery.

Property is decent; however, the parking situation is odd and uncomfortable. There is no street parking, self-parking lot, or parking structure available to guests, so you are forced to valet your vehicle. What makes even less sense is that valet simply parks your car in the parking garage attached to the hotel building. On top of that, you are charged a $27 valet fee plus expected tips every single time you take your vehicle in and out, which becomes very expensive and was definitely not something I expected. For 1 night stay for over $209.00 you’d think breakfast would’ve been included in the reservation. Coffee creamer is limited to 1 small creamer per person which is a very small amount. Chandler light in room at table fell on my husband’s head after hitting it while attempting to sit down . He fixed it . Also, upon check-in, the front desk/guest services experience was unpleasant. The older blonde woman assisting us had very off and unwelcoming energy. Her demeanor felt awkward and intense, she barely made eye contact, and she did not seem friendly at all. She appeared irritated to help and as though she did not want to be there. It made the entire check-in process feel uncomfortable and awkward.

Parking fee is a little high and I didn't get my Hilton points from my stay there in August and then in March because I booked on Hotels.com but I didn't know I wasn't getting points and I just booked the Capital Hilton in DC the same way and found out I'm not getting points there either... big bummer....

Valet parking only no self parking. Also, when it came to eating in the buffet, there was only one table for the entire customers we weren’t allowed to sit in the other area. And when I ordered room service, I was told I was gonna pay a little bit more for room service.

Great new Hilton hotel - ticked all the boxes as you would expect from Hilton. Great outdoor Pool area and heated pool. Great connecting rooms. Great stay,

Everything was good. - Maybe due to the time of year, (April) no drink pool service. - that would of improved things.

I like the total professionalism and Courteousness that the total staff give you. The Rooms and facility's are truly emasculate and give a sense of calm and vacation vibe at the same time.

There was not anything I don't like about the Hilton in Buena Park.

The pool is amazing. We had a room with a balcony to the pool area my son loved it. Will definitely be returning for another stay

The property was new and well maintained. Very clean. It was close to Knotts Berry farm which was nice.

There is a frosted window in the bathroom that connects to the bedroom. So if you turn the light on in the middle of the night it wakes up everyone in the room. Also It is valet parking only which adds an extra cost to the nightly charge. If I’d known that I wouldn’t have used this hotel.
