Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Toronto Airport

Shuttle service

Everything else. Rude staff. No one working front desk No one answered phones. No one checked us out.

bottled drinking water in rooms should have been included for the price

Location

Poor communication when calling. No response when calling property several times

Proximity to airport

The pool and breakfast. The staff were very friendly.

Our door was hard to turn but we figured it out.

Shuttle service between Airpprt and Hotel..

Staff was friendly and helpful

Bit pricey for quality.

The airport shuttle was a lifesaver.

Nothing

Front staff, beds, clean, close to hotel, 24/7 shuttle to airport no need to pre book anything.

The continental could improve a little with real cooked fresh scrambled eggs and not the premade, with real sausages and bacon choices everyday you are missing pancakes everyday.

Missing pancakes or more fruits choices

Paid parking, doesn’t mention when booking. Rooms aren’t that clean as expected. Smelly hallways & rooms.

Close to the airport, could get dinner and breakfast at the hotel and the shuttle service.

Not having curtains to block out the bright lights from the building across the street from the hotel.

Personeel was minder vriendelijk

Near to airport

Lobby to noisy

Staff very kind and helpful. Clean rooms.

Nothing

Nothing at all

The front desk staff did not handle the call respectfully and hung up while I was still speaking.

the free breakfast meal

internet connection is not that accessible

Breakfast was good. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Had no complaints.

The shuttle was a bit long to wait for at the airport Spent only one night. Didn't see anything that bothered me.

Close to airport

Close to airport

The front desk staff were excellent

Building is older... starting to show it's age

The breakfast was good, even as a vegetarian. The room was very comfortable and adequate. The shuttle service was great for my son to get to his early morning flight.

Nothing was disliked about my experience at the Fairfield.

The staff is so friendly, they accommodate us to the rate of 15/10.. exceed to our expectation.

Everything

Boa localização, transfer rápido para o aeroporto, check-in rápido.

Next to airport

Breakfast is not good. Small dinning space and not many options.

Bra frokost.

Ingenting spesielt.

The Breakfast was very good. The space for eating was a bit small for the size of the hotel so my suggestion is that you go to breakfast a bit early or late. Also, it may be a good idea to not come down for breakfast on the hour or half-hour. The room had very good space. The temperature control was good and easy to use. The bathroom had good counter space. The whole room was very clean and the ability to control room service was clearly explained.

The airport shuttle worked well and was used regularly. The only difficulty was that the pick-up points need to have the terminal floor identified as well location code.

Thank you , i love it

Felt comfortable! Loved the ambiance and atmosphere.

Nothing at all!

The room and amenities were great. Breakfast was good as well.

Pool was dirty and I was awakened by people shouting in the parking lot.

this is awesome! clean , huge and comfortable bed. the room size that we had, family like good for 3-4. aside from that it was accessibility to Toronto Pearson airport plus they have free shuttle which is very convenient.

none for me. i got what I expected.

i like the property, it’s very clean and updated.

I do like the breakfast, but having it so early is a bit difficult, especially when you’re traveling with kids and end up sleeping late. I wish breakfast could be extended until at least 10:00 AM. That would make the experience much more convenient and enjoyable for families.

The location was good the staff were okay except for one person who when I called front desk from my room was kinda rude

The water temperature in the pool was so cold that it wasn't even worth it we couldn't even get all the way in

Breakfast was generally good - we noticed there was no eggs which are usually served in every hotel we were in before.

Liked the beddings. Water shoud be in the room to make coffiee.

It was my first experience with your hotel, and I was very pleased with my choice. Given the opportunity I would stay with you again.

Not being able to control the temperature in my room

Nothing.

I didn’t like that my refund has still not being processed even though I was promised by the office manager.

Heel dichtbij het vliegveld.

Near to airport

Breakfast is excellent

Sizeable and clean room with amazingly comfortable beds.

The fact that the pool didn’t working in the very hot summer.

The breakfast and shuttle are amazing especially being free!

Pool wasn’t available and being renovated but nothing was said about it on line, so disappointed to find out in arrival!

Breakfast was very good in terms of quality and cleanliness. Hot and Freshness too.

The breakfast was delicious! And the room was comfy and clean . We were sad that the pool was closed although we swam at the neighboring hotel instead .

The elevator being out and the pool being closed .

friendly staff, lovely room

both elevators out of order at same time and only one later

Breakfast being available.

No microwave in room.

Breakfast

Receptioniat were rude

Very comfortable bed and friendly staff.

Room and hotel felt quite dated. Probably in need of a renovation?

Close to the airport with shuttle service on Time

I was hoping to use the swimming pool but it wasn’t running. Empty and it not mentioned anywhere

Good location, clean and comfortable beds.

A/C made a squeaking noise which made it difficult to sleep but otherwise everything was good.

The facility was clean and staff was very friendly.

Elevators were not working correctly. I. Am handicapped and they had me on the 10th floor. Fortunately, a young man who worked there helped me get the one elevator down to check out.

The pool was closed. The exercise room was very small and had very few options

The staff were very kind in accommodating our needs and fitting our family into a room we had to book last minute when we had issues with our flight

More gluten free options at breakfast

Todo excelente

Staff very friendly

The fact that our flight was cancelled & we had no other choice but to spend a nite . Staff at restaurant/bar Toto & Antonio made our stay very enjoyable .

The Breakfast was good, although i expected to have a bath robe and slippers but it wasn't available. Overall the room was okay

Everything was okay

The rooms were good but the paid parking is the biggest issue. Second thing breakfast should be served atleast until 10. Coffe and milk was cold.

Beds were comfortable

Lokalizacja

Fairly close to the airport

Proximidade Aeroporto e comodidade geral

Pequeno almoço

Excellent location from airport, had options for food on location or had some 24 hour option for late night arrivals. Shuttle service to and from airport was very efficient.

Loved the convenient airport shuttle. Went to the restaurant for dinner which I enjoyed. Room was very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast the next morning was good too. I would definitely stay again. Also secure parking was appreciated.

I have no complaints.

Overall Atmosphere

Pool Was Out Of Order

The room could use an update but overall it was still very nice.

I enjoyed this property.

Piscine non fonctionelle On avais réservé pour ca

Near the airport, we left earliy and the prepared the breakfast to go. Shuttle to the airport.

This hotel offered large spacious rooms, it was clean and maintained. It is also older and out dated though.

The beds are very old, very soft and in need of being replaced. Breakfast was pretty basic.

Shuttle service and breakfast. Close to airport!

Accueil Grandes chambres propres Parking gratuit Bon petit déjeuner

Depndable room, clean facilities

The breakfast was extremely limited in choices and the eggs were inedible.

Its an affordable option, near the airport for longer layovers.

Delicious breakfast

Unable to close my blind

We really appreciated that they gave us a little breakfast bag to go as we had to leave extremely early in the morning. It was helpful to us that we could get dinner in the restaurant at the hotel and not have to go out.

We were surprised that there weren't more complementary toiletries in the bathroom.

A great location near the airport and an efficient shuttle bus too. Large and quiet rooms.

Breakfast was good, although there was no maple syrup. Dinner in the bar was great. Access to the washer/dryer service was just what we needed, so thank you for that. However, we would have enjoyed a dip in the hot tub after our epic bike ride ended in a thunderstorm. Alas, it was closed for repairs / maintenance, and we did not have enough energy to go to another place for a hot tub. I am sure it would have been delightful.

That is close to the airport

Better food options in the store

Close to the airport, shuttle service , beds and pillows were comfortable , sheets and towels smelled clean and fresh, shower pressure was high, breakfast was good, room was big, coffeemaker and fridge in room

Wish it was a bit less $$ since I stayed only 6 hours midnight to 6am . Wish airport hotels offered a short stay deal .

Breakfast was great with lots of options

Nothing really

Tea and coffee available all the time.

Einweggeschirr. Für die Umwelt top. Immerhin Joghurt und Apfel Kein Käse Keine Wurst

Friendly bar staff. Airport drop off.

A bit expensive.

Free shuttle bus to and from the airport

Carpet could have been cleaner

staff was great

towels not up to par (too small and thin); not enough closet space

Good room
