Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport

Hyggelig med en oppgradering. Stort fint rom med utsikt over flyplassen. Behagelig seng.

The waiter at dinner was charming.

I woke up and there was no water. Also no warning.

Buffet sucked. Prefer to order.

I had a 22 layover at Toronto airport and this provided me a place to stay and be safe and comfortable and to refresh before my next flight and the price was excellent

I thought the buffet breakfast was high for his price over $30. I believe it should have been much less.

Betten sehr bequem.Einfacher check in und out. Freundliches Personal. Zuverlässiger, unkomplitierter Shuttle zum Flughafen

la vicinanza all'aeroporto

The property was clean and perfect for an overnight stay. Everything was easy and convenient, and the airport shuttle was right on time. Exactly what we needed for a quick stay before our flight.

AC wasn’t great.

Great shuttle service between the hotel and the airport. Julian from reception was especially helpful - I accidentally left my coat in the room on check out and contacted the hotel to keep it until I returned, they kept it for a good 5 days. Thank you very much! Reception staff were also very helpful in giving me some transport tips and quick sightseeing places in Downtown Toronto. Thanks! As a side note - I did appreciate that the TV had a welcome sign with my name when I checked into the room.

It was a short stay. Nothing to complain about.

Everything was great staff were very friendly

rien.

Comfy bed

There were a bird and bird poo in canopy of entrance. There was not conditioner in bathroom.

The airport shuttle worked great and was on time. I like the little food and beverage store you have. The restaurant food and service was very good.

The room airconditioner was very noisy. Parking charges or $35 per day was a bit ridiculous. This is not a downtown big city location where you anticipate a huge charge like that.

Timely shuttle

Perfect all the way, good room, good price, good location, good food at restaurant.

Location was convenient. Close to the airport as well to the areas of interest to me. Room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was overpriced

Everything was excellent

Front desk staff were exceptional.

Nothing

Staff has an attitude and she shouldn't be in a customer service field if she got that attitude for no reason. What have I done to get that attitude? Horror attitude she has - I'd rather have auto checkout

Shuttle bus is very handy to go back and forward to the airport /train to down town.

Pool was closed. Night shift was rude. Only coffee in the room, no tea or anything else. Airconditioning loud, had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Toilet kept running... No compensation was offered and try to charge us for additional costs.

Location. Shuttle.

All good

la navette, très pratique

le petit déjeuner non-inclus

Loved how near the property was to the airport, and the complimentary shuttle was wonderful for trips to the city center

Helpful Staff to keep our luggage to give us time to return rental car. Property has a free shuttle service to n from Airport. Very clean room and spacious. We just stayed one night for transit. So couldn’t use all the facilities.

Nothing much. Secondary Shuttle didn’t turn up in the morning. So not sure if that’s actually in operation.

Close to airport and car rental Very good breakfast buffet Very friendly and helpful staff

Close to airport

NA

The phone answering service was consistently poor. This is a problem that management should be monitoring and taking urgent corrective training.

Okay

.nothing

The shuttle to and from the airport. The proximity to the rental car store.

Location and cleanliness

Air con. System was so noisy

Free airport shuttle

No fan in washroom

There is noise in the room, besides the air conditioner. A constant noise. The HVAC system. Not sure. but unsettling and distruptive while sleeping.

The staff were wonderful

Excelente ❤️

Excellent place to stay , just a short walk to the attractions

All good

Location was perfect for being close to the airport.

Nothing

The beds were very comfortable and soft. Very quiet. Shuttle buses are quite convenient. Receptionist and roomkeepers are very helpful and thoughtful.

No breakfast. Some young roomkeeper needs to be more considerate.

I like the comfort of the room and the convenience for food and transportation for the airport.

There was big problem huge water leak in the hotel and the night shift staff was so rude and mean saying not my problem I cant help you with nothing he was very rude we had to rush and leave the hotel at 4am because there was water every where and was not safe to stay and we couldn't even use the water because the main pipe broke and had to leave and drove almost 2 hours thats very disappointing and the least I asked was full refund and they cant help us how is that my problem when I booked a place in your hotel to be safe and relax not leave at 4 am because of the water leak I wanna full refund that's the least I'm asking for

The location is close to the airport

The Jacuzzi is not working, the reason we booked at this hotel. Expensive restaurant in hotel

Close to everything I wanted

Nothing

The hot tub was out of service

It was convenient for what we wanted. We had a late flight so we used it for that. Free shuttle ad dropped us off at our terminal so yes it was worth it. We could have enjoyed the pool and gym for the day.

when we got to the room the A/C was not working ( blowing hot air). no other room was available and we were advised the maintenance staff were gone for the day. very hot and uncomfortable stay

Bed

Water TOO hot then water TOO Cold. Not till the third night was I able to have a shower. Rooms are too hot I asked for the regulation to be lowered to 16 however Olga said absolutely not it is the hotel policy 18.5

Good location and convenient free shuttle bus. Great breakfast. Good service from staff.

N/a Everything was great.

Very nice room with super comfortable bed. The staff was courteous and check in was quick. The hotel is clean with great facilities and very close to Pearson.

The bed was comfortable, sheets soft, room well equipped... couldn't ask for more. We took the shuttle to the airport and it was easy to use and arrived when expected and often.

The room could have had better lighting but not a deal breaker

Dinner in the downstairs restaurant. Excellent food!

Location

Hot tub was broken Horrible front desk person Shower wasn't clean and nobody cared Curtains so old they've worn holes

Clean

Ridiculously noisy room.

Location Clean Great size of room

Nothing

Aria condizionata molto rumorosa

Close to the airport,clean.

We had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn….. the airport shuttle was excellent, train to the city was easy……

Convenient and clean…. Nice restaurant for dinner too

Liked the couch in the room. Bed was good. Shower was okay

Weird location but liked it was near the airport. A bit expensive

Mooi groot, dichtbij luchthaven, goede shuttleservice, gratis koffie en thee, ruime kamers, zwembadje, mooie gym, zakelijk vriendelijk.

Breakfast was fantastic.

Gute Lage zum Flughafen, sehr tolles Frühstück, Flughafen Shuttle

Comfy stay and lovely staff! Great shuttle from airport that was quick and easy.

The room is of good size with comfortable king bed, and nicely scented Crabtree & Evelyn shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. There is a decent size gym and small indoor pool. The free shuttle bus service to/from airport is great.

Would be great if there is bath tub. There is no safe box in the room and the mini fridge is not working. The room given on 3rd floor has front porch view that is nothing much to see.

Booking was made as breakfast included, however was charged to incidentals as $35, then when emailed the property about the charge I have received no response.

Breakfast was great Supper was great Front desk staff were very helpful

Sofabed had no linens on it

Clean! Friendly staff.

A very conveniently placed hotel with an efficient shuttle service.

When we book a hotel room for two people & it says breakfast included, we expect there to be breakfast for two. Instead we were informed the cost only covered breakfast for one person. This is not a situation we have faced anywhere else in the world.

Ótima opção para voo noturno

Convenient, easy

Breakfast was great, very easy to enter and leave the car park, the staff were friendly and always made things happen.

No as close to downtown as people say. So 40min. And more.

Great location right next to airport along with the free shuttle bus Menue for dinner had a wide variety of selections

There they should have more staff seating people for breakfast and dinner. A lot of the tome no team member at desk so a bit of a wait

Breakfast, the beds,

The airco did not work during the night. So the temperature reached 91 degrees, which is way too high.

Very efficient shuttle to and from the airport, hassle free luggage storage

N/A

A very good sized room (king) with good facilities that included a microwave and coffee machine. Our room was on the top floor (15) so was generally quiet regarding people coming and going. Great view to the city from here. Shuttle bus to and from airport was reliable and regular, good for getting into Toronto as well as link train was at airport.

Top floor seemed to house the air conditioning units for the hotel, so even though our air con was off, it was still quite noisy. For the price, a shame breakfast was not incuded as most airport hotels include this.

Ideal location , clean & spacious

We stayed a week. The bar tender was friendly on the 1st day & then rest of the week, rude & unhelpful. The World Cup was in Canada but the bar didn’t open early to accommodate it, despite supporting the event.

Good value

Nothing to mention

Very convenient location. Facilities all good.

Airport transfer a little infrequent compared to others and certainly times weren’t all that accurate for the airport pickup

Room was very clean and big.

That was very close to the Airport
