Le service au global, le personnel est serviable et très gentil. Le petit déjeuner très bon et complet. Le patio extérieur du 6ème étage qui permet de se faire livrer à manger. Le quartier, proche métro, et entouré de très bons restaurants.

La chambre est vraiment petite pour 2 adultes et un enfant. Piscine un peu froide. L'attente des ascenseurs aux "heures de pointe" du matin...

Izby nás príjemne prekvapili svojou veľkosťou – sme zvyknutí, že Holiday Inn v Amerike má izby podstatne menšie. Raňajky patrili k tým lepším v rámci nášho pobytu v Kanade, samozrejme neočakávajte bohate svedske stoly. Poloha hotela veľmi dobrá. Mali sme síce smolu, že práve prebiehala rekonštrukcia električkovej trate, ale inak sa odtiaľ dá k zaujímavým miestam Toronta dostať bez problémov pešo. Veľkou výhodou je aj metro priamo pri hoteli. Príjemná je tiež kaviareň s barom a happy hour pri recepcii. Veľmi nám pomohli aj s úschovou batožiny – keď sme na jednu noc odišli k Niagarským vodopádom, mohli sme si tam nechať kufre a po návrate si ich vyzdvihnúť.

Good location

The room for three people was so small that we had to be extra careful while moving around. There were barely 2 feet space around the bed. The carpet was old and gave a sense of not having been cleaned in a while. The wait for the lifts was the longest I have ever experienced in any tall building with four active lifts.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We liked the pool and terrace and the room was comfortable. Being close to a metro station and shops it was convenient.

Estuve dos veces en las dos semanas. La primera habitación un desastre, ventilaba a un patio que conectaba con los servicios. Llegaba el olor de la cocina a las 5:00 am

I stayed here many moons ago when it was Days Inn. It seems much more updated now. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. Great showers. There's a lot of construction going on, on Carlton Street, but hotel sent us a very good, informative message on how to negotiate that and get there without too much difficulty. A bit of a, "Scenic route ;-) ," but the parking garage was right where we were directed, and there was a hotel agent right at the back door to direct us to the check-in desk, so someone is *really* thinking about their guests!! The hotel restaurant was excellent with great service. We had both dinner and breakfast there. A bit pricey, but very good, none-the-less. There are also a lot of restaurants and pubs close by. The garage was a bit tight, height-wise, for our older, full-size van, but if you take it easy and have a spotter, there's no real issue. The staff were great and they were quite helpful at check-in and check-out. This hotel is very close to the College subway station and we were able to get to and back from Exhibition GO Station / streetcar loop quite easily. And yes, a nice, decent coffee maker in the rooms. I'd stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, los pasillos enredados y muy laberinto. Las ventanas sucias, mucho polvo en las habitaciones, el servicio es pesimo, poca atencion al detalle y al huesped. Un motel podria verse aun mejor, toda la zona esta en construccion, el parqueadero es oscuro mal iluminado y mal señalizado, sucio y mal oliente. Las fotos mostraban unas areas mas amplias, los acensores son viejos y demorados, toca hacer fila cada vez que los vas a usar.

Hotel in posizione centrale, dotato di parcheggio sotterraneo (sebbene costoso 40 ca$ al giorno). Camera confortevole, letto king size molto comodo. Colazione self service.

Aggiungerei prosciutto e formaggi in fette così da poter preparare dei toasts per colazione. I vetri delle finestre molto sporchi non consentono una buona vista sulla città.

The room was just the right size, bed was super comfy and the ac worked perfectly.The staff were very friendly and accommodating. This was my 2nd visit at this hotel and I would recommend it.

The washroom sink drain wasn't working properly and I didn't want to complain. Just one more thing, I couldn't cast my program to the LG TV, not a big deal but would have been nice

The beds were so comfy, the location was perfect and right next to metro, lovely staff who were very helpful, great accommodation staff too who did our rooms everyday. Great facilities in rooms, shower utilities and other sink utilities. I am delighted with our stay and was a lot more affordable than other hotels, although of course all hotels in Toronto are not cheap. Would stay again

overall good location in Toronto at a good price for the market. Near a subway station very convenient. 25-30 min walk from Union Station. Close to a lot of places which is very good.

room is small, same for bathroom. no bath just shower. It was okay for that moment being one person but two, hum not so sure.

El hotel, en general, más antiguo de lo que esperaba. Moquetas viejas en la habitación y en todas las instalaciones; no muy limpias. Baño muy pequeño e incómodo. En la calle obras que dificultaron mucho el acceso al hotel anoie y en coche. El barrio muy sucio y con muchos homelesss, inseguro.

As we arrived back to our room we noticed the thermostat wasn’t working. We asked someone to fix it. They were unable. As someone who does not travel through hotels often I didn’t realize I could’ve asked for another room. It was very late. I did ask at the front desk if there was some kind of discount or compensation that I could receive. So I i’ll probably be contacting someone or would like to speak to a representative about this situation. Thank you so much.

From the reception to the breakfast table the following Morning, it was fantastic. The staff is very nice and they have brilliant facilities.

At the reception, the receptionist was quite rude When I asked how much was the deposit taken on my card he rolled his eyes and pointed at the sign without saying anything. Also I wanted to make a cup of tea from the machine in the room and poured some water in the tank after it warmed up and drop the hot water in the cup it was full of black stuff in it The room was extremely warm and could not control the temperature

The staff were really amazing. We paid for breakfast for all 4 of us and when 2 may not have made it down in time the staff provided to go boxes without being asked and said to make sure they eat. They wanted us to get what we had paid for.

La ubicación, puedes ir andando a muchos lugares entre ellos Union Station o Yonge Square. La habitación era amplia y la limpieza correcta.

Pagas la ubicación, porque es realmente caro. No teníamos ni el desayuno incluido y para la calidad del hotel el precio es excesivo.

La struttura è datata, le camere sono strette. Gli ascensori sono piccoli e pochi per tutti i clienti e bisogna attendere tanto tempo per poter andare in camera. Lo staff della reception che ha curato il nostro check-in è stato maleducato e poco disponibile. Ci è stata data una stanza sopra i motori dei condizionatori del palazzo di fianco e abbiamo chiesto un’altra camera ma non volevano spostarci perché avevamo utilizzato un asciugamano per il viso. Abbiamo utilizzato la lavanderia automatica ma quando siamo andati a ritirare il bucato a fine lavaggio, la stanza era chiusa e ho dovuto chiedere alla reception. Quando ho chiesto il ritiro dei bagagli che avevo lasciato in hotel ho dovuto seguire lo staff per prenderli da solo perché l’addetto era in pausa. Insomma, davvero male!
